"The sun might be going down, but the fun and excitement just keeps coming! We still have one more duel to get through!" Marcy announced as they continued on with the duel. "Our first duelist is the fast and curious Huo!" Huo rode out on his runner and was getting ready for this duel.

'Okay, Huo. This is no time to choke.' Huo told himself. 'You owe it to Rini, but now you owe it to Zoey.'

"Our next duelist is a young lady that shines like the stars because she has them helping her out! Here comes Siri!" Marcy announced. Siri rode out on her runner and pulled herself up next to Huo. Huo was able to get a good look through her visor and saw someone else.

"So, are you ready to duel?" Siri said.

"It's you!" Huo said with such joy that he removed his helmet. "Rini!" He just jumped at Siri, but Siri just gave him a knuckle sandwich.

"Keep your hands to yourself!" Siri said with everyone wondering what was going on down there. 'Wait. Rini? Is that another girl that looks like me and Zoey?' Huo pulled himself together and looked at Siri again. "Listen, pal. The name's Siri, not Rini."

"You're not Rini?" Huo questioned. "If you're not Rini, how come you both seem to enjoy hitting me, or is that because you have some issues?"

"You mean like this." Siri said as she hit him again. Huo being blunt is not helping score any good points with Siri.

"I don't know what's going on down there, but this isn't usually part of the tournament." Marcy said.

"Take a hint already!" Siri said as she kept knocking Huo back. "Look, we're here to duel. Once I leave you in the dust, maybe you'll see that I'm not your friend."

"Okay, but I'm the one who will be pulling out ahead." Huo said as they both got their duel runners and were ready for a duel.

"Well, now that that's settled, we're getting into the duel." Marcy said as the countdown started. "Here we...go!" She announced as the countdown hit zero and they both took off for the exit.

"Let's duel!" They both said as they were getting ready to duel. Just as they got going, Yukin pulled into the arena.

"Just missed her. I was hoping to get to Siri before the next duel." Yukin said. All he can do now is wait and hope for the best. With the duel started, they both made their way to the track and the first one that made it out was...Huo.

"It looks like I'm making the first move." Huo said. "I'm going to start by summoning Speeder Yo-Yo to the field!" He summoned out his yo-yo machine with 1500atk points. However, when Siri rode past him, he thought he saw Rini again and it distracted him. It made him all flustered and distracted. Not a good thing in a duel. "I end my turn."

"That's it? You're not going to play a spell or throw face-downs?" Siri said. Huo realized he messed up as he had a couple other cards he could play.

"Shoot." Huo said.

"Too late for any takebacks. It's my turn!" Siri said as she drew a card and pulled out ahead of Huo. "I'm going to start by summoning Lady Starlight Light to the field!" She summoned her crystal armored female with her having 1200atk points. "Next, I'm activating her special ability. I'm now allowed to summon another Lady Starlight from my deck. I'm summoning out Lady Starlight Fire!" Siri now summoned out a red female with her having 1400atk points. "Her special ability now activates! Once a turn, she can deal damage for each Lady Starlight that's on the field." Lady Starlight Fire unleashed blasts of fire at Huo with his life points dropping down to 3600. "I'm going to play a spell as well because only a fool plays one card."

"So I made a mistake! Give me a break, Rini!" Huo said with annoyance.

"Call me Rini again and you'll learn the true meaning of mistake!" Siri shouted. "Where was I? Oh, yes. I now activate Polymerization to fuse them together! Ladies of fire and light, these two together will end this fight! I fusion summon!" Her two monsters fused together and formed one of her bests. "Rise, Lady Starlight Sun!" Lady Starlight Sun emerged on the field with her having 2400atk points.

"Huo got burned, but Siri is the one that's on fire. She busted out one powerful monster." Marcy announced.

"Lady Starlight Sun, attack his Speeder Yo-Yo! Solar Rage!" Siri ordered. She unleashed an intense blast of light and destroyed Huo's only monster as his life points dropped to 2700. "I'm not easing up! She can attack twice in one turn! This duel is just about over! Attack him directly!" Her monster attacked again and blasted Huo with his life points dropping to a mere 300LP.

"Huo's in real trouble here. He's already down to just 300LP. This duel could already be over." Marcy announced.

Rojin

Rojin was watching the duel and keeping an eye on Siri. It wasn't just Zoey he wanted, it was her too.

"Perhaps this young lady really doesn't need help." Rojin said. "Still, I want to be sure her win is for certain. There's more than one way to win a duel." He began working on his computer and started to set things to ensure Siri's victory.

The Duel

The duel runners that Siri and Huo are on run on autopilot, but that means it could be a little difficult for them to control. Rojin hacked his way in the track systems and was starting to change the course. The only one who was alerted about this was Siri. She looked at the screen on her runner and it was telling her the course was changing.

