Twilight has come out with everyone else that was still instead. Sabre, Time Steve, Elemental Steve, Dark Steve, the leaders, the mane 6, the CMC as well as their armour and spears with the essence, Spike, Starlight, Discord, Dinky are outside, by the open gold yellow door.
"I must say, Equestria is a really nice place," Said the Orange Leader.
"I'm happy you like our home," Starlight responded.
"Wait, where's Cadence?" Sabre asked.
"Cadence went to go check upon two other ponies... Twilight's brother and- And who else?" Time Steve asked Twilight.
"Oh, you mean Flurry Heart and Shining Armour?" Twilight replied.
"Yes, them two," Time Steve answered.
"Wait, you have a brother?" Sabre asked Twilight.
"Oh, Cadence and my brother, Shining Armour, are together. Their daughter is Flurry Heart," Twilight replied.
"Alright, okay. Right, you seven leaders, I've explained what we need to do- You six, Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Rarity- Starlight and CMC as well, I've recently gone through all of the kingdoms and I've gathered all the leaders. We intend to reform Madness Steve back to Calmness Steve. Madness was originally Calmness, and the only way to stop him is to reform him back to Calmness, together," Sabre explained.
"I've actually already explained all that to them," Discord responded.
"Oh um- Okay, that makes things much easier," Sabre responded. He then looks over to M.
"M, if you don't mind, take your hood off." M looks at the other leaders, then looks at Sabre. Then, he takes his hood off, and looks back at the leaders.
"A Red Steve!?" The Green Leader exclaimed.
"Sabre, why did you not tell anyone about there's a Red Steve still around?" The Yellow Leader asked.
"If it makes you feel better, there's a whole kingdom of them... aaaand they never went extinct," Time Steve replied.
"WHAT!?" The Violet Leader exclaimed.
"Look, guys, this ain't important right now- Leaders, we can discuss all this after we fix the situation. I'm surprised nothing has happened to Equestria, but let's not take chances," Sabre stated. Then, Pinkie Pie's tail began to twitch, which Spike instantly picks up on.
"Pinkie Sense..."
"Twitchy tail! Something is gonna fall from the sky!" Time Steve looks at the sky to see what Spike was on about.
"Uh..." Time Steve ran in the direct towards whatever is falling from the sky, summoning lightning on it, catching it.
"That... doesn't sound good..." Scootaloo shook.
"Okay, come on everyone, we need to check this out," Said Sabre, running over to Time Steve like everyone else, to the edge of the main part of Ponyville.
"GAH! Thank goodness to whatever this 'Pinkie Sense' thing is," Time Steve sighed, crouching whilst looking up in the sky.
"Time Steve, are you okay?" Fluttershy asked.
"I caught it..." Time Steve grunted as he looks up in the sky.
"Everypony... you... may or may not want to the look at the sky..." Apple Bloom gulped, shaking at what she sees in the sky, and for good reason. Everyone else notices what Apple Bloom is on about. In the sky is a huge chunk of bedrock, obsidian and the pitch black blocks, dripping lava.
"Oh no... is that, an astroid!? About to STRIKE ALL OF PONYVILLE!?" Sabre screamed, nearby ponies hearing him. They look at the sky, and then ponies instantly went into panic mode.
"WE HAVE TEN SECONDS LET'S GO!" Time Steve slams his fists downward, attempting to teleport everyone and even other ponies nearby, but even with the sword he still had hold of, it didn't work. Twilight took a quick glance and notices every unicorn is trying to teleport out, but teleporting isn't working for them either. Even Discord tries teleporting everyone, and even he can't do it.
"What about everypony else!?" Sweetie Belle exclaimed.
"I- RUN!" Time Steve screamed, running in the opposite direction of the asteroid. Everyone else is running with Time Steve, in the amidst the absolute anarchy, other ponies running in different directions, either running away from the asteroid to try and escape, or running towards it for at least an instant death.
"RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN GO GO GO! TEN SECONDS- WHAT YOU CAN ONLY HOLD IT FOR TEN SECONDS!? TIME, YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ELSE, SOMETHING!" Sabre continued screaming, panic flowing throughout him just as much as it is flowing around everyone else, who are also screaming in panic. Fluttershy trips over, and the CMC are struggling to keep up. Dinky meanwhile is on Derpy's back. Derpy won't lose Dinky again, not for a third time. Time Steve, in a last ditch effort tries using his chronometer, which still works as it creates a 3D glass clock, everyone inside, except Fluttershy and the CMC. Everyone inside sees them banging their forehooves on the glass, but unable to do anything. Discord however could, and with the chaos magic he still has that is currently functional, puts both his hands together, and warps, switching places with Fluttershy as well as the CMC, so them 4 are inside the glass clock and he's outside. Discord knew what it would mean for himself. Discord looks at the asteroid in the sky, then looks back at the clock, and his eyes, looking into Fluttershy's eyes that are looking at his back in return. Discord puts his lion hand on the glass, Fluttershy putting her left forehoof where Discord's hand is, and for the last few seconds Time Steve could hold the asteroid, the 2 stare at each other, tears running down both their faces. Then, the asteroid continues its fall to the ground, striking the centre of Ponyville, the Town Hall. Then a shockwave follows with a flash. Fluttershy and Discord continue looking at each other until the shockwave and flash caught up, the outside background shining white, Discord's shape becoming a black shadow. The shockwave meanwhile knocks, not just Fluttershy, but but everyone else inside the round clock done on to ground.
The flash dies away, and everyone sees that the glass clock had completely shattered, taking the punishment for them. For a few seconds, there's a ringing noise and the sound around them is fuzzy.
"Gah..." Time Steve grunted as he got up.
"Time... Time? Huh- No..." Sabre sorrowfully said, looking at the impact the asteroid left behind whilst sniffling, then the ringing noise stopped as well as the sound becoming normal again. The only part of Ponyville that survived is the bit of ground the clock protected. Everything else, there's just this massive crater of fire, bedrock, obsidian magma, lava and those pitch black blocks, with some patches of the colours of the sky.
"What... did he do!?" Dark Steve exclaimed as he gets up. One by one, everyone else got up, Elemental Steve, the leaders, the mane 6, the CMC, Spike, Derpy and Dinky. Everyone gasps, everypony's eyes swelling as they release many tears at once. The 7 leaders of the coloured steves are also crying, M and the Indigo Leader crying the most as he knew the ponies longer than the others. Even Elemental Steve is crying, as without these ponies, he would've never corrected his mistakes. But none of them are crying as much as Sabre and Time Steve. Them two out of the steves had the longest friendship with the ponies.
"I..." Time Steve stuttered, stepping back.
"Time- WHY DIDN'T YOU TELEPORT EVERYONE!? Why couldn't you teleport!?" Sabre yelled.
"I... couldn't teleport..." Time Steve stuttered, looking at the ground.
"What- Madness must of stopped it then- No..." Sabre murmured, nothing but the feeling of sorrow and distraught for the ponies. He then turns away at what was Ponyville, unable to look at the aftermath.
"Something... was stopping me..." Time Steve mumbled.
"Wait a minute! Where's Discord!?" Fluttershy cried.
"I tried to freeze time too... I tried..." Time Steve murmured.
"No- No! But- You stopped it- You stopped it before it hit!" Sabre stuttered. Fluttershy, her mind coming to terms with what happened, knows Discord sacrificed himself to save her and the CMC. She screamed into tears.
"DISCORD!!!" The mane 6 and Starlight, also in tears, walks over to the devastated yellow pegasus.
"I... can't believe it..." Sabre stuttered.
"We have to stop this, now..." Time Steve firmly said. Sabre turns around and walks near the edge.
"But- Ponyville- It- It is gone," Sabre continues stuttering.
"We have to stop him, now..." Time Steve said a similar sentence, with the same tone.
"We need to help anypony who may of survived!" Scootaloo shouted. Sabre notices amidst the destruction, a few houses managed to somewhat remain intact, just with several holes in them and on fire.
"It does look like... some houses are intact somehow. They must of fallen down in there," Sabre responded.
"If anypony survived- Scootaloo is right. We have to help anypony survived... it's the best we can do," Twilight stated, wiping her eyes with her left forehoof.
