Wanted

Ralph's kiss with Felix was not what he'd been expecting.

Those many times that he' fantasized about feeling Felix's smooth lips over his own chapped ones and having his tiny hands around his thick neck had made him believe he was going to see sparks.

That he was going to be filled with the largest sense of fulfillment he ever could, after decades of emptiness and a lack of true purpose. A sensation of contentment that someone else loved him, when even he had a hard time doing so.

After being wrapped in his embrace and feeling the warmth radiating off his tiny body, Ralph had been overcome with an emotion in his chest that rendered a loss for words. He would have been speechless if his lips weren't occupied at the moment.

Instead of seeing the sparks fly before him, he felt them in his head, his torso, his arms, and his legs. His entire huge form felt tingly with excitement, euphoria, and a slight arousal below his waist.

It was not what he'd expected.

It was even better.

The tip of Felix's index finger traced along Ralph's collarbone. Goosebumps appeared on the wrecker's skin everywhere Felix touched. It felt as though their kiss had been going on for eternity.

But it was only a few short minutes because Vanellope impatiently tapped her foot against the ground and cleared her throat.

"Alright, lovebirds, you've had your fun! Now let's get down to business!"

They pulled apart, grinning goofily with cherry-red faces.

"That was fun." Felix said, shyly. It seems his timid nature returned briefly right afterwards. It amused Ralph how much confidence a person could build up in one bold move and then shrink back to being less than confident after it was over.

Ralph wasn't feeling that way, however. He felt fresh with his gears up and running. He felt as if all of his confessions to Felix could have been revealed right then and there with or without Vanellope's presence, and he wouldn't have flaked or burst with embarrassment.

Heck, he was so pumped up, he could have removed his top and overalls and flung them right above his head. He was on fire. But he suppressed it for Felix's and Vanellope's sake.

"Right." Felix laughed nervously. "I think I could put in some new additions to your little shack Vanellope."

The handyman walked past Ralph and the big man stopped him, pulled him close, and whispered into his ear, "To be continued later tonight, shortstop." His statement closed with a nibble on the small lobe.

Felix was glad Vanellope was facing the opposite direction, or she would have seen how excited Felix became below his waist. His face once against became the deepest shade of magenta it could have possibly become and his eyes were so wide his eyeballs could have fallen out. His teeth bit into his lower lip.

He stepped to the side, his palm brushing against Ralph's leg, and said a quick note about being right back. He told them he needed to take care of business, and Vanellope pointed out to him where the washroom was.

"Alright, kid." Ralph said after he'd regained control of himself and his body. "Tell me what our next plan is."

"Well," Vanellope crossed her legs and dropped the rag she was using to give the engine a shine. Ralph didn't know why she was doing that because the engine was just going to go into the kart, but she seemed so excited about having one in the first place that he didn't want to spoil her fun. She probably had very little in her life as an outcast. "We're gonna need to break into the kart bakery and get ourselves a body."

"A body?" Ralph sounded slightly concerned.

"For the kart, numbskull. This engine isn't going to drive anything without it."

"Right. I knew that."

Vanellope tucked the engine safe with her belongings and stretched her arms. "I know this isn't a five-star hotel, or nothing, but feel free to stay the night. I'm way too tuckered out to break the law, again."

"Again? You really are a little criminal, aren't you?"

Vanellope gestured to herself. "My whole existence is a crime, Ralph."

The wrecker told himself he should have kept his mouth sealed.

Vanellope caught the look of discomfort he had.

"But, it's okay, because this race is going to change all of that, I think." She shoved her hands in her pockets. "At least I'll be on the roster. They won't be able to do anything to me then because I'll officially be a racer."

Ralph sat down and rested his arms on his thighs.

"And you're totally, completely, one-hundred percent sure that's gonna work?"

Vanellope nodded. "Positive. You'll see. I'm totally gonna win that race. There's nothing to it."

"You're little glitchy power thingy isn't going to interfere with it?"

Her grin was thinner, but she nodded, anyways. "Nope. I don't think it will."

Ralph wasn't too sure about her last answer. But once again, he didn't want to burst her bubble.

...

Felix was pacing around outside the mountain, trying to ward off the tightness in his pants. What was wrong with him? How could he have had such naughty thoughts being the traditional and humble do-gooder he was?

Kissing was one thing, but having the kind of erotic fantasies he did when Ralph made that suggestion was another. Now was not the time to be having such vulgar images in his head. This mission of theirs was still taking place and any distractions could have cost them.

But it sure felt nice having Ralph's hands over his body. His strong, soft palms on his torso. When Ralph roughly grabbed him with a protective arm as he fled from danger, Felix could easily see the mushy center beneath those tough layers of his.

The way he stood up for Vanellope after they'd started off on a sour note.

How chivalrous he actually was, aside from being such a bumbling boisterous wrecker.

Felix felt fortunate just having known him.

And though he felt guilty for having waited three decades to make it known to Ralph how he felt about him, he was proud of himself for overcoming his insecurities and saying it.

Even better, he demonstrated it with his lips.

"Oh my land..." Felix backed against the side of the mountain, biting his lip hard and taking in a sharp breath through his teeth. The bulge in his jeans was not going away. Not until he could get Ralph out of his mind.

How he had desired to have Ralph's hands touching places only he had seen. Ralph was much larger than himself and his hand was about the size of Felix's lower body. He was probably large in... other places.

