Morning sex wasn't a familiar sensation to Sasuke Uchiha but it was quickly becoming his favorite thing. At the moment his extremely hot wife was riding his dick like a mad woman. Sakura was the picture of perfection to him, her hands were planted against his chest, her messy hair was spread everywhere, and her perky tits were bouncing up and down with every movement. He was woken up by his dick hitting the back of Sakura's throat. She was looking up at him through her long lashes as she swirled her tongue around his member. He almost finished in her mouth right then and there but he held back. Sasuke was glad he did so because now she was bouncing on his dick. The Uchiha was feeling his wife's tightness as he breached her walls with every thrust.
"Does that feel good, baby?" Sakura purred.
"Really good, Sakura."
Sasuke groaned as he released his seed into his wife as she continued to ride him until he emptied himself into her. She slowly got off her husband and leaned down to suck the cum off his cock. When she was done cleaning him properly then she stood up with a wink.
"I think it's time for work," she said sweetly.
Sakura left her husband on the bed and turned to leave with a smile, her hips seduced the man with every swing. Sasuke watched her leave the room before dropping his head down onto the bed. He didn't have any outside work but he agreed to train Sadara, so he couldn't lay there all day. By the time he got out of bed his wife was already long gone, and he took the chance to masturabate while he was in the shower. He dressed himself quickly and opened his door to the bright sun rising over the Hidden Leaf.
Sasuke navigated his way through the town to the old training grounds that his generation used. He noticed his daughter and Boruto chatting by a tree as they waited for him. The dark-haired man approached the young duo with his signature poker face.
"Sensei!" Boruto called out as he snapped to attention.
"Hey dad," Sadara greeted with a wave.
Sasuke gave the two friendly head pets and they were shocked by the affectionate nature of the usually cold man. He moved past them into the forest to commence their training without a word. Sasuke wanted to get away from the dense woodline and travel deeper into the forest, they kept walking until a clearing came into view.
"You will be working on improving combat speed today. Sadara having the sharingan gives you an advantage against opponents when fighting in taijutsu. But there will be times when the enemy is faster than you, so using your eyes to effectively counter and strike is important. Boruto, you must become fast enough to switch between jutsus when needed and keep up the pressure on your foe. The second you slow down in a fight will be used as the start of your opponent's counter-attack."
Sasuke paced the wild flowers as he explained the pros and cons of extreme speed, when he noticed that the only person paying close attention was Boruto. Sadara was sorting through her ninja tools without any mind of her surroundings.
"Am I boring you, Sadara?"
The young Uchiha sighed deeply and glanced at her father.
"Naruto taught us about strength and power, the ability to overwhelm your opponent with a single attack! But you're showing us how to be fast?" Sadara complained angrily.
"A one-shot attack means nothing if your opponent dodges it because it's too slow. Speed means you land a hit, no matter how weak you are, at least you know you're doing damage."
Sadara held her tongue for the rest of the training session. Sasuke was content with the progress they showed in today's sparring matches, it seems that his daughter was becoming good at using her eyes and Boruto landed very precise attacks despite being against a sharingan. The man dismissed his pupils and pulled Sadara over to the side for a quick discussion.
"Sadara, I'm teaching you the strengths of our clan-"
"I don't care about the clan!" she interjected rudely.
Sasuke widened his eyes for a second before resuming his normal poker face.
"Everyone at school says that my eyes are cursed and bring nothing but destruction and despair. They told me that you were a bad man and you're not to be trusted!"
"Who-"
"Is it true?"
"Sadara I-"
"Is it true?! Were you a bad man, papa?"
Sadara had tears threatening to spill from her eyes and Sasuke tried to touch his daughter's forehead, only for her to jerk away from his hand.
"If you can't even tell your own daughter the truth…"
"Sadara…"
The young Uchiha ran away from her father with tears streaming down her face. Sasuke tried to stop her but didn't have the courage to call out. She was right after all her father was a bad man, but that didn't mean he wasn't trying to atone for his past sins. Sasuke suddenly felt a surge of hatred overcome him. They could never understand what I went through… How dare they judge me?! The man felt a pair of eyes on him from a distance, and Sasuke disappeared into the wind.
