Luz arrived at Boscha's home and opened the door. She found Boscha on her scroll, panicking.
"Uh, Boscha?"
Boscha looked up and saw Luz.
"Luz, have you heard from Skara recently?" Boscha asked, nervously.
"No, why?"
The pink Vampire tugged her brown locks.
"I can't reach her! I even tried going to her parents' house, they haven't seen her for hours!"
Luz put her hands on Boscha's shoulders.
"Boscha, calm down. We're smart and powerful vampires. We can track her." Luz said.
Boscha pushed her glasses back into place and calmed down a little.
"You're right." Boscha walked to the door, "Let's go."
"Do you have anything to track her with?"
"I have her lucky guitar pick." Boscha said, pulling out the pick.
"I'll ask why you have that later."
The two sniffed the pick and took off in the direction the scent. The two vampires ran through the woods, easily dodging everything at high speed.
"What happens if we run into problems?" Luz asked.
"We fight them." Boscha said, "No one hurts my best friend."
In Blight Manor, Amity walked into the front foyer, where she was quickly tackled. Despite being a vampire, she felt her body get crushed by the beast attacking her.
"Mittens, I was so worried!" Edric said, hugging tighter.
"Edric let..." Amity's annoyance died down and she hugged him back, "I'm sorry I made you worried."
Edric smiled, knowing that deep down, Amity did care for them. Amity broke the hug and asked the big question.
"Where's Emira?"
Edric's mood changed from happy to nervous. He simply pointed upstairs in the direction of Emira's room. Amity walked past him and walked up the stairs. She stared at Emira's bedroom door and grabbed the knob, not knowing what was about to happen. In the woods, Boscha and Luz came to a stop and looked around.
"Okay, her scent is strong here." Luz said.
Boscha looked around and saw something on the ground.
"I-I-I think I know why the scent is strong." Boscha said pointing at a puddle of blood.
Luz saw it and gasped. Boscha took her glasses off and wiped them, hoping she was seeing things. She put them back on and looked horrified when it was still there.
"I smell something else, familiar but... different at the same time." Luz said, "She might have run into a hunter."
They heard a noise and the two shapeshifted into snakes. The slithered into the nearest bush. They saw a hunter speaking to someone on a device.
"I'll arrive at the prison in a few minutes, we can deal with the prisoner then."
"They must mean Skara." Luz said, "We need to stop them."
"I'm with you. Let's get them." Boscha said.
"We need to follow him, he can lead us to her."
