"So what you're getting at Time, is that Derpy has Madness Steve's abilities!?"
"Uh- Ah ha- Yes," Time Steve replied to Sabre.
"Huh?" Derpy spoke, who dozed off slightly from the topic.
"Derpy... you... you maaaaay or may not have Madness Steve's abilities," Sabre replied.
"Derpy, create something you like... that uh- That... 'small cake' of yours- Or whatever it was called," Time Steve requested, wanting to see what he thinks may be true.
"Do you mean a muffin, Time Steve?" Derpy asked.
"Yes, make one of them- Stomp your hoof on the ground or something. See if you make one like that," Time Steve instructed.
"Okay?" Derpy responded. Although confused, she thought about muffins, and then stomps her left forehoof on the floor. She creates lightning by stomping her left forehoof, and a shockwave, knocking Sabre and Time Steve onto the floor, followed by a flash. However, Derpy is unaffected by the shockwave and flash.
The flash went away, and Derpy created had created a muffin, pale brown, bits of dark chocolate sprinkled on it, and most importantly, she made it piping hot and crispy. However, in creating that muffin, Derpy completely broke the Time Dimension. Above her, Sabre and Time Steve are floating blocks of granite and bricks in close proximity to each other, and below them is a shady white grey reflection of the top, and they are standing on what looks like nothing, just floating.
"Uhhhhhh..." Time Steve looks around him, and notices something really isn't right with his dimension.
"Did... I do this... or what?" Derpy wondered, just as, if not, more confused than Time Steve.
"Uh uhhh- Wait, this is like when time was falling apart after... well, Time paused it for too long to stop Soul and Corruption- Oh no, oh no oh no no no no no..." Sabre thought to himself.
"I'm... just gonna eat this muffin... and hope everything slowly goes back to normal..." Derpy slowly said as she picks the muffin up with her left forehoof and slowly opens her mouth the take a bite. As her teeth touches the muffin, the Time Dimension returns to normal... no, not at all. The entire dimension is upside down, and all the blocks became spheres, all in the blink of an eye.
"Okay... this is getting weird..." Time Steve stated.
"Wait, the cause must be the muffin- Derpy, just- Just put that muffin down for a second!" Sabre demanded. Derpy puts the muffin down on the floor, but that doesn't fix anything. It just made things even worse.
Sabre and Time Steve became ponies. Sabre is a pegasus, and his cutie mark is the Shadow Sword. Time Steve is a unicorn, and his cutie mark is a round clock with a gold outline. Derpy's shape meanwhile changed into the shape of a steve.
"Uh... Time... you're- You're a pony!" Sabre exclaimed.
"So are you!" Time Steve exclaimed back.
"Uh... what happened to me!?" Derpy panicked, looking down as she notices her appearance is very different, and her head is higher up.
"Derpy! You need to get rid of that muffin!" Sabre yelled.
"What do you want me to do about it!?" Derpy yelled at Sabre as she then accidentally treads on the muffin, which made things much much worse. Different areas in space time in the Time Dimension cracks, and through those cracks is literal nothing.
"Derpy! Destroy that muffin!" Sabre shouted.
"Uh, uh- I'm sorry muffin!" Derpy said as she summons lighting with what her right hand, which would've been would be her right forehoof. It destroys any trace of the muffin ever existing, returning physics to normal, Sabre, Time Steve and Derpy returning to their original forms, the spheres becoming blocks again, all the cracks in space time disappearing.
"What in the HAY was THAT about!?" Derpy exclaimed.
"Okay- Okay, yep- Yep- Yep yep yep- Derpy definitely has Madness Steve's abilities- Can't tell whether to feel safe, or concerned," Time Steve stated.
"I... I'm sorry..." Derpy apologized, looking down to the floor as she did.
"It's alright, it's okay," Sabre responded as he looks over to Time Steve.
"Time, take us back to the others."
"Alright," Time Steve responded, summoning lightning and teleports himself, Sabre and Derpy back to the observatory.
"Okay, that... was just... WEIRD!" M exclaimed.
"Yeah, you all becoming ponies, us becoming steves, blocks becoming spheres, cracks in time and space- Yes, I'm just as confused as you are M," Twilight responded.
"But at least the plot is becoming original again," Pinkie Pie stated. Everyone then all hear lightning, and sees Sabre, Time Steve, and most importantly, an uncorrupted Derpy.
"Derpy!" The mane 6 and the CMC cried, so happy to see she is now okay. They rush to her until Time Steve gets in the way.
"Be careful, she still has Madness' powers-" Time Steve tried to warn, but the mane 6 and the CMC literally barge Time Steve out the way, and over to Derpy to give her a massive hug.
"Hey, it's so good to see you all after everything! It felt like... an eternity..." Derpy exclaimed, her eyes watering up, relieved to see everypony, embracing the hug, smiling whilst crying happy tears.
"Derpy- Wait, it's that mailmare! Are you okay?" Luna asked as she walks to everypony else.
"Yeah, I've got my friends- All of you. It's... been rough..." Derpy replied.
"I imagine it must of been. But you, Derpy, you're safe now," Said Celestia.