Sasuke ran across the treetops towards the school with a sense of urgency, if he was going to soothe his daughter's pain then he would need to stop the rumors from spreading. He landed in the courtyard and saw Naruto talking to Ino. The blonde glanced at Sasuke and said her goodbyes to the Hokage before running off. Naruto turned towards his best friend with his signature goofy grin, but the smile lessened when he saw the frown on Sasuke's face.
"Something wrong?" the Hokage asked seriously.
"Someone is bringing up my past in the school and I wanted to figure out who," Sasuke replied quickly as he brushed past his friend.
The dark-haired guardian felt a hand on his shoulder and he glanced back to see Naruto with a worried look.
"You can't just go in there and start interrogating kids."
"If that's what I must do."
"Sasuke…"
"My daughter is being harassed for something I did and I'll be damned if I let her suffer for MY mistakes."
"I understand that but you can't-" Naruto stopped when Sasuke raised an eyebrow. "Let me talk to the headmaster, and we'll get this all straightened out."
Sasuke looked up to see all the little faces in the window staring down at him with scared expressions on their faces. The man sighed deeply before returning his gaze to Naruto, "fine," he agreed. Naruto was about to change the subject but Sasuke disappeared again without a trace.
Sadara sat across from her mother and chewed silently on her rice ball, avoiding eye contact with the older woman. Sakura noticed her daughter's standoffish nature and wondered what was up.
"Sadara honey, what's wrong?"
"Nothing mom," she muttered.
"How was your day at school?"
"Fine."
"I heard you were training with your father earlier, how did that go?"
"Fine."
"Is something bothering you? You're usually excited to talk about these things with me."
Sadara responded with silence. Sakura didn't know how to feel about her daughter giving her the silent treatment, but the pink-haired woman figured that Sadara just needed some space. It hurt to know that she couldn't confide with her own mother about personal problems. They stayed quiet for a couple minutes and Sakura was about to go back to work when she heard a sniffle.
"I don't know if I can trust papa," Sadara cried softly.
"What do you mean?"
"People are saying things about him and when I confronted him about it, he couldn't tell me that they were lying. He didn't even deny it. Papa just stood there."
By this time Sadara couldn't hold in her tears anymore and her body began to shake from frustration. Sakura held her only child in her arms as she cried into her chest, the kunoichi didn't care who saw them. To say Sakura was shocked was an understatement, it hurt to know her daughter was suffering this way. It reminded Sakura of herself back when they were teenagers and Sasuke had defected from the Leaf. That constant anxiety for someone. The mother/daughter moment was interrupted by a stern voice.
"Sadara…"
The girl pulled away from her mom to see who was speaking and her heart skipped a beat when she saw Sasuke standing there with a frown on his face. Sakura tried to pull him to the side for a private discussion but he yanked away from his wife's grasp and went straight to his daughter.
"Who said I was bad? Who told you that?!"
Sadara was silent for a moment, slightly scared of her dad's serious tone and she backed away from the aggressive man. Sasuke noticed his daughter's fear and he calmed down for a second before looking her in the eyes.
"I need to know who told you…"
"It was Chōchō. She said that her father called you a traitor."
Sasuke gritted his teeth and clenched his fists under his cloak, but he kept his composure for the most part. Choji… That bastard… Sasuke thought as he stood to his full height. The Uchiha glanced around at the forming crowd in the food court and became agitated from their nosiness.
"What are you looking at?" he growled at the spectators.
Everyone dispersed at the menacing voice of the Uchiha and went about their business. Sasuke felt his anger growing by the second. How dare he poison the mind of my daughter. Sakura sensed her husband's malevolence and reached out to touch his shoulder, but Sasuke took off to the rooftops before she could make contact. She stared up at her disappearing husband with a worried expression.
Sasuke pushed his way through the crowd of hungry customers, most people knew to keep their distance from the man. A frown in place of his usual poker face. The ninja was pissed to say the least. Here he was risking his life for the village and how do they repay him? By telling his daughter rumors about his past. He came face to face with Choji at the front counter, who had come out from the kitchen to see what all the noise was about.
"Tell your daughter to stop spreading rumors about me," Sasuke growled.
The man hasn't been this angry in a long time. Not since his younger days.
"Hello to you too, Sasuke," Choji greeted nonchalantly.
"Don't make me come back here."
Sasuke didn't wait for a response, he was already stomping his way towards the exit.
