A day later, things have calmed over Prehistoria as the volcano dies down. Though it has done it's damage, nearly the whole area around the volcano has been destroyed by fire and the ash flow.

In the forest, Melody was out looking for herbal plants to help with Rhaegal's wing.

She's almost gathered enough as she wanders through the forest.

Not noticing the V-shaped footprint on the ground she walked by.

She soon heads to a clearing in the forest, and soon spotted a bush with the leaves she's been gathering. Melody gathers a few handfuls and she soon has enough, she begins to head back as then a rustle was heard close by.

Melody turns to the direction where she heard it, and she then saw some plants jostled by a boulder with a leaning log on it.

Melody then realized she wasn't alone here.

She remained silent unsure what it could be, and then suddenly a trio of Compsognathus rushed out shrieking and chittered as they rushed off as Melody watched them go. Then suddenly a Velociraptor leaps out from nowhere and screeches as Melody turns to it as it was the gray Raptor with the blue stripe as she screeched.

Melody panicked as she backed away from the Raptor, she then tripped over a stick and falls back. The Velociraptor then leaps off the log and hissed as Melody fearfully backs away from her. The Velociraptor screeched as she approached, Melody then fearfully shut her eyes waiting for the death blow.

But then the raptor's aggression strangely dies down and then went up to her. She then sniffs her and lightly trills.

Melody slowly begins to peak one eye open and turns to the Raptor and was slightly confused. If this Raptor wanted harm her, she would have already been dead.

"Uh... H-Hi." Melody nervously said.

The Raptor stared at her, and then suddenly clears her throat. "I'm terribly sorry for scaring you. You okay, kid?"

"Y-Yes." Melody said.

The Raptor then helps Melody up.

"Name's Blue." The Velociraptor introduced herself.

"I'm Melody." Melody introduced herself.

"What are you even doing out here on your own?" Blue asked. "This isn't a place for your kind to be."

"Well, it's a long story." Melody said. "I'm actually here with my mother, and was collecting some leaves to help a friend."

"Well, good to know you're not alone here." Blue said. "I'll help you back to your mother."

"Thank you." Melody said.

They begin to head off when then distant was chattering was heard nearby with overlapping voices.

"You hear that?" Blue asked.

"Someone's coming." Melody said.

"Quick. In the bushes." Blue said.

They quickly head to the bushes and watched and listened as the voices got closer.

"I don't want to work." A voice said. "I don't want to work."

"You should have my job." Another said. "I am far more talented than you."

Then emerging from the brush was Zilla, Raiju and Otachi. Morgana and a Banshee were with them as well, Melody and Blue stayed as quiet as they could in the bushes.

"Will you 2 cut it out?!" Otachi snapped tired of their complaining.

"I am far more better than you." Zilla said. "Along with little miss "Want-to-be-better-than-sister" over here."

He then suddenly ducked as a rock as thrown at him.

"Stop criticizing me!" Morgana angrily said. "All my life I was criticized by my own mother." She then grabs a stick. ""Ursula this, Ursula that, Morgana why can't you be more like URSULA!" She then threw the stick off into the brush.

"Ha! Your desire to be better than her is the reason why Slattern gave you 2 death threats so far." Zilla said. "And strike 3 will be your last."

Melody and Blue remained silent as they listened.

"He just about had enough of you doing stunts leading to trouble." Raiju said. "At less everyone knows the real one."

"This is NOT the real me!" Morgana angrily said. "I'm cruel and evil!"

Zilla then scoffed. " No you're not. You're annoying and crazy. And you even got defeated by a puny little girl."

"Well my reign would be still happening, if she didn't interfere!" Morgana said.

"Oh, come on!" Raiju said. "You think the girl's interference defeated you the first time? Your actions are what lead to your defeat in the first place."

Morgana was completely stunned of what she heard. "ME?!"

"Yes, you!" Raiju said. "You want to get rid of someone, do it properly and killed them yourself. You don't have the guts to be a relentless killer."

"If I ever get my hands on the trident again, I'll show you relentless." Morgana glared nearing his face.

Raiju suddenly grappled Morgana by the throat as she gagged.

