Sabre, the mane 6 and Starlight got up, all at different times, but within the same hour.

"Morning everyone!" Happy Orange Steve said with enthusiasm, handing a pumpkin pie and an apple, as everyone's breakfast.

"Hey man, thanks for breakfast. We appreciate it," Sabre yawned, still sat on his bed, but eating his pumpkin pie. Sabre was the first to finish. He ate all his food within seconds. Everypony just looks at Sabre, slightly shocked at how quick he ate his food. Then again, this reality works differently to theirs, and a different set of rules apply here than back at home. Everyone stays sat in their beds for a few minutes, letting their stomachs digest their breakfast.

"Okay everyone, we'll be leaving shortly, I just need to speak to Happy here, and we should be good to go." The mane 6 and Starlight walk out of the house, to wait for Sabre once he's done talking to his friend.

"So, what do you all plan on doing today?" Happy Orange Steve asked.

"We need to find someone. I'm not sure if you heard about the whole Madness Steve situation, Happy... but yeah, Madness happened, and now we're here. This perso- Pony I mean, she's missing," Sabre replied.

"Yeah I heard, Orange Leader told me about what you told him. He also told me that you said there's an entire civilisation of these ponies, like those seven," Happy Orange Steve responded.

"Yeah, Equestria it is called. It's a beautiful place, Happy. The Orange Steves would definitely like Equestria. Just the way the place seemed to be made, it's- I can't describe it. Their home, it's built on friendship, and being kind to one another. It's truly amazing, and well structured despite being so big. I thought the Rainbow Kingdom was big, but man you should see Equestria. It dwarfs the Rainbow Kingdom in size. They're not just a kingdom, Equestria is an entire nation! Twilight had done well keeping the place running- Oh you don't know that. Yeah, Twilight is actually the leader of Equestria. Originally taking a week break, Madness happened and yeah- It's a long story man, and I'd be rambling for who knows how long, and I'd imagine you have other things to," Sabre said back to his Orange Steve friend, realizing getting himself carried away.

"Can I in any way help find this pony?" Happy Orange Steve asked.

"You won't know her, but her name is Derpy... I can't remember the other name she went by, think it was Ditzy or something I don't know- She's grey, and has a blonde mane and tail, that's what's mainly important to look out for- Oh, also, she has wings," Sabre replied, explaining what the pony looks like.

"You could go to the Blue Steves. They might be able to sense Derpy's spirit. If she's in this world, or any world, the Blue Steves will be able to find her spirit. Then you could go to the Indigos and they can do their connection thing to take you to her," Happy Orange Steve suggested.

"Wait- Oh! Happy, you're a genius! You can think just like a Red Steve!" Sabre exclaimed. He was intending on going back to Professor Red's lab to speak to Assistant Steve, as he was the one who sent Derpy away, and if anyone knew her last location, it would be him. However, the Blue Steves can just try and pick up her spirit, and then the Indigo Steves can take them all to wherever she may be, which would actually be a much simple process.

"Doubt I'm smart as a Red Steve- I mean, they were all about knowledge, learning new things quickly and all that. It'd be cool if they weren't extinct, never met one... unless you count Rainbow Red- Okay let's stop there- Anyway, I'll keep a look out for you all and will notify the leader if I do find, or if I think I found her."

"Thanks Happy. I got to get going. I'll see you around. Again, thank you." With that, Sabre walks out of the house, where everypony had been patiently been waiting.

"Okay everyone, listen up," Sabre said firmly, getting the full attention of everypony, who are still tired, but awake.

"You seven, you all will go to Professor Red and Assistant Steve. If anyone can work out Derpy's last location, it'll be them, and as you seven probably know her better than I do, you all will help them better. What I'm gonna do is speak to the Blue and Indigo leader, as Indigo is connection and Blue is spirit yata yata- Everyone got that?" Sabre thoroughly explained. Everypony nodded.

"Okay, gonna send you to the lab. You seven gather up," Sabre instructed. The mane 6 and Starlight gathered up closely, so Sabre can teleport them to the lab all at once, which he does so, still using the Shadow Sword, which still has Madness Steve's essence in it. Once Sabre teleported everypony to Professor Red's lab, he teleports himself to the top of Indigo Steve's Tower. He looks down and jumps into the portal in the middle, like he has done so many times.

Sabre is the middleworld, and the Indigo Leader happens to be right by where Sabre just teleported.

"WOAH WHO WHAT- Oh it's you- Sabre you scared me!" The Indigo Leader exclaimed, loudly shouting at him, and for a very fair reason.

"Oh um- Sorry Indigo," Sabre apoligized.

"I've came here to ask you for something."

"Oh what happened now? Hasn't Madness been dealt with yet?" The Indigo Leader said with slightly snappy voice, still shaken from Sabre teleporting right next to him.

"Speaking of that. Yes, we've just defeated him. But, somepony is still out there. Derpy. She got corrupted by Madness' essence. But as Madness is destroyed, Derpy is still out there! We need to go find her, she might be hurt and we have to help her!" Sabre exclaimed.

"Which one out of the six is Derpy? There's six of those ponies from what I remember correctly."