"Hang on... I need to... ah- Ah- Mmph, sneeze," Derpy warned. The mane 6 and the CMC gave Derpy her space to sneeze.
"Oh no... uhhhh..." Time Steve muttered to himself, who has a bad feeling what will happen after Derpy sneezes.
"Ah... ah- CHOOOOOO!" Derpy sneezes, and everything seemed to appear normal, mostly.
"Okay, yep, that sneeze did something- Not as bad as I thought it'd be... ah ha- Ha haaaaaa..." Time Steve said to himself as he looks at the different houses of the Red Kingdom, that had just flipped upside down or sideways, just because of Derpy's sneeze.
"Wait, Time Steve, what's wrong- Oh..." Fluttershy also notices the houses in the Red Kingdom are upside down or sideways. Everyone else notices
"What- I- I- What's happening?" Derpy asked, also looking at the upside down and sideward houses.
Derpy then walks backwards into the tree that's to the left as you go up the hill, the tree flips upside down, and the leaves and oak of that tree switches places.
"Huh?" Derpy turns around to look at the tree she accidentally warped.
"How am I doing all this!?" Derpy yelled at herself, stomping her left forehoof down hard on the ground in frustration. Doing that, Derpy accidently warps whole dimensions and objects.
The clouds began raining portals the size of whole blocks. The sun and the world below switches places. The overworld and the world beyond switches places. The stars and different chunks of the middleworld switches places. Everything is now super dark as the whole world below is in the place the sun was. Derpy has well and truly broken this reality, just because of stomping her left forehoof down in frustration.
"Derpy- Calm down! Calm... down," Rainbow Dash calmly spoke to Derpy, very anxious at the grey pegasus breaking the fabric of this reality even further.
"I just don't know what went wrong! I... REALLY don't know what went wrong!" Derpy responded, the self frustration in her voice being very clear.
"I just seem to break everything- GRRRRARRGH!"
"Yeah... well... you uh- You always try to fix what you break Derpy, right- You always do, no matter how long it takes you," Rainbow Dash stated, trying to calm Derpy down.
"Messing up Cwanky's and Matilda's wedding invitations, delivering wrong mail packages to wrong places- Small things I have fixed, okay. But I just WARPED a REALITY to SHWEDS! How do you expect me to fix THAT!?" Derpy yelled in response.
"I can't control myself, let alone this magic!"
"RELAX- Just, breathe, and nothing else," Time Steve responded.
"But... how do I fix all this?" Derpy asked in a much calmer tone.
"You morons, get out the way," Assistant Steve said to everyone else as he then walks over to Derpy to help.
"These morons here, cannot help you. You've caused this, and you have to fix it yourself. My sensors can indicate that, you are tense, which is causing the abilities within you to be uncontrollable. You need to just take a breather, and keep it cool, then, think hard, and fix this. I can provide you knowledge Derpy, but I can't help you much further than this."
Everyone except for Luna is surprised. Given Assistant Steve, they'd expected him to be very rude to Derpy. But, he is actually being rather polite. Luna explains to everyone what she did.
"When we were fixing the robot... I may or may not have figured out to modify some parameters with my magic. There's these kindness parameters that I may have tweaked slightly, so he's kinder, to Derpy at least."
"Wait what!? I was watching you! How- It doesn't matter," M responded, sighing afterwards.
"Do you happen to know how to modify said parameters... so he's uh... y'know, kinder to us?" Sabre asked Luna.
"I didn't want to risk breaking those systems. Plus, I only knew how to do it for one, and I did it for Derpy, knowing that would come in handy when you and Time Steve came back with her," Luna replied.
"Either way- That was a good call Luna. Let's hope Assistant can actually help Derpy," Sabre responded.
"You should be all good, are you ready?" Assistant Steve asked Derpy.
"I think so, I'm going to try... now." Derpy closes her eyes, and slowly takes a deep breathe in with her mouth, and releases the slowly air out her noise. Derpy then slowly and lightly, puts her left forehoof down on the ground. Just by doing that, the tree went back to normal, the houses went back to being the right way up, puts the dimensions and the objects in the sky back where they belong. Everyone else notices this, and applauds the grey pegasus.
"Did I... did I do it?" Derpy opens her good eye, just to be super sure she actually fixed the surroundings. She did, and opens her lazy eye, and a smile appears across her face.
"I did it!"
"Congratulations! You have fixed the fabric of this reality," Assistant Steve said to Derpy.
"Let me try something quickly," Derpy thinks of a muffin, and lightly taps her left forehoof on the ground. She creates the same muffin she made earlier, except she doesn't break literally everything this time. She eats that muffin whole, again without breaking literally everything. She then lightly taps her left forehoof down on the ground several times, creating several of those muffins.
"Feel free to take one." Everyone else takes a muffin, and eats it.
"Mhm. It's good," Said Time Steve.
"If you could make muffins out of thin air, can you make it rain chocolate by any chance?" Pinkie Pie asked.
"Hmm... I can try," Derpy thinks of chocolate rain whilst looking at the sky, then lightly taps her left forehoof down on the ground. The clouds began to rain chocolate. Derpy also taps her left forehoof down on the ground again, creating a glass cup for everyone. She stops the chocolate rain with her left forehoof once all the cups were full.
