"That... can't be good..." Sabre slowly spoke to himself. Things really are not good. Meanwhile, the First Curse just wonders off without warning.
"So uh... when Madness said he was gonna take all the realities slash dimensions... you all don't suppose he meant that... literally, do you?" Sabre nervously said, hoping he would get an answer that isn't bad.
"Madness Steve has left the Madness Dimension... completely..." Discord struggled to state, mumbling to start off.
"Oh great- So basically we're doomed!" Pinkie Pie panicked.
"The visions- Come on Discord, think..." Discord repeated to himself a few times, thinking back to having the visions from the potion, back at Zecora's hut. What he saw in those visions was the sky looking like it is now, and the location of books. He tries to think back to remember the visions to recall any information, but is unable to.
"What... has he done to the sky!?" Sweetie Belle exclaimed, starring into the sky. She is scared, knowing it can't be good whatever it is.
"Wow... he seems even crazier than me, huh. Iyiyiyi neverververvrvrr thoughtoughtghtght I would'veveve metetwtwt someoneonwnwnwn willingingingng to do somethingngng sosowowo outrageous," Said Hypno Steve.
"Is there anywhere safe?" Scootaloo asked.
"Safe is... well- That's arguable," Sabre replied.
"It's equally unsafe everywhere Scootaloo," Time Steve also replied.
"It's true," Sabre added to Time Steve.
"It's not safe to go anywhere. Justust gogowowo homeome and enjoyoyoy youryryrr lastast momentnts beforererewrwrrr thethe endndndrdrrr," Hypno Steve replied as he walks up to Scootaloo before walking back.
"The end!? Is this the end!?" Apple Bloom began panicking.
"Hypno, why did you have to say that- Apple Bloom, he's just messing with us," Sabre tries to calm down Apple Bloom, who takes Sabre's word. After all, he saved her from Madness Steve back at the Red Kingdom. Apple Bloom trusts Sabre.
"Ohhh... on the contrary, I'mimimwm speakingingngng the truthruthruthwthwth. Thethe lastastastwst momentsntsnts of allalwlwwl the realitiesiesies arearewrwr upononon us. I have seen it... with mymymymy veryryryryryrrr eyeyeyeyeye. Again, *looks at Applejack* she likesikeswks it whenen the truthruth is told, andndnd that'stststs whatrtrtrr I'mimimwmwm doingingngnrnrnrrr," Hypno Steve started on his thing about the truth.
"Yeah, but ya scarin ma sister! Stop, yer frightenin her!" Applejack yelled.
"You want me to stopopwp telling the truth do you? You want me to lie? LIEYIYIYIYIYIYI!? You make things... SOSOSOWOWO interestingingng whenen you turn to LIESIESYSYSSS! No I will not stop Applejackackack! I will say whateververververwrwrrrr Iyiyiyiyi LIKEIKEIKEIKEIKE!" Hypno Steve snapped as he got really close to Applejack, making the strong earth pony step backwards. Hypno Steve sighs, calming his temper down, putting Applejack in her place as he sees it.
"What's going on!?" Another voice exclaimed. Sabre notices his close Yellow Steve friend had came over, the one he knew as 'Yellow Steve with the leather chestplate', who is in Colourless Guard armour.
"Oh uh- Yellow! It's so good to see you!" Sabre exclaimed.
"What's happening!? What in- You're an elite... just breath..."
"That's an Elite Colourless Guard for you," Sabre thought to himself.
"Time, can you send Yellow back to the Yellow Kingdom?" Sabre asked.
"Yeah, better check with the leader, and tell him what's been happening," Yellow Steve said to Time Steve. Time Steve began summoning lightning, teleporting Yellow Steve to the Yellow Kingdom.
"Can we stay with you all? This... is absolutely insane! I thought Discord before his reform was terrifying!" Scootaloo exclaimed.
"With this happening... sticking together is a wiser idea," Said Twilight.
"Wait uh... Sabre, there's also something else I just realized," Time Steve nervously spoke.
"What is it, Time?" Sabre asked.
"Dark Steve and Cadence," Time Steve replied.
"Wait- Dark and Cadence are still at the Red Kingdom, and they are there with... ALL THE RED STEVES COMING BACK! Oh no oh no no no!" Sabre exclaimed.