"Listen you Cephalopod Cheapstake!" Raiju angrily said holding her above him. "Slattern's has just about had it with us losing those 2 human-fish freaks and you wanting to finish the girl! AND YOU CAN'T EVEN CONTROL YOUR URGE FOR REVENGE!"

"Okay, okay, okay, that's enough!" Otachi said stopping this. "Before we continue this anger management, may I remind you we're working against the clock?"

That then got Melody's attention as she listened.

"We got less than 2 days before Slattern sends everything and everyone in deep water for hundreds of miles." Otachi said. "After that, you can argue all you want, after we that care of them."

"Are you sure that dam will even be enough?" Morgana inquired.

"Relax, whatever and whoever the flood doesn't get, we'll clean up the mess afterwards." Otachi said.

Melody's eyes widen realizing what they were up too.

"Besides, those pathetic humans still won't know till it's too late." Zilla said.

"Too bad we didn't get any fun on those 2 cowardly mermaids." Raiju said. "I actually would've loved to see the redhead watch in horror of that girl of hers' being skinned alive." He then laughed.

Zilla shook his head as then he suddenly saw a faint flicker of flash nearby.

"Hmm?" Zilla frowned turning towards it.

In the bushes, Melody place a hand over her locket not wanting it to give themselves away.

"Come on, Slattern expecting us to be back by nightfall." Otachi said.

They begin to head off as Zilla still thinking he saw something heads the bushes where the 2 are hiding. He then pulls the bushes aside as he saw nothing and looks around.

"Hmm?" Zilla pondered.

"Zilla!" Otachi called out. "We gotta go."

"Hold on." Zilla said. "I don't think we're alone here."

They then started to look around as Raiju checks over by a tree with a dead one leaning against it and accidentally nudges it. The tree cam broke loose and lands on top of him pinning to the ground.

Close by, Blue and Melody came out of hiding behind Zilla and heads towards another dead tree leaning against a tree.

They got to the tree as Raiju saw them.

"Hey!" Raiju said.

"Don't you know a kid always wins against monsters?" Melody said as they climbed up.

"Zilla!" Raiju yelled as he tries to get free.

Zilla turns towards him.

"It's the girl!" Raiju yelled.

Zilla angrily muttered as he rushed over to them.

"She went up the tree!" Raiju yelled.

Zilla continued muttering as he saw them as Morgana, Otachi and the Banshee came back. And Zilla heads to the tree as Melody and Blue climbed to the canopy as the dead tree cracked a bit. Then Zilla leaps on the tree and then quickly rushed up the trunk.

"When I do get back, I'll rip you into 2!" Zilla angrily muttered.

Then the tree trunk cracked heavily and bends, Zilla heard the crack and froze seeing it and then panicked. Then the tree comes falling down as Zilla screamed, and then hits the ground hard and Zilla weakly wheezes in pain.

"Ooh!" Raiju said with wide eyes. "I'm coming, Zilla. I'm coming!"

Raiju struggled under the tree, and soon manages to pull himself out. In the canopy, Melody and Blue watched as Raiju, Morgana, Otachi and the Banshee got to Zilla.

"Zilla? Zilla!" Raiju said helping Zilla up as he wheezed and was all dazed.

Zilla then shook his head regaining his senses. "Where is she?!"

"Look, there she is!" Otachi yelled spotting them. "Zilla, there she is! Right there!"

They quickly surround the tree.

"We see you now, sucker!" Raiju yelled.

"Let's see you avoid this!" Otachi yelled.

He then prepares to fire as Blue quickly grabs Melody and Otachi fires an acid blast as Blue leaps off the tree as the acid hits the tree burning the wood. Blue lands on the ground as Melody held on as Blue rushed off.

"Did that girl hear our entire conversation?" Zilla asked.

"Yeah." Raiju said.

They all turn to each other and stared, and then suddenly rushed off after them.

"Come on!" Raiju yelled.

They soon spotted Blue and Melody as they chased after them, and then they laughed madly as they were starting to catch up.

"Here we come, baby!" Raiju yelled out. "Oh, we're gaining on them! I'm gonna pull up on their side, and I want you to reach out and grab the girl." He said to Morgana.

