Grunda led us to the west and then due south, where we saw he had gotten the old submarine prepped for the trip, minus the submarine being locked.

"Hey, uh... mentor?" I said, him looking at me. "I wanted to ask if I could uh... get my inheritance a bit early?" I asked, him smacking his face at that.

"Ugh... you will be the death of me... fine," he frowned as he then gave me his powers and I smiled at it. "It'll be useless to use them in Cadium, since the place is completely underwater and filled with glass and metal," he sighed.

"I always knew there was something secret about you, mister mentor, heehee!" Nora smirked as Atlas then unlocked the cockpit for the submarine, which was thankfully much bigger than the actual game, so all of us could fit into it.

"Be prepared for anything. Amelie will surely label all of us as outlaws when we confront Vados," Lydia said with a grim look on her face.

"And when we do confront Vados, I need to do whatever it takes to remove that computer chip on him. If he's been hidden away, that must mean that Amelie is doing more experiments on him to make him stronger. He's sure to be in stasis if that's the case, so we'll need to strike fast," I said with seriousness.

"Yeah, whatever you say," Ross frowned as he rolled his eyes. I guess he was still a bit unbelieving of my knowledge of the world. We then piled into the submarine, and I was surprised that even Eliza joined me in the endeavor.

"Eliza? Why are you joining us?" I asked her.

"Because I want to. What other reason is there?" she frowned, me smiling at her.

"Thanks, Eliza," Dorothy smirked at her.

"Thank me at a later date," she said as we then finally got the hatch closed and sealed before we then descended downwards through the deep ocean. And it honestly looked much more beautiful than in the game, with coral reefs, fish, and even aquatic Nexomon swimming around the place. I even saw a Greben, a Sirnymfa, and a Streamog on the way down.

"I still don't know why Amelie would do all those horrible things to a city that did nothing wrong... if that's true, then why would she even want to save humanity when she condemns it anytime she wants to punish others?" Videl asked with seriousness.

"She's been driven mad in trying to find out a solution to the war with the Tyrants. So mad, in fact, that she's willing to stoop to greater and greater lows in order to fuel her ideals of saving humanity. If Vados were to be released, he would attack every Tyrant he sees, including myself and Hannah, as we're half Tyrant. And if I'm gone, then there will not be a queen of Nexomon, so the Tyrants will continue to sprout up. And because of that, Vados will just scorch everything trying to get rid of them. There won't be anything alive anymore if that happens. Sure, it'll probably take a decade or two, but the end result will be simple. No more places for humans to call safety, because Tyrants will still be around," Dorothy frowned.

"And uh... how do you know that?" Nora asked.

"Because I learned it from Eliza's mentor after the incident. I didn't like hearing that stuff, but I was given foresight by her powerful psychic powers. And she foresaw that, should we fail, and Sunny gets killed without producing another heir, then the Tyrants will continue to pop up and Vados will scorch everything to kill them," she frowned.

"And you should definitely trust my mentor. She was the one who was able to place the ghost curse on the Immortal Citadel, after all. And all to protect the denizens from the threat of Omnicron's children," Eliza said.

"I still have difficulty with knowing all this stuff. But where would we even know to strike at Vados's weakpoint? And we'd need to get past Amelie first, right? How do we do that?" Hannah frowned as we finally arrived at the docking area. We then exited once the waterlocks engaged to prevent the city from flooding and we finally disembarked from the hunk of junk.

"I've looked at Vados from afar for a while now. And from what I've seen, the computer chip has been nestled into his chest on the exterior of his body. Of course, it'll be tough to get it off of him even there in the open, given that he's fully aware of his surroundings. And since I'm a ghost now, I can't very well touch him, as I'm intangible," Dorothy said with a frown.

After all of that, we finally disembarked to the rest of the place (after I registered the Warpstone) and we then saw that the citizens of Cadium were pretty dirty in terms of appearance, but they looked to be doing pretty well.

"So... how exactly are these guys idiots again?" Nora asked me.

"Just watch," I frowned as I then approached one of the residents and spoke. "Hi there, how are you?" I asked. And then what came next? Something I did NOT expect! What happened?

"Nice to meet you, friend! You come from the surface? Enjoy your stay in our lovely dump!" he said... in NEXOMON talk! But the twist that made his talk different was that he used many different Nexomon languages at once, these ones being Sae, Tantrunt, and Prankrow. Trust me, I should know.

"U-Uh... I did not expect that..." I admitted.

"Really? What were you expecting? Because I still couldn't understand a word," Ross smirked at me.

"She means she expected them to be incomprehensible... not that they'd speak a jumbled version of Nexomon talk," Eliza frowned, me looking at her with a small smirk.

