Chapter 8: Basketball

Pretty stupid, I know. But I didn't get suggestions, so let me have some of my own fun! Don't ask why I had to write out each of their names. Also don't ask why I devoted 5 minutes of my time to do this.
Anyway, that's not what this chapter is about. Let's get back to the story before I bore you all to death.
Real chapter
Today, Redstripe decided that RiverClan should have a basketball tournament, so it did. It turned out pretty crazy, but craziness should be normal to you by now after reading so much of this.
Redstripe rounded up exactly 262,144 cats to participate meaning there would be 131 thousand on each team. Redstripe put himself on a team with the RandomThings because he thought they would be better at this. But, none of them had actually played basketball before so they kind of just sat there and watched.
So Redstripe put a gun to their heads to make them play.
When the basketball tournament started, it was the most insane thing anybody had ever experienced. Everybody scrambled for the ball, and it took about 3 hours for someone to finally get control of the ball for more than five seconds without getting literally destroyed by a thousand other players. And by then, everyone was bruised up so bad that Redstripe thought they'd die. When RandomThing_23 finally got the basketball, everybody on the opposing team stampeded over to wipe her ass off of the court. Every cat seemed to have an infinite supply of 8-balls, so they hurled those at her and she ended up in the hospital almost immediately. One down, 262,143 to go.
"EVERYBODY SCREEEEEEEEEAM!" Shouted a hyperactive cat in the crowd, suddenly. Unexpectedly and unfortunately, everyone actually did. With about 300 thousand cats screaming at the top of their lungs in the large, extremely echoey space, about half of the cats went deaf, meaning that they wouldn't be able to hear what was going on, which isn't exactly helpful in a game of basketball.
Unfortunately, it only got worse.
After that, new cats started pouring into the building with their own basketballs and started throwing them at everybody. And they just wouldn't stop bouncing. Everybody was screaming in terror and almost everybody went home with thousands of bruises that day.
Well, if they went home, that means it was over, right?
Nope.
After everyone got settled back at the camp, some idiot came in with a giant tub of basketballs (OVER A MILLION) and dumped the entire thing down on the camp. Dens were destroyed, warriors were sent to the hospital, and nobody could even see anything through the pandemonium of orange and black.
"MY LEG! SOMEBODY HELP ME! MY LEG! MY LEGGGG!" Somebody screamed, and somehow was loud enough over everyone else.
After that whole ordeal, it took days for the RiverClan warriors to destroy all the basketballs and get back to living a normal life. And, they decided to never have another basketball tournament, no matter what.
It was a smart idea... well, until they had a FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT!
This is something that I don't really need to explain how it went.
