Yukin and his friends attempted to escape from the facility. They thought they had it, but it was a setup by Commander Rojin. They took him to the council to discuss this, but that was Renji showed up and the time came to discuss the real issue with Promin Academy.
"Commander Rojin, I'm not sure you are familiar with Renji Abarin here." Palice said. "He's came to us with an interesting subject about a place called Promin Academy and an invasion."
"Actually, I am aware of it." Rojin said.
"Ristly! I'm glad to see you're okay." Yukin said.
"He is thanks to me." Drewsin said. "Renji found out what happened and wanted me to bring Ristly back to him. The little guy doesn't do to well when he's not around Renji. Although, I might have expected Shun to be arrested, not the rest of you."
"Hey, shut up." Siegrain said.
"Mr. Abarin, you came to us with this ideal before." Pier said. "You claim there's some sort of duel school out in the world that wishes to conquer all of us."
"That's rather preposterous." Maribel said.
"I know it might sound rather strange and unreal, but it's all true." Drewsin said. "I can show you. We have video evidence to backup our claims."
"Very well. Let's see this evidence." Takato said. Drewsin put it up on a giant orb in the center of the room. He showed video evidence of Promin Academy attacking and people being turned into cards. Those who were seeing this for the first time were rather surprised by all of it.
"Hold the phone! Are you saying all that stuff about Promin Academy is actually true?!" Ryo said.
"How horrible!" Jirobo said.
"That's part of the reason we came here." Siri said.
"We came to Nitro City for two reasons." Renji said. "One was to search for a girl that got caught up in all of this named Zoey Baxter. She's a friend of Yukin here and is a target of Promin Academy for some reason. The second reason is to gain allies here in Nitro City to join the Knights of Legend."
"Knights of Legend... That sounds rather interesting." Palice said.
"So, you're basically asking for our help in this battle." Tensen said.
"Promin Academy is a threat to everyone and will show no mercy." Drewsin said. "They already attacked my home and it's in ruin. Many people were turned into cards, others are struggling to survive. My home has become a warzone. It's only a matter of time until they set their sights on here."
"That all does sound rather awful, but why hasn't word about this reach other places as well?" Tensen asked.
"Promin Academy is trying to keep word from getting out." Drewsin said. "Shun and I were fortunate to get out and warn others about it, but they're beginning to attack other cities as well. It's only a matter of time until they reach here."
"Promin Academy thinks they're doing all of this for the sake of peace, but the methods are quite counterproductive." Renji said. "That is why I formed Knights of Legend. We're standing against them and we would like the people of Nitro City to join us."
"You're wasting your time." Shiro said. "The people of Nitro City aren't going to help the likes of you guys. The higher-ups like to call the shots. Unless you can prove yourselves to them, they aren't going to care."
"The boy speaks some truth." Rojin said with them surprised that he agree with a nobody. "I'm not saying I don't believe their little story, but how do we know they're capable of really fighting off this threat? They're taking a valiant effort to stand against them. It's just that we're not sure if these people really have what it takes. How can we say we really trust them when we don't know anything about them? We are talking about the safety of our beloved city here."
"I have to agree with Commander Rojin." Maribel said. "Why should we risk ourselves and work with people that aren't really capable of fighting this threat."
"Maybe, but we must do something about it. They seem to understand what's going on more than we do." Pier said.
"I agree with Pier. We shouldn't risk our beloved city." Takato said.
"And that is why I'm agree with Maribel. We might be putting our city at risk. How do we know if we can even trust them?" Tensen said. It looked like it was a split vote at the moment. "Palice, it looks like you have the deciding vote." Palice thought it over to come up with the deciding vote.
"If I may, I like to make a proposal." Rojin said. "I suggest that the Knights of Legend enter the All Grand Prix. Depending on how they do in the tournament might help in the deciding factor."
"Really?! That does sound like it would make for an interesting tournament." Palice said.
"I would also like to propose there be an exhibition match." Rojin said. "One between our current champion, Jordan Raves, and Yukin Sakuma."
"Me?" Yukin questioned. "Why a duel between me and the current champion?"
"Not only will it gives an idea of your strength, but it will also give us a good chance to see this special summoning of yours." Rojin said. "I know about your elemental summoning." Yukin was a little surprised he knew about that.
"Elemental summoning? What is that?" Palice said.
"It's a new kind of summoning these people can do." Rojin said. "We might be able to see what it's all about."
"Sounds like it could be a lot of fun. I say we do that." Palice said with the other members agreeing. As for Yukin, he had his suspicions about something.

