And there were even some wicked off the track motocross stunts! Nick had planned on getting rid of Faith, but a freak accident by Ramona beat him to the punch. Faith lost the race and the challenge, which eliminated her from the game, but not before going on an epic rant against Brenda. Who will be the next winner? Who will be the next loser? Who will renew my contract for next season?! All these mind probing questions revealed on this episode of Total….Drama….Island!

The episode begins with a black-and-white shot of the woods. A pair of boots walked on screen and the camera panned up to a gray figure in a hockey mask and a bloody apron brandishing a chainsaw.

The shot cut to the eight campers, in color, watching a slasher film. Lamar commented, "I would not want to be on the wrong side of that chainsaw."

Christian added with wide eyes, "He's going to the car!"

"Dude!" Molly yelled to the screen. "Stop making out with your girlfriend and get outta there!"

"Even if he could hear you," Nick told her with a mocking look, "It would be poor advice because," he spared a glance at the screen, "The car won't start." Molly glared at him.

"Awww man," Caleb said while covering his eyes. "I really hate scary movies."

"Me too," Ramona added.

The campers all yelled at the actors in the movie, as if to save them from their stupidity-induced fate, but to no avail. Caleb cowered in fear and Ramona gave him a sympathetic look. "I wonder how much they're gonna show," Benda said. The light from the projector turned red, giving her an answer. The eight campers all watched in horror as the couple in the movie were hacked apart, but Nick, Brenda and Garry quickly recovered and put on a mask of indifference.

"And the psycho got away," Garry commented, "So they can make a crappy sequel if they want."

"Am I ever glad that's over," Caleb said as Garry put away the film. "I really hate scary movies,"

"I'm with you on the flasher slicks," Molly told him. "Same thing over and over: Couple goes into the woods only to be hacked apart by some psycho with a HOOK!" She brandished a fake hook to scare Caleb. He screamed and the other campers shared a chuck at his expense.

Caleb - Dude! That was so not cool!

"But seriously," Molly said. "I hate how slasher flicks took over the horror movie industry. I like my horror movies to be full of suspense, like you know something's gonna pop up and scare you, but you don't have a clue when or where it's gonna happen,"

"Wow, Great insight," Christian mocked, causing her to scowl

"So has anyone seen Chris?" Garry asked.

"I haven't seen him all day," Lamar answered as he popped some more popcorn in his mouth.

The scene cut to the dock, where Chef was hastily throwing bags and crates into the loser boat. "Hey, Chef!" Brenda called as she walked onscreen causing him to gasp. "Where's Chris?" The cook jumped on to the boat that was driven by Chris, and the two drove off into the night.

The shot cut back to the dock, where all the campers had assembled. Garry bent down and picked up a bag with a newspaper sticking out of it. "Looks like they forgot one," he said. The paper fell out and he read it. "Escaped psycho killer on the loose." The camera showed the scared faces of the campers as he continued. "Be on the lookout for a man wearing a hockey mask with a hooked hand and carrying a chainsaw."

"Looks like we have our challenge," Christian commented.

"I agree with you," Nick said. "The timing of it all makes it seem…Unbelievable."

"I don't know," Caleb added. "He looked pretty spooked."

"If this is a trick," Molly said. "It's not a very good one. Too obvious."

"I don't think this is a trick," Garry said with quite a bit of fear in his voice.

"What makes you say that?" Lamar asked.

"Because he left his hair gel behind," Garry answered before showing them the bottle. They all gasped.

"Oh my god, this is real?" Ramona asked with a panic.

"So let me get this straight," Caleb said. "Chris left us for dead, and now we're alone while the escaped psycho killer with a chainsaw is on the loose?"

"Close," Molly told him. "We're alone while the escaped psycho killer with a chainsaw and a hook is on the loose!" She brandished the fake hook again and Caleb screamed.

"I told you dude," he yelled, "Not Funny!"

"I beg to differ," She said.

"Well fear and panic will not help us in the here and now," Nick said. "Especially if we're the ones that caused it," he added with a pointed look to Molly. She just rolled her eyes in response.

"I can't help it," Caleb squeaked. "I feel like i'm being watched,"

"That tends to happen on a reality show," Christian deadpanned.

The camera zoomed out to show Chris watching the scene on a monitor. He chuckled and said to the camera in a hushed tone, "Christian's right, and tonight we're watching to see who can survive….a real life scary movie, with special guest appearance by: The escaped psycho killer with a chainsaw and a hook!" The last part was said in a creepy tone, and brandished his own false hook.

The camera cut back to the dock. "Challenge or not," Christian said to his fellow campers, "We need a place to hold up for the night,"

"Yeah," Caleb squeaked. "Somewhere we can hide."