"It's true, there could still be ponies down there," Sabre responded.
"Hey um- Sabre? Twilight's castle survived, should I and the other leaders head back there?" M asked.
"Yes, head over there, leaders. Dark, go with them too. Help everypony who comes up. We'll send them over there. Starlight, Spike, Derpy and Dinky, go with the leaders as well, to show everypony who comes up that they are to be trusted," Sabre instructed. They all nodded. The leaders, Starlight, Spike, Derpy and Dinky starts walking over to Twilight's castle.
"Okay, let's find a way down," Said Sabre. Derpy hears Sabre, so she quickly runs back over, closes her eyes and creates stone stairs down into the crater before going back. Everyone runs down them, Time Steve and Rainbow Dash hovering by.
"So you ain't much of a fan of walking too Rainbow Dash?" Said Time Steve.
"I normally fly Time Steve," Rainbow Dash replied. Once Sabre, Time Steve, Dark Steve, Elemental Steve, the mane 6 and the CMC got down the stairs and to the bottom of the crater, they had split up.
Elemental Steve is leading Sabre, Time Steve and the CMC through the fiery destruction, creating an ice path wherever he walks to keep everyone cool.
"The fire is making it harder for me to sense energy signatures," Said Elemental Steve.
"Hello? We're here to help!" Time Steve yelled out.
"Anypony here!?" The CMC yelled out.
"Over here!" A voice yelled back. The CMC ran over to where the voice came from.
"You three see some?" Elemental Steve yelled over as he ran to keep up with Sabre, Time Steve and the CMC.
"We've found one," Sweetie Belle replied. The CMC sees an earth pony filly lying on the ground, but is awake. They are pink, with a mane and tail that has purple and white strips, with a tiara as their cutie mark. There is part of a wall of a house that is keeping the filly stuck.
"Diamond Tiara, you okay?" Apple Bloom asked. Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo use their spears to lift the wall off Diamond Tiara, then Apple Bloom helps her up.
"S- Silver- Where's Silver Spoon!?" Diamond Tiara cried. Sabre, Time Steve and Elemental Steve then catches up with the CMC, Sabre running over to them, Time Steve hovering over to them.
"It's okay, it's okay buddy, alright," Sabre said in the calmest voice he could do, trying to reassure Diamond Tiara that she'll be okay.
"Get to Twilight's castle, we'll help you soon," Time Steve said to Diamond Tiara.
"You'll be okay," Elemental Steve reassured to Diamond Tiara.
"Twilight's castle, that way, do you think you can make it?" Sabre asked Diamond Tiara, pointing at the stone stairs they came down into the crater.
"I'm not leaving until I find Silver Spoon!" Diamond Tiara shouted, any tears coming out evaporating from the intense heat.
"Just don't worry, just for now, go to Twilight's castle okay. We'll keep a look out for your friend- One of you three, help her to Twilight's castle," Sabre ordered. Apple Bloom helps Diamond Tiara up the stairs. Meanwhile, Sabre, Time Steve, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo look through the wreckage.
"Okay! You four, let me know if you see anypony else, keep looking!" Sabre yelled out. Sabre, Time Steve, Elemental Steve, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo continue walking, and Elemental Steve continues leaving a trail of ice where he's walking, mitigating the scorching heat at least a little bit.
"Hello!? Anypony out there!?" The 5 kept repeatedly shouting out as they search. While Time Steve and Elemental Steve are still out looking for anypony, Sabre, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo paused, looking at everything.
"Oh man... the textures... the world- No, all realities and dimensions... it's all... disappearing," Sabre quietly said to himself.
"Are you okay Sabre?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"Yeah Sweetie Belle, just that I'm sick of all this," Sabre sighed.
"Are you Silver Spoon?" They could hear Time Steve speaking to somepony.
"Time Steve must've found Silver Spoon!" Scootaloo exclaimed with relief, running to where Time Steve and Elemental Steve are as well as Sabre and Sweetie Belle. They got to them, and Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo can see the pony Time Steve is talking to is indeed the silver grey earth pony filly, Silver Spoon, who also lost her pair of bright blue glasses.