"Piece of cake." Morgana said on Zilla. "You want to lean out of a speeding lizard?"

"Fine, Morgana, We'll just run pass them and hope they surrender!" Raiju snapped back.

They begin to close in on them.

"Here I go." Morgana said getting ready.

"Okay." Raiju said.

They begin to close in on them as Blue ran.

"Okay." Morgana said.

"There you go!" Raiju said. "Lean out there, baby!"

"Get me closer, get me closer!" Morgana said.

"Morgana, she's running like an Ostrich!" Raiju said watching Blue run.

"Closer! Get me a little closer, Zilla!" Morgana said.

"I'm trying to get closer, Morgana!" Zilla said.

They got closer on the 2 as Morgana begins to near a tentacle towards Melody.

"Closer, Zilla!" Morgan said.

"Oh, get the girl, Morgana!" Raiju said.

Melody soon saw she was in trouble as Morgana almost has her in reaching range of her tentacles.

"Closer, Zilla!" Morgana said reaching out a tentacle. "I almost got her. Almost there." Her tentacles nears Melody's foot.

Then suddenly Blue and Zilla rushed avoiding a tree as Morgana nearly fell off and wraps a tentacle over as her head was near the ground.

"Get the girl!" Raiju yelled.

The chase continued as Blue rushed off as they near a tree as Morgana screamed shielding her face. Then Raiju bit her tentacle pulling her up at the last second as they pass by.

They were soon nearing the edge of the forest.

"You're mine now, sucker!" Raiju yelled.

"Yeah!" Zilla cheered.

They laughed as Blue rushed up a ledge as they followed, and they quickly got ahead to cut them off.

"Go, go, go, go!" Zilla cheered.

They then leaped over the ledge and then started falling.

"Stop, stop, stop, stop!" Zilla cried.

They all fell down a 30 foot chasm as Blue and Melody watched as they then hit the ground. They coughed as they start to recover and looked up seeing the 2.

"Lord, I hate that girl." Zilla said.

Melody and Blue then head off.

Meanwhile, Rhaegal, Draco and Ariel were not far from the coast of the southern tip of Prehistoria.

At the moment, Rhaegal was teaching Draco how to breathe fire.

Draco focuses on an old tree stump less than 20 feet away. Contracting hard on the stump, Draco then inhales deeply and then releases a stream of fire well aimed and hits the stump burning it as Draco soon ceased his blast leaving the stump burning.

"Yes!" Draco cheered. "Finally."

"Well done, son." Rhaegal said proudly.

"Very good, Draco." Ariel said. "But why isn't Melody came back yet?"

"Yeah, she should've been back by now." Draco said.

Then suddenly a loud rustle was heard close by, and then Blue rushed out with Melody.

"Melody?" Rhaegal said.

"Where have you been, sweetheart?" Ariel asked.

"Sorry, we ran into some trouble." Melody said. "This is Blue. Look, listen, we need to get outta here get home."

"What's wrong?" Ariel said.

"Some of Slattern's goons are here." Melody said. "We just managed to get away from them, and Morgana's with them."

"What?" Ariel said.

"We overheard them saying that Slattern is preparing a dam somewhere north." Blue explained. "He's planning to flood everything to wipeout your home."

"How much time do we have?" Ariel asked.

"Less than 2 days." Melody said. "Could be sooner if Slattern finds out."

"We gotta get back and warn them." Ariel said.

"How?" Blue inquired. "There's no way to get back to the mainland in time."

"Not if we leave now." Ariel said as she and Melody headed off.

They soon followed them to the beach.

"There's no way you'll get by swimming." Blue said. "You won't even make it several miles before exhaustion gets you."

"You'll actually be surprise, Blue." Melody said. "I wish to be a mermaid."

Ariel held her daughter's hand and then a flash appeared as they were mermaids again.

And Blue was completely shocked of what she just saw.

"What, wait, you're mermaids?" Blue said stunned trying to recollect herself what she saw.

"Well, I am actually." Ariel said.

"Son of a gun." Blue said completely stunned.

"Look, we'll explain some other time." Melody said. "We need to go."

"Okay, you 3 better head somewhere away from the flood's path." Ariel said. "Find some high ground."