"What is this?" Siri questioned. She looked ahead and saw the track was changing. She was able to make the turn, but Huo could have a problem. Rojin timed the course change and the alert perfectly so that Siri makes it, but Huo crashes.

"Not good!" Huo said as he could see trouble. At the speed he's going, he might not be able to make that turn, especially since his runner is on auto-pilot. His runner was making the turn, but sparks were flying as his runner skid against the ground. Luckily, Huo was an experienced rider and was able to pull it together and made the turn. "That was close."

"That was weird. Why did the track suddenly change direction?" Siri questioned. That didn't go the way Rojin thought, but he has other chances. "It's your turn now. Better make it count."

"I nearly crashed and you're lecturing me?!" Huo complained. 'She is right. I need to focus. I'm not sure why that girl looks like Rini, but even if it was her, I know her. I know what she would want.'

Flashback

"You let me win, didn't you, Huo?" Rini complained as she was done with a duel with Huo. "Why would you let me win? That's disrespectful."

"Sorry, but I figure that would be what you wanted." Huo said.

"Of course I want to win, but I feel like I want to earn it." Rini said. "I don't want some sort of handicap." She was annoyed at what he did, but she did think it was sweet. "You're a nice guy, but can you promise me that whenever you duel, you give it your all? You show some respect to your opponent and to yourself when you do that."

'I made a promise to Rini and I have to keep that promise.' Huo thought. He can't afford to get distracted. He made a promise that he be the type of duelist Rini knew he could be and he's going to prove it. "It's my turn!" He drew his card and was ready. "I'm going to start by summoning Speeder Horsey to the field!" He summoned out his mechanical horse with it having 1300atk points. "I now activate Speeder Horsey's special ability! I get to draw one card. If it's a fellow Speeder, I can summon it!"

"Sounds like you're starting to up your game, but you better make it count." Siri said.

"Just you wait and see. I draw!" Huo said and drew that card. It ended up being another Speeder. "Sweet! Here comes Speeder Top!" He summoned out his top as it came out with 300atk points. "Time for some synchro action! I tune my level three Speeder Top with my level four Speeder Horsey!" The synchro process began as his top turned into three stars and came around his horse with it turning into four stars with a beam shooting through. "Fly high and generate a whirlwind! I synchro summon Tempest Tenrun!" His best monster emerged and flew out with his attack points being 2500.

"Huo is starting to step up his game as he just pulled out a synchro summon. He's not giving up without a fight." Marcy claimed.

...

Yukin

"I hope that will be enough to help him. One mistake and he's done for." Yukin said as he watched the duel unfold. When Tempest Tenrun emerged on the field, Yukin noticed a couple of his cards glowing. "Again?" He reached into his deck and pulled out Shadow Shudamin and Sapphire Serapho. "What is going on? Why do they glow when Tempest Tenrun emerges." Suddenly something happened and something flashed into his eyes. When he could see again, he wasn't at the arena anymore. He was moving fast and could see Siri ahead of him. It was as if he could see what Huo sees. "What is this?"

Drewsin

Drewsin had Zoey and the girls with him. He was taking them to the Underground Garbage to make sure they were safe from Rojin.

"Here we are." Drewsin said as they arrived at the garbage facility. "We just need to..." He stopped when he felt something. He felt some pulsation through him and could feel adrenaline coursing through his body.

"Drewsin? What's wrong?" Zoey asked.

"I'm... I'm not sure." Drewsin said. The only way for him to describe what he was feeling is that he's somehow dueling.

The Duel

"Time for some action!" Huo said. "Tempest Tenrun, attack Lady Starlight Sun with Gale Force Charge!" Tenrun took to the sky and was getting ready to attack. Tenrun flew straight at Lady Starlight Sun at full force. Tenrun smashed into her and destroyed Sun with Siri's life points dropping to 3900.

"Looks like Huo start out strong, but he was only able to deal a mere one-hundred points of damage." Marcy said. "He's got to do better than that if he wants to win."

"Not bad, but this duel won't last much longer if that's really all you can do." Siri said.

"Just you wait." Huo said, but it wasn't just Huo. Drewsin and Yukin were somehow linked to him as well. It's as if they were talking in unison. "The real duel is only just beginning." It looks like Siri isn't just dueling Huo. It's as if she's dueling Drewsin and Yukin as well. She has a strong lead, but if Drewsin and Yukin are really helping Huo out somehow, Siri could be in trouble. On top of that, Rojin is trying to give her a handicap by trying to cause Huo to crash. Just how is a duel like this one going to end?