"Here, I have... uh, some water," Time Steve offered Silver Spoon a bottle of water. Time Steve holds the bottle in his hand, letting the silver grey filly drink the water from his hand.
"Thank you..." Silver Spoon said with a raspy voice.
"You must be that friend the pink one was on about- Listen, do you think you could get to Twilight's castle? It's been unaffected," Sabre asked. The silver grey filly shook their head.
"Sweetie Belle or Scootaloo- Actually... Sweetie Belle, take them back to Twilight's castle, where it's safe for the moment. We'll meet you back there," Sabre instructed. Sweetie Belle nodded as she began helping Silver Spoon across the ice path, over to where the stone stairs out the crater is.
"It'll be okay Silver Spoon, it'll be okay..." Sweetie Belle whispered calmly, keeping Silver Spoon calm in this anarchic situation as she helps her up the stone stairs, out the crater.
"Time, Scootaloo, search around, do a quick flight around the area. After that, we'll figure out what to do next," Sabre instructed.
"I'll scan, yeah," Time Steve responded, hovering upwards, flying really fast, checking for other survivors.
"Sabre... there's a sliiiiight issue," Scootaloo slowly stated.
"Yeah, what is it Scootaloo?" Sabre asked.
"I can't fly. I may be a pegasus, but I have a condition that doesn't let me fly. Yeah, this armour I'm wearing and this spear could let me fly... but then I'd fully know what I'm missing out on," Scootaloo replied.
"I mean- This might be your one chance to fly," Sabre pointed out.
"If I ever fly... I want to earn the ability myself, not be given it. It'd feel more rewarding," Scootaloo responded.
"Y'know, you have a good point there, I admire that," Sabre responded back.
"Anyways, Time? Give me a report here dude," Sabre yelled out.
"Not yet," Time Steve yelled out back his reply.
"This is a mess. We couldn't even teleport out. Madness Steve is starting to effect everyone's powers," Sabre said to himself.
"I found one!" Time Steve exclaimed out loud.
"Send them over to the castle okay. Where are you- It's just- It's fine, I don't even know where you are, just go," Sabre yelled back out in response. He sees lightning strike at least 100 metres away, which Time Steve is around there, teleporting the pony he found. He then flies back over to Sabre, Elemental Steve and Scootaloo.
"Did you find anypony else?" Scootaloo asked Time Steve.
"No," Time Steve replied.
"Wait... Celestia and Luna! Where are they!?" Sabre exclaimed.
"OH!" Time Steve gasped.
"Elemental, come with me. I'll need you for sensing energy signatures," Time Steve stated. Elemental Steve nodded as Time Steve teleports himself and his brother to the location where he sent Celestia and Luna, summoning lightning as he did. 10 seconds later, they teleport back.
"We tried locating Celestia and Luna, but uh- They are not there..." Time Steve stuttered.
"The cracks extends far up north. So the fact Twilight's castle survived and the cracks missed that is an absolute miracle," Elemental Steve stated.
"Okay, we need to get back to the castle. Time, Elemental and Scootaloo, we need to get back to Twilight's castle, let's go," Said Sabre. He, Time Steve, Elemental Steve and Scootaloo starts heading back over to the stone stairs, Time Steve flying ahead, to talk to a pony that caught his interest.
The 3 make it back over to where everyone else. Other than Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon, the other ponies that were saved are Trixie and Vinyl Scratch. Vinyl Scratch tries to think of music genres she could play to help with the mood to everypony, but she is unable to. The situation is making her too stressed to play music, and thinks of music to herself, to keep herself calm. Sabre, Elemental Steve and Scootaloo then come out of the crater.
"Hey, there's everyone else," Said Sabre.
"Leaders, six and CMC- Basically all of you, we need to speak to all of you, away from the others, please," Sabre requested.
The pony Time Steve teleported to safety was Doctor Whooves, who instantly caught his interest, mainly by Doctor's Cutie mark, a sand timer, which suggested to Time Steve he knows stuff about 'time'. Time Steve and Doctor Whooves are talking about stuff relating to time, at least something that isn't about what just happened. When Sabre calls him over, he knows he has to end the conversation.
