Sanji left the restaurant as soon as he finished his meal. The girls soon followed. "What's wrong Sanji?" Robin asks.
"I don't think we should be listening anymore." Sanji says.
"Why not? We are learning so much about Zoro." Nami says smiling.
"That should be something Zoro tells us himself. We shouldn't be eavesdropping."
"You are right. He should be the one to tell us. It's not like we were ever straight forward about our own lives." Robin says. Namis smile disappears.
"When you put it like that I guess you're right." Nami says. Zoro's been with them the longest and they know the least about him. "Let's go shopping then." Nami says. Sanji takes one look at Zoro who's just eating looking down at his plate. He says something to Smoker and Smoker says something back. It seems to have shocked Zoro because he stopped eating and looked up at Smoker. His eyes wide open. Sanji wondered what was going on but he will never know.
Him and Zoro aren't friends. They haven't talked to each other since Zoro told him about getting kicked out the club. He knows it's not his fault. It's also not Zoro's. How was he supposed to know confessing would cause a big mess. He did feel bad though, no one knew about how he felt. He must have felt alone. From what he heard his family doesn't know about anything that's been going on in the last three years. That's why he felt bad, his friends don't know, well minus Sanji, and his family doesn't know. The one Zoro needs is a friend right now and Sanji is going to be that friend.
Sanji sat in his chair as Luffy goofed around with Chopper. He hasn't seen Zoro. He wants to talk to him. He's got a lot to say to him.
"Guys! Have you heard!" Usopp shouts running into the classroom. He bends over to catch his breath. Everyone looks at him but the rest of the class turn back when they see it just Usopp.
"Heard what?" Franky asks looking up from the thing he was tinkering with.
"Zoro got suspended again. For two weeks." Usopp says as he rummages in his pocket. He pulls out a folded piece of paper. He unfolds it and hands it over to Nami and Robin. Everyone gathered around the girls.
"What happened?" Chopper asked.
"It says that he got into a fight with every single guy from a sports club." Nami says.
"Every guy. That's almost more than a hundred students." Brook says. They all got an image in their head of Zoro standing in the middle of a field of bodies. They all shudder. Zoro is like a demon reincarnated.
"Just what is going on with him? First it's you and Zoro and now the whole male sports teams." Nami says looking at Sanji. Sanji doesn't know what to say either. Why would Zoro fight these guys anyway? Isn't he trying to get back in the club? Fighting and beating everyone of them isn't going to help, Zoro should know that.
After school Sanji heads to Zoro's home. Got a little lost having only been there once, when he followed Zoro. He couldn't help but stare at the house. Two stories, from what he could tell. A small gate, green grass, the blinds are all closed so he doesn't know if Zoro is home. It's really nice looking and Sanji can't really believe Zoro lives here. They all imagined where Zoro would live, having never been there before, and Namis suggestion seemed the most accurate. She said he probably lives in an old, rundown apartment, on the third floor, inside is full of old wrappers and weights to train with. It was more realistic than Usopp's who said he lives in a house in another dimension where all the freakish monsters live.
Sanji opens the gate slowly still not really believing this is where Zoro lives. He walk up the walkway, walks up the two steps to the door. He looks around and spots the bell. Slowly he rings the doorbell. Namis vision seemed more real than reality. He rings the doorbell again. He waits patiently before ringing it again.
He got tired of waited. He looks around to see the there is a space in between the house and the wall. He walks around the house, which is full of flowers, extremely beautiful flowers. When he reached the backyard he heard metal clanking. He turned the corner to see Zoro training. He is handstanding with weights in both hands as he walk to the other side of the yard. He looked over to the side to see Zoro set water out on the small Engawa. Sanji walked over to it and sat down setting his messenger bag down. He cought a glimpse of Zoro wearing headphones on. He watch Zoro train a little before going up and poking Zoro in the leg. In an instant Zoro's legs are wrapped around his neck, his center of gravity is disrupted and he's on the floor with Zoro sitting on top. Zoro frown down at Sanji with his hand in a fist aimed at Sanji's face. He takes off his headphones and gets of Sanji. "What are you doing here?" Zoro goes to the Engawa and gets some water.
Sanji sits up and rubs his neck. "We heard you got suspended again. For two weeks. What happened?" Sanji asks standing up and walking to Zoro. Zoro didn't say anything as they just stare at each other. He should have expected this. Of course Zoro isn't going to say anything. Sanji grabbed his bag and with one last look at Zoro he got ready to say good but Sanji noticed something. Zoro's eye is black. Sanji looks closer at Zoro whose wearing gym shorts and a tank top, he could see bruises on his arm, neck and part of his chest. No way that was from the fight. Zoro could fight a thousand guys and not get a scratch. "Your hurt? W-what-," no wrong question. "When did?" Sanji motioned to his own body.
"Should I even tell you? You were just thinking I started a fight for no reason."
"I didn't-"
"You don't know a lot of things. To help you understand a little I got these during sex. I told them no but they didn't listen. They seem to have fun beating me while they shove their dicks up my ass." Zoro stood up and pulled up his tank top. A big bruise on his stomach. Sanji is speechless. He really did think Zoro was an idiot for fighting. Zoro was right, he did know nothing, and that fact hurt him.
"Zoro!" They turn their heads to see Smoker standing there.