"Why is that a big deal-"
"There's no time to explain Sweetie Belle- We have to get back to the Red Kingdom now! Let's go, let's go!" Discord snaps his fingers, teleporting himself, as well as everyone else, being Sabre, Time Steve, Hypno Steve, the mane 6, the CMC and Derpy, to the Red Kingdom, wherever Dark Steve and Cadence are.
They are in the main room of Professor Red's lab, by that quartz table, where there's the spiral quartz stairs going up at the front end. Sabre sees Dark Steve and Cadence being chased around the table by none other, Professor Red, attempting to whack them with some salmon. But they are not the only ones being chased around the table.
"Why is Dark Steve, an alicorn, a little unicorn and a purple dragon trespassing into in my lab!? What do you all want!?" Professor Red yelled, chasing Dark Steve, Cadence, and from what else Professor Red said, a little unicorn and a purple dragon.
"Hmm, deja vu," Said Time Steve.
"Professor- Professor- Stop, stop- Stop, stop stop stop, listen, misunderstanding," Sabre said as he got infront of Professor Red.
"Sabre?"
"Yes, and Time, and Hypno, and ponies," Sabre responded.
Twilight immediately notices the purple dragon.
The purple dragon immediately notices Twilight.
Derpy immediately notices the little unicorn.
The little unicorn immediately notices Derpy.
"Spike!"
"Dinky!"
"Twilight!"
"Mummy!"
Twilight and Spike ran up to and hug each other. Derpy and Dinky ran up and hugs each other.
"Please don't let that Red Steve hurt me!" Dinky exclaimed. Derpy lets go of Dinky and then stands up, glaring at Professor Red.
"Were you going to hurt her?" Derpy growled as she taps her left forehoof on the ground and Professor Red slowly levitates off the ground.
"They all trespassed into the lab!" Professor Red yelled at the grey pegasus. Derpy taps her left forehoof again and a spinning blade appears a few blocks above Professor Red, who is levitating up towards it.
"Okay jeez I wasn't- It was just a casual conversation- Just put me down now!" Professor Red exclaimed. Derpy grunts at Professor Red as she lightly taps her left forehoof and Professor Red fell down, getting slightly hurt. The spinning blade also disappears.
"You better of not..." Derpy growled.
"Woah woah woah- We're all friends here," Sabre said as he got between Professor Red and Derpy.
"Also Derpy, that blade would've shredded Professor's coat," Time Steve pointed out.
"And I thought I loved coats more..." Rarity thought to herself.
"The pony... or steve is more important than their coat," Fluttershy said to Time Steve.
"Look everyone- The armour of the First Curse, Madness used it to take everybody from all realities, as well as with his sword," Sabre explained, primarily to Professor Red, Spike and Dinky.
"Okay... I've clearly missed a lot," Said Spike.
"Yes you certainly have, and personally... I'd be glad you missed what we've seen. It was absolutely horrible what's been happening," Twilight responded.
"Also, Professor, come with me, I need to show you something. It's... well, it's not good," Sabre said as he went up the spiral quartz stairs, with Professor Red following him. They get to the top, and walks past the room, the room that has brewing stands behind red stained glass on both sides. Sabre and Professor Red walks around the dark oak table on the middle, to the dark oak door on the other side.
"We've been through a lot. In the time that you were gone, Madness Steve... he's taken all the realities and dimensions. He's taken not just this reality and dimension or the one the ponies are from- All realities and dimensions out there- All of them have been affected," Sabre explained as he looks into the sky as well as Professor Red.
"Oh," Said Professor Red. Sabre looks back to Professor Red. Professor Red also looks back to Sabre as he began speaking.
"I know you know more than you let off to be. You're a smart guy-"
"Sabre, I just realized something!" Twilight panted as he ran all the way from the lab to where Sabre and Professor Red are.
"Yes Twilight, what is it?" Sabre asked
"If Spike and Dinky are here, does this mean-" Sabre is thinking the same thing Twilight is thinking.
"Light and Starlight... oh my gosh- You're right!" Sabre said before Twilight said it herself.
"Professor, go back down to the lab with everyone else while me and Twilight sort this out. We'll be back," Sabre said as he uses the Shadow Sword again and teleports himself and Twilight to the Yellow Kingdom.
