"It's time we start the next duel. It's going to be Officer Dungus against Yukin!" Marcy announced as Yukin was getting ready for his duel. His door opened up with Steve on the other side.

"Are you ready?" Steve asked.

"Just a minute." Yukin said as there was something he had to do. 'My opponent is an officer. I have a feeling Rojin has something to do with this. Either way, I need to do something. Maybe if I expose to everyone about the Underground Garbage.' He held up Soundwave Tuner thinking it can help. 'I know what Steve said about you, but I don't believe your worthless. I don't know how, but I know you'll help me.' He might have been warned about the card, but he didn't care. He placed it in his deck with Steve not seeing it. Yukin went out and had to be ready to face whatever came.

Zoey

Zoey returned to her room after her duel. She was already aware that Yukin was going to duel next. She was just hoping for the best from him.

"Come on, Yukin..." Zoey said as she hoped he would pull through.

"Now, introducing our duelists!" Marcy said. "He's the one that enforces law and order, but today he's here as a fellow duelist. Here's Officer Dungus!" Dungus was the first one to come out as he rode out on his runner.

"That's the guy that Huo dueled the other night. I thought we saw the last of him." Zoey said.

"Now, here's...Yukin!" Marcy announced. Yukin rode out on his runner, but he didn't get much of a warm reception. People were calling him a loser and that he shouldn't be there since he already lost to Jordan. That's the opposite of what this tournament is suppose to represent. "Not much of a warm welcome. He's lucky that duel with Jordan was just an exhibition one." Luckily, Yukin never cared much about what others really thought of him.

"Listen! There's something you need to know!" Yukin called. "Those who lost their duels, they've all been sent to a place called Underground Garbage and are being forced to work there! It's some sort of junkyard that's underground!"

"What?!" Zoey said as she was shocked to hear that. The other competitors who didn't know were pretty shocked about that as well. She then gasped when she realized something. "That means Siegrain and Drewsin are..." The thought her friends are being forced to work in a place like that greatly upsetted her.

The Arena

Yukin hoped by exposing the truth of Underground Garbage, he might get through to the people. Instead, everyone was laughing at him. Not the reaction he was hoping for.

"Uh... You're not from around here, are you, Yukin?" Marcy asked.

"No. Why?" Yukin said as he knew he wasn't going to like this.

"Everyone knows about that." Marcy said like it was no big deal.

"You're all okay with this?! What the heck is wrong with you people?!" Yukin said with much anger towards this city.

Jordan

"Pathetic." Jordan said as he watched from his tower. He still thought little of Yukin. "No one cares what you have to say unless you prove your worth. Either throw down your deck or shut up."

...

The Arena

This didn't go the way Yukin thought. He tried getting through to these people, but it failed.

"Enough of this." Dungus said. "We came here to duel. You won't have to worry about that because you'll be heading down there with the rest of the trash." Yukin was frustrated about all of this, but he can't afford to lose until he stops this madness.

"Let's go." Yukin said as they both activated their runners.

"Looks like they're ready to go! Let's get this started!" Marcy announced as the countdown was going on. Once it reached zero, they took off.

"Let's duel!" They both said as they were starting this duel with 4000LP.

"The first move is mine!" Dungus said. "I'll start by summoning Assault Dog to the field! I'm also going to place two cards facedown to end my turn!" He set the field with his dog coming out at 1200atk points with two face-downs.

"It's my turn! I draw!" Yukin said as he drew his first card and it was a powerful monster. 'This could be helpful, but not now.' "I summon Crater Cobra to the field!" He summoned out his cobra as it came out with 1700atk points. "Next, I activate Crater Cobra's ability! He can switch the attack and defense points of one monster on the field!" Crater Cobra used its power to generate a sandstorm and caused Assault Dog's attack points to drop to 800. "Crater Cobra, teach that mutt to play dead!" His cobra went on the attack as it lunged in the air.

"I play the Disciplinary continuous trap!" Dungus said.

