Things are getting out of hand in Nitro City. Rojin has taken the council hostage, is attempting to kidnap the girls, and it might only get worse from here. Ristly managed to save Siri, but they still have to find a place to hide from Rojin. Ristly did his best to drag Siri out of the arena.

"There's got to be somewhere we can hide." Ristly said as he looked around for one.

"Ristly, there's no way you can carry me back to Renji." Siri said as she was still unable to move.

"We can't go to Renji. Rojin has taken the council building hostage." Ristly said. "We just need to find a place to hide until Yukin and the others can help us." Ristly is being a brave little boy, but can he actually protect Siri?

Huo

They weren't the only ones facing challenges. Huo saw that Yuan arrived in Nitro City himself. As soon as he spotted Yuan, he rode around on his runner and tried to find him.

"Where are you, creep?!" Huo called as he searched around for Yuan. "Where is he? He's the key to where Rini is." Now that he has a lead as to where Rini is, he's got to find Yuan to get her back. However, if Yuan is now here, that means others from Promin Academy can't be that far behind.

The Arena

"I know it's getting late, but we're about to start the semi-finals of the All Grand Prix." Marcy announced. "The first semi-final match is going to be between the shooting star from out of town: Yukin Sakuma!" Yukin rode out on the track and got himself ready, but he doesn't have many fans after his last duel. "His opponent is from right here. Here comes the charmer of the arcane arts: Ryo!" Ryo soon came out himself. He pulled up next to Yukin and got himself ready for this duel.

"Yukin, listen. I owe you an apology." Ryo said.

"An apology? For what?" Yukin questioned.

"I began to doubt you and your friends." Ryo said. "I wasn't sure if you guys were really on our side. However, I saw Shun actually saved my friend. When I saw that, I knew I was wrong. You guys really do want to try and help us."

"Ryo, we're not the enemy. I truly want to change the city for the better, but it has to be done the right way. There's just one real problem we've got to deal with." Yukin said. "Everything that has happened has gone to how Rojin wanted. He's the real enemy. He's taken the council members hostage and is after more. Everything that man has done is so that he can take control of the city."

"No! If someone like him takes control, we'll never be free!" Ryo said.

"That's why we have to stop him. I have a crazy idea, but I might need help." Yukin said.

"Well, you can count me in." Ryo said. "What's the plan?"

"Simple. We can use our duel to help with it." Yukin said as he revved his engine. Ryo trusted Yukin and was revving his own engine.

"It looks like the two of them are getting ready to go." Marcy announced. She got into position as she jumped into her helicopter, but she was about to have an unexpected rider. Soto was able to make it back to the arena and was staying close to Yukin if he needs help.

"No way I'm missing this." Soto said as he hurried off and grabbed a hold of the bottom of the helicopter.

"Let's not wait around anymore. If those two are ready to go, so should we. Remember, the first one out gets to make the first turn." Marcy announced. The countdown started. Once it reached zero, the two of them took off. With what Yukin has planned, it doesn't matter which one of them went first. The two of them raced out of the arena and the first one out was...Yukin. "Looks like Yukin is making the first move."

"Okay, Yukin. What's the plan?" Ryo questioned.

"The council building isn't that far from here." Yukin said. "Our only chance is to jump off the track and head straight there when we're close enough."

"What?!" Ryo said as that really did sound crazy.

"You don't have to do it if you don't want to, Ryo." Yukin said. "I was planning to hold out until I get close enough to the building. If we can free the council, we can get the upper hand on Rojin."

"That sounds crazy, dangerous, and really risky. Let's do it!" Ryo said as he was getting excited. Yukin was glad he got a friend like that to back him up.

Rojin

"What is going on down there? The duel should have started by now, but Yukin hasn't even made a single move." Marcy announced. Rojin was keeping his eyes on Yukin. He could easily tell what Yukin was planning.

"How predictable. As if I wouldn't expect what that imbecile had planned." Rojin said. He worked on his computer some more as he had something planned for Yukin.

The Duel

"Hello! You two can start dueling now!" Marcy called, but the two of them just ignored her and kept going. Yukin could see the building was just ahead of them.

"Get ready, Ryo. This is going to be a rough ride." Yukin said.

"I'm ready." Ryo said as they braced themselves for the jump. Yukin was about to jump off the track, but he noticed something. He saw an electrical spark on the edge for a second.

"Wait!" Yukin called and stopped Ryo from doing anything. They missed their chance as they zipped right past the building.

"Yukin! What gives?!" Ryo said.

"I saw something." Yukin said. He reached out for the edge of the track and got an electrical zap on his hand.

"Whoa! What was that?!" Ryo said.

"That would be my doing." Rojin said as he appeared on both their duel runner screens.

"Rojin!" Yukin said.

"Hey! Get off my screen!" Ryo said.

"Did you really think I wouldn't anticipate something like that?" Rojin said. "Well, I put up an electrical current through the edge of the track. You try to jump and you'll end up getting shocked. Meanwhile, I'll just alter the course around to make sure you don't go near the building again. The only way the current is going to go down is if the duel is over, but you can't get out until then."

"You rat! You won't get away with this!" Yukin said.

