As the far as the public knows, the tournament's battle royale should have ended, but no one has any idea what was really going on. They were waiting to hear about the results on who is still in the tournament.

"What do you think is going on?" Nate asked.

"No clue. I wonder what happened." Alyssa said.

"I'm sure everything is going to be cleared up soon enough." Eli said. All of them were hoping that would be true. They soon got what they wanted as the gates opened up. They all looked and saw Yukin and all the others entering back in the arena. "There they are!"

"Awesome! Yukin and Siegrain made it!" Nate said.

"And so did Zoey!" Augustus said.

"Yeah..., but what's with her hair?" Alyssa said as they all believed that Siri was Zoey.

"That's weird. There are a few others down there." Yuzu said. "There's Sylvester and that Lana. There's also that mysterious boy that Yukin brought home. What are they all doing there?" All of them didn't even seem to acknowledge the crowd as they thought about all that they learned. That is except for Sylvester. He welcomed all the attention.

"Is that Sylvester? What's he doing there?"

"He lost in the first round. He shouldn't be there."

"What did you do? Bribe your way back in? Cheater!"

"Hey! It would be criminal not to let me in! Besides, I'm a Knight of Legend now!" Sylvester said.

"Knight of Legend?" Everyone in the audience was wondering what that might be. That was when Renji and his mother showed themselves. The time has come to reveal the truth to everyone.

"People of Merge City, we are dealing with a serious situation." Renji said. "A threat to our entire world has arrived. The true purpose of this tournament was to find those who are willing and skilled enough to fight. This threat comes from a place called Promin Academy."

"What's he talking about?" Augustus said.

"I don't know." Nathan said.

"We understand your confusion and skepticism, but what we are sharing is the absolute truth." Miss Abarin said. "Just take a look at this footage." She showed everyone recorded video of what happened out in the city. They showed students from Promin Academy attacking other students and people being turned into cards. Seeing all this was a shock to those who were seeing this for the first time.

"What the heck?! This all can't be real!" Eli said.

"I think it is!" Yuzu said.

"These people threatened the world and our very way of living." Renji said. "Luckily, we have those who are willing to fight against this threat." He showed footage of Yukin and his friends fighting and defeating members of Promin Academy, including Soto's duel against Yukin.

"Was that Yukin dueling Soto?" Nate questioned.

"Why would they be dueling each other?" Alyssa said. No one liked the looks of this and weren't sure what to think of this.

"I know you are all are concerned, confused, and worried. Sadly, no matter how much we wish this wasn't true, it is." Miss Abarin said.

"That is why we are forming this team." Renji said. "We are known as the Knights of Legend. We are named for famous knights who fought for their kingdom and became legends in their own rights. Just like the noble knights, we too shall fight this threat. However, we alone can't defeat this enemy."

"It's going to take many of us." Miss Abarin said. "That is why we wish to share this footage with the rest of the world. We want to find those who are willing to fight alongside us. It will be dangerous. This isn't a game anymore. We must fight and we must win or else all could be lost."

"Could all of this actually be true?"

"I don't see why they would lie about it."

"How else do you explain what we just saw?"

"Does this mean we can be knights too?" This has caught the interest of many and are wondering if they can join in the fight as well. It might all be hard to believe, but they need those who are willing to fight. The time has come to take a stand against Promin Academy and these brave duelists are going to do that.

...

Outside

After the announcement, Yukin and Siegrain were meeting with the rest of their friends. They were confirming everything they were told was the absolute truth.

"It's really all true? There are some bad people that want to hurt us?" Alyssa said.

"I'm afraid it is." Yukin said.

"We saw it all for ourselves. Those people are turning others into cards, threating others, and more." Siegrain said. "As unbelievable as it all seems, this is all for real. That's why Yukin and I are going to be joining with Renji to take these guys on. Right, Yukin?" He thought Yukin would do the right thing, but he was still a little unsure about what to do.

"Yukin, are you okay?" Yuzu asked.

"Don't tell me you're still not considering it. Yukin, we need you." Siegrain said, but Yukin wasn't sure what he should think.

"Siegrain!" Siegrain turned around and saw Mara was there.

"Sis?" Siegrain questioned as to what she wanted. Mara walked over to Siegrain and grabbed him by the ear painfully.

"We need to talk." Mara said as she dragged him away from there.

"Yukin, what about Zoey? Is she going to take part in this too?" Eli asked.

"Not quite because Zoey isn't here." Yukin said. That seemed to have shocked all of them. "The girl you saw wasn't Zoey. Her name is actually Siri. For whatever reason, she looks like Zoey."