"What's that?" Yukin said.

"You'll see..." Dungus said. The attack went through as the cobra attacked the dog and destroyed it with Dungus' life points dropping to 3100.

'It didn't save his monster. What's he up to?' Yukin wondered.

"Assault Dog's effect now activates! When it's destroyed, I can summon another one!" Dungus said as a second Assault Dog came out. "That activates my trap! Every time a monster is summoned to my field, you take 300points of damage!" An energy blast came at Yukin and Yukin got blasted by it with his life points dropping to 3700.

"Oh my! Dungus has set a trap where Yukin's going to take damage every time a monster comes out!" Marcy announced. That wasn't going to stop Yukin so easily.

"I place two cards facedown and end my turn!" Yukin said.

"My turn!" Dungus said as he drew his next card. "I'll start by playing my trap! I activate Two Souls in One! This trap allows me to take one monster on my field and discard a copy of it to the graveyard if it's in my hand. That will allow me to treat one monster as two for a tribute summon!" He discarded his third Assault Dog from his hand and now his one became two. "I now tribute summon Goyo Apprehender!" He released his dog and summoned out a kabuki-like warrior with blue and white face paint and long white hair. He also had a morning star with 2800atk points. "Now that I summoned a monster, you're taking more damage!" His trap activated again with Yukin getting blasted and his life points dropped to 3400. "Goyo Apprehender, attack Crater Cobra!" His warrior twirled his morning star around and tossed it at Yukin's Cobra. It destroyed Yukin's Cobra and caused his life points to drop further to 2300. "Goyo Apprehender's ability now activates! When he destroys a monster, it switches to my side!"

"You're taking my monster?!" Yukin said.

"That's right! You wouldn't obey the rules and this is your punishment!" Dungus said as Crater Cobra appeared on his field. "With another monster summoned to my field, you're taking even more damage!" His trap activated again with Yukin's life points dropping to 2000. "The pain keeps coming! I can't attack with the monster that switched to my field, but I can activate Sonic Rupture! This spell takes half the attack points of my monster and deals damage to you!" Another large blast came from his warrior and blasted Yukin with it.

"Oh my! Yukin's in real trouble now!" Marcy said as it wasn't looking good for him.

"Let this be a reminder that the law always wins!" Dungus said. "Lowlifes like you can't accept how the city works. You disrupt the peace. That's why I'm gonna..." He didn't finish as he saw Yukin was driving next to him and had 1700LP.

"You're gonna what?" Yukin said.

"How can you have that many life points left?!" Dungus said.

"It's because of this." Yukin said as he showed the trap he activated. "It's called Savior's Light. By sending a card from my hand to the graveyard when I'm about to take effect damage, it increases my life points so that we have the same amount." When Yukin sent Astrological Seeker to the graveyard, his life points increased to 3100 before that spell took effect.

"So be it." Dungus said with a groan. "I'm just going to place one card facedown and end my turn."

"Time to kick it up!" Yukin said as he drew his next card. "I summon Grapple Possum to the field!" He summoned his possum and it had 900atk points. "Next, Grapple Possum allows me to summon a monster from my hand or graveyard! I'm summoning out Light Ray Scorpion!" He summoned out his scorpion as it came out with 100atk points. "I now combine the forces of light with the forces of darkness! Come together as one!" His monsters were surrounded by their respective elements. The two of them came together. "I elemental summon a chaos attribute! I summon Phantom of the Cosmos!" He summoned out his phantom as it emerged with 2400atk points.

"There's Yukin's elemental summoning, but will it be enough?!" Marcy said.

"I might not be able to take out your Goyo Apprehender, but my phantom can still take on Crater Cobra." Yukin said. "Attack!" His phantom attacked as it unleashed a cosmic blast and destroyed Crater Cobra with Dungus' life points dropping to 2400. "That ends my turn."

"Is that really all you got?" Dungus taunted as no one else was really pleased.

