Now, here are some headcanons for Kapi, the fast-dancing cat who loves Dance Dance Revolution.
1. Kapi is cocky, hotheaded, and kind of annoying at times, but he's got a lot of energy and playfulness, which is what makes him so lovable.
2. Kapi met Boyfriend in seventh grade, and the two have been on-and-off friends ever since.
3. Kapi loves playing Dance Dance Revolution and often participates in local DDR competitions, although he's nervous to go pro. His friends have been pushing him to try it out, though, so he's been considering it.
4. Kapi is a skilled musician and can play the bass guitar. He sometimes practices it when he's not playing rhythm games or dancing on his DDR pad.
5. He met Skid and Pump at the arcade once and the two began to idolize him when they saw how skilled he was at dancing games. They consider him their "sensei" and themselves his "disciples". Kapi likes teaching the Spooky Kids how to play some of his favorite rhythm games, and they really enjoy it.
6. Kapi is one of those people who say that video game music is real music, and goes so far as to directly point out that whoever disagrees with him has terrible opinions.
7. Believe it or not, Kapi played the arcade machine that Salty and Itsumi were trapped in and actually got them out. Salty and Kapi are really good friends now, and they enjoy each other's company. In fact, Kapi thinks Salty is much cooler than Boyfriend.
8. Kapi is friends with Miku. He met her at the arcade where she works part-time. Most people don't really pay attention to her when she's not performing onstage or filming music videos, but Kapi recognized her from his favorite Project DIVA games, and being the rhythm game affectionate he is, he approached the teal-haired Vocaloid and decided to talk to her. She told him that she works at the arcade to earn a little extra money when she doesn't have any musical work to do. Kapi challenged her to a game of Dance Dance Revolution, and he surprisingly lost. They now hang out together quite often and now Kapi is able to stand on equal footing with Miku.
9. Kapi loves being scratched behind his ears. Whenever someone scratches his ears, his tail swishes and he purrs happily.
10. Kapi is pretty arrogant and full of himself, but his skills and general ability to get along with people make him a good friend to people who are able to befriend him.