"We will." Rhaegal said. "Be careful out there."

"Okay, come on." Ariel said.

She and Melody quickly swam out and soon dove under the surface.

"So all this time those were mermaids?" Blue said.

"I know, right, crazy." Draco said.

"Come on, we better get going now." Rhaegal said.

They then head off to find high ground to escape the flood.

Hours later at night, in a different part of the ocean, Sebastian and Flounder were looking for Ariel and Melody.

"Those 2 have got to be somewhere." Sebastian said.

"We gotta be getting close in someway." Flounder said. "Come on."

They continued swimming off.

The next morning, Ariel and Melody were asleep on an ice floe.

Everything was calm for a few moments as then the ice floe suddenly shifts as if it was nudged. And it was enough to wake up Ariel and Melody as they looked around.

"What was that?" Melody wondered.

Barely visible, a shape swims underneath the surface barely in view.

Then the ice floe suddenly felt something has hit it as they held on.

"Uh... Hello?" Ariel called out.

Below them, a serpent-like shape glides through the water as Ariel and Melody looked down.

"Someone down there?" Ariel called out.

Ariel and Melody continued looking around trying to see what was below them.

"G-Get up here or I'll come in after you." Ariel said.

They continued looking around as then a small sound of water rippling was heard behind as they looked back.

Then a shape lunges from the depths as Ariel and Melody jumped back screaming as a Tylosaurus erupts out of the water with snapping jaws as they desperately try to climb to the side of the ice floe. They struggled but managed to climb up and then leaped into the water and quickly swam off as the Tylosaur chases after them as it snapped it's jaws and roared.

Melody leaped out of the water as the Tylosaur breaks the surface and dives down as Melody hits the water, and then Ariel leaps out the water. They quickly near a field of ice as they leaped out of the water, and the Tylosaur lunges out of the water growling and nears them as he snapped his jaws missing them. They then hit the ice as the Tylosaur hits the water, and Ariel and Melody quickly crawl across the ice.

The Tylosaurus soon surfaced and spouts a jet of mist from his nostrils glaring at them, and then dives under.

The Tylosaur swam under the ice and was closing with great speed, and Ariel and Melody soon saw him coming and try to stop. The Tylosaurus then leaps out through the ice as they were caught on his back, and his tail tossed them into the air as they soon hit the water above the Tylosaur as he slows to a stop and growls as he looks around. Ariel and Melody then floated slowly above him being quiet as the reptile looks around. And then he bared his teeth as if he has sensed them, and then he swims violently as they held on and were soon shaken off as they yelped and quickly swam off as the Tylosaur chased them.

The chase soon leads them to an ice cave with pillars of ice as Ariel and Melody swam through hoping to shake him. But they soon realized they underestimated their pursuer as his snake-like body made him just as agile as them. They swam through the columns of ice as the Tylosaur snaps his jaws at them, they then made a few up-and-over moves through the ice columns and the Tylosaur rams through 2 of them as then he lunges at Melody with open jaws and snatches her by her tail fins. Melody screamed as she desperately tries to pull herself free as Ariel quickly grabs her and pull her free as they quickly swam off.

As Melody was able to escape with her life with only a few scratches on her tail fins.

The Tylosaurus growled as he then chased after them as the 2 quickly swam down a narrow tunnel through the ice.

Ariel and Melody soon made it through as they soon saw the Tylosaur behind them, and they quickly swam through a gap in the ice.

They quickly made it out of the glacier as the Tylosaur erupts out behind them.

Ariel and Melody quickly started swimming up seeing some light, and the Tylosaurus swims after them and closes in on them. The Tylosaurus growled as his jaws were wide open ready to snatch them, and then they quickly leaped out of the water as Ariel and Melody held each other eyes shut as they were then in the Tylosaur's mouth waiting for the death blow.

But then they started to fall as they were soon out of the reptile's mouth. And then the Tylosaur hits the ice hard as Ariel Melody follow as they slid across it and near a gang of 5 penguins as they cheered.

"Safe!" A penguin said with a spiky black and blue piece of feather on his head.

"Oh, yeah!" Another cheered with a short mohawk style.