"I believe I already have and there's nothing you or anyone can do about it." Rojin said as he is starting to believe victory is near. After giving a victorious laugh, the connection ended. The two of them were in a tough spot now.

"Now what do we do?" Ryo said.

"I don't know." Yukin said as he was getting frustrated. "Every time I think we have him, he's one step ahead." Yukin's in a serious situation and doesn't see a way out.

"Well, we might as well go on with the duel." Ryo said.

"Say what?" Yukin said.

"Yukin, we might as well." Ryo said. "Now that we're here, there's nothing we can do until we duel and have a winner. Besides, I've been wanting to take you on."

"I can't. I don't want to send another friend to that Underground Garbage." Yukin said.

"Don't worry. It will all be okay, as long as you don't let me win." Ryo said. "I want you to come at me with everything you've got. Who knows. Maybe I agree with Shiro. I might start a rebellion. So come at me with everything." Despite the circumstances, Ryo is looking for a genuine duel with Yukin. That's the kind of dueling Yukin wants.

"You're on!" Yukin said as the duel was now officially beginning with them both having 4000LP.

"Enough stalling! Make a move or I will disqualify both of you!" Marcy warned.

"I'm going to start by playing Rainbow Fantasia!" Yukin said as he finally started the duel. "With this spell, I get a rainbow dancer token for every open space on my field!" Five peacock-like dangers came on the field with each one being red, blue, yellow, green, and purple with each one dancing in a line and having 0def points. "Since I activated that spell, I'm not allowed to summon this turn. For now, I'll end it there."

"All the build-up for that?" Marcy said with disappointment.

"My turn!" Ryo said as he drew his card. "I'm going to summon Witch's Familiar to the field!" He summoned out his cat with it having 100atk points. "Next, my cat's special ability allows me to summon out Invisible Witch!" His witch came out on the field with her having 1100atk points. "Next, I tune my level one Witch's Familiar with my level four Invisible Witch!" His cat turned into a circle and came around his witch with it turning into four stars and the beam shot through. "I synchro summon Witch Slayer!" He summoned out a new monster as a male dressed in black with green hair, a witch's hat, and a small sword came out and had 2000atk points. "Next, I activate Witch Slayer's ability. By sending a spell caster to the graveyard, I can bring back a monster. So, goodbye Retrospect Witch and hello to Invisible Witch!" He discarded a card and Invisible Witch came back on the field. "Since I have two spellcasters on the field, I can special summon Witch's Flying Familiar!" This time, he summoned out a bat with it having 1200atk points. "Now I tune my level three Flying Familiar with my level four Invisible Witch!" The synchro process started again as the beam shot through. "I synchro summon Witch Charmer!" Witch Charmer came out with him having 2400atk points.

"A double synchro summon! That's something, especially since Witch Charmer gains extra power." Marcy said. Witch Charmer's attack points increased to 2700.

"Okay, boys! Let them have it!" Ryo said. Both of his monsters attacked and each one of them took out a dancer with Yukin having three left.

"I activate Rainbow Choreographer's ability!" Yukin said. "When a rainbow dancer is destroyed, I can special summon him from my hand!" He summoned out a man in a suit with a rainbow tie, suit, and top on a cane. He also had 1000atk points. "I also gain 500LP for every token I have on the field." His male dancer shined a light with Yukin's life points going up to 5500.

"Oh! So that's what you were going for! Not bad." Ryo said. "I'll place two cards facedown and end my turn!"

"My turn!" Yukin said as he drew his next card. "I'm going to start by activating Rainbow Choreographer's ability! For each token I tribute, I can summon a level four or lower monster, but their special abilities are negated this turn! I'm going with these three!" He offered away his three dancers and summoned out new monsters. "I summon Archer Fish, Fire Firefly, and Crater Cobra!" He summoned out his three monsters with them having 1400, 500, and 1700atk points. "Here goes!" Yukin was about to make his next move, but he stopped when he felt a pulsation through his body. He wasn't the only one who felt it. Drewsin, Huo, and Yuan, even though they were all far away, felt it as well. Suddenly, all four of them felt sharp pain in their heads. "AAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHH!"

"Yukin?! What's wrong?!" Ryo asked. Yukin continued screaming and held his head in pain. Something was coming over him. "Yukin! What is it?!" When Yukin finally looked at him, Ryo can see Yukin's eyes were glowing and it gave him a good scare. All four of the guys were feeling it. Whatever was coming over them was stronger than when it was before.

"I now fuse the forces of fire with the forces of water! Come together as one!" Yukin said. His fish and his bug came together just like before. "I elemental summon a sapphire attribute! I summon Sapphire Serapho!" Sapphire Serapho came on the field with 2500atk points. "I now overlay my level four Crater Cobra and Rainbow Choreographer!" His two monsters became yellow and orange energy as they came together in a vortex. "I xyz summon Shadow Shudamin!" Shadow Shudamin came on the field as well with him having 2500atk points.

"Yukin just pulled out double special summon himself. He managed to bring out two powerful monsters." Marcy announced. She may not see what was going on, but Soto could.

"Something's wrong with Soto. What's happening to him?" Soto questioned. Something is clearly happening to Yukin. Strange things happen to him and his friends before, but this seems to be stronger than it was before. What's going to happen to Yukin from here?
