Yukin and Shiro were the next ones to duel. Shiro continued to use the duel to rouse the nobodies like him to rise against the higher-ups and take the city by force. It's working as those in the stands are following his example with some higher-ups worried on what might happen if this works. Yukin was distracted for not knowing what happened to Zoey, but he Soto actually showed him that Zoey was safe. Knowing that, he can focus on winning this duel and hopefully stop the rebellion before any damage can be done.
"It's my turn!" Yukin said as he drew his card.
"Make whatever move you like, Yukin. You won't win in the end." Shiro said. He already had the advantage as he had Colonist Hana the Bow with 2800atk points and had 3600LP. All Yukin had was face-down and 1100LP, but he could still change it around.
"We'll see about that!" Yukin said. He looked at the monster he drew and had a plan. He just hopes a little luck is on his side. "I'm summoning Dark Time Swordsman to the field!" Yukin summoned out a warrior that looked like he came from the medieval ages. It also had 1100atk points.
"Yukin doesn't appear to be giving up, but I don't see how that little monster can help." Marcy announced.
"Next, I'm activating Incarnation Vengeance!" Yukin said. "When I summon a monster, I can resurrect one that's in my graveyard as long as it has lower attack points. Luckily, when Hana forced me to discard a monster, it fits the conditions. I'm bringing out Light Ray Scorpion!" He summoned out his scorpion with it having 100atk points. "Now, I combine the forces of light with the forces of darkness! Come together as one!" The two monsters had their respective elements around them and they came together. "I elemental summon a chaos attribute! Rise, Phantom of the Cosmos!" He summoned out his phantom with it having 2400atk points.
"There's Yukin's special elemental summoning!" Marcy said.
"Even that won't save you! Your monster isn't strong enough!" Shiro taunted.
"We'll see about that." Yukin said. "I still got a few tricks up his sleeve. I play my trap: Moral Support! I now get to draw a card! If it's a monster, I can summon it and another monster gains 1000atk points."
"You're betting it all on a draw? That's a bit of a risky move." Shiro said.
"My deck hasn't let me down before and I doubt it will now. I draw!" Yukin said. He drew the card, but he was surprised at what he drew. 'Soundwave Tuner?!' Seeing this card had him remember what Steve said; how he claimed it was a weak and worthless card. That's not what Yukin thinks. 'I don't believe a card is worthless. I don't know how I can use you, but I will find a way.'
"Well? What did you draw?" Shiro said.
"It might not seem that strong, but I'm bringing out Soundwave Tuner to the field!" Yukin said. He summoned out a female magician-like figure wearing silver clothing and pink hair. She also had a tuning fork that she carried like a scepter, but she had zero defense points. Jordan was surprised to see Yukin with that card and wondered how he got it. "When Soundwave Tuner is summoned, her special ability takes away 100LP from me and gives it to you." Soundwave Tuner unleashed a soundwave that injured Yukin and healed Shiro. Their life points were now 1000 and 3700.

Steve
"I'm not so sure if that was a good move for Yukin. He lost life points and Shiro gained some." Marcy said. Steve watched the duel and was shocked that Yukin even used Soundwave Tuner.
"What's Yukin doing? I told him to just give that card back Jordan, not play it." Steve said. "Why would he play a worthless card like that?"

The Duel
"That was a waste." Shiro said. "You played a card that hurt you and helped me, and it has no power. You should probably rethink having that card."
"Don't sound so cocky." Yukin said. "Soundwave Tuner might not seem strong, but she's still a monster. That means that my phantom gains an additional 1000atk points." Soundwave Tuner did help as his phantom's attack points rose to 3400. "Phantom of the Cosmos, take Hana down!" His phantom charged right at Hana. He gave Hana a powerful strike and destroyed her as his life points dropped to 3100.
"In the end, it looks like Yukin got what he wanted." Marcy said. "Still, he's far behind Shiro. He's still got a long way to go if he's aiming to win."
"Try as much as you like. You're not going to win, Yukin. I'm dueling for a cause." Shiro said.
