"Professor? Can I speak with you?" Another voice come from the other end.
"Oh no oh no... this isn't good!" The words raced through Sabre's mind, who recognized the voice. It is the Red Leader.
"Red Leader! Stay out of here!" Sabre exclaimed back in response, warning the Red Leader. However, the Red Leader walked in and down the smooth stone stairs that were to his left.
"What in the name... there's more of you!? I didn't say you all could bring more here!" The Red Leader yelled angrily. His eyes glanced over to thoss he hasn't seen yet. Spike, Starlight, Derpy and Dinky.
"What if I do this?" Madness Steve randomly responded as he spammed lightning on the Red Leader.
"No!" Sabre shouted as he tried to jump between Madness Steve and the Red Leader to try take the brunt of the lightning, but Madness Steve stopped summoning lightning.
"Gah..." The Red Leader grunted.
"Why him, huh? Not us?" Sabre said with a low and angry voice.
"Oh okay!" Madness Steve responded instantly as he looked at Dinky and summoned more lightning.
"I WILL NOT LET YOU TAKE HER AGAIN!" Derpy screamed as she jumped infront of Dinky, taking the brunt of the lightning. A few more seconds later, Derpy was gone, leaving Dinky in a mortified state.
"What a pointless sacrifice," Madness Steve chuckled as he looked back to Dinky as well as Spike. He began summoning lightning and then Dinky and Spike was gone.
"No! Derpy... Dinky... Spike..." Sabre murmured with a growl, looking to where they were standing. He then looked at Madness Steve. Sabre was more than just angry, he had a multitude of emotions flowing through his mind. Everyone and everypony else had no words, Derpy, Dinky and Spike really had nothing to do with anything.
"What... did you do t... to them!?" Rainbow Dash stuttered as she hovered backwards, keeping her distance from Madness Steve, horrified, disturbed, scared and angry, as everyone currently is.
"They're here, inside this sword. Their atoms will be absorbed, one by one. Soon, they'll cease to exist," Madness Steve chillingly answered.
"But don't worry," Madness Steve then said, looking at everyone.
"You'll see them three again, because I will bring them back from non-existence once I'm outside the Madness Dimension. They're too fun to not be tortured for an eternity! Torturing Derpy especially, I'm even considering taking her back outside the sword just to torture her! Another reason is because it hurts Derpy's fan base to read!" Madness Steve added as he chuckled, ever so slightly breaking the fourth wall with his last sentence.
"Hey! Breaking the fourth wall is my job!" Pinkie Pie yelled back as she responded, noticing the slight fourth wall break, walking closer to Madness Steve. Everyone and everypony else meanwhile just didn't understand what Pinkie Pie and Madness Steve were going on about.
"I know that you will not kill the rest of us, because you're gonna just teleport away and not actually show up for a few chapters or so," Pinkie Pie confidently said to Madness Steve.
"I will not kill the rest of you and I will teleport away, yes, but not because of the plot though," Madness Steve responded as he disappears without a trace. No one really payed any attention to what Pinkie Pie and Madness Steve were on about as everyone's attention then turns to the Red Leader, all were worried for him.
"Red Leader! Red Leader! I'm- are you okay!?" Sabre exclaimed, panicking for the Red Leader.
"I'm so sorry," Professor Red said with a sorrowing voice of guilt.
"I-" The Red Leader coughed out.
"No no..." Professor Red murmured.
"Red Leader..." Sabre also said with a murmur, having the same sorrowing feeling as Professor Red.
"I'll fix you okay... we'll fix you," Professor Red said in a calmer tone for the Red Leader.
"Guys... and ponies? What's going on?" M asked, who was at the top of the stairs to his left. Sabre then looks over to M.
"M! M! It's not good," Sabre exclaimed before quieting himself down. M then walked down the stairs to where the Red Leader is.
"Okay okay. It's only been a few seconds and he's getting visibly worse," Professor Red as he's checking the Red Leader. He had burn marks over him, in some places, the marks were purple.
"Yeah! I can tell! Sabre yelled in response, then looking to the Red Leader.
"Everyone!? What's going on!?" M exclaimed.