"It's sad Madness Steve uses his abilities to do what he's doing now instead of using them for muffins and chocolate rain," Pinkie Pie stated after drinking her cup of chocolate rain in one go.
"Assistant Steve, read through this book. Then, calculate how much power Derpy has. That way, we can check how much power Madness has," Time Steve requested Assistant Steve as he hands the book on Madness Steve's False Form to the robot. The robot reads through the book, scanning each word, and then looks at Derpy once he finished.
"Calculating... please wait," Said Assistant Steve.
(A few seconds later)
"Calculated. What I have calculated, is that the power within Derpy, is equivalent to Madness Steve's False Form at stage eight. According to this, Madness Steve's False Form should be at stage eight, as we're speaking," Said Assistant Steve.
"But don't worry. I've also calculated that if Madness Steve doesn't get to us, we have an ETA of at least two days, before his False Form reaches stage nine. You all should still rest before we continue moving forward," Assistant Steve added.
"I... I don't think I can rest after all that," Apple Bloom quietly said, still a bit shaken from when Madness Steve lifted her into the air towards him. Derpy walks to Apple Bloom, sits back down and lightly puts her left forehoof on the yellow filly's back.
"You'll be safe Apple Bloom. I'll make sure you never go through what I have," Derpy reassured, her eyes pointing the same way. Whenever Derpy's eyes are pointing the same way, you know for sure she is being dead serious. She takes her left forehoof up and stands up on all 4 hooves again.
"Also... as I very apparently have Madness Steve's magic and whatnot... what's not to say I can't make it so... we don't necessarily need sleep?" Derpy wondered, her lazy eye going back to pointing in the other direction to her good eye.
"That could actually be very helpful Derpy," M replied. Everyone agreed with M. Derpy lightly taps her left forehoof on the ground yet again, and everyone felt as if they just had a good sleep.
"Derpy, with those new abilities and you... seemingly having the hang of it now, do you think can try and find where Madness Steve is?" Sabre asked.
"May I remind you Sabre, that the sun is going down in an hour. Although Derpy here, has made it so you all don't need rest, the kingdom is safe, and I still recommend you all get some sleep. I don't want to deal with tired morons in the morning," Assistant Steve replied.
"So, do we just go into any one of these houses or what?" Dark Steve asked.
"Yes, pick a random house, to stay the night in," Assistant Steve replied. Celestia and Luna wanted to go back to Equestria to control the day and night cycle, especially after Time Steve made it so their magic is back to its prime strength, meaning they didn't need any help in controlling the cycle. Time Steve teleports them both back to Equestria, summoning lightning as he did. Everyone still at the observatory starts heading to the main part of the kingdom, then picks a random house. Sabre, Time Steve, Dark Steve, Twilight, Pinkie Pie and Cadence starts heading over to M's house, as well M himself of course. Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity and the CMC chosen the same house that's in the main kingdom.
"Rainbow Dash?" Derpy spoke loudly, to get the attention of the light blue pegasus before she entered the house. She turns around to face Derpy.
"Yes Derpy, is everything okay?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Remember a while ago, uh... the Town Hall... and we were putting up decowations for Applejack attending the rodeo a while back... and... and I was jumping on that dark gwey cloud and damaged the town hall?" Derpy asked.
"Yeah, I remember. What about it?"
"I uh... I- I wanted to apologize- I never said sorry to you for it..." Derpy looks to the left and down to the ground, away from Rainbow Dash, her eyes watering, but not crying. The light blue pegasus lifts Derpy's head with her left forehoof, making Derpy face her. Rainbow Dash puts her left forehoof back down once Derpy is facing her again.
"That's a while ago now, it's okay Derpy. You don't need to feel down about it," Said Rainbow Dash, lightly chuckling slightly before talking serious.
"I mean- Look at you now. You went from a pony with not much in life to having a very successful mailmare career, and-" Rainbow Dash was about to say how Derpy was a very caring mother, but with everything that Madness Steve had done to Dinky, wherever she is right now, it's a very sensitive topic. Rainbow Dash finds other compliments for Derpy though.
"...and uh- You fix whatever you break. Yeah, you're... a bit clumsy, but that doesn't matter. It doesn't matter whether you're clumsy or not, it's the pony in there that matters," Rainbow Dash lightly smiled, pointing her left forehoof at the centre of Derpy's chest, her heart, which Derpy looks at. Derpy looks back to Rainbow Dash and blinks at the heartwarming compliments she gave, pushing the water off her eyes and making them tinkle down her cheeks as she blinked. Rainbow Dash lifts her right forehoof up, and lightly pulls at Derpy, for her to come closer to her. Derpy did so, and clings the opposite forehoof around Rainbow Dash. Rainbow Dash and Derpy stays put for a few moments before letting go.
"With the whole Town Hall thing... let's say it's something both you and I can smile back at? How does that sound Derpy?" Said Rainbow Dash.
"Yeah, that sounds gweat," Derpy replied. With that, Rainbow Dash and Derpy walks in the house that also has an upstairs, where everypony else is who chose this house as well.