"It's my turn!" Dungus said as he drew his next card. "Your elemental card is about to be mine! Goyo Apprehender attack! Goyo Star!" His monster attacked again and hit the phantom with it as Yukin's life points dropped to 1300.

"When an elemental card is destroyed, it goes back to my extra deck!" Yukin said.

"So? I never said Goyo Apprehender had to send a card to the graveyard to take it." Dungus said. Yukin wasn't expecting that as he saw his phantom appeared on Dungus' field. "With another monster summoned to my field, you're taking more damage!" Disciplinary activated again with Yukin get hit and his life points dropped to 1000. "And now I'm activating my Flash Burn trap! Now that it's the end of the turn, this trap deals 400points of damage for every monster on my field!" Sparks and flames emerged from his back tire with Yukin getting hit by them and his life points dropped all the way to 200.

"This is bad for Yukin!" Marcy said. "Come Dungus next turn, those traps will activate it again! Yukin needs a miracle to win here or it's all over for him!"

"It's over! There's nothing you can do!" Dungus said as this wasn't looking good for Yukin.

"Don't count me out yet!" Yukin said as he revved it up and managed to pass Dungus. "I still have a chance to turn this around!"

"You have no chance! If you insist on going down with a fight, make your final move!" Dungus said.

'I can do this.' Yukin told himself as it all came down to his final draw. Everyone watched closely. Those who wanted him to win hoped for the best and those who wanted him to lose thought it was already over. He drew his final card. When he saw what it was, he cracked a smile. "Just what I wanted. First, by banishing two light attribute monsters from my graveyard, I can summon Celestial Phoenix!" He banished Astrological Seeker and Light Ray Scorpion. When he did that, a phoenix that shined like a star emerged on the field with 3000atk points.

"Impressive monster." Dungus said. "I'm also aware of it's special ability. After the battle, it will be destroyed and resurrect on your next turn, but do you really think you'll have another turn?"

"No because I'm ending this! I'm activating the Combustible Wind spell!" When he played that, a strong gust of wind blew around.

"What's this?!" Dungus questioned.

"I can only activate this when my life points are less than 2000! Thanks for that!" Yukin said. "Now every spell and trap on your field is destroyed!" His two trap cards were destroyed and that cleared Yukin from taking damage. "With those destroyed, I'm free to activate the Double Agent trap! This allows me to summon a monster from my graveyard on YOUR field!"

"You're doing what?!" Dungus said as Grapple Possum appeared on his field.

"You spent the duel taking my monsters, but I'm giving you one this time! By doing that, my phoenix gains attack points equal to the monster I just gave you!" Yukin said with his phoenix's attack points rising to 3900. "Celestial Phoenix, attack Goyo Apprehender with Shooting Star Blaze!" His phoenix was encased in fire and dived at Dungus' monster like a star. It smashed against him and destroyed it with Dungus' life points dropping to 1300.

"I'm still ahead!" Dungus said.

"Not quite! There's one ability my phoenix has that you didn't know about!" Yukin said. "It can attack twice!" That wasn't looking good for Dungus. "End this!" His phoenix dived at his possum. The possum even stuck its tongue out at Dungus.

"Can't we be friends?!" Dungus begged as the attack came down and caused a large explosion with Dungus loosing the last of his life points and was blown off his runner.

"It's over and done! Yukin wins!" Marcy said. Some people were a little impressed, but Jordan sure wasn't. Yukin pulled over and removed his helmet. He may have won, but it didn't feel much like a victory.

"I wish I didn't have to do that." Yukin said. He hated what comes with that victory. He looked down the track and saw some fellow officers trying to take him away. "Wait!" Yukin tried to stop it as he hurried over there, but some held him back. "Don't send him to that garbage place! He doesn't need to go there because he lost!" Yukin tried to convince the people to stop this, but he couldn't. Dungus may have acted like a jerk, but that's another poor victim heading down to the Underground Garbage.