The Arena
Everyone was gathering for the exhibition match. It might be dark, but a duel stops for no one. A lot of people were gathered inside the arena to see this duel. Among the people were Huo and Zoey as they drove near the stadium and hoped they could get in.
"I told you not to go so fast! I'm not sure I'm ever going to get use to this." Zoey said.
"You better. Besides, it's an exhibition match for the tournament." Huo said. "I want to see Jordan duel. He's dueling against some guy named Yukin."
"Yukin?!" Zoey said. Hearing that Yukin could be here made her rush inside all that much faster.
"Hey! Wait up!" Huo said as he hurried after her.

Yukin
Yukin was getting himself ready for the duel. He changed into a blue suit with his waist hanging out like he was wearing a jacket. He also had on black gloves with his pads and boots. He took a look at his blue runner that the the tournament committee was lending him. He was willing to duel, but he wasn't so sure about the true motive about this duel.
'What are you really up to, Rojin?' Yukin wondered. 'You allowed us to escape your prison just to catch us. Now you're letting a "convict" like me duel against your champion. Doesn't sound much like commander for the police.'
"Excuse me, Mr. Yukin." Yukin turned around and saw a young man dressed like a doorman in green came up to him. "My name is Steve. I've been assigned to serve you while you're here." He said as he handed Yukin a helmet.
"Thanks." Yukin said as he took the helmet.
"Have you ever turbo dueled before?" Steve asked.
"I'm afraid not. How am I suppose to duel and ride this thing at the same time?" Yukin questioned.
"No worries. It will be on autopilot when the duel starts. You'll be able to focus more on dueling with that." Steve said.
"I see... Thanks. Hopefully, this won't take long. I got some friends to find." Yukin said as he got on. He drove on the track and was hoping for the best. Everyone gathered for the duel with Zoey and Huo finding the way in.
"Good evening, everyone!" A lady called as she was acting as the emcee. She had long blonde hair and dressed in a sky-blue power suit with a skirt. "We're in for a real treat! It's an exhibition match for the upcoming All Grand Prix. Our reigning champion is going to get a workout for the tournament. My name is Marcy and I'll be giving you all the goods. So, what do you say we all get started. Here comes the challenger! We have the mysterious Yukin!" Yukin drove out on the field with him getting a descent cheer.
"Yukin!" Zoey said as she couldn't believe it was really him.
"Hang on. I saw him before. Is he a friend of yours?" Huo asked.
"Yeah, but what is he doing here?" Zoey questioned.
"Now, he comes the king of the track, the sultan of speed, Nitro's great power: Jordan Raves!" Marcy announced. A small explosion went off with a white duel runner jumping through the smoke. Jordan rode in on his special runner with it designed with a dragon head upfront and a set of wing-like structure on the back. Everyone cheered at the top of their lungs for him. Jordan rode up to Yukin and got a good look at him.
"So, you're my next victim." Jordan said.
"Victim?" Yukin said. Jordan got a good look at Yukin as he was studying him.
"You know, Yukin, I can always tell how long it would take for me to beat a duelist, and I'm usually right." Jordan said. "I'll bet I can beat you in just three turns."
"Whatever. Let's just get this over with. I've got more important things to do." Yukin said as he didn't really care. Yukin's attitude seemed to have annoyed Jordan.
"Looks like these two are ready to go! So let's go! Time to start riding!" Marcy said. Both of them reached for a switch on their runners and got started.
"Duel Mode activated." They started their runners and were getting ready to go with a countdown going off. When it reached the end, they both took off and were ready to start.
"Let's duel!" They both said as they were starting with 4000LP.
"Seniority rules here! I'm going first!" Jordan said as he took the first turn. "I'll start by summoning Rage Wyvern to the field!" He summoned out a red wyvern-like creature with it having flames for wings and had 1600atk points. "I place two cards facedown and that ends my turn."
"Simple and direct for Jordan's first turn. Is he just testing the waters or is there something more?" Marcy said.
"It's my turn!" Yukin said as he reached for his cards and was getting a good feel of the runner. 'Steve was right. With this runner, I can focus more on the duel instead of the drive. Good because I need to end this as soon as possible and go find Zoey.' He thought. He drew his next card and got ready. "I'm summoning Pack Donkey to the field!" He summoned out his donkey to the field with it having 1600atk points. "Next, Pack Donkey's ability allows me to summon a level four or lower monster. I'm summoning out Crater Cobra!" Yukin summoned out his cobra to the field with it having 1700atk points.
"Ooh! Yukin summoned two monsters. I wonder what he has planned." Marcy said.