"Oh right- Ugh, you haven't met Derpy before... great," Sabre muttered to himself.

"Wait a- Wait a minute, I may have an idea Indigo. I may need the Blue Leader to come and help too though. If Derpy is still in this reality, as she's a pony- A pegasus to be exact, as the only ponies here right now are those six, and the only other pegasuses in this world right now is Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy. If Blue can sense her spirit, you can then teleport me to her. But I will need to go into the world beyond to go speak to him."

"Hmm, okay, but be as quick as you can. Even though you're only intending to talk to just him, it's still breaking the rules," The Indigo Leader stated.

"Okay, I'll be back as quick as I can." The Indigo Leader then begins summoning lightning on Sabre, teleporting him.

(Sabre's POV)

I'm now in the world beyond. Now, I must find the Blue Leader. Thankfully, Indigo sent me to where his house is, so I don't have to walk too far. I remember when I first walked up those one block wide stairs. Back at the very old Orange Kingdom, Nightmare Steve tricked me to being on my own, he said he wanted to talk to me alone, but he then destroyed me. I then went to the world beyond, and met a Blue Steve, the one who is now currently the leader. He went against the rules and let me out the world beyond, but that was only a one off. He warned me that if he did get destroyed again, I'd go to a worse place, which at the time, I didn't know he meant the world below. Imagine if I didn't leave, and I accepted my fate, staying in the world beyond forever, for the rest of time. I had good reasons not to. Rainbow Steve- Well, Orange Steve at the time, he um... he needed me. I also wouldn't of met those ponies, Twilight and all her friends, I wouldn't of ever met them had I stayed in the world beyond. Man, those ponies are so kind. It sucks Madness had to show up and do the things he did, especially to those ponies. However, he's gone now, and what I have to do now, is to help find Derpy. Poor Derpy, she didn't deserve any of the things Madness done to her. She was a caring mother to Dinky, and just was generally a kind perso- pony. Also, there's Spike, who was kinda like Twilight's assistant in a way. It must absolutely suck for Twilight, I feel for her. With her being the leader of Equestria, and being practically powerless against Madness... yeah, it must be awful. Dinky and Spike, they're gone, but there's still a chance that Derpy may still be out there, and finding her is the least I, or anyone can do. Whether she is still out there or had been destroyed when Madness was, at least we made the attempt to find her. Time to walk up them stairs and ask Blue for help. Ugh, these stairs man, even though it is the world beyond and nothing bad will happen, why does it only have to be one block wide? I don't know why- It doesn't matter, I'm getting distracted. I must go speak with Blue.

(No longer in Sabre's POV)

Sabre had just reached to top of them stairs, standing infront of a spruce house, with quartz pillars on the corners, which is standing on top of a very tall maintain. However, the spruce wood of the house is painted completely white, matching the surroundings. He quickly looks at the view from here. It really is a place to be at peace, peaceful and quiet. Sabre then turns around and knocks on the White spruce door. A Blue Steve with a diamond helmet responded and opens the door.

"Oh um, Sabre, did Indigo send you here?"

"Yeah Blue, I've come here to ask you for something," Sabre replied.

"What do you need?" The Blue Leader asked.

"You remember Twilight, right?" The Blue Leader nodded in response.

"Well um, someone from their reality, they uh, they got corrupted- I'm not sure if you heard about the whole thing about Madness Steve and all that-"

"I definitely did. All the steves from your village. They came here. Really kind people," The Blue Leader interrupted.

"So I'm guessing they all came here huh, when they were destroyed? That's comforting to uh, know... they're at least at peace, y'know," Sabre replied, murmuring slightly.

"Yeah."

"This pony that I've mentioned, she got corrupted by him. Her name is Derpy, and she's a pegasus- Imagine Twilight, but without a horn basically. There is only two other pegasuses in this world, who are also helping to search for her. I need you to use your powers, to see if her spirit is around here somewhere. Indigo will also be there, so he can teleport us to her," Sabre explained.

"Okay, sure thing man." The Blue Leader began summoning lightning.

Sabre is now back in the middleworld, with the Blue Leader. They are near where the Indigo Steve is standing.

"Hey Sabre, hey Blue."

"Alright, Blue. We'll need you to try and pick up the spirit of her. If it is easier, sense all the spirits of everypony in this world," Sabre instructed. The Blue Leader went with the second option. He looks down to the floor and summons lightning. Once he stopped, he looks back up, to Sabre.

"I sense eight spirits with similar properties to Twilight," Said the Blue Leader. This lifted Sabre's general mood up. The seven other ponies in the overworld are mane 6 and Statlight. This meant Derpy had to still be alive.

"Okay Indigo, do you know where to take us?" Sabre asked.

"Yes, let's go," The Indigo Leader replied. Sabre, the Indigo and Blue Leader gathers around, and Indigo began summoning lightning, teleporting to where Derpy currently is.

Sabre, the Indigo and Blue Leader are in a random field, with random trees dotted here and there, as well as grass, some of it being tall grass. They see a pegasus, but Sabre's mood plummeted by what he saw. They see a pegasus, and despite Madness Steve being destroyed, is still corrupted by his essence.
