In the living room, Anne sees Hop Pop trying to grab something but he has nothing in front of him.
"Connie Cornelia Plantar, you will become visible immediately or else you will be deprived of a date for your whole life. "He orders his oldest great-granddaughter.
"Pop is still talking to the ghost? "She asks Polly and Sprig. Because the Thai woman sees the old frog speaking alone.
"Anne Connie is not a ghost, she is invisible.,"
"Sure, not a ghost. So why is your grandfather talking to someone who is not there? "
"There she is." Polly said.
"You're sure, since I've been living with you I've only seen three people: Sprig, Polly and Hop Pop." She has doubts about the existence of the real world.
"She exists. I have proof of it. "Sprig takes a Plantar family photo album.
The Thai girl looks at the photos inside to see a young green frog with Hop Pop, both are happy.
"Awww! She's cute. Who is? "
"This is Connie, our adopted big sister," explains Polly.
"Why adopt? "
"Our parents found her when she was alone. She didn't have a home. " Sprif explains.
The pink amphibian points to a photo where Connie was greeted by the Plantar family.
Anne looks at the other photos which show Connie and Hop Pop. The two play together, cook together when the flour falls on them, and one where Hop Pop was reading a story to put his granddaughter to sleep. A photo was taken on Connie's first birthday.
"Awww! She's cute. " She says. Suddenly the album hovers out of Anne's hands and the emerald green frog girl becomes visible.
"Stop looking at his photos! "She is embarrassed that someone saw Someone look at the childhood memory photos of her.
"Here you are, Connie. "Hop Pop sees his adopted granddaughter visible.
"Are you real !?"
"Yes I'm real and no I'm not a ghost like you say. "
"Why didn't I see you when I got here?"
"Because, I can do this!" She makes a demonstration of her talent and becomes invisible in front of Anne.
"Oh no! You're not going to leave this house, girl! " Hop Pop tries to grab him, but Connie is no longer in the room. "I hate when she does that. Note to myself, though I gave a necklace with a bell as a birthday present. "
"She's the rebel of the family. I wish I could be like her." The tadpole admitted its big sister a lot
"Have you ever wondered where she goes like that, when she goes invisible?" She asks Sprig and Polly.
"Not really." Sprig never wondered.
"Not really? It smacks of mystery. Anne says but Sprig takes his words literally.
"I only smell my lunch." He refers to the plate in front of him
Later in the night. It's night. The Thai girl and the young pink frog are hidden behind the sofa.
Connie comes out of her room, makes sure there is no one around and leaves the house.
"What does our espionage begin?" Anne says. They follow Connie to a place no one goes. A bar called Hell Toad.
"This place is really scary. I don't understand why Connie is going here?"
"Maybe it's done expertly to give the illusion of being the bandit cue to avoid attracting attention? Because it's often crowded with people."
"Maybe you're right. "The two see three bikers heading towards the building.
"Or not."
"We have to save my big sister before she becomes a gang member! "
"Yes. First let's go inside. "Anne and Sprig enter the bar.
The teenage amphibians in black jackets glare at Anne and Sprig.
The pink frog approaches a table. "Excuse me, I'm looking for my big sister."
"Listen kid. It's not a daycare here, I advise you to leave immediately. "
"Not without Connie!" Refuge to leave his big sister.
They stand up and clench their fists ready to strike.
"Sprig, I think we better go." Anne suggests an idea.
"Yeah! Listen to your weird mutant friend. "
"I am not a mutant. I am a human. "She corrects him.
"What is a human?"
"Anne!" Sprig don't want to cause trouble.
"Ok, you'll see. "He's about to use his strength to hurt the pink frog.
When the two teenagers are struck by an invisible force.
"That happened? "One of the boys asks.
"They are wizards! "The other is scared.
They flee in terror out of the building.
"Connie?" The emerald green frog girl becomes visible.
"Nobody hits my little brother! Sprig why are you here? It's not a place for you. And you, why did you bring him here? "
"Sorry. When he told me you went out a lot. I was curious and forced him to follow me."
"I accept your apologies. When you are there, how about enjoying it? "
"Do you want us to stay?"
"Of course. This is for the cool and deserved kind to be here. "
"Thanks Connie. "
"You are thirsty?"
"Exactly yes, I was starting to get thirsty."
"Fontaine, three natural juices!"
The purple frog at the counter gives them three drinks. Sprig and Connie drinking it.
Anne hesitates a little because she doesn't know what her drink could contain or what she was made with.
"Come on Anne, drink it. It is really good. I assure you it does not contain any insects. "
"Okay." The Thai girl drinks the juice and it finally tastes good.
Connie shows them around the place.
"You know what Anne. At first I thought you were some kind of monster trying to eat my family when they let their guard down. If it was, I would have killed you without hesitation. "
"Good to know. "She thinks Connie is saying that as a joke.
"Not only. I would have really killed you. "The green amphibian girl said with a threatening look. "I'll go get other drinks."
"Your big sister is more scared than Polly." Anne tell Sprig.
Sprig and Anne have a lot of fun all night long.
This morning.
"Connie! Connie! I order you to appear immediately! Connie! "Hop Pop calls his granddaughter.
The old frog looks everywhere for the girl who is invisible. He hears the door open.
"Find!" He goes outside.
Connie becomes visible in front of them.
"Do you think we're doing something cool?" Connie proposes.
"Yes." Anne, Sprig and Polly accept.
The four leave the house.