"Why," Molly countered, "So the killer can get us all in one go? I say we split up."

"Are you stupid?" Brenda asked, shocked. "You never split up in a slasher flick!"

"We're not in one," Molly deadpanned. "This is all a challenge by Chris, and a really bad one at that." She turned to the camera. "Hey Chris! How about renting an actual decent summer camp next time?"

The shot cut to Chris, "I tried," he said, "But they were all taken."

It cut back to the dock. "You just watch, Chris is going to come in with a chainsaw and scare the crap out of you, and i'll be sitting back and laughing."

"And then there were seven," Garry commented sadly

"I say we hide out in the boathouse," Christian suggested. "It's defensibile and if there's an emergency we can swim out and get away." The others shrugged and followed the bookworm off screen. Caleb stopped and looked to his right and the camera cut to show that he was watching Ramona go off into the woods. He looked back at the campers before sighing and following her.

The scene skipped ahead to the two walking through the woods. "Thanks for walking with me Caleb," Ramona said.

"No problem," he said nervously while glancing around. "You shouldn't be alone out here tonight anyway."

She signed. "I know, but i don't think i could take a night holed up with the rest of them," she admitted. "I just wanted to spend a couple of hours without thinking of the game." Caleb gave her a sympathetic look.

XXXX

The camera flashed to a shot of the boathouse before zooming in. It cut to inside the building with the five campers sitting around. "Okay," Brenda said. "Watching the movie, I learned three things you should never do. First, do not go off alone. If you do, stay away from the woods. And if nothing else, do not ever make out!" she looked around, "Where are Ramaona and Caleb?"

Christian raised an eyebrow, "Take three guesses."

The camera cuts to Caleb and Ramona as they continue they're walk. "Maybe we should go back," Dj suggested with a squeak.

"Do we have to?" Ramona asked. "I don't want to go back to the others. And, she blushed. "I'm kinda enjoying spending my time with you," The two leaned in for a kiss until suddenly Caleb stopped.

"We can't be doing this! That psycho killer is coming and he always goes for the two making out first!"

"But we're not making out," Ramona pointed out.

"B-but," Caleb stuttered. "We were about to," The two looked away from each other to hide they're furious blushes and didn't notice the approach of a large black man with a hooked hand. The unknown man revved a chainsaw to get their attention. They looked towards the sound, screamed, and ran away. Ramona tripped on a rock and fell, but Caleb didn't notice and ran away. She turned around in horror to see the man raising the chainsaw over his head.

(Fade To Commercial)

The scene returned to the tent where Chris was watching the action. The man walked in while carrying a passed out Ramona and dropped her on the ground. She woke up, saw the man and started screaming as she tried to run away, but wound up running into the host.

"Ramona," Chris said. "You're safe, stop screaming. It's just Chef." The camera cut to the man, who took off his hockey mask to reveal that it was in fact Chef.

"Oh god, this was a challenge?" She asked iratelty.

"Yes," The host answered. "It was your challenge to watch a scary movie and then survive one. The good news is you're safe. The Bad news is you're out of the challenge, but at least you get to watch our fake psycho terrorize the rest of the campers. Fun right?"

"Wrong," Ramona spat.

"Oh well," Chris shrugged as he turned to Chef. "Great work Chef," he said as he squirted water from a bottle into his mouth, "but next time try to work the hook angle a bit more." The cook nodded in agreement, lowered his mask and walked off.

The shot cut back to show the five hiding campers sitting around the boathouse. Christian stood up and said, "I'm gonna get some stuff from the cabin and at least try to make this not boring."

"I'll go with you," Lamar volunteered. "Strength in numbers and all that"

XXXXXXX

The camera flashed to the woods to show Caleb doubled over and panting. "I think we got away Ramona" He didn't hear a response and looked around. "Ramona?"

The scene skipped to the two boys in front of the guy's cabin. "Any specific reason you wanted to tag along?" Christian asked. Lamar shook his head no and Chritian shrugged and moved to open the door. But it was busted open from the inside by Chef's hook hand. The two boys screamed and ran off in different directions. Chef chased Christian as he ran into the woods, while Lamar made a clean getaway to the washrooms.

He ran inside and slammed the door behind him. He whipped the sweat from his forehead and slid down the door.

"What happened to you?" a voice asked, startling him.

He looked up. "Molly?" he asked in shock upon seeing the girl with nothing but a towel. "You're alive!"

"Of course I'm alive," She responded. "What are you talking about?"

"The psycho killer," he answered frantically. "He got Christian, and I think he got Caleb and Ramona too. They're all gone."