Sabre and Twilight are at the Colourless Guard outpost. They see all the Yellow Steves are back, many talking about and staring at the sky. They also see 2 others, who they are relieved are okay.
"Light and Starlight- Are you two okay!?" Sabre exclaimed.
"Sabre and Twilight thank goodness you're here- It was horrible what happened!" Starlight cried as she hugs puts a forehoof around Sabre and Twilight each, pulling them towards her.
"Sabre! What happened to the sky!? What have we missed!?" Light Steve exclaimed as he looks into the sky.
"It's... not important, but it looks like everyone's back again. So does this mean everything's good again- Other than... y'know, the sky being what it is? Also, the Red Steves are also back-"
"WHAT!? Red- RED... Steves!?" An elite Colourless Guard exclaimed, interrupting Sabre. Sabre recognizes their voice, his Yellow Steve friend.
"It's not important-"
"No no no! Explain, now- We're not just brushing over that!" Yellow Steve demanded Sabre, interrupting him again.
"Look man, that isn't important right now- I think we've got bigger problems at hand," Sabre said as he looks at the sky again before looking back down to everyone else.
"Sabre, is everypony else okay?" Starlight asked.
"Yes, also, we've uncorrupted Derpy as well- Speaking of which, you should go talk to her, Starlight, and make sure she's alright. Derpy still feels pretty awful about what she did when... she was corrupted. I uh- I feel like it be... reassuring, if it came from you Starlight, and you too, Light," Sabre replied.
"It's Madness Steve that made her do those things. I know it isn't on Derpy in the slightest," Starlight responded.
"So... to the Red Kingdom- Yellow, please stay here while we go do all this," Light Steve requested.
"Yes sir," Yellow Steve responded. Sabre teleports himself, Light Steve, Twilight and Starlight back to where everyone else is, still by that quartz table.
The rest of the mane 6 immediately sees Starlight and ran up to and hug her. Derpy also notices Starlight as well as Light Steve, but she looks away.
"Mummy, what's wrong?" Dinky asked her mother.
"I... I- When cowupted... and when Madness Steve contwolled me... he- He made me kill them... so bwutally, and you too..." Derpy replied, water breaking through to the front of her honey coloured cross eyes.
"You know it wasn't you, right? I'm back now, with you... and that's what matters. Whatever happens... I get to spend the rest of my time with you. I love you, mummy," Dinky responded in a gentle tone, tearing up. Derpy grabs Dinky with both her forehooves and hugs her tight.
"I love you too... my little muffin..."
"Hey Derpy, thought I'd just come over here- Y'know none of what happened is on you, okay," Light Steve said as he walks to Derpy, reassuring the grey pegasus.
"I... I still feel pwetty awful Light Steve, for what happened... it just hurts- I still feel like a monster..." Derpy sighed, letting go of Dinky as she stands up, looking away slightly.
"That fact you still feel bad even though it wasn't your fault shows you have an amazing soul Derpy," Starlight stated as she walks to the grey pegasus.
"Yeah Derpy- I mean... even when you were still corrupted, you tried to fight back against him. You saved us down at the core thing- You have a great heart, Derpy," Cadence added onto Starlight, also walking over to the pegasus.
"Did you just say... the core!? You know about that too- What have I missed!?" Professor Red exclaimed at Cadence.
"Professor Professor, come with us, cool down," Said Time Steve as he walks over to the bottom of the quartz stairs, where there is a lever, which no one knew of until now, except Time Steve, Cadence and the CMC as well as Professor Red and Assistant Steve of course. On the left where the bottom of the stairs aid, a secret door reveals as it opens and a single block wide set of quartz stairs, which Time Steve walks down, with everyone else following him except Hypno Steve. He is inside the torn up operating table room, reflecting about the events that followed since, and about when times were so much easier.
Everyone else walks down to a smooth quartz floor that looks like an L shape, a path on the very left side. The area ahead on the right is another floor below, red glass barriers at the edge to stop anyone from potentially falling down. Everyone follows Time Steve until Sweetie Belle stamps her spear down onto the floor and teleports everyone to the area she thought Time Steve was on about.
Everyone is now even deeper down in the lab, the floor below the other one which they originally didn't know existed. Meanwhile, Assistant Steve is down there. Before Time Steve shows Professor Red what it is, the robot approaches everyone.