"What?! That can't be?!" Eli said as he refuses to believe that his daughter is gone.

"Yukin!" Yukin turned around and was met with Siri in a new set of clothes. She's now wearing a red jacket with a black shirt and a white skirt. She was also holding Zoey's clothes. "Is this Zoey's father?"

"He is." Yukin said.

"You're... You're not Zoey?!" Alyssa said as she didn't like the idea her sister was gone either.

"No, and I'm sorry." Siri said as she handed Zoey's clothes to Eli. "She was taken to Promin Academy because she got mixed up with me. It's my fault she might be gone. Zoey did open my eyes to the truth. I know what I must do now. That's why I'll fight as a knight and rescue her." She left it at that as she turned around and headed for LID.

"Wait! Tell me where this Promin Academy is and I'll go rescue her!" Eli said.

"Not a good idea." Yukin said. "Promin Academy is a dangerous place. I doubt you would last very long out there on your own."

"Yukkin, what about Soto? You were dueling him, right? Isn't he going to join the fight too?" Nate asked. Hearing Soto's name made him angry.

"No he isn't because Soto is really working with Promin Academy." Yukin said. "Everything we knew about him was a lie. Soto was never really our friend. The only reason he joined our school was to try and get me to fight for Promin Academy."

"No... That can't be true..." Nate said as all of them were shocked to hear the truth about Soto.

"You mean he's really the bad guy?" Augustus questioned.

"No! None of this can be real!" Alyssa said as she didn't want to listen to any of this anymore.

"I'm sorry, guys. All of this is true. Zoey's gone, Soto's the enemy, and there's no telling what else could be out there." Yukin said.

"Yukin, are you even sure you want to do this?" Yuzu asked, but Yukin had no clear answer to that. He wants to help Zoey and stop this madness, but he's not sure if he can trust Renji or if he really has the strength to fight back. Yuzu could see he was struggling with that decision. That's why she grabbed him by the arm and pulled him down the road.

"Mom, what are you doing?!" Yukin said.

"We need to talk about all of this." Yuzu said with the rest of them following. At the same time, Lana could see that Yukin was struggling.

"Don't worry, my dear Yukin. I'll help you through this as well." Lana said as she went after them.

...

Drewsin

Drewsin was taken back to LID. Having a damaged arm is a problem for a duelist. That's why Renji is helping him out by giving him a special cast.

"There. This should help you until your arm fully heals." Renji said as his scientists finished putting on the cast. It may have looked mechanical, but it allowed Drewsin to move his arm around like there was no problem.

"Incredible." Drewsin said as he was impressed with the technology.

"With us being on the move soon, I need everyone to be at their best." Renji said and left the room. With him gone, Shun walked in to talk to Drewsin.

"You doing okay?" Shun asked.

"Yeah. I will be okay thanks to these guys." Drewsin said. "I also got Yukin to thank for helping me out earlier."

"I still can't believe you gave your best card to that guy. What could have possibly made you do something like that?" Shun said as he didn't like the thought at all.

"Yukin duels for the right reasons. He duels for the real reasons a person should duel." Drewsin said. "He's more deserving of that card than I am because I was loosing sight of those reasons."

"Oh please. That just sounds like a bunch of nonsense to me." Shun said. "Shadow Shudamin is your best card. It makes no sense to give away a card like that. Besides, you don't even know this Yukin. Why would you give that card to a complete stranger?"

"I can't really explain it, but I know he is someone we can trust." Drewsin said.

"You better be right. I don't want anyone getting in our way or slowing us down. Truth be told, I'm not even sure if we should even help these guys. This was originally our fight, but it looks like it got out of hand. The sooner we get to Promin Academy, the better." Shun said as he turned out of there. Drewsin was getting a little concerned that Shun's anger and desire for vengeance is consuming him much more than it's consumed Drewsin himself.

Yukin

Yukin followed his mother with the others following them. Yukin didn't quite know what his mother wanted to show him or where they were even going.

"Mom, what is this about?" Yukin questioned.

"You'll see in a moment. We're almost there." Yuzu said.

"Where is she taking him?" Nate questioned as none of them understood. It wasn't until Eli got a good look around the place that it was all coming to him.

"Wait. I think I know where Yuzu's going." Eli said. He's just a little surprised she would take him there of all places. They kept going until it was right in front of them. Yukin was a bit surprised himself that they were here.

"I know this place!" Yukin said.

"That's right. This is where your father disappeared." Yuzu said as they stood in front of a burned down building. What could she be intending to do by bringing her son to the place his father disappeared?
