"Sabre... are you sure... this is Derpy?" The Indigo Leader nervously asked.
"What!? No! We destroyed Madness! He's gone! This can't be happening! Indigo! Blue! Stay behind me!" Sabre exclaimed, stepping back from the pegasus, the Indigo and Blue leader staying behind Sabre.
"Uh... this... can't be good..." The Blue Leader stuttered.
"Well, you finally found me, again, Sabre," The pegasus spoke. Behind Derpy, lightning began being summoned. The mane 6, Starlight, Assistant Steve and even Professor Red then teleported here.
"Is this the- Oh..." Pinkie Pie stuttered, seeing Derpy still corrupted.
"Excuse me... A RED Steve... still in EXISTENCE!? I must be seeing things!" The Indigo Leader exclaimed, walking in circles, and into a tree, hitting his head repeatedly.
"Indigo please! Calm down- Professor, glad you're here man! This isn't good!" Sabre said with a loud voice, who is panicking too. Was Hypno Steve right? Was fighting Madness Steve all for nothing?
"I don't get it! We destroyed Madness Steve! Shouldn't his essence begin to recede or something-"
"When I said that it wasn't guaranteed the essence would go away, I mean, it wasn't guaranteed the essence would go away," Assistant Steve interrupted Sabre.
"I don't get it! You, Time Steve and Elemental Steve defeated Madness Steve! Why hasn't this... corruption disappeared!?" Rainbow Dash exclaimed at Sabre.
"This isn't good..." Fluttershy very quietly responded, but no one heard her.
"I don't know! Don't ask me, alright! I don't know either okay!" Sabre yelled back.
"Oh, there's also a Red Kingdom," Said Derpy.
"WHAT!?" The Indigo Leader isn't taking this very well. He began to hit his head on the tree faster, the tree he was still hitting.
"Red Kingdom!?" The Blue Leader exclaimed.
"That isn't important right now- What matters right now, is Derpy is still corrupted- We need to help... her..." Sabre spoke, talking to everyone around, then turns to Derpy, who was there, but now isn't.
"Great... not what we need..." Sabre grumbled to himself.
"Sabre. Explain. Now," The Blue Leader demanded, switching his view between Sabre and Professor Red multiple times.
"Uh... uh..." Professor Red stuttered, stepping away from the Blue Leader a few steps.
"Do we even have time to worry about this? I... think we have a bigger problem..." Starlight responded.
"Exactly, no we don't! Derpy is still out there, and if she's somehow still under Madness' influence- We need to do something! She could be out there now randomly destroying steves or ponies!" Sabre exclaimed back in response, agreeing with Starlight.
"Blue, Indigo, I know you're confused right now, but you can go back to your worlds. I'll explain once we figure this out," Sabre said to the leaders, but in a somewhat calmer voice. They nodded as they teleported back, summoning lightning as they did.
Everyone then hears several more lightning strikes, and several purple square-shaped portals opened. Luckily, none of them opened directly on anyone.
"Uh... what's... going on? What... is this?" Sabre stuttered.
"This isn't good! This is familiar!" Twilight exclaimed, now beginning to tremble and shake. She remembers what this is. These portals are how she and her friends discovered this reality in the first place. The rest of the mane 6 were also beginning to shake as much as Twilight.
"Uh Twilight... what's... happening?" Starlight asked, with a nervous tone. Starlight is right to be nervous. Twilight knows what these random portals must mean.
"These portals... they- This happened when Madness Steve took us here..." Twilight replied, stuttering like mad, and for good reason.
"No... no- No! But I destroyed him- No, Time did! Madness is gone! He seriously can't be back, not already at least!" Sabre yelled in frustration.
"We need to check the kingdoms, now!" Everyone agreed with Sabre. If Madness Steve is truly back, he is most likely going to target the steves first.
"Professor, Assistant, go back to the Red Kingdom. You'll most likely be safer there. I don't want you guys to get hurt!" Sabre instructed, his voice booming loudly. Sabre is panicking, not because Hypno Steve may have possibly proved himself correct, but that Madness Steve may possibly be back. Assistant Steve began summoning lightning, teleporting himself and Professor Red back to the Red Kingdom. Meanwhile, everypony gathers around Sabre, who began using the Shadow Sword, to teleport to the Yellow Kingdom.
Once they all got there, they happened to be infront of the outpost, the outpost for the Colourless Guards. Sabre hastily knocks on the door. Light Steve answered and opened the door.
