( Rusty the narrow gauge diesel was taking some mining equipment for some miners outside the Skarloey railway the mine are very old which is why some miners have come to dig into it )
Rusty: ( Honks horn ) Here you are.
Miner: Thank you Rusty.
( The miners digging into the mine to look for gold it's a hard job for them but that doesn't apply to Thumper )
( Thumper is quarry machine with two drill arms no job is too big for him and he always gets the job done )
Rusty: Hello Thumper.
Thumper: Hello Rusty I'm just about to clear this blockage for the miners to enter the mine.
( Thumper used his drill arms to clear the blockage for the miners )
Miner: Thanks Thumper.
( Thumper went over to Rusty )
Rusty: It's a good thing you moved here after that big accident years ago.
( When Thumper first arrived he accidentally caused a large boulder to roll onto the tracks and cause chaos which eventually led it to crash into a shed afterwards Sir Topham Hatt decided the close the mine and open a new one far away from the Skarloey railway and now Thumper works at the new mine )
Thumper: At least there a no boulders on these mountains it's much safer here.
Rusty: Well see you later gotta get back to the railway ( honks horn )
( Rusty left the mine to return to the Skarloey railway he was glad that nothing was going wrong for him that is until he saw a giant rock blocking his path up ahead )
Rusty: Oh dear now I'm going to be late and that rock is too heavy to move.
( Meanwhile Mr Percival was waiting for Rusty to return )
Mr Percival: What's taking Rusty so long? He should have been back by now.
Skarloey: Maybe something wrong with him sir I'll go and see if I can find him.
( Skarloey puffed around the railway looking for Rusty when eventually he found him blocked by the giant rock )
Skarloey: There you are Rusty Mr Percival is waiting for you what's wrong?
Rusty: This rock is sitting on the tracks and I can't get through.
( Then Skarloey had an idea )
Skarloey: Don't worry Rusty I know just who to get for the job.
( Skarloey went to the mine to find Thumper )
Skarloey: Thumper we need you're help there's a giant rock on the tracks and Rusty can't get through.
Thumper: I'm willing to help you out Skarloey.
( Skarloey was coupled up to a flatbed and Thumper went on it and the two went off the help Rusty )
Thumper: Go get em Skarloey.
( Later they arrived at where Rusty was blocked off )
Rusty: Skarloey there you are and you brought Thumper.
Thumper: I'll soon have this cleared for you Rusty.
( Thumper used his drill arms to break the rock apart allowing Rusty to move on )
Rusty: Oh thank you Thumper for clearing that rock for me.
Thumper: Any time Rusty after all no job is too big for me.