"You the bomb, girl!" A third cheered with a light brown short mohawk style.

"That's a 9.8." A fourth said with a curved piece of feather as the Tylosaur made his way over the ice breaking towards them.

"I give you 10." A fifth said with a white spot on the back of his neck.

"Why?" The third penguin asked as the fifth penguins turns the Tylosaur.

The Tylosaur nears them and snapped his jaws just missing them as they screamed and shouted backing away from the reptile.

"Oh, no, no, no." The third penguin said challenging. "Come on. Bring it. Bring it on."

Then he, the second and fourth confront him with their backs turned to him.

"Kiss my frozen tail." The third penguin taunted.

"Kiss it. Kiss it." The fifth penguin mocked.

The Tylosaur then rose up and then lunges just missing them as they backed as even Ariel and Melody couldn't help but laugh.

"Come here, fish stick." The Tylosaurus said. "I take you with ketchup."

"But first you got to catch up." The third penguin taunted.

They then laughed as the Tylosaur growled.

"Oh, here he comes." The second penguin said. "You better move in a half an hour."

"Let's get out of here." The penguins said slowly as they made a slow getaway.

They then laughed as the Tylosaur snaps at them, and then Melody's bracelet suddenly casted a bright flash of lightly momentarily blinding the reptile.

"Hey, amigo, do that again." The spiked-feathered penguin said impressed by her bracelet.

"Do what?" Melody asked turning to them.

"The thing with the..." The white spot penguin said.

"The flashety-flashety." The lead penguin said gesturing to her bracelet as the Tylosaur lightly snapped his jaws.

"Oh. That." Melody said.

"Yeah, do it." The lead penguin said.

"Come on, come on, come on." The white spot penguin said eagerly as Melody glanced back to the Tylosaur.

"Well, it just kind of occasionally:..." Melody as then she made the bracelet flashed a bit.

"Oh, hey." The lead penguin said.

Melody and Ariel looked back to the Tylosaur as he innocently smiled.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah." The lead penguin said.

"Oh, nice." The white spot penguin said.

"And then this:..." Melody said.

The Tylosaur then heads towards then as they were busy with the attention on the bracelet as it then showed a rapid flash.

"Whoa!" The 5 penguins cheered.

"Way to go!" The curved feather penguin cheered.

"That's amazing!" The spiked penguin cheered.

Then they looked back as the Tylosaur rose up high roaring as he lunges as they backed away, and the Tylosaurus hits the ice snout-first hard breaking it as they laughed.

"Ouchie." The Tylosaurus said.

"Oh, the little toothy." The lead penguin taunted. "Oh, look at him." The Tylosaur started to back away. "Oh, he's leaving. Oh, no, that was his face!"

They then laughed.

"Remember, dumplings, I know where you live." The Tylosaurus said.

"Yeah, it's called land, lard face." The white spot penguin retorted.

They laughed more as the spiked feathered penguin stepped forward.

"Flop back anytime, scaly rump!" He mocked.

They laughed more as the penguins then begin to waddle off.

"See ya, fatty." Ariel and Melody said in unison making their snap-back.

The penguins then froze in their tracks.

"That's cool. "See you, fatty!'" The lead penguin said turning to them as well as the other penguins.

They then cheered as they turn to them.

"Did it take you a while to come up with that one?!" The lead penguin asked. "All right, way a go, redhead and black-hair."

"Give me fin, give me fin." The short mohawk penguin said.

They both gave him a high-five.

The penguins waddle off up a hill as the Tylosaurus dives down under the surface, and Ariel and Melody saw it was midmorning and only have less than a day and a half now. And the lead penguin turns back to them.

"Oy. Ain't you coming, fish girls?" He asked.

"Um..." Melody said.

"What, you 2 got something better to do?" He inquired.

Ariel and Melody were uneasy, but felt being with them a little longer wouldn't hurt.

"No." Ariel said.

"Well, then, come along, girl, let's go." He said.

A little reluctant of their choice, they begin to follow the penguins.

10 minutes later, they followed their new friends, Ramon, Nestor, Raul, Lombardo and Rinaldo to a large nesting ground with other penguins with a nearby mountain range and they weren't too far from the sea.