"I now activate Variation! This spell allows me to summon any monster from my hand as long as each one is a different attribute!" Yukin said. "I'm summoning my earth attribute, Change-o Chameleon, and my wind attribute, Storm Harpy!" He summoned out two monsters. One was his chameleon having 1100atk points. The second was a harpy having dark grey wings with a purple suit and had flowing magenta hair. She had 2100atk points.
"Those four monsters can't stop me." Jordan said.
"No? What about this?!" Yukin said. "I fuse the forces of wind with the forces of earth! Come together as one!" Wind gathered around his harpy and earth gathered around his chameleon. The two of them came together and merged. "I elemental summon a city attribute! I summon Skyscraper Golem!" His giant golem appeared on the field with it having 2000atk points. Many were amazed at what he just summoned.
"What's this?! What did he just summon?!" Marcy said.
"I'm not stopping there! I now overlay my level four Pack Donkey and Crater Cobra!" Yukin said. A vortex opened up with both his monsters becoming orange energy and gathered together. "From the shadows and controls the dark, he shows no mercy to his enemies! I xyz summon Shadow Shudamin!" Shadow Shudamin flew out on the field with him having 2500atk points.
"Hold on. Doesn't that belong to that Drewsin guy?" Huo asked.
"Yeah... Long story." Zoey said.
"I now activate Shadow Shudamin's ability! For one overlay unit, your monster loses half of it's attack points and all that power goes to him! Dark Voltage!" Yukin said. Shudamin gathered one unit in his hand and unleashed some electricity that drained out of Rage Wyvern and gathered in Shudamin as their powers changed to 800 and 3300. "This duel is over now! Skyscraper Golem, take out his Rage Wyvern! Skyscraper Current!" His golem breathed out a powerful blast of wind and blasted the wyvern with it and ended up destroyed with Jordan's life points dropping to 2800.
"Oh no! If Yukin's next attack lands, this could be it!" Marcy said as the audience was a little anxious of that possibility.
"I'll just use this. I activate Powerful Rebirth." Jordan said as he activated his trap. "This trap brings back one monster with 100 additional attack and defense points plus an extra level."
"I don't think so! I activate Skyscraper Golem's ability to negate your trap and it goes back facedown!" Yukin said. His golem unleashed another current and blocked Jordan's trap with it being placed facedown again. "Shadow Shudamin, finish this with Shadow Pierce Strike!" Shadow Shudamin flew at Jordan and was aiming to end this duel. It looked like it could be the end.
"I play my second trap: Power Intimidate!" Jordan said. When he played that trap, a barrier came around and blocked the attack.
"What happened?!" Yukin said.
"This trap blocks your attack, and I can summon a monster with attack points equal or less than the damage I would have taken." Jordan said with some people glad he didn't lose. "I think this monster will be enough. I summon the Red Fiend tuner monster!" He summoned out a red fiend-like monster with it having 1300atk points.
"Did he say tuner monster?!" Yukin said as he could see where this might be going. "This isn't good, but there's nothing more I can do. I end my turn." Since it was the end of Yukin's turn, Shadow Shudamin's attack points dropped to normal.
"Well, I guess this is it. I'll admit that the elemental summoning did surprise me, but I've been pretty underwhelmed." Jordan said. "You don't seem to be anything special to me. It's my turn now and I'm going to activate Powerful Rebirth!"
"Darn it. Skyscraper Golem's ability only works during the battle phase." Yukin said as he knew he was in trouble.
"Rise again Rage Wyvern!" Jordan said as his wyvern came back with an extra boost of 1700atk points and now level five. "I now tune my level three Red Fiend with level five Rage Wyvern." His fiend broke into three circles and came around his wyvern as it became five stars. A beam shot through with a blaze of fire. "Roar with the might of a raging inferno! I synchro summon Raging Red Dragon!" He summoned out a red dragon with a humanoid body and horns that curved back on its head. It also had a total of 3000atk points.
"There it is! Jordan's ace monster!" Marcy said with everyone cheering.
"I activate Raging Red Dragon's ability! He destroys every monster with less attack points than him! Wildfire Rage! Jordan said. His dragon unleashed streams of fire. Both of Yukin's monsters got caught in it and were destroyed. "What's more is that for each monster you lose, you take 500points of damage."
"500?!" Yukin said. The flames burned against him as his life points dropped to 3000.
"This is the end! Raging Red Dragon, attack him directly with Absolute Inferno!" Jordan said. His dragon gathered power in its claw and stretched it out towards Yukin. There wasn't anything Yukin could do to stop it.
"Yukin!" Zoey called out. The attack blasted Yukin with all of his life points dropping to zero and him being thrown off the runner. Now that he's lost, what will happen to Yukin in this crazy city?