"New rule, Eliza. No looking at my thoughts of what to expect, got it? Because I don't like being in your line of work at all," I said, her smirking at me.

"Heh, no fun at all," she smirked.

"So... yeah, I could understand them, but just barely. It's hard to understand a fellow Nexomon talker when they use different species," Hannah frowned.

"Same, but... he didn't seem too dumb," Videl frowned. We then spoke around the place, and we eventually found out that what I feared was correct.

"Our king is very noble! If you win his tournament of doom, he'll give you anything you want. Of course, you can't get things like free healthcare or safety measures, because that's ridiculous!" one of them said.

"Thanks, and remember, a well-healed Nexomon tastes so much better," the one at the healing station smiled.

"What?" Coco frowned at that one, just like in the game. And finally?

"Hey kids! Want some soup? We're having motor oil soup with fresh droppings!" said the guy that was making the soup... and everyone then looked at each other in full realization.

"Okay... first off... disgusting... and second off... I can't believe I'm saying this, but I hate Amelie for doing this to these people!" Nora said in disgust at both things.

"So how are we even going to get to Amelie down here? And where is she?" Lydia asked.

"Yeah, princess? Where do we go?" Byeol asked.

"The answer is simple. Follow me," I said as I led our group to the south of the town, us then finding the guy guarding the way to the Mega Arena of Doom.

"Halt! State your business!" the guard said.

"Calm down, we want to compete in the arena," I said in Nexomon talk, since he could understand that.

"Really? Well, okay, get ready, because it's almost about to start! And remember, no items allowed!" he said, that making Nora smirk.

"No items allowed, huh? That's a pretty big challenge," she smiled at that. We then finally got to the arena in time to hear the announcer.

"LLLAAAADDDIIIEEESSS AND GENTLEMEEEENNNN! INTRODUCING OUR WONDERFUL RULER! THE STRONGEST OF ALL, THE BEST OF THE BEST, THE AWESOME, THE MIGHTY... LORD! ZEEETTTTTTTTAAAAAAA! ! !" the announcer spoke entirely in one Nexomon speak, that being the speak of Divette, as it was female. And when Zetta appeared at the top of the place, Atlas gawked at it.

"What is HE doing here?!" Atlas asked in shock.

"Hello my MIGHTY fans! Today, we celebrate my greatness WITH A TOURNAMENT! Fight three rounds with no rest and NO ITEMS! Items are for COWARDS! Anyone who does so will get one wish granted of anything they desire! ! !... restrictions apply. GOOD LUCK, and LONG LIVE BEAUTIFUL CADIUM!" Zetta shouted, me smirking at how hammy he was.

"Would he like some eggs with that ham?" I asked, that making Coco smirk.

"Don't push your luck too early, Sunny," he smiled at me. We then signed up and I decided that I would use my Nexomon for these fights, since they'd gotten very tough during the journeying. And my first fight? Ross, of course.

"I'm gonna test that gold badge of yours, Sunny! Let's fight to see who's the stronger one!" Ross shouted as he then let out three Nexomon at the same time, me then doing the same thing, but with my whole team. I then ordered my team to attack his... and they were all OHKOs. And Ross then gawked at the sudden loss. "NO!" he gawked. And then it was time for my second and third opponents... and both were pushovers. Afterwards, Zetta then zapped his form down to us with a smile.

"I've been waiting for you, Sunny. And you too, Dorothy," Zetta smiled at the other half of me, which made her blush red on her blue body.

"How'd you know of us being like that, though?" I asked him.

"Hehe, I can hear anything, even after death! After all, everything has electricity in them, including voice waves! I heard numerous things, including your explanation at that orphanage," he said, that making Deena facepalm herself.

"Is this guy for real?" Nora frowned.

"Real as the days of Omnicron himself, Zappity Zap! Okay, since I know the situation is dire, I'll go ahead and give you some of my strength. And you want to find Vados to stop him from going to the surface, correct?" Zetta asked.

"Yes, and to get that time traveling computer chip off of him," I said.

"Great! Because I planned on sinking Cadium if you hadn't shown up sooner! That's how dangerous Vados is!" Zetta said with electricity emitting form his hand.

"Isn't that a bit too extreme, though?" Lydia asked.

"Who cares about {Harvest Moon, Tree of Tranquility}? We need to stop that {Pikachu} from releasing that {Miserabel Pile of Secrets!}, Odiborg spoke, the referneces being from the title screen of the Harvest Moon game of the same name, Pokemon, and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.

"He's right!... I think. We need to get to Amelie and stop her!" Videl frowned.