"I know you might think that. I agree this city is messed up, but a rebellion isn't the answer." Yukin said. "All that's going to do is bring more pain. It won't show you're any better than the higher-ups. It will prove that they were right about you guys. It will show that you really are thugs and criminals. You can't force the city to change like this."
"Forget it, Yukin. You're not talking me out of this." Shiro said. "They're reign is coming to an end and I won't let anyone get in the way. That includes you. Are you with my my fellow nobodies?! It's time to rise!" The people in the crowd are beginning to feel the same. No more oppression. No more being pushed around. "Those higher-ups have it coming!"
"Shiro, you have to stop before it's too late!" Yukin said.
"Why are you even trying to stop me if you hate it to?!" Shiro said. "Look at what happened to your friends because of how the higher-ups run things!"
"Because this isn't right!" Yukin said. "I'm already trying to stop one war! I can't let another happen! I hate this like you, but this isn't the way to go! I don't want to do this to you, Shiro, but if I have to beat you to stop this, I will! For now, I end my turn!"
"That means it's our turn again!" Shiro said as he drew his next card and Yukin's phantom loosing the added power. "I'm summoning out Colonist Necro to the field!" He summoned out a new humanoid bee with it having dark coloring and wore a cloak with a wooden staff with a purple gem. It also had 100atk points. "I activate Necro's ability! I can now summon a synchro from my graveyard, but it can't attack and Necro will be banished when used to synchro summon! Return, Hana!" He summoned out Hana once again. "I now tune my level one Colonist Necro with my level seven Hana the Bow!" He started the synchro process again as Necro became one ring and Hana turned into seven stars. "Defend the hive and conquer all that stand against you! I synchro summon!" A beam shot through with a new monster appearing. "Behold! He is the very embodiment and symbol of the rebellion! Colonist Daigo the Conqueror!" He summoned out another monster. A massive humanoid bee in dark armor and carried a stinger like a lance. It also had 3000atk points.
"Oh my! That is one bad bee there!" Marcy said. Shiro slowed down so that he rode next to Yukin.
"Sorry about this, Yukin. You're downfall is needed." Shiro said. He slowed down even more so that he was behind Yukin. "The crowd will get a better view from here. Daigo, attack his phantom! Attack with Destructive Sting!" Daigo had his weapon energize as he flew straight at Yukin's phantom and destroyed it. Yukin felt the impact as his life points dropped to 400. "I'm afraid your troubles are just beginning."
"What do you mean?" Yukin questioned.
"Daigo can copy the abilities of all the Colonist in my graveyard when he battles." Shiro said.
"He can?!" Yukin said.
"That's right. That includes Hana." Shiro said. "Since he's got Hana's ability, you have to send one card in your hand to the graveyard since a monster was destroyed." Yukin had no choice. He just took a card and discarded. "He can also copy Colonist Twin Sting! That means he can attack twice this turn! Take down his little monster!" Daigo attacked Soundwave Tuner and easily destroyed her. "Now you have to send another card in your hand to the graveyard. Unless my eyes are fooling me, you only have one card in your hand left." Yukin had no choice. He discarded his one and only card.
"This is not looking good for Yukin!" Marcy said.
"She can say that again. It's over, Yukin." Shiro claimed. "Come my next turn, you're finished."
"I still have one draw left. This duel isn't over." Yukin said.
"Open your eyes. You have nothing left on your field and no cards in your hand. I have a monster with 3000atk points. There's nothing you can do." Shiro said.
"Yukin has no cards in his hand, nothing on his field, and is dangerously low on life points. I hate to call it early, but this duel might be over" Marcy announced with Shiro's followers getting ready to go. They feel like their time has finally come.
'I know I can turn this around. It all comes down to what I draw next.' Yukin thought as he still had hope. He reached for his deck and drew his card.
"Why bother, Yukin? It's pointless." Shiro said, but Yukin won't listen. "Whatever you drew won't save you." Yukin could still have a chance for the card he drew was Monster Reborn.
