Jack and amy spent ages looking for lisas rings but still no such luck.

"hey grandpa how about I keep looking and you go inside and have some coffee and sit down for a bit" suggest Amy

"ok i will thank you Amy" said jack standing up and walked inside

Lisa was sitting at the kitchen table with a cup of coffee in her hands. her mind was a sea of thoughts.

Jack came through the door looked at his wife as he hung up his hat and coat. He came up behind her put his hands on her shoulders and bent down to kiss her on her head.

"hey" said Lisa turning around "did you find the rings yet " she asked

Jack sighed "no i haven't yet sorry lise"

"thats ok hunny" said lisa nodding her head and turning back to her coffee

"Amy is out there looking at the moment, she told me to come inside to sit down and have a cup of coffee" jack said

"yea i just boiled a pot, but you may want to heat it up" said lisa

Jack nodded and went to pour coffee into his cup

"jack whats up, you seem like theres a bur in your boot" asked lisa

"no nothing's wrong" said jack

"are you sure, its not because the rings are lost is it" lisa asked

Jack was silent for a bit and then just as he was about to say something, Amy walked through the door.

"grandpa guess what... i found the rings, they will need a bit of a clean though" amy said handing the rings to lisa

Jack turned around and smiled. He was so relieved that the rings had been found. he was worried that if the rings had never been found him and Lisas relationship might have been ruined. at least that is what he had read on the internet, that if you lose your wedding and engagement ring then your marriage was in danger.

Lisa's eyes lit up as Amy handed her the rings back.

"oh my goodness thank you so much Amy" said lisa hugging her

Lisa was thankful to have the rings back. they meant alot to her and if she lost them for good, she would have never forgiven herself.

"you don't need to say thank you Lisa, it was Lyndy who took them so I should be saying sorry to you on Lyndy's behalf" said Amy touching Lisa's shoulder

"well I guess that means that Lyndy can come out of time out now" said jack smiling

"no grandpa I think Lyndy can spend a bit more time in time out, she needs to learn her lesson" said amy "any way i should go and tend to the horses now " Amy said as she walked out the door

Lisa took the rings to the sink and washed the rings making sure that they were shiny and clean. then she dried them of and was about to put them back on her finger until Jack stopped her.

"let me" he said.

Jack took the rings and then bent down on one knee and slid them on her finger and pressing a kiss to her hand.

Lisa smiled at the act and then laughed as she helped him stand up.

"I swear i will never let these rings leave my sight ever again" Lisa said looking at her finger.

Jack looked at her and smiled as he let his hand travel up to her face and his thumb stroked her cheek lovingly.

"I love you so much Lisa Stillman, never forget that" jack said

Lisa looked up and covered his hand with hers and said.

"i will never forget that, and I love you to"

The loving moment was broken as they heard their bedroom window being smashed and heard someone biffing things around in there room. Lisa looked at jack with terror in her eyes, and jack froze, to scared to move.