"Ah, Sabre, and everyone else, welcome back. It's good to see you again. Professor, it's been a while since we have seen each other. It is my pleasure, to know that you are okay, and you too, Derpy," Said Assistant Steve. Lightning began summoning nearby Time Steve, but it wasn't him. When the lightning died down, Elemental Steve appears.
"Okay... this place is starting to get rather crowded," Scootaloo stated. At the moment, it's Sabre, Light Steve, Time Steve, Dark Steve, Elemental Steve, Professor Red, Assistant Steve, the mane 6, the CMC, Starlight, Spike, Derpy, Dinky, Cadence and Discord, all in the same room.
"Yeah... you don't say Scootaloo, you don't say..." Starlight slowly responded.
"The whole gang is here," Said Time Steve.
"Elemental- Okay, I'm happy to see you again man, and thank you for helping us all again by the way," Said Sabre.
"Yeah, you know how I was destroyed in the fight- Basically, Madness... I can sense him forcing all dimensions to merge. He hasn't broke the boundaries of them yet, he's just muddling about with them at the moment... I don't like where this is going," Elemental Steve explained.
"Madness Steve is setting everything up to torture us all... and for an eternity," Discord clarified. Everyone, especially the CMC gulps, except Assistant Steve.
"It won't bother me as I'm a robot. That won't be my problem-"
"Alright you smart piece of metal, Madness Steve would probably make it so you'd feel pain so he can torture you too. Literally NO ONE is safe," Discord interrupted Assistant Steve.
"Anyway, onto more important things..." Time Steve slowly said as he turns to the left. To the left is an oblong shaped room made of various grey blocks. In the middle of that room is a red ball of energy with 2 sets of bricks on either side, stabilizing the red ball of energy.
"Did you do what I think you've done!?" Professor Red exclaimed. Time Steve and the CMC proudly stands beside the small red ball of energy, the CMC nervously smiling at Professor Red.
"That is correct. With the help of Time Steve and the Cutie Mark Crusaders, we created the core, except a better one that isn't pollutant filled and... well, smaller," Assistant Steve replied.
"You had these three here help build A REACTOR!?" Rainbow Dash exclaimed as she quickly hovers to Time Steve.
"Assistant's idea, not mine, blame him, not me," Time Steve replied.
"Also, we used it to infuse supercharged redstone into those spears and armour for Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo, so we could put the essence in the equipment," Time Steve explained.
"I have plans for a bigger one, but y'know, this one is mini," Time Steve said to Professor Red.
"Do you know... how long it took to make that core and you're telling me you four with Assistant made this in... HOW LONG!?" Professor Red yelled.
"Time Steve, you're literally a clock. How long did it take to make again?" Scootaloo asked.
"Y'know em... like ten minutes," Time Steve replied.
"This is outrageous!" Professor Red exclaimed.
"And the blueprints for the new one took... eh, two days," Time Steve added.
"You don't really need to brag about it man," Sabre responded to Time Steve. He then walks out the room to the main area everyone else is at, followed by Time Steve, Professor Red, Rainbow Dash and the CMC.
"We need to figure this out. We all... are all back, but it doesn't matter. Madness Steve is fully outside the Madness Dimension and... when he's finished doing whatever... who knows what will happen to all of us. He's affecting all the different realities that are out there. We- We have to hurry up and do something. But not all of us will have the same task," Sabre started off to everyone.
"It's a lot to ask, and... man, we are all quite the mix of... characters here..."
"Did Sabre just break the fourth wall?" Pinkie Pie wondered to herself.
"Everypony but Derpy and Discord. I suggest you all go back to Twilight's castle and wait there until further notice on what to do next," Sabre suggested.
"Wait a minute, what do you need me for?" Derpy asked Sabre.
"Derpy, I know you're not too keen on those abilities, but it doesn't take away the fact that you're the most powerful one out of us, even more powerful than Discord. We may need those abilities you currently have to figure out what's next. We really need you for what's next Derpy. The abilities you have may come in handy," Sabre explained.
"Should us three keep the armour and spears Sabre?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"It's up to you, they're yours now. Same with you Apple Bloom and Scootaloo, do whatever you want with the armour and spears. I suggest you three hold onto them for now at least, until this is all dealt with," Sabre replied.