"Oh, I've got to go regroup. Maybe after all this we can work on time projects, and you could maybe visit my Time Dimension, which is a bit like the Tardis thing you speak of... I guess you could say. I'll see you around Doctor Whooves," Time Steve suggested.
"Sounds like a splendid idea Time Steve. See you later, and good luck. Everything is counting you- On all of you," Doctor Whooves responded. Time Steve then regroups with Sabre, Dark Steve, Elemental Steve, the leaders, the mane 6, the CMC, Starlight, Spike, Derpy and Dinky.
"Twilight, Time and Elemental tried to find Celestia and Luna, but... they're missing," Sabre said with a low voice. Twilight looks to the ground slightly, mentally hit by hearing the 2 alicorns are gone, the 2 that taught her so much, to the pony she is now. She looks back at Sabre as he's speaking again, but he's speaking to everyone in general.
"Everyone, I need you all to understand something. Reforming Madness is not just these two realities, it's for all the realities out there, dimensions- Just everything. It's also not just for the overworld. It's for the world beyond, the middleworld- Heh, I mean even the world below- It's for everything, we have to do this."
"I can't believe I'm saying this, but it's even for Tartarus," Starlight added to Sabre.
"What is Tartarus?" Elemental Steve asked.
"It's a tiny bit like our equivalent to the world below... kinda, except it's not part of the afterlife," Spike replied.
"Anyways, we really need all of you, now more than ever. If we reform Madness Steve, this will all be reversed," Time Steve stated.
"He's quadrillions of years old right? Will it even be possible, with the mindset Madness Steve has had for so long?" Applejack wondered, having some doubts.
"Applejack is right Sabre. Will Madness Steve even be interested in what we have to say?" Rarity asked.
"We have to do it, Applejack and Rarity. There's no other way, and Time has a point. If we reform Madness back to Calmness, his effects will be reversed, and... well, everything should go back to how it was. Everyone that was affected by this will be saved, they'll come back. *Looks at Fluttershy* Fluttershy, you've reformed Discord, and we may be relying on your experience on reforming and how we could possibly reform Madness," Sabre replied. Fluttershy remains quiet.
"I've reformed Discord, but that's because he needed friendship. With everypony relying on me to help reform Madness Steve, to save all of... everything? I haven't faced this much pressure in a long time," Fluttershy thought to herself.
"Look, once Madness Steve reforms, everyone will come back," Time Steve added to Sabre.
"Also, it won't just be you doing this Fluttershy. It'll be all of us, together," Twilight reassured the pegasus.
"Sorry... just the pressure of... literally infinite realities and dimensions... relying on me..." Fluttershy quietly stuttered.
"Once scared of everything as I was told, and now look at you, Fluttershy. Light Steve used to be a bit like you. He started off as Shy Orange Steve before he became Light. He's come a long way, just like you have too," Said Time Steve.
"Yeah, and it won't just be you. You'll have us, backing you up Fluttershy, all of us. We're all in this together," Said Sabre.
"I was the main key to reforming Discord, but... who'll be the main key to reforming Madness Steve?" Fluttershy wondered.
"It's not just one in particular Fluttershy, it's all of us. We all have a part in this," M responded.
"This will work, I promise all of you," Time Steve reassured. Everyone agrees and nodded.
"Sabre, before we teleport, can I say something, to Time, please?" Elemental Steve requested.
"Yeah, sure man, go ahead," Sabre replied. Elemental Steve looks over to Time Steve, his brother.
"I'm still really sorry, for everything I did to you, Time... I- I don't know how to truly make up for it- Especially to those village leaders," Said Elemental Steve, with a lower tone in his voice.
"It's okay, I knew you were going through some delusions. I'm glad you realize that now. We're brothers, Elemental, I'm here if you need," Time Steve responded. Elemental Steve then looks back at Sabre.
"That's all I needed to say, I'm ready."
"Okay, if that's everything, let's get out of here. Everyone, before we set out to try reform Madness, we've got to go pick someone," Sabre stated. He looks down to the ground, uses the Shadow Sword, summoning lightning as he teleports himself, Time Steve, Dark Steve, Elemental Steve, the leaders, the mane 6, the CMC, Starlight, Spike, Derpy and Dinky.