'Okay. With Monster Reborn, I can bring back one monster from the graveyard, but which one?' Yukin thought as he could envision all the monsters in the graveyard. 'Colonist Hana the Bow is the strongest, but it doesn't have enough attack points. What do I do?' He tried to think of what monster to bring back, but didn't know which one could save him. Suddenly, he could see Soundwave Tuner right next to him. 'Soundwave Tuner?' It was like it was telling Yukin it can help. 'You don't have any attack points. I don't see how you can help?' Suddenly, a strange sensation came over him. It was similar to how he got his elemental cards and could see the path that could bring victory. 'Maybe you can!'
"Well, Yukin? Make your final move." Shiro said.
"Fine! I play Monster Reborn!" Yukin said as he played the card. "I can now bring back a monster from either of our graveyards! The one I bring back is Soundwave Tuner!" Soundwave Tuner returned to the field with 0atk points, but that means his life points dropped to 300 and Shiro's rose to 3200.
"Why would Yukin bring that little one back? I don't think that was very smart." Marcy said.
"You wasted something powerful on that worthless card? All you did was put yourself at a greater disadvantage." Shiro said.
"There's no such thing as a worthless card." Yukin said. "Every card has value and potential. It's up to the duelist to find it." As Jordan watched the duel, he certainly agreed as he actually smiled. "In fact, I wanted to use Soundwave Tuner's ability!"
"You did?! Why?!" Shiro questioned.
"I'll show you! I activate Dark Time Swordsman's ability from my graveyard!" Yukin said. "I can now bring any monster from my graveyard, but there are a couple conditions! Dark Time Swordsman has to be one of them, and the total of attack points can't go over the difference in our life points!"
"That's why you brought back Soundwave Tuner! You wanted to increase the difference!" Shiro said as he saw what Yukin was talking about.
"I'm now bringing back Dark Time Swordsman and Blue Moon Wolf!" Yukin said as both of his monsters returned with 1100 and 1800atk points.
"Yukin brought back three monsters, but how are any of them going to help him turn this duel around?" Marcy questioned.
"I knew Soundwave Tuner wasn't worthless. I never would have been able to pull this off without her." Yukin said. "Now, the time has come."
"For what?!" Shiro questioned with him getting anxious.
"This! I tune level one Soundwave Tuner with level three Dark Time Swordsman and level four Blue Moon Wolf! Come together as one!" Yukin said.
"You can synchro summon?!" Shiro said as he couldn't believe it. Soundwave Tuner showed her potential by turning into a green ring and Yukin's other two monsters went through and turned into stars.
"Now from three come one that descends from the heavens!" Yukin said as a beam shot through. "I synchro summon Heavenwardly Halberin!" Yukin summoned out a brand new monster. A masked warrior that wore white and gold attire with edgy brown hair with him carrying a halberd. The thing was that he only had 2500atk points.
"That's a pretty impressive monster, but it's not strong enough to beat Daigo." Shiro said.
"I'm not done!" Yukin said. "I activate Halberin's special ability! Time Enlighten!" Halberin used his power by rotating his halberd and past events could be seen.
"What's happening?" Shiro said.
"Halberin allows me to activate a spell card from either of our graveyards! I choose your Sky's the Limit to give Halberin an extra 1000atk points!" Yukin said as Halberin harnessed the power and now had 3500atk points. "Sorry, Shiro, but I'm trying to stop one war. I can't let another happen. Halberin, attack Daigo with Divine Strike Down!" His warrior gathered power in its halberd and went on the attack. It slashed down on Daigo and destroyed it with Shiro's life points dropping to 2700.
"Nice try, but I still have plenty of life points!" Shiro said.
"This duel is over! Heavenwardly Halberin has one other ability!" Yukin said. "When he destroys a monster, you lose life points equal to its attack points!" Halberin positioned itself with Shiro's monster being viewed as an astral projection.
"My monster's strength is being used against me!" Shiro said as there was nothing he could do to stop the attack.
"I don't want to do this, Shiro, but I have no choice!" Yukin said. "Halberin, end this duel!" Halberin charged right at Shiro and slashed against him. That knocked all of Shiro's life points to zero.
"Yukin did it! He pulled off a miracle comeback and is racing off to the semi-finals!" Marcy annouced as Yukin took off and it hopefully put an end to this rebellion.