"Jiminy... Ralph, what has gotten into me?"

How was it that someone who has never seen anyone else's nude form but his own have such an enormous urge to explore his lover's? Maybe it was just automatic.

Suddenly, it felt like the whole time Felix and Ralph were mere acquaintances was nonexistent. Felix was fairly sure he'd known Ralph and all aspects of him since the beginning.

He knew what made Ralph laugh, what made him angry, and his inner conflicts. All the important aspects to a person. In one second, Felix had been afraid of committing to a potential relationship between himself and his wrecker friend. And in another, he was annoyed at himself for waiting so long.

He couldn't wait to show up back in Niceland with Ralph by his side. Hand-in-hand, like he wanted to be. It was a petty thing to consider, but Gene's reaction would be priceless.

"Ah!" He growled. He'd better dealt with this little situation down below or he would never be able to return to camp. His eyelids closed and he allowed his hands to do the work for him.

But there was something else that redirected his attention. His eyes shot open and he was already pinpointing a place to hide. Someone was approaching. Someone with heavy steps.

"Jeepers..." He mumbled to himself. Moving was so much harder to do in this state. But he slipped behind a large gumdrop in the nick of time and crouched down.

"No sign of that cy-bug around here." A deep voice with a feminine touch spoke out loud. "I know those two jokers brought it with them."

Felix peeked out of the corner, trying to keep the majority of himself hidden.

A tall lady with short, blonde hair and heavy, space armor treaded carefully, her eyes focused on the small electronic device in her hand. She was scanning the ground for something and when her eyes came close to discovering Felix's spot, he moved back and relied on his hearing to determine his next move.

"Darn sensor can't even find a read on it." She smacked the device several times. "The sugar particles in this frosted funny farm probably jammed it."

Felix had seen a figure wearing armor like that before. It was on one of the soldiers that somehow missed him and Ralph back at Hero's Duty.

His stomach twisted.

This lady was from the game that Felix and Ralph had stupidly infiltrated in an impulsive quest to gain a superficial piece of heroism. And this cy-bug creature she was referring to was the one they unintentionally brought to this world.

Oopsie... Felix almost said out loud.

He hoped her armor didn't enhance her sense of hearing because his heart was now hammering in his chest. Normally, when he had made a grave error, Felix would confess and ask for forgiveness, but that lady didn't seem like she would grant it to him.

In fact, she probably would have hunted him down and made him suffer for it. He'd never seen a woman like her before. Strong and intimidating with this light and feminine grace that was probably hidden beneath that armor. He really needed to get out of his game more.

When she passed the large gumdrop where Felix was stationed, he held his breath. His legs were shaking and his forehead was sweating.

But she seemed to not be interested in his presence and instead followed the device the opposite direction.

"Those idiots better pray that cy-bug finds them before I do." She said as she walked away. "Or else they won't have any legs left to run."

Yikes on bikes...

Once she was gone, Felix almost shouted from the tension that built up within him he and dropped on his hands and knees. He was intaking so much air into his lungs that he felt ready to pass out. It was a miracle he didn't.

Somehow, this was the event that caused him the greatest fear. He'd never had to hide from anyone before in his life. This past day was a series of firsts for him. He made a mental note to himself to never trespass another person's game without permission again. Not even for a taste of excitement. Nobody really knew what was behind the game tunnels, until they've already been there. And sometimes, they didn't like what they saw.

Once he'd climbed back down from the sky, Felix dusted the dirt off of himself and made his way back to camp.

If his hard-on wasn't killed from pacing back and forth while he berated himself, it was now.

And he tried his best to make his way back into the mountain quietly, but he'd become less aware of his surroundings. He had stepped on a loose dried up piece of candy that made a cracking sound that could be heard for miles.

Felix winced, knowing that this tall soldier lady could catch him now.

And he was right.

"Move a single muscle and you'll experience the true meaning of pain and misery." She spoke in a low but dangerous tone.

She was aiming a very large-looking futuristic-styled rifle towards him. He did as she asked and didn't move. His back was turned to her, but he knew that she was speaking of her large weapon when she said it.

"On your knees."

He sank to the ground with his arms up in the air.

"Hands on your head."

Felix was more than sure his heart just stopped. He didn't breathe, nor did he look up at her when she came around him and showed him the true size of her rifle. It was twice his height and the gun barrel was about as thick as his arm. He did not want to experience that kind of pain in his fragile body.

"So, you thought you could take a detour in this diabetic domain with a killer virus on the loose?" She spat. "Something you helped bring?"

Felix wasn't sure if she wanted him to respond, or not.

"Oh, the cold shoulder? That's how it's going to be?"

Felix swallowed the knot in his throat.

"Uh... I'm not sure what you mean, ma'am."

The lady appeared right in front of him and pulled him close to her face.

"Tell me you didn't wander into my game's property and steal a piece of the game that wasn't yours."

Felix's face had lost all its color and he suddenly felt dizzy. The tall blonde threw him to the ground and positioned the back of her gun in front of his face.

"You won't fix your way out of this one, little man."

And before he could scream, or call for help, he was hit with such a force that knocked him back. His eyes could only make out a few black stars floating in the sky before he decided that he desperately needed a nap.

AN: I changed a small detail in the storyline from here on out. The next chapter is the same, but different. If that makes sense.