"Or what?" Choji answered back in the now quiet restaurant.
Sasuke could hear Karui whispering to her husband to stop this childish game. No. It wasn't a game to Sasuke. The Uchiha glanced back at the large man with a nasty glare.
"Tell me, Uchiha. Was my daughter saying anything untrue? Is it false? Let me know where you spot the lie!" Choji yelled confidently. "Forgive me for telling my child the truth! You're a filthy traitor!"
That crossed the line. Sasuke saw red as his hand went for his katana instinctively. Another hand clamped around his wrist, keeping him from drawing his weapon.
"Sasuke…" Naruto spoke slowly.
The black haired man narrowed his eyes at the familiar presence beside him. He let go of his blade handle and yanked his hand away from Naruto's. Sasuke glared back and forth between Choji and Naruto before leaving the restaurant.
Sasuke watched the sun set behind the distant mountains. A mix of orange, yellow and red to a cool blue, black, and purple. Sunsets always eased his nerves when he had the chance to see them. The transition of light to dark is so soothing in a legitimate and metaphorical sense. His goals were always in the darkness, even now he was known as the shadow hokage. Protecting the village from the shadows was his niche in life.
"I thought I might find you up here," Sakura announced as she sat beside her husband.
She snuggled into his chest looking for comfort. Sasuke hesitated for a moment before wrapping his arm around his pink-haired queen. She looked up at him with those emerald eyes that he loved so much.
"I'm sorry about what happened before," she said.
"What do you mean?"
"I didn't stand up for you when you were on the spot. I froze instead of helping Sadara understand."
"It's fine, don't worry about it. She doesn't need to understand anything. As far as I'm concerned she doesn't need to know anything about my past."
"Sasuke…"
Sakura knew how much miscommunication worked out between his brother and him. She didn't want a repeat of the past.
"The problem is people don't respect me," Sasuke argued.
"Loads of people respect you, honey."
"No they don't because if they did then something like this would never happen. There are two ways to earn respect: people can learn to respect you out of love or learn to respect you out of fear."
Sakura didn't like where this conversation was heading but she kept quiet and allowed for her husband to speak.
"Naruto is respected in both regards; he is loved by his village and feared by others," Sasuke continued. "They look at my disability and see weakness. To them, I'm just another rogue ninja that got beat by Naruto and came crawling back to the village out of self-pity."
"Sasuke, don't say things like that. You know I don't like when you say things like that," Sakura rebuked firmly.
"You don't like it because it's the truth…"
"It's not. You left on a journey of atonement for your sins. Everyone has already forgiven you-"
"Forgiven me?" Sasuke interrupted, he almost broke out laughing at the cruel joke. "The only thing they have forgiven is the decision Naruto made to allow me back into the village."
"Don't do this…"
"Don't do what?" Sasuke asked slyly.
"Please don't fall back into this hole…" Sakura pleaded. "We just got our life back on track! You and I are in the midst of reigniting our relationship! Why would you wanna throw that all away?"
"We can not have a proper life until they learn to respect me!" the Uchiha blurted out.
"A proper life huh? Do you know the shit that I went through when you were on your atonement retreat? The strange looks of disgust I got when people heard about me marrying the rogue ninja! My own colleagues were calling me a whore for letting you impregnate me. I was treated as an outsider when I gave birth to Sadara, and it only got worse as time went on. I couldn't take more than five steps without someone yelling at me to kill myself and my child!"
Sakura was sobbing at this point. She hated to show weakness to Sasuke, but she didn't care anymore. Tears stained the woman's face as she broke down in front of her husband.
"How do you explain to a three year old girl that people want to see her dead?! Because of something that her father did when she wasn't even a thought! I smiled through the pain for the sake of our child but she didn't know mommy was balling her fucking eyes out every night. You two were my only motivation to keep going, that someday we'll all be together again."
Sakura hugged Sasuke with every fiber in her being.
"I don't want to lose you. Not again," she whispered.
Sasuke cringed at the sight of his wife's pain. Here he was making Sakura cry again over some trivial bullshit like respect. Since when did he ever care about respect? Sasuke has always carried the mantle of "not caring what others think". Now he was moaning about it like some kid that didn't get the toy he wanted. It was stupid and selfish. In terms of emotional distress Sakura had suffered a lot more than him as of recently.
