The final duel of the second round is underway. It was Siri against Huo. Huo had a rough start, but he's starting to get serious. He might have only 300LP, but he was able to summon out Tempest Tenrun. Siri has 3900LP, but that could quickly change.

"Huo might have taken the first step at a comeback, but with him having so few life points, can he really pull this off?" Marcy questioned.

"I'm placing two cards facedown to end my turn!" Huo said as he played the cards. "Let's see you top that."

"Don't push your luck. I draw!" Siri said as she drew her next card, but she has to think about this carefully. 'I remember that Tempest Tenrun can negate a monster's ability and destroy it once a turn. Once it does that, it can absorb that monster's attack points. That could be a problem, but I think I have a way around that.' "I summon Lady Starlight Water!" She summoned out her blue crystal armor lady, who also had a drop-shape piece on her head. She also had 1200atk points. "I'm now activating her special ability! She gives me 300LP for every Lady Starlight that's on the field."

"Not happening! You're losing your only monster!" Huo said. "With Tempest Tenrun's ability, I can block her ability, destroy her, and take her attack points!" Tempest Tenrun unleashed a powerful blast of wind with it smashing against Water. She ended up destroyed and Tenrun's attack points increased to 3700.

"That's what I was hoping you would do!" Siri said. "I'm activating Starlight Rebirth! My spell allows me to bring back two of my Lady Starlights as long as I negate their special abilities! Come back Light and Water!" Both of her monsters resurrected on the field with them both having 1200atk points.

"I have a feeling that I should be concerned." Huo said.

"You should be. From my hand, I'm activating the special ability of Lady Starlight Earth!" Siri said. "I can use her as a substitute for Polymerization when I'm summoning a Lady Starlight!" Once she discarded her card, her monsters began to fuse together. "Lady of water and of light, the two together shall bring a new might! I fusion summon Lady Starlight Moon!" She summoned out her queen-like fighter with her having 2600atk points.

"Looks like Siri has summoned out her own powerful monster." Marcy announced.

"I remember you played that during your last duel, but doesn't it's ability only work on monsters who are weaker than her?" Huo questioned. "Since I stopped Water's ability, Tenrun is much stronger."

"That might be true, but what you don't know is that she has ability that works on monster's that are stronger than her." Siri said. "When she's summoned, she gains a 1000atk points and your monster loses that much." Lady Starlight Moon emitted a bright light that caused the powers to shift with her power rising to 3600 and Tenrun's power dropping to 2700.

"Not good. I can't afford to lose Tempest Tenrun already." Huo said. "I play my Dimensional Highway! This trap card banishes one of my monsters until the end of this turn! As a bonus, I gain life points equal to their attack points!" He played his trap and Tenrun was absorbed into it with Huo's life points increasing to 3000.

"Huo might have gotten a major boost in life points, but that might not do much with that Lady Starlight ready to strike him out of this duel." Marcy announced. Siri had a clear shot, but she was aware he has something planned. Otherwise, he wouldn't have pulled a move like that.

"Let's see what you're really up to. Lady Starlight Moon, attack him directly!" Siri ordered with her monster gathering moonlight to attack him directly.

"I play Speeding Turn!" Huo said as he played his other face-down. "My spell card now allows me to summon a Speeder from my hand during the battle phase! Hit the track, Speeder Wheelie!" He summoned out a tire with a frame on the field with it having 200def points. "Here's the best part! Speeder Wheelie can't be destroyed by monsters with 1900atk points or more!"

"An attack would be pointless. I'll just end my turn." Siri said.

"Since we've reach the end of your turn, Tempest Tenrun is taking to the field again!" Huo said as Tenrun reappeared on the field. Since it was the end of the turn, all monsters had their original attack points restored.

Rojin

"This little insect is more of a nuisance than he looks." Rojin said. "Well, just like with any pawn, sacrifices must be made." Rojin continued with what he was doing as he was trying to get Huo to crash. "He's lucky I'm not able to hack into his runner, but there's more than one way to crash."

The Duel

Rojin was changing the track again to make another sharp turn. Siri was alerted of the track being changed again. Since she and her runner were being alerted of the turn, they could make it. Huo wasn't that fortunate.

"Not again!" Huo complained. He tried making the turn, but it wasn't looking good. Huo did his best to hold it until he made the turn and was able to do just that. Rojin clearly underestimated how skilled Huo is on a runner.

"Huo nearly avoided another crash! That could have been messy." Marcy said to try and keep the audience entertained.

"Oh man. That's just crazy. That Rojin... Wait. Rojin? Why am I thinking of him? What does he have to do with this?" Huo questioned. The truth is that Huo is mentally connected to Yukin and Drewsin. They both know he has something to do with this.

'This is rather weird. Why would the course just change like that?' Siri wondered. 'What's even stranger was that I'm able to make it, but Huo only has seconds to make the turn. He was lucky so far, but how long can he keep that up?' Siri might want to win, but not like this.