"Hey, fish, you like to party?" Ramon asked.

"P-Party? I guess so." Melody said.

"Well, stick with us, baby." Lombardo said.

"Yeah, 'cause we practically own the action here!" Nestor said.

"MAMBO!" The penguins yelled out.

"You guys certainly are festive." Melody said.

"Yeah!" Ramon said.

"And these are the bad times!" Raul said.

"Yeah, our food chain go loco." Nestor said.

"Everybody a bit down." Lombardo said.

"But it ain't gonna stop no party!" Ramon said.

They soon followed them by the shoreline, when suddenly Attina, Alana, Aquata, Arista, Adella and Andrina surfaced nearby.

"Ugh. We've been looking everywhere." Aquata said. "Still no sign of them."

"Look, we can't give up." Attina said. "We've got to be getting close by now."

"Ooh. I hope nothing bad has happened to them." Adella said concerned for her sister and niece.

As they talked, Arista made a double glance over to the penguin colony, and then suddenly noticed a familiar redhead as she saw Ariel and Melody.

"Uh, guys." Arista said.

"There's gotta be somewhere we haven't tried yet." Alana said.

"Guys." Arista said.

"Well, we can't try Slattern's kingdom, we might end up getting caught ourselves." Andrina said.

"Maybe they're hold on their back home now." Alana said.

"Oh, for- GUYS!" Arista yelled.

"What?!" They all turned to her.

"Look behind you!" Arista said pointing to the shoreline.

They all frowned as they turn to the penguins and saw Ariel and Melody.

"It's them!" Aquata beamed relieved. "Way to go, Arista! I take back everything I thought of you!"

"Thanks." Arista said and realized what she said. "Wait, what?"

"Come on!" Attina said.

They quickly swam over to the shoreline.

Unaware of her sisters close by, Ariel and Melody continued following the Amigos.

"So, what brings you 2 ladies here?" Ramon asked.

"We're actually in a bit of hurry to get home." Ariel explained. "And-"

"Ariel!" Attina's voice called out.

"Was that Aunt Attina?" Melody frowned.

They looked over to the shoreline and saw Attina, Alana, Aquata, Arista, Adella and Andrina crawling onto shore.

"My sisters!" Ariel beamed.

They then rushed over to them, and soon got into a group hug.

"Oh, I missed you!" Ariel said and they pulled away from the hug. "What are you guys doing out here?"

"We came looking for you." Aquata said.

"I just couldn't stand the 2 of you out there with Slattern looming around." Attina said. "I was just worried and..."

"Attina, it's okay." Ariel assured. "Thank you."

Attina smiled and they hugged each other.

"Well, now." Alana said. "We better head back now."

"Oh, my gosh." Melody said remembering something. "I got another reason we need to get home right now."

"Why, what's the problem?" Adella asked.

"Slattern has prepared a dam made out a glacier holding back water, and plans to flood home." Ariel said.

They all gasped.

"Everything in it's path will be washed away." Melody said.

"We gotta get back now and warn them." Attina said.

"Oy! There's a shortcut over that ridge there." Ramon said gesturing to the mountain range. "And then pass the Forbidden Shore."

"Okay, thanks." Ariel said. "And be sure to get everyone away from here."

"We will!" Nestor said. "Take care!"

They then hurried off.

Sometime later, they finally made it to the ridge as they near a ledge of ice with a drop to a steep hill.

"This can't be the place Ramon say to go." Attina said.

"Maybe there's a way around, come on." Andrina said.

They begin to turn around when suddenly part of the ledge under Ariel and Melody broke off.

"Whoa!" Melody exclaimed as they fell.

Attina, Alana, Aquata, Arista, Adella and Andrina looked back seeing they fell and rushed over to the edge seeing them on the piece of ice as they slid down the hill.

"Man, this girl is so accidentally cool." Andrina said as the 2 slid over a ridge of ice as Ariel was tossed off it.

Seeing no other choice, they then leaped over the edge after them as Aquata remained at the ledge.

"Okay, okay." Aquata and then jumped off. "Help me!"