"Oh hey Sabr-"
"This is really bad man! We were looking for Derpy and she was still corrupted and now... heh heh... these portals randomly opening and... heh... Madness may be back!" Sabre interrupted, yelling and panting in complete panic mode. They then here a lightning strike nearby.
"AHHHHHHH!" A random Yellow Steve screamed. Sabre, Light Steve, an elite colourless guard, the mane 6 and Starlight immediately rushed to where they heard the scream. Every Yellow Steve also rushed to the scene. Once they all got there, they saw a Yellow Steve lying on the ground. However, no mess was left, other than a few pitch black blocks, magma and some fire, all in close proximity.
"No... no..." Sabre gasped, frustrated emotions building up within him.
"Everypony, we must check Equestria! He could be heading there! Light... and Yellow I'm assuming, keep an eye on the kingdom, we'll go and check Equestria!" Sabre exclaimed. The mane 6 and Starlight gasped in realization. They hastily gather around Sabre as he teleports them to Ponyville.
They are now at the Town Hall. They see everypony gathering around something. All were gasping, talking, but all were crying.
"No! LYRA!" A mare screamed in tears, which happened to of been Bon Bon.
"Uh... what happe-"
"LYRA'S GONE!" Bon Bon interrupted Sabre, screaming and crying as she curled into a ball.
"Oh no... excuse me everypony please- Coming through- No... no..." Sabre quietly murmured in a whisper. He sees a lime coloured unicorn, lying on the ground, lifeless, with the same blocks surrounding her, those pitch black blocks and magma, as well as some fire.
"No no no! I defeated Madness Steve! How is he doing this!?" Sabre screamed in frustration, hitting his head on the outside walls of the Town Hall a few times. This is all happening to fast that neither of the 8 could react to this.
"Wait... Sabre, the Orange Kingdom! Have they been hit too? We can confirm it is Madness Steve for sure there," Pinkie Pie pointed out.
"Oh- You seven, you look out for anypony else and help those in need! I need to check the Orange Kingdom!" Sabre exclaimed as he teleports to the Orange Kingdom.
Sabre teleported infront of Happy Orange Steve's house. What he see's isn't good. He see many Orange Steves in the house, surrounding someone inside.
"No! Not... Happy... not him too!" An Orange Steve cried. Sabre gets inside the house, and sees an Orange Steve on the floor, surrounded by pitch black blocks, magma and fire, like that Yellow Steve and that unicorn.
"No... not again! Not... Happy too! Why Happy!?" Sabre gasped as he backs away, out of the house.
"Madness Steve is gone! How!? HOW is this happening!? No- I can't stop him!? Another one... it happened to him as well-"
"I can help... I can help you... meet me..." An echoey whisper interrupted Sabre, inside of his head.
"I- The Unnamed..." Sabre murmured as he hastily teleports to the destroyed Steve Village.
Sabre rushes to the trapdoors that is where the Green Village Leader's House used to be. Sabre begins saying things to himself. The Unnamed offered to help, and he didn't accept. He feels really guilty now. Maybe if he had of released the Unnamed earlier, they could've done something to stop all this.
"They said they could help..."
"They offered their help, and yet I refused and now this happened again..." He looks down at them. He then opens them and rushes down the stairs.
"I have to go speak with them! I have to get the help, I have to! I can't another person or pony get hurt!" Sabre exclaimed as he very soon reached the bottom of the stairs, where the floor is now granite.
"Not if I can figure any of this out! He... he has answers, doesn't he..." Sabre says to himself as he makes it to the area where the shackled red armour is, each limb chained by chains.
"Don't you!? YOU... you really can help me, can't you?" Sabre questioned the armour, exclaiming. Sabre is desperate. There's almost no question, Madness Steve is coming back, and is coming back hard. The Unnamed may have what they repeatedly claimed to have, answers. All he needs to do now, is to release a chain.
"Of course I can. I told you I could. All you did was waste time... wasting time is all you're good at, apparently..." The Unnamed replied.
"Release my chains Sabre. Release them and stop all of this... it'll be easy. Go on... DO it!" The Unnamed demanded.
"If I release your chains, that's all you'll do? What's in it for you?" Sabre questioned the armour, hopping over the water that was separating him and the armour. Sabre begins to get really close, preparing to loosen a chain. The head of the armour begins to look directly at Sabre.
"I won't be shackled anymore. Isn't that enough?" The Unnamed snapped back in response.
"I... I uh- Okay, fine. I will release you from a chain," Sabre stuttered as he replied back, taking in a deep breath, and removes the chain from the armour's left leg.