"It's my turn!" Huo said as he continued on with the duel. "I play Speeder Recovery! This allows me to bring back a Speeder from my graveyard! I'm bringing back Speeder Yo-Yo!" His yo-yo robot came back with it having 1500atk points. "Now, I'm tuning my level two Speeder Wheelie with my level four Speeder Yo-Yo!" His wheel broke into two rings and came around his yo-yo with his robot becoming four stars with the beam shooting through. "Break through anything that stands in your way! I synchro summon Speeder Burrow!" He summoned out a new monster that looked like a boring machine with it also having 2200atk points.

"Huo pulled out another synchro summon, but what can that thing do since Lady Starlight Moon is still the strongest monster?" Marcy questioned.

"He's going to do a lot!" Huo said. "When Speeder Wheelie is used for a synchro summon, the monster gains an additional 600atk points!" Burrow's attack points increased to 2800. "What's more is that when Speeder Burrow attacks, your monster is going to lose attack points and defense points by a total of four-hundred!"

"Seriously?" Siri said as she couldn't believe it.

"You better believe it! Speeder Burrow, attack with Powered Press!" Huo ordered. Burrow started turning at incredible speed. Burrow smashed against Moon with her attack points dropping to 2200. Moon ended up destroyed and Siri's life points dropped down to 3300. "There's one more thing. After Burrow attacks, I can take a Speeder from my graveyard and place it in my deck. I'll be taking back Speeder Wheelie." He took his card from his graveyard and placed it back in his deck.

"Huo actually made a comeback! With one attack form Tempest Tenrun, he'll have the lead in this duel!" Marcy claimed.

"That's exactly what I'm going to do!" Huo claimed. "Tempest Tenrun, attack her directly!" Tenrun flew straight at Siri. As he flew right over her, the tailwind smashed against Siri and her life points dropped all the way to 800.

"Siri looks like she's in trouble now." Marcy claimed.

Rojin

"I think not." Rojin claimed. He refused to allow Siri to be defeated. That's why he's making his way into the system again. He was sure he had Huo this time.

The Duel

The track was changing again. Siri was alerted of the change again. She doesn't know what is going on, but she isn't going to let this keep happening. She slowed down until she was next to Huo. That wasn't what Rojin was expecting

"Get ready; the course is changing again." Siri warned him. Huo readied himself as the turn was coming. Huo was making a harsh turn, but Siri was helping him out as she pushed against his runner to help keep it stable. It seems to have worked as both of them made the turn. That didn't go the way Rojin wanted.

"Look at that! I think Siri is showing some good sportsmanship because she helped Huo out and made sure he didn't crash from that turn." Marcy said. "Doesn't that just warm your heart?"

"Thanks for the help, but why did you do that?" Huo said.

"If I do defeat you, I want it to be because of skill, not because of some incident." Siri said. "I don't know who is doing this, but it looks like someone is hacking the systems to make it so you crash and I end up winning by default."

"Are you serious? That is not cool." Huo said.

"Whoever is doing this is timing it well." Siri said. "I'm getting some sort of alert that the track is changing and makes it easier for the runner to take the turns. Without some sort of warning, you would be taking a turn too fast and could end up crashing."

"Weird, but what's even weirder is that I feel like I know who is doing this." Huo said. "I don't know why, but I think it has something to do with this guy named Rojin."

"Rojin? The commander of the police force?" Siri questioned.

"Yeah, but I have no idea why I would think that." Huo said.

"Well, no matter who is behind this, I don't think we'll have much of a problem if I just stay close." Siri said. "I doubt our little hacker would try anything that would risk me getting hurt."

"Cool, but it won't matter once I'm the winner. I just need to wait for your turn to be over." Huo said.

"Are you serious?" Siri questioned as she found his attitude a little unreal. "You nearly crashed a few times, but you still want to duel?"

"I'm not going to let a few incidents stop me from dueling." Huo said. "You're a pretty good duelist. I want to see more of what you got." Siri found that a little strange, but she just went with it.

"You asked for it! It's my turn!" Siri said as she was sure to try and stay close to Huo so he doesn't crash again. That's not what Rojin was expecting at all. He can't change the course to cause Huo to crash if Siri is so close to him. "I draw!" She drew her next, but she had to think of her next move carefully. She's dealing with two powerful monsters. One attack from either of them and this could be it for. "I'm just going to place two cards facedown and that ends my turn!"

"All Siri is going to do for some defense are two mere face-downs?" Marcy questioned.

"That's it? Did you run out of monsters or something?" Huo said. "Well, if that's how it's going to be, so be it. I draw!" Huo took his next card, but he wasn't dumb enough to do something without thinking. 'She must be planning to use those two cards to save her, but what if it's really some sort of bluff?' Huo could see Siri's got some skill, but this might be his only opportunity to win this duel right here and now. "Oh well. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Let's put an end to this, Tempest Tenrun! Attack her directly!"

"Oh boy! This could be it!" Marcy announced as Tempest Tenrun was getting ready to attack. If Siri doesn't do something now, this duel could be over for her.
