So, I've been doing this thing where the first chapter is the shortest, but I need to scrap that for this story. It's becoming too difficult to make three stories that have a minimum of six hundred words, two of which I try and update once a day.
"Alright, you can do this." Boscha said.
She was invited to hang out with Skara, Luz, Amity, and Willow. She started to tie her hair up into its usual style, but stopped half way. She dropped her hands and let her hair fall.
"I guess I do look good with my hair down."
She made her Shadow clone disappear and walked downstairs, where she saw her mom, in a black dress and her face covered in makeup.
"Mom?"
"Oh, Boscha, honey. What can I do for you?"
"What are you doing?"
"Well, I was hoping to wait before telling you, but I'm going on a date."
"But... you're old."
Elizabeth put a hand over her chest.
"Excuse you, I'm only forty eight."
"That's old to a teenager."
"You're going to get old one day."
"Yeah, when I'm ten thousand."
There was a knock on the door and Elizabeth answered.
"Hello, Lilith. Are you ready?"
"Always, my love."
They left and Boscha stood there.
"That... that was Luz's aunt." She said, "They're dating, which means... they could get married, which means... I'll be Luz's cousin."
This is something she needed to talk to Luz about. Thankfully, she's going to meet up with her. Boscha ran out of the house and went to the edge of Luz's hunting ground. She saw Amity, Skara, Willow, and Luz.
"About time Boscha." Amity said, "You can run faster than most of us and you're the last one here."
"Well, let's just say there was something... interesting with my mom." Boscha said.
"What? Is everything okay?" Luz asked.
"Funny you should ask, Luz. Your aunt... is on a date... with my mom."
Luz froze. Amity walked up to her and wave a hand in Luz's face.
"Thanks, Boscha, you broke my girlfriend."
Willow walked up to Luz... and slapped her. It seemed to knock her out of her trance.
"Thanks Willow, I needed that." Luz said, "So my aunt is dating your mom?"
"Apparently, they're soulmates if I saw what on their wrist are anything to go by."
"That's a thing here?" Luz asked.
"That's what you got out of this?" Boscha asked, "You realize we're going to be cousins, right?"
"Can... can we talk about this later?" Luz asked.
Elsewhere, a hunter was watching them. He held onto an amulet.
"I have the targets in sight." He said, "They have two witches with them."
"Kill the witches, show what happens when they align themselves with those leeches." Belos said.
"Yes, My Emperor."
