Sanji quickly turns around as the group makes their way to the door, finished with the greetings. Sanji makes sure he looks presentable, he doesn't know what's going on but he doesn't care since he's going to be with Zoro again, he's here. That's what matters to him.

They walk in one at a time, looking around the place. Sanji greets them with a smile, not a fake one either, he is genuinely happy to see Zoro. After going away for almost a month, he is happy to know that Zoro is back from his family trip. He was starting to feel down. "Welcome to the Baratie. You can give me your coat, I'll hang them." he smiles. They give him their coats one by one as they walk further in. Then he's met with Bonney grinning back at him as she hands over her brown fur lined coat. She gives him a wink then walks away. Then Zoro steps up, a shocked look on his face as he undoes his coat. It really is shocking to see Zoro all dressed up, it's good to see him, he looks nice. Very nice. Sanji gives him a smile. "It's good to see you Zoro."

"It's been awhile. I didn't know we were coming here." Zoro says, a small blush on his face covered by the grin he gave back to the blonde. He too missed his boyfriend but he wanted to spent time with his family. He does feel bad for turning his phone off, he hasn't turned his phone on since he got back.

"I told dad to come here, thought you might want to see each other." Bonney says intercepting them. "Let's go." she says dragging Zoro away to sit down at the table.

Sanji carefully puts their coats away as he takes peaks at the table. Sanji smiles at Zoro as he sat next to his father. His sister Bonney on the other side, Perona on the other side of her father, Smoker next to his sister, on the other side is a woman, who he now remembers is one of the police officer that came to save Zoro from getting choked by Brandon. Her mother sat next to her, then her father. Sanji walked into the kitchen as they looked at the menu and talked.

Sanji looks at them from the small window, he stood staring at Zoro. This is the first time he's seen Zoro be with his family, be with his father. He wasn't really interacting with them, he just sat there looking at the menu quietly until someone talked to him. He couldn't hear about what but he saw Zoro make quick answers as he made eye contact with who asked the question. He would also talk to his sister, whispering to her.

Sanji squeals as he jumps in his skin when a hand is pressed on his shoulder. Sanji turns around to see Zeff standing there in front of him. He takes a deep breath and gives a smile, Zeff raises his eyebrow at the young blondes reaction. "What's wrong with you?" Zeff asks. Sanji shakes his head.

"Nothing, I'm going to take their order." he says grabbing a pen and the notepad. Zeff looks through the small window to finally see the customers. He scans the table to stop at the green haired teen. He hasn't seen the teen in years. He didn't know the teen family is their customer tonight. To think that the green haired teen he taught how to cook would be here. He watched as Zoro look up, noticing Sanji walking towards the table. It is shocking to see Zoro's eyes light up when he makes eye contact with Sanji. He saw Zoro give him a smile. Which is weird because if he remembers correctly, Zoro did everything to avoid him. What changed?

"Hope you are all having a good evening so far. What can I get you to drink?" Sanji flashes them a smile. One by one he takes their order, going down the line until he got to Zoro. "And what will you be having?" he asks his boyfriend with a grin. The blonde relishing in his boyfriends blushing face. Zoro didn't know why he's blushing he just is. Did not seeing the blonde for so long make him this way?

"He'll have a glass of lemonade." Zoro's father answers, Zoro and Bonney looking shocked, is his father being protective? Sanji just smiles as he continues but makes sure not go to far from Zoro.

From where Zeff stood something is going on with the blonde and moss head. One, Sanji has never paid attention to a guy when woman are around him. He'd be making sure the woman are more than happy. Much to the dates displeasure. And two, he's more than sure the two don't like each other, or didn't. When Sanji would bring all his friends over they would fight like cat and dogs. And in later years they have not once been seen near each other. Why the sudden change? Why do they seem so happy with each other? Why is Sanji hanging all over Zoro? Even the blondes mood has improved, he has been upset, moody, and sad, for a second he thought maybe he got dumped again but he seems fine now, happy even. Zeff could tell when the blonde is faking a smile and his smiles so far have been genuine. His eye even sparkle when around Zoro.

Sanji took their order, served their drinks, appetizers and meals, making sure their glasses stayed full without breaking a sweat. It took them awhile but Smoker and Mihawk recognized his face as Zoro's friend. Sanji got asked by the other family about working so late during a school break. He happily and proudly explained that his father owned the restaurant and he likes to help out. They all seemed to find it admirable besides Zoro who knew. As he stood there he witnessed Mihawk glare at Bonney from his seat.

"What, I thought it would be nice. We've never been here before. Plus Zoro gets to see his friend." she explains. Mihawk still did not look happy with the answer but let it go not wanting to make a scene. Sanji did get the hint that this is the first time these two families are meeting with each other.

The rest of the evening goes by into dessert but not without Mihawk guarding Zoro like a cub, to Zoro's annoyance. There is no reason to be over protective. But it didn't end till they were finished with their whole meal, everyone happy and full. Sanji happily gave them their coats after paying. Locking the door since they are the last customers of the day. Sanji saw that the whole group continue to stand in front of the restaurant talking so he ran to grab his coat and walk out from the alley door.

It wasn't just Zeff anymore, the other chefs notice something is up with Sanji, especially with the way the young blonde would stare out the small window, staring at the group like they were celebrities. Curious, the old man followed his son, hiding next to the door slightly ajar. Able to see the blonde getting Zoro's attentions silently from the dark alleyway

Zoro smiles at the blonde, signaling he saw him then looks to see his dad talking to Tashigi's parents. He quickly makes his way to the ally way to meet the blonde, the crunch of the snow comically loud. When he reaches the blonde they both start giggling. Then, seemingly out of nowhere Sanji wraps his arms around Zoro, holding him tightly in a hug. Zoro is shocked at first but returns the hug.

"I missed you." Sanji says softly into his ears. Zoro pulls back and looks at the blonde with a smile on his face he rolls his eyes.

"I wasn't gone that long, but I missed you to." he says.

"So did you have fun on your family trip?" he asks, both of them still have each others arms around them. Zoro gives Sanji a big smile, showing off his white teeth.

"Yup, I felt like a kid again."

"I'm glad you had fun. So what was with this dinner?"

"Oh we were meeting Smokers girlfriend's family for the first time." Zoro answers. Oh, so that's what it is. They must have been nervous.

"Did you enjoy the food."

"Of course, I think the others enjoyed it to, my father especially though I don't think he will admit it." Zoro says, Sanji lets out a chuckle with how Mihawk looked at him all night he'll have to agree. "I don't know why he was acting that way." Zoro frowns. That to him was just weird.

"He is still your dad."

"Yeah but-"

"Roronoa! It's time to go!" his father interrupts.

"Coming!" Zoro turns his head to shout. Zoro lets go of the blonde turning his whole body to walk away. He takes a step forward toward the car but pauses. Sanji stares curiously then surprise when Zoro turns to him with a blush on his face, expression hesitant. Sanji gets a surprise when Zoro runs the two steps to him and grabs his face to kiss him. "I'm happy to be back and see you cook." Zoro says to him when he pulls back from the kiss, then he looks at the blonde with a soft and caring smile. But before Sanji can react or say anything back Zoro had let him go and turned to run to the car.

Zeff saw Sanji turn around after the cars left, take one step before he fell to his knees, hiding his face then standing back up with a smile that could melt the snow off the whole block. Almost his whole face is red.

Zeff finally got it.