"And become outlaws in the process," Ross frowned.

"You have it easy. If Amelie knows that I'm Omnicron's grandkid, then she'll probably want to kill me or have me executed," I frowned, that making Nora gulp at that.

"I really hope she doesn't do that," she said, me nodding at her as we then went to the location we needed to go to. And after we got to the security systems, I was surprised whenever Odiborg managed to turn off the security lasers by using his electric properties!

"Thanks, Odiborg! This'll make getting to Amelie easier," I smiled, him then whirring happily.

"But of course, {Big Shot}," he said, me smirking at the line from Spamton himself.

"Don't encourage her," Coco smirked at him. We then went through the place with ease until we finally got to the area where Vados and Amelie were at. And she then sighed in annoyance at the sound of our footsteps approaching.

"I know why you're here, Sunny. You want to destroy Vados, humanity's last hope. What else would I expect from one from Omnicron's bloodline?" Amelie asked, me not even being surprised that she knew. Mainly because Xanders had quite the big mouth on him. I then proceeded to use my mind powers once again, doing it for the whole world again. Not just specific people, but for EVERYONE.

"Vados is NOT humanity's last hope. And you're one to talk, considering we found out about what you did to Cadium!" I said, her frowning at me.

"Hmph, and where is the evidence that I turned the city's denizens into idiots so they'd never think of going to the surface?" Amelie asked, that making Coco frown at her as I then got some thoughts from tons of people as Coco spoke.

"You suck at keeping secrets. You just admitted it to our faces, since we didn't say what you did!" Coco said as he smacked his face. And Amelie growled at me angrily.

"AUUUGGGHHH!" she exclaimed in anger as I then got backlash from multiple different people.

"N-No... it's true! I didn't believe Atlanta or Sunny, but it's actually TRUE?! EDWARD LIED TO ME!" Bonnie shouted in a voice of absolute distress and betrayal.

"That tears it! That Amelie thinks that Vados is so great? She thinks hurting innocents is SO GREAT?! Then we're gonna go ahead and side with this Sunny D! Even if she happens to be a Tyrant, it's clear she cares!" said Rico from Lateria, which surprised me big time.

"Rgh... Amelie... I need to keep calm... I... Oh, WHO AM I KIDDING?! SHE LIED TO ALL OF US! ME INCLUDED!" Saria shouted, me then gasping as all of us in my group then got a big migraine as well as us getting images of her having a fling with numerous female Nexomon, including Floerina and Greben!

"Ow... what the hell was that?" Amelie asked when I saw that she also got a migraine.

"That, Amelie, was your receptionist getting too worked up at me revealing the truth to her," I said, Amelie gasping at that.

"No.. you didn't dare!" she shouted.

"Oh, I certainly did dare! You think I'm going to let someone as callous as you decide what is best for humanity?! You can say that you want to save humanity and stop the Nexomon war all you want, but guess what. ACTIONS speak LOUDER than WORDS! Forcing anyone who objected to Vados to be stripped of everything they had? Poisoning the entirety of Cadium to be complete idiots? Lying about Cadium having been sunken to the bottom of the ocean? Attacking and attempting to kill INNOCENT CHILDREN because they happened to find out about a secret monster that YOU created? You don't deserve to be the one in charge of the Guild! And when I become the queen, I'm going to make very sure that the ones who did unjust actions will be punished, including you!" I said in anger, her then growling at me.

"You forget one thing, however," she said, me then immediately stopping time for everyone and rushing to Amelie and to Vados's containment pod. I then let time resume as I then punched through the containment pod and grabbed the time travel device from Vados's chest! And before Amelie could react and do anything, Deena then froze time for everyone but me and her! I then saw that the device was able to be interacted with, as it was in my grasp! I then proceeded to smash it with the powers of Grunda empowering my strength! It was all over for the time travel plans. The device had been completely shattered! I then rushed back to Deena after. And just in time, as Amelie then pushed a button on a remote she pulled out of her purse! And she looked confused at something.

"Huh? Come on! Work!" she shouted, me smirking at that.

"What's wrong? Something going on with your time travel device?" I asked, her then gasping at that.

"HOW THE FUCK DID YOU KNOW ABOUT THAT?!" she asked, me frowning at that.

"And why the fuck would I tell you?" I asked back as I simply took up arms and she growled at me.

"LOGAN! BOLZEN! COME HERE RIGHT FUCKING NOW!" Amelie shouted, me then seeing that the containment unit healed itself up as Amelie then pushed a button on it.

"No! She's getting away! Stop her!" Lydia shouted. And I also noted that Logan was not coming. And neither was Bolzen. But why? A simple look into their minds, and I got my answer.

