"What... the... Red Steves... STILL EXIST!?" Light Steve exclaimed, starring at Professor Red. Light Steve as well as the other steves thought Red Steves had gone extinct long ago due to the darkness.

"I... didn't think this quite through..." Professor Red thought to himself. Professor Red's original intention was to experiment on Sabre, which Sabre agreed that Professor Red could whenever due to the agreement he and Professor Red made in return to save Time Steve after he got badly injured by Elemental Steve. Professor Red also wanted to experiment on the mane 6 as they're nothing like he ever seen. However, Professor Red didn't think things through when he teleported Time Steve and Light Steve too though. Professor Red has to put his original intentions to one side.

"Professor Red!" Sabre exclaimed.

"Sabre, did... you know about this!?" Light Steve questioned Sabre, looking at him.

"I... uh-" Sabre was interrupted by footsteps coming down the spiral quarts stairs. It is M, who is wearing his black cloak as usual. Rarity could not help herself but just look at the unique cloak M is wearing.

"M... I know things may seem... a little out of place... but it's okay... haha... ha... ha," Sabre slowly replied.

"You were a Red Steve TOO!?" Light Steve again exclaimed.

"Professor!" M shouted as he walked close to Professor Red.

"Uh... uh... now listen here... just a little misunderstanding..." Professor Red stuttered.

"Now all steves will now know we still exist! You now possibly just started the fall of the Red Kingdom!" M exclaimed.

"I had no choice or they would've been destroyed! Anyway, you want other steves to know about us at some point, don't you!?" Professor Red yelled back.

"But our leader doesn't! You could've at least have teleported Light and these six weird pony creatures to somewhere else!" M shouted back.

"Hey guys, stop it! Both of you!" Sabre shouted, getting between M and Professor Red.

"Anyway... I thought Red Steve's were extinct... Sabre, why didn't you tell me any of this?" Light Steve questioned Sabre.

"I promised M that I wouldn't tell anyone Red Steves were still alive if he helped. Without M, we would've never defeated Sol, and maybe even the Demons," Sabre pointed out.

"How long have you been secluded from the rest of the world?" Light Steve asked as he looked over to M.

"A very long time," M replied.

"Forget whatever this is all about being secluded and all that, I appreciate you saving us," Twilight said in a grateful tone.

"I'm glad to help you all," Professor Red responded to Twilight.

"Yeah... Madness Steve is... I can't think of anything to describe him. I first thought he was just going to be another of them usual bad guys... I was so... so so wrong... he... he's something else..." Rainbow Dash quietly replied, looking down to the floor. Rainbow Dash is also scared, a feeling that she doesn't experience often and it takes a lot to make Rainbow Dash scared, especially for her to openly admit that she is scared.

"I think Madness Steve is gonna betougher to stop than Discord before he reformed. His magic is very dodgy n messed up," Applejack responded.

"You think he has magic that can surpass even Discord? I mean... Discord had taken over the entirety of Equestria before whereas Madness Steve has only destroyed a village and a kingdom... so far. For the moment, if a fight between Madness Steve and Discord occurred, I think Discord would win. If we have any chances of stopping Madness Steve, we need Discord," Twilight replied to Applejack's statement.

"But Discord will just tell us there is a way for us to defeat Madness Steve while we tried everything against him and doesn't work! Not even the power of friendship can take him down, on top of that, we don't even know what Madness Steve is even capable of!" Rainbow Dash exclaimed.

"Twilight, remember what Origin told us? He told us he is only toying with us, so Madness could actually be far more powerful than whoever Discord is," Sabre added to what Rainbow Dash said.

"True... but I'd like to think that Discord would stand a chance," Twilight replied.

"Fair," Sabre responded.

"Professor?" A steve loudly said. Sabre, M and Professor Red recognized the voice.

"Uh..." Everyone stuttered apart from the mane 6 and Light Steve. Soon, the Red Leader walked into the room. The Red Leader was now very angry at what he was seeing.

"What in the name... Sabre! You know not to be here! Let alone nine of you!" The Red Leader shouted, who is now fuming with rage. The Red Leader then turns to Professor Red, huffing and puffing as he is now in an apoplexy state of rage.

"Do you... have... any... idea... what ramifications... THIS COULD HAVE!?" The Red Leader shouted in the face of Professor Red.

"We would've been destroyed!" Sabre exclaimed. The Red Leader then turned to Sabre.

"And I told you if I helped you, you would never show up here again and yet here we are!" The Red Leader yelled back at Sabre.

"Now all the steves will know we still exist and it will lead to the fall of the Red Kingdom!" The Red Leader ranted on, not specifically at anyone.

"We... won't tell... anypony," Fluttershy nervously replied, with her head slightly low to the floor as she looked at the Red Leader. The Red Leader then glares at Fluttershy.

"Anypony? Anypony!? What gibberish is this!?" The Red Leader shouted, looking at Fluttershy. The pegasus' facial expression was just blank, her eyes wide open, her heart pounding. Her head immediately rose up from the shock at how the Red Leader responded.