"Also, Time, can you send them out, to Twilight's castle in Ponyville?" Sabre requested.
"Also, Dark, can you also go with everypony else, just to keep an eye over things?" Sabre asked.
"Yeah, of course," Dark Steve replied. Dark Steve walks over to everypony else.
"Okay Time, send them out- See you all soon," Said Sabre. Time Steve summons lightning, teleporting Dark Steve, the mane 6, the CMC, Starlight, Spike, Dinky, Cadence and Discord to Twilight's castle.
"Light," Sabre said as he turns to his longtime friend. He still remembers when Light Steve was still just Shy Orange Steve. A lot of time has passed since then, but not just time, literally everything is at risk.
"I ask that you go meet up with Yellow again, he's probably worried for you. Last time he saw you... a lot was going on. You should head back to the Yellow Kingdom, and maybe I'll see you again there. Just... let him know you're alright, and help him with what he needs."
"Yeah, I'll go there. See you all soon," Light Steve said as he summons lightning and teleports to the Yellow Kingdom.
"Wow... we've been using Madness' abilities so much I almost forgot people like Light can teleport on their own," Said Sabre.
"But what matters now, well, now it's just seven. Us seven have to focus on the next thing. You five- No offense Derpy, but us two are not that smart, not when compared to Time, Elemental, Professor, Assistant and Discord at least. But I'll still need your help Derpy. You and I gonna basically be the brawns of the next task," Sabre started. Derpy didn't take take offence and nodded. Sabre then turns to face Time Steve, Professor Red, Assistant Steve and Discord.
"You five are probably the smartest minds out here right now. I need your help, I need all of you. We have to stop Madness Steve ripping everything apart. We have to find a way. Can you guys help me?"
"Depends. My functions are to help the Professor first, and then anyone who I may deem, an ally, to the Professor," Assistant Steve replied to Sabre.
"Professor, what is your motive? Shall we help them?" Assistant Steve asked his creator, looking over to him.
"Professor, please, I know you're a good guy, you want to help. We have to stop this from progressing. Madness may be out the Madness Dimension, but we have to find a way nevertheless, please. If we don't take action now, everything that existed, everything that exists and everything that would exist in the future will be destroyed," Sabre said as he's begging. In this kind of situation, begging is absolutely understandable.
"If it'll help stop this, I'll help you," Professor Red replied.
"Wonderful! We get to be a team again, you morons- Except for you Professor, and Derpy. You, are quite intelligent, and you are quite adorable," Said Assistant Steve, looking at Professor Red when he said 'intelligent' and at Derpy when he said 'adorable'. Lightning strikes besides everyone. The First Curse appears as the lightning died down, and he's brought another person.
"Oh uh- Hey, First Curse and- Origin!?" Sabre notices the one standing next to the First Curse is a tanned steve with a light blue shirt and normal blue trousers, with completely bright blue eyes and shining brown hair, all glowing over.
"Hello, Sabre, all of you," Origin Steve responded.
"I thought you were cursed- Wait, the First Curse, it was you were the one who had placed that curse on him, wasn't it?" Said Sabre.
"Yes, me and Origin had our differences but... I have removed that curse. Origin and I have been speaking... ways to stop Madness Steve..." The First Curse replied.
"If so, then WHY didn't you tell me these ways earlier, Origin!? We could've prevented all this from the beginning!" Sabre exclaimed, looking over to Origin Steve.
"The reason I couldn't say much was as I was still cursed. If Madness found me talking about how to stop him, he would've severed our connection, Sabre. As I am now here, thanks to my former enemy removing that curse, I can give you direct answers," Origin Steve explained.
"Remember our deal we spoke of, Origin. After this has been dealt with, I... am to have control over the world below... and feed off of the energy of the Demon Steves, in return for me leaving the rest of the steves alone... and fixing the timeline from that paradoxical curse placed upon you long ago," Said the First Curse.
"Paradox? Whatever you two are on about, it doesn't matter- Origin, the First Curse says you have an idea, what is it?" Sabre asked.
"It's an idea I've had ever since God Steve told me about Madness Steve but... I don't know if it'll actually work," Origin Steve replied.
"At this point, I'm open to ideas. What is it Origin?" Sabre asked.