All because of a stupid decision he made. He'll be honest, Sadara wasn't planned in the slightest. Sasuke had come back for the first time in a year and half; he was emotional and lonely at the time. One thing led to another and Sadara came into existence nine months later. The man didn't feel like he was ready for a child, he felt that he had much more to learn. Believe it or not, he was still mourning the loss of his brother on his trip for redemption. Sasuke had just gotten to know Itachi, the true Itachi, and he was taken away from him in one fell swoop.
The thought of truly being the last of his clan made him sick to his stomach, so much that he found himself vomiting at the mere mention of it. Sasuke felt obligated to continue his bloodline and Sakura was more than eager to cooperate. He remembers feeling disgusted with himself the morning after, like he had taken advantage of her. Sasuke went into that situation knowing Sakura would accept anything he had to offer.
Karin was a name that popped into his head at the thought of continued bloodline. She was a willing participant who would keep the birth a secret. He shut that idea down quickly; cheating on Sakura was out of the question no matter what was at stake. So he gave all the responsibility to his wife to bear an heir. Now that he had a glimpse into what her life would be like without him, he realized how horrible of a father and husband he's been. These were inner thoughts that Sasuke would take to the grave. What Sakura had told him had probed memories of a distant past.
"I'm sorry that you had to suffer because of my actions," Sasuke said.
"That's not the point of why I said that. I'm content with suffering if it means that we can be a family. I don't care where we are as long as we're together."
Sakura wiped her tears quickly and stood up. She dusted off her pants and turned to walk back down the hill. Sasuke hadn't realized how dark it's gotten since she sat down with him.
"Now I think we've left our daughter alone for long enough," she chuckled. "Let's hurry home, yeah?"
As the couple neared their home, Sasuke could tell something was off. His senses were keen when it came to danger. He pushed his wife behind him and slowly drew his blade. Sakura was about to question his strange behavior but decided against it when she saw his serious face. Sasuke was always aware of his surroundings; it didn't take a second for him to notice all of their neighbor's lights were on and his house was completely dark.
"I thought you said Sadara was home."
"She is…"
"And not a single light left on to greet her parents?"
"She must be sleeping or something. Today was rough for her."
Sasuke leaped up the porch steps and tried the door. The lock was broken. His suspicions were growing by the second.
"She usually breaks the lock too?"
Sakura gasped and pushed past her husband into the house. She was slightly irritated that he was treating this like some infiltration mission. They had just found out that their house was possibly broken into. The female ninja shouted for her daughter and frantically scanned the darkness. Furniture and objects were broken and toppled over. At this point it wasn't a possibility anymore. Sakura felt her heart drop at the revelation. An intruder had broken into their house.
"Can you be any less discreet?" Sasuke snipped at his wife.
"How are you so calm? Someone broke into our house!"
"And that person could still be here waiting to confront us."
Sakura scoffed at her husband's statement and continued to search the house for Sadara. No matter how many times she called for her daughter, the silence of the house responded. The pink-haired medical ninja ran upstairs to Sadara's bedroom, leaving the solemn-faced Sasuke alone.
The Uchiha patrolled through the living room and kitchen for any clues on what might have happened. Destroyed objects and items told him that there was a struggle. Wait. No. If there was struggle then there'd be evidence of a ninja battle. There were no marks that suggested a fight happened. That left Sasuke with the option that they were looking for something. Or someone. Sasuke didn't keep anything valuable in his home, other than fond memories. All of the Uchiha relics were kept with Orochimaru. Plus nothing seemed stolen at first glance. There was money on the table along with Sakura's watch. I guess they weren't looking for monetary gain.
Sasuke was busy eyeing a black piece of discarded fabric when he heard his wife scream bloody murder. It didn't take a second for the ninja to be by her side. Sakura was on her knees with her hands covering her mouth, her eyes glued to a dreaded message on the wall. Sasuke narrowed his eyes as he read over the ransom note left for them. He almost rolled his eyes at how overly dramatic they made it by writing it in red paint.
It read a single word: Traitor.