Aquata and his the slope as the other slide down the slope catching up to Ariel. Ahead of them, Melody still on the ice piece were tossed into the air.

"Whoa!" Melody yelled and lands on the ice chunk.

She rode the ice piece surfer-girl style trying to keep balance, and soon was tossed off as she laughed and flew over a ridge of ice.

Behind her, Ariel and her mothers were starting to catch up as they slid over the ridge and hit the snow as Ariel and Attina flew by, and then Adella, Andrina, Alana and Arista crashed into each other and were tossed into different directions.

Aquata meanwhile was lagging behind as she slid across the snow.

"D-D-D-D-D-D-Daddy!" Aquata said as she bounced over the as the ice chunk behind her broke in 2.

Then she was tossed a bit as she then hits the ice face-first and blabbers as she slid over the ice and then flips over and lands on her back. She then saw the ice chuck coming at her as it lands on top of her as they were tossed into the hitting the ice as the ice chunk landed over Aquata each time as she yelped.

Meanwhile, Melody slid across the ice now enjoying this as Ariel and her sisters finally caught up as they were having fun as well. They then slid over a short ridge of ice as Aquata's yell was heard as then she drops in front of them as they crashed into each other and Aquata on the ice chuck soon slides ahead of them as she was enjoying this.

"YEE-HAW!" Aquata cheered.

The ice chuck was then tossed in the air as well as Aquata as they dropped down from a slope and Aquata did a back-flip and lands on it as they were fast approaching a wall of ice.

"Whoa!" Aquata ducked.

They pass by the wall into a small cave as Aquata looked around not seeing the wall behind her with a smaller gap and soon hits it.

"WAH!" Aquata yelled.

Aquata did 2 front-flips before hitting the ice and Melody slid by her as they slid through the cave. But then Melody ran into a piece of ice as then the whole ceiling started coming down as they all quickly fled.

"Come on, Melody." Aquata said.

Melody hurried as she made it out in time as she was tossed in the air from a falling ice chuck and then high-fives Aquata as they all laughed as they slid.

"Oh, I love gravity." Adella said.

"Oh, I feel like reminiscing." Aquata said as they near a slope.

"Remin-icing?" Andrina said.

They then reached the slope as they started to slide down gaining speed as they approached a sheer drop as Aquata climbed over Arista trying to climb up. They then yelled and screamed as they fell off the cliff and towards a hole in the ice. They then land on an angled slope breaking their fall as they slid through an ice tunnel. They slid through the tunnel so fast as Ariel, Attina, Alana, Arista, Adella and Andrina got ahead, and Aquata and Melody lagged behind as ice chucks appeared and they made it out as they fell through the air.

Aquata held onto Melody as they hit the slope and slid down as an avalanche of ice and snow were right behind them. They soon reach the bottom as they slid over a rise of ice as a slide and they flew into the air and hit the ocean below as great chunks of ice broke and fell into the water.

Icebergs floated in the water as the 8 mermaids quickly swam avoiding to be crushed.

The ice chunks started to close in as Melody was the last to quickly escape and narrowly avoids 2 icebergs as they crashed into each other.

At the surface, Ariel and the rest of her sister quickly leaped onto the ice and start to climb up a short ridge of ice.

"That was too close." Attina said.

"Come on, come on." Adella said.

Then Arista leaps out of the water, and bumps into them as they were thrown off the ridge. And then Melody leaps out of the water and over the ridge joining them.

"Okay, that... was the most fun I had in years." Aquata said.

"Same here." Andrina said.

They then laughed.

Later in the day, they were still making their way through the mountain range as they pass by a ledge.

"And then I say to him, "Enough, you are making me nauseous"." Adella said telling one of her dating stories. "So he becomes silent, almost moody, and you know what I say? "You never share. You got to let it out"."

"Adella, come on." Alana said.

"Let it out." Adella said. "Let it out."

"Stop it!" Andrina said. "Let it go."

"I never had a good relationship in my life before Stevie." Adella finally confessed.

"Give her a hug. Give her a hug." Aquata said.

"I let it out!" Adella cried.

"There we go." Arista said.

"I let it out." Adella cried.

"I know. Get over it." Andrina said.