"Why aren't you going, Master Logan?" Bolzen asked him.

"Amelie never told me the truth about how Cadium became an idiocracy. She claimed it was because of some Tyrant ghost. Not that she intentionally poisoned them!" Logan said in anger, me smirking at that as I then rushed to the device and was about to take out the thrusters... but Amelie then smacked me in the arms! And when she did, I shouted in absolute agony as I saw that... I wasn't the only halfbreed with a protagonist complex! Amelie had shattered my bones with a super strong punch!

"SUNNY!" Coco shouted in fear as Amelie then escaped via teleportation as Vados's capsule zoomed for the surface, going through a portal that opened from above him!

"MY ARM! DEENA! I NEED A FIX UP RIGHT NOW, GOD DAMMIT!" I shouted in absolute agony at how my arm was so in pain, I couldn't think of anything else! Deena then rushed to me and proceeded to use her powers to heal my arm, me whimpering like a puppy at the pain I felt, even after she healed it.

"Amelie... she's a halfbreed too?! Talk about a fucking hypocrite! Illegalizing interrelations when she herself is a halfbreed!" Leo shouted in anger.

"We... We have failed..." Lydia gawked.

"Not quite! We did manage to prevent her from ruining the space-time continuum with that time travel chip on Vados. But that's the only positive here. She still managed to escape with Vados. We need to rush to the surface ASAP, so I'll use my powers to warp us to the surface from here," Eliza said, her then using her powers on all of us to warp us to... where else other than the place that we got surrounded by Guild guards!

"YOU SENT US HERE OF ALL PLACES?!" Ross asked her in anger. But I then looked at the guards and saw that they looked conflicted. I then decided it was time to ask a serious question.

"Hey, guards," I said, getting their attention. "Who are you going to side with? A madwoman that lied about what's really under the ocean and attacked innocent people? Or me, a half-Tyrant?" I asked, them looking even more conflicted at that as I simply looked at the others. "Just know this. If you do side with Amelie, all of my friends are to be cleared of whatever charges she accused them of. They were simply witnesses, they have no crimes under their belt that deserve imprisonment," I said, the guards then finally moving out of the way, one by one, lining up in such a way to give us a straight-way access out of the place.

"Um... You're good at this," Hannah admitted to me as we then walked out of the group of guards and towards the south, where Videl then asked an important question.

"So... where to now?" she asked, me looking at them in seriousness.

"Now? We need to split ways," I said, that making the group gasp at that. "I don't want too many of us in one spot anymore. If Amelie gives the order, she could very easily have Vados annihilate me with a single attack. I don't want to get anyone I care in the crossfire should she decide to out a blast at me out of nowhere. So, for now, you are to go and do something important for me," I said to them.

"What do we uh... need to do?" Ross asked. I then simply gave them the knowledge of where to go and who to assist. The Renegades that remained. "You'll need to search out Jin and Mulcimer, Logan and Bolzen, Eurus, and Ziegler. Tell them that we need to meet up in a certain area. And get all of those Tyrants into their Nexotraps instead of out in the open. If they're out in the open, that'll make them prime targets for Vados to blast at any moment. Got it?" I said, that making them nod. I had told them that Bolzen and Logan, from what I detected with my brain, were hiding out in Palmaya, that Jin and Mulcimer were in Ingitia and to bring a gold tamer called Riley to help them out. Lydia knew to get Eurus on her lonsome while Eliza and Dorothy nodded at how I told them specifically to get Ziegler on our side and tell him to meet me effective immediately.

"You can count on us! I still don't know why you want to team up with those guys, but I won't question it after what happened in Cadium," Ross admitted to me.

"In case you did want to question it, my answer is this. I'll need all the help I can when we finally decide to battle Vados. And in order to do that, I need all the other Tyrants to help. And I also need to find the remaining special dragon claws so I can get the Greater Drakes to help, too," I said, Lydia smirking and then simply giving me all the rest of them!

"I trust your judgement," she said as we then disembarked. And my team? The usual suspects of myself, Atlas, Coco, Byeol, and Odiborg.

"So where do we go now?" Coco asked.

"We go to Lateria. We need the help of Guild haters to go after the Guild, after all," I smiled.

"Oh no, not there! If we do go, you put me in my Nexotrap, my queen!" Byeol said, me seeing that his smile had turned upside-down when I mentioned Lateria.

"Understood. Get back into here," I said as I sent him back into the trap.

"What's got him spooked?" Atlas asked.

"Lateria is filled with humans who hunt and slay Tyrants with their bare hands. Of course he'd be scared," Coco said.