Naruto was in the midst of finishing up his Hokage duties for the day, mostly simple but important paperwork that needed to be attended to. He was looking forward to Hinata's dinner plan for the night, apparently she had a surprise cooked. The ninja could hear his stomach rumbling already. His daydream was interrupted by the sounds of frantic voices and footsteps approaching his office. Sakura followed by Shikamaru and Sasuke burst into the quiet room. Naruto dropped his pen and stood up to greet his friends. He could tell something was wrong from the expression on Sakura's face, even Sasuke seemed distraught at the moment. This must be serious.
"Sadara was kidnapped!" Sakura blurted out.
"We don't know that," Sasuke rebuked.
Sakura turned to her husband with fire in her eyes.
"Look at the evidence, you asshole! We come home to a wrecked house and no sign of our daughter. What does that tell you?"
"Someone might be trying to deceive us and cause total hysteria. Which seems to be working already."
"Wait wait," Naruto chuckled as he jumped in the mix. "I get off in 15 minutes so I don't really want to get in between a marital spat."
Sasuke looked at the joke cracking ninja and sighed deeply.
"Our house was broken into and ransacked. I don't know what they were looking for but Sadara isn't home and we don't know her current location. They left a message in her room."
"Sadara is with Boruto at the ramen shop as far as I'm concerned," Naruto informed.
Sakura let out a big sigh of relief and hugged herself, being assured of her daughter's safety couldn't feel any better. Sasuke closed his eyes and breathed for the first time since this whole situation happened. On the outside he seemed cold and standoffish about the problem, but he was just as worried as Sakura about it on the inside.
"I'll send the police unit to investigate the crime scene," Shikamaru interjected.
"No need," Sasuke replied quickly.
"Come on, Sasuke! Let the cops do their job for once, eh?" Naruto said, patting the man on his shoulder.
"I'll take care of it."
"That's not your call, Sasuke."
Sasuke was silent after Naruto's statement but the Hokage wasn't convinced of his friend's agreement to stand down. He watched the black haired man move over to the office door.
"What did the message say anyway?"
"Traitor."
Everyone flinched at the sound of the door slamming. Sakura thanked Naruto for seeing them with a bow and the blonde waved her off with a goofy grin.
"Just keep an eye on him for me, Sakura," Naruto commented.
Sasuke watched his daughter walk over the bridge with Boruto. They were on their way from the ramen shop just like Naruto said. He believed his friend but he needed to confirm it with his own eyes for the sake of his sanity. Sakura didn't follow the Uchiha after he stormed out of the Hokage building. She simply waved him goodbye and made her way home to relax after a stressful day. Sasuke envied his wife for being able to sleep this incident off. He wouldn't be able to close his eyes until the perpetrator was found.
His first step was to investigate the crime scene more but it would be flooded with police by now; they were probably given strict orders from Naruto to keep him out of the loop. He hated the thought of sitting around while this person roamed free. Sasuke needed to find clues through a different route. An idea popped into his head. Who would know more about crimes in the area than the criminals themselves? Sasuke knew exactly where to find some troublemakers. The red light district was home to all types of criminal activity.
The ninja leaped across rooftops with ease, reaching his destination within minutes. He jumped off a roof and landed on the balcony of his target. Sasuke yanked the sliding door open and was met with blades of all shapes and sizes in his face. Several henchmen glared at the antihero. Sasuke wasn't there to stir up trouble, so he slowly raised his hand in surrender.
"It's always good to see you, Mr. Uchiha," a deep voice greeted. "Although, I do wish you used the door more often."
A shady-looking man with a white suit swung around in his chair. He had a devious smile on his face. Multiple pieces of jewelry on his neck and fingers showed off the man's extreme wealth. Scars on his face showed you how he acquired it all. Stone grey eyes gazed into the soul of his guest. By day he was known as Kurai Sasaki, but in the criminal underworld he was known only as Aku, he was head of a violent gang named Aku. Sasuke had a run-in with them during his retreat.
"I need some information," Sasuke stated coldly.
A big man stepped out from the shadows with a solid black mask on. He was Kurai's second hand man and also known as Asahi the ferryman; being the last person you see before reaching the afterlife.
"You come in here demanding shit from the boss? How about I fucking toss you out that window, asshole?"
Sasaki laughed at his second-hand's reaction to the normally cold Uchiha. He motioned for the tall man to back down. He couldn't afford to lose his best man after all.
"Always straight to the point, eh?"