"I... I... the Professor here decided to make a portal connecting the Red Kingdom and Twilight's castle in Equestria!" Sabre exclaimed in an annoyed tone.
"Bad things," Professor Red responded to M.
"Yeah, bad things indeed, because someone found the portal in Twilight's castle and that someone followed us all here and did this to the Red Leader," Sabre explained to M, ending his explanation with a deep tone in his voice.
"DUDE! YOU DID THIS!?" M shouted in Professor Red's face.
"The portal saved us from destruction!" Professor Red exclaimed back at M.
"Look, what matters right now is that we need to help out the Red Leader. He looks bruised, he looks really hurt and we need to help him!" Sabre said, speaking quicker than normal, worrying for the Red Leader.
"Now please, just if we all work together, we get him to a machine, quickly," Said Professor Red.
"Can't we revert- never mind, it won't work," Time Steve was about to suggest.
"Where are we going?" Starlight asked Professor Red, as all were slowly walking up the smooth stone stairs, with Sabre and M helping the Red Leader up the stairs.
"Come on Red Leader, it'll be okay... uh, all of us will take you up there," Sabre gently said to the Red Leader.
"It's okay, relax, you will be okay," Fluttershy said to the Red Leader in a whisper.
"Just follow me," Professor Red answered Starlight's question.
"The Professor is a pretty smart guy, he'll fix you up in ten seconds flat!" Rainbow Dash said to the Red Leader, trying to keep up the levels of enthusiasm as they were currently very low, especially for the Red Leader. They now all reached the top of the stairs.
"He seems like he's getting worse though, why!? I don't understand!" Sabre exclaimed, now moving out the way so M could get the Red Leader to the dark oak door that is to their right. Then M lets Sabre take over, who helps the Red Leader through the door, to where the machine is, the same one Professor Red used to save Discord as well as Time Steve that one time.
"It's okay, it's gonna be okay," Sabre said to the Red Leader in the calmest tone he could muster.
"I'll explain momentarily," Professor Red responded, when Sabre said that the Red Leader is getting worse.
"Okay, we just got to get him in that machine. Come on Red Leader, into that machine," Sabre said before sighing after he spoke. The Red Leader then slowly, but surely limped his way over and into the machine. Professor Red then got put a glass bottle and took a sample of Sabre, then walks to the machine, which the Red Leader is currently.
"Why is he getting worse Professor? You guys are Red Steves. You- he's the Red Leader, he's supposed to be the most powerful one here, right?" Sabre asked his questions quickly.
"Who- what did this?" M questioned everyone and everypony.
"Okay, that will heal you for awhile..." Professor Red said, concentrating on helping the Red Leader, using the sample of Sabre.
"Will it!? Will it man!? Because it doesn't seem like it-"
"AS MUCH AS I CAN!" Professor Red shouted, interrupting Sabre, walking close up to him to shout.
"Hey! That's now how we talk to a friend, is it?" Fluttershy said in her serious voice, hovering over to Sabre and Professor Red and landing between them.
"We are all under so much pressure, but we can't take it out on our friends," Fluttershy added.
"Sorry," Sabre and Professor Red said to each other. Sabre then looks to M.
"M, it was Madness. He came in here and attacked the Red Leader. He also took three others into this... sword of his and they're slowly being dismembered an atom at a time," Sabre explained to M.
"Look, a word. All of you," Said Professor Red.
"Okay. Sure," Sabre responded, following Professor Red out of the room where the machine is, as did M, the mane 6 and Starlight. Once outside, Sabre then hears an echoey whisper in his head.
"I wish to speak to you," The echoey whisper said. Even though Sabre didn't know who was whispering, he had an urge to go to where the source of the whispering were coming from.
"Uh... I need to go somewhere, if that's okay," Sabre said to everyone.
"Okay Sabre, we'll meet you at my house and explain everything to you there," M responded to Sabre.
"Sabre, where are you going?" Applejack questioned Sabre as she walks to him.
"Look, I'll be back Applejack I promise," Sabre responded as he backed away from Applejack and uses the Shadow Sword to teleport to where the whispers were coming from. He teleported where the Steve Village used to be, before Madness Steve destroyed it.
