Jack looked at Lisa then slowly made his way to reach the phone. He dialed 911 but got no answer.

"Danm it" he whispred

"What do we do?" asked Lisa quietly with fear in her voice. Jack thought for a moment before answering.

"Go and get lyndy and bring her out to the barn, i'll go and warn Amy" said jack

"Ok" Lisa nodded

Jack and Lisa parted ways. Lisa was in lyndys room trying to keep the toddler quiet

"Shh honey we are going to play a game alright" lisa said trying to stay calm " when we reach the front door we will race each other to the barn okay" lisa said

Lyndy nodded and they walked quietly to the front door. Lisa heard the bedroom door open and the person stepped out of it making their way to the kitchen.

"Okay, the game starts……….. Now" Lisa said and opened the door and lyndy ran to the barn leaving Lisa still in the house.

lyndy ran out to the barn and went to her mother.

"where's Lisa sweetheart" Amy asks

"Lisa inside" lyndy replied "she said we were going to race each other to the barn, but I think she wanted to talk to the strange man inside"

"lyndy, did the man come out of mine and lisa's room? " jack asked

lyndy nodded, jack froze he was scared for his wife. They then heard screaming coming from the house, and a truck being started. Jack ran out of the barn and ran towards the house. But got there to late because as soon as he got to the gate a blue truck whizzed out from behind the house and sped down the drive way.

"the man has got Lisa" jack shouted

Amy and lyndy ran towards the house where jack had dropped to his knees and was sobbing.

"why didn't I just stay with her and made sure she got out as well, I'm supposed to protect her, but I failed" jack said

"we will find her grandpa" amy said with tears running down her face "we will"

jack was to far away in thoughts to hear what she had said. his wife, his best friend and love of his life had been kidnapped. And he prayed to God that nothing would happen to her.