"There was no need to shout at her Mr!" Applejack snapped back, pointing her left hoof at the Red Leader and frowned slightly as she tried to help Fluttershy relax from the shock.

"We won't tell anyone," Light Steve replied.

"Oh you better not, or I will destroy all of you," The Red Leader growled.

"Look, we don't need any more threats, we're already having to deal with Madness Steve who is basically a threat to everyone!" Sabre exclaimed.

"I'm sorry, but what now? First the Demons, now another Steve," The Red Leader responded.

"You haven't heard of him... well, neither did we. He just came out of... um, uh... nowhere. He all of a sudden just showed up and started destroying whatever he saw in sight," Sabre responded back.

"I know about Madness Steve," Professor Red muttered as he replied.

"You do?" Sabre asked Professor Red.

"I talked with someone about him. Since then, I began searching for books on Madness. However, I couldn't find anything on him, not even about his appearance," Professor Red explained.

"Why have you never told me about him?" The Red Leader questioned Professor Red.

"Madness Steve is... horrifying... he could keep anyone up at night, even the bravest of the brave. I didn't want anybody to panic... I'm sorry," Professor Red answered, shaking slightly whilst looking down to the floor in shame of himself.

"Yeah... he's insane. Madness is unlike any steve I have ever seen. He isn't like Nightmare, Rainbow Red, who became Reverse, the demons or even Void for that matter. He really is something else," Sabre added to what Professor Red said.

"Please, Red Leader... we need your-"

"Fine!" The Red Leader snapped.

"So... you're... willing to help... just like that?" Sabre slowly replied, not expect.

"Well... if you don't want me to, that's fine by me," The Red Leader replied, clinging onto any hope that they will leave the Red Kingdom.

"No no, I'd appreciate it!" Sabre exclaimed. The Red Leader gave a sigh, speculating how this could all go wrong in many way.

"Anyway, how do we even defeat whoever Madness Steve is?" M asked.

"Well, that I don't know. Since finding about him, I been trying my best to research him, but... there is nothing," Professor Red replied.

"The Great Librarian said there are these books that contain information on Madness Steve. Maybe these books might show us how to defeat him," Sabre responded to M's question.

"The Great Librarian also said something about his essence that can be collected with the use of some kind of machine. The essence must then be mixed with any magic elements or materials whatnot to create a potion, which should give us visions on where to find these books," Sabre added.

"Ah... machines you say?" Professor Red replied. Sabre sighed and nodded.

"So you're in need of my assistance?" Professor Red said gleefully, walking closer to Sabre, who gave a sigh.

"Yes Professor," Sabre replied.

"Yes we do need your help. I can't believe this. We need you again," Sabre quietly muttered to himself.

"Is there anywhere we can sleep?" Rarity asked.

"Well... other than the lab, then no. Take it or leave it," The Red Leader answered as he left the lab as soon as he came in.

"What's his problem?" Rainbow Dash said in an annoyed tone in her voice from how the Red Leader spoke to them all.

"I know darling, he was very rude to us," Rarity responded.

"He isn't really the most fond of outsiders," Sabre replied to Rainbow Dash and Rarity.

"Yeah, but he didn't need to speak to us like that!" Pinkie Pie replied back. Meanwhile, Twilight starting weeping slightly, with her front hooves over her eyes. Sabre then walks over to her.

"Is there... anything I can do to help?" Sabre quietly asked Twilight.

"I... I didn't get time to... think about... Spike..." Twilight replied, from weeping to full on crying.

"We'll stop Madness Steve, together," Sabre responded, sounding dead serious. Twilight took her hooves off her eyes and looked at Sabre, then nods. She then covers her eyes again to continue crying. M meanwhile tried to set up temporary beds made of red wool for Sabre, Time Steve, Light Steve and the mane 6.

"M?" Rarity asked the Red Steve in the cloak.

"Yeah?" M replied.

"That cloak, I like it," Rarity complimented.

"Thanks," M responded.

"Oh, you're into coats and cloaks and whatnot," Time Steve responded to Rarity, joining in on the conversation.

"Well darling, back where we come from, I have a boutique. I sell not just coats, but other things, like dresses. If we ever get the time, I can take you there to have a look, maybe you might find one you like," Rarity replied back to Time Steve.

"Okay, you've got my interest. But obviously we can't go right now. Maybe when all of this is like... you know, dealt with, what ya say?" Time Steve responded. Rarity nodded.

"Sounds like such a fine idea darling," Rarity replied.

Not long after, they all fell asleep as they laid on the soft and comfy cotton of their beds. Fluttershy though, struggles to sleep, who is too scared to have a nightmare with Madness Steve in it. M goes back to his house that's on the outskirts of the Red Kingdom while Professor Red went to sleep somewhere else in the lab. Right now, Madness Steve is focusing all of his observations from the Madness Dimension where the mane 6 as well as Spike came from, Equestria, with intent.