"Boy, I missed a lot these last 12 years." Ariel muttered.

"Yep. Welcome to our world." Attina said.

They continued on up a ridge as distant growling was heard.

Soon, they made it to ledge as below them was a vast colony of Elephant Seals on the shoreline.

"Guess there's only 1 way down." Ariel said. "Here we go, Melody. Come on."

Then she and Melody leaped off the ledge and fell to the slope and slid down.

"Jump in time." Adella said. "Jump in time."

They then backed up from the edge a bit.

"Okay, let's do it." Andrina said.

"Okay, okay, okay. Ready?" Aquata said as they rushed to the edge.

They then jumped off yelling and fell as Aquata was still on the edge and then laughed.

"No. I can do this. I can do this." Aquata said. "I got to trick myself." She then leans over the edge on 1 hand. "Boy, look at that. What?" She looked behind her.

She then slipped and fell over screaming.

Ariel and Melody slid down the slope and reach the bottom and slowed to a stop. And Attina and the others soon caught up as they bumped into each other.

Then Aquata was heard yelling as they turn to her, and she slid by them and hits Arista and went by and hits the side of a sleeping Elephant Seal. He woke up growling as Aquata quickly rushed over to the others.

"You blokes better be lost, 'cause trespassing's a crime." The seal said as distant growls fill the air and a seal next to him turns to them.

"We're just passing through." Melody said.

"Yeah." Arista said.

"We're with them." Attina said.

"Oy." Another Elephant Seal said appearing. "You wouldn't be heading over them distant hills and through the Blizzard Country?"

"If it's the only way to the Forbidden Shore, yeah." Melody said.

"Crikey." The Elephant Seal said. "You might come face to face with an annihilator."

"One of Slattern's army?" Melody said looking off into the distance.

"Too right." The seal said as another joins up. "Cut you up as soon as look at ya."

"Waste every living thing in their path." Another Elephant Seal said joining them.

"Could they be at this for years?" Ariel said.

"Every living thing." The seal said.

"Merciless, mate. Merciless." Another seal said. "Even if you're a whooping great whale, they drag your sorry carcass ashore, dice you up, melt you down, and turn you into fun food." He then started sucking on his trunk-like nose.

"1 day you're a big old whale, next minute..." The third seal said.

Then the fourth seal snorted.

"... fun food." The third seal finished.

"Someone's gotta stop him." Melody said.

"Oh, yeah?" The fourth seal said. "What's gonna be your approach?"

"We actually have someone after him." Melody said.

"Yeah?" The seal said.

"He's our best shot of defeating Slattern." Melody said.

"Beauty." The seal said. "When that crafty little trick pays off, you be sure to let us know, won't ya?"

The 4 Elephant Seals then chuckled.

"All right, Melody, let's go." Ariel said.

They begin to crawl off.

"See ya, kid." The fourth seal said. "Your funeral, mate."

Ariel then looked back as her sisters looked scared at the thought of Slattern's annihilation plan. The growls and roars of Elephant Seals fill the air as Ariel knew she wouldn't force her sisters into such danger as she then heads off with Melody.

Though scared, Attina was first to follow as they soon followed as Arista was the last as they hurry to catch up.

Towards sunset, the wind howls as snow blows through the air as the group made their way through it.

They slowly crawled through the blowing wind as then Attina, Alana, Aquata, Arista, Adella and Andrina were slowly pushed back and then were pushed back forcefully from the wind.

"Oh, man!" Aquata yelled.

"Push tight." Adella said.

Soon Ariel and Melody were struggling as they were then tossed back as Ariel got to her daughter and helped her up. And they slowly continued through the howling wind as then they were being pushed back, and then Attina and the others rushed over to them.

"Come on, guys." Attina said. "Let's do it."

They quickly joined by them in a tight group.

"You can do it. Come on, push!" Aquata said.

Slowly, they begin to move through the rough howling wind.

4 days ago, was the 1 year anniversary of the riot incident of US Capitol D.C. of January 6, 2021. One of 3 tragic events in American history of a timespan of 80 years since Pearl Harbor.

And sadly, Full House actor Bob Saget has sadly passed at aged 65 yesterday. May him rest in peace.