"They're not gone," she told him. "Because it's just a challenge,"

"I saw a psycho killer before it chased me here," he countered. "This is not a challenge!"

"I disagree. Soon Chris is gonna show up and laugh at us. Now if you could get out. I need to shower."

"Yeah yeah," he agreed shakily and stepped out of the building. Chef was waiting for him outside and he screamed.

XXXXXXX

The camera flashed back to Caleb pacing around trying to decide something. "Should i go after her? I mean if Molly's right and this is a challenge….But if it was, then that guy would've said something, So that means…" He adopted a determined expression. "No, I won't believe it until I see it. I'm gonna be brave for once in my life and go find her." He ran off into the woods.

The scene flashed back to inside the washroom. Molly, who somehow had not heard Lamar scream, was getting ready to hop in the shower when she heard a knock at the door. "What did you forget Lamar?" she called out. Molly received no answer and she groaned and opened the door to the building. She saw Chef there and scrambled. The background faded away to the tent as she screamed.

"If you were so sure this was a challenge," Chris started. "Why did you break one of the biggest horror movie rules?"

"I don't know to be honest.." she replied confused.

The camera cut back to the boathouse. Nick stood up and announced, "I don't believe that Lamar and Christian will return."

"Me either," Garry replied.

"So I will go and retrieve our provisions."

"Suit yourself," Garry said.

The static gave way to Nick walking through the main lodges. The door closed behind him and gave a startled gasp, but quickly regained his composure. He walked into the kitchen and noticed the already made brownies with a look of surprise. "What are these doing here?" he asked out loud before being startled at hearing something else.

"Nick Nick Nick….Brownies brownies brownies." His eyes went wide in fear as the lights were cut off and he ran to the door as fast as he could, but was intercepted by Chef.

He gulped and attempted to make a deal. "Perhaps I could trade you my life for something more valuable. I happen to know the location of some more campers." Chef quietly stalked over to him and the scene faded to black.

The scene returned to the tent, where Chris was commenting on the turn of Events. Trying to make a deal with the killer? He asked incredulously. "What were you thinking?"

"My survival above all else," Nick replied, well aware of the glares he was getting.

Molly spoke up, "Can i atleast go put on some clothes? It's cold out here."

"Sorry," Chris said unapologetically. "We gotta wait until everyone's attacked." he turned to the monitor to show Caleb walking through the woods. "And it looks like Caleb's coming back for more!"

"What the heck is he doing?" Molly asked.

The scene cut to the situation in question to show Caleb as he looked for Ramona. "Ramona, he called out. "Ramona, where are you?" He was so focused on finding her, that he didn't notice actually bumping into Chef. He looked up and screamed.

The scene skipped ahead to Chef depositing the boy in the tent. "By far," Chris said sternly "The worst blunder yet."

"But thanks for trying to rescue me," Ramona said with a blush.

"I haven't seen Ramona or Caleb," Garry was heard commenting and everyone in the tent went to look at the footage.

"They were probably the first ones to go," Brenda told him. "The killer always targets the jock alone with a girl,"

The static gave way to the two teens in the boathouse. "Well, I'm not gonna wait around to be rescued," Brenda told Garry. "I'm taking the fight to the psycho."

"Suit Yourself," Garry said. "I'm getting my gameboy. I sneaked in and played a little pokemon," The two left the boathouse.

The scene cut to the tent, where all the "slashed campers watched Brenda approach the killer on the dock. "What did you say to her?" Christian asked Nick.

Brenda - Maybe before I would've hid in the bathhouse or been worried about my nails. But the new me isn't gonna wait around to be rescued. If i'm gonna go down, it's gonna be fighting.

"Hey Psycho!" Brenda yelled, getting his attention. She ran at him and slid under his legs, She kicked one of her legs up and connected with his crotch. Chef fell down and she mocked, "Not so tough now are you?"

XXXXXXX

The Camera flashed to the main lodge, where Garry was turning on his gameboy and humming something. He noticed the approach of a different looking man, this one white, and said, "Guess it's my turn to get Slashed."

XXXXXX

The camera flashed back to the tent. Brenda walked in with a triimputh cry of "Guess I win this one!" and everyone surprisingly cheered.

Molly suddenly turned her head in though and asked. "Hey Chris, did you hire another psycho?"

"Nooo," The host answered in confusion. "Why?"

Molly answered, "Because we might need to save Garry. Because apparently, there's an actual escaped psycho with a chainsaw and a hook and he's in there with Garry!"

The campers, Chris, and Chef ran out of the tent and into the main lodge to save the musician. "This could be really really good for ratings," The host said as he ran. "But really really bad for lawsuits."

Back at the lodge, Garry was talking to the psycho. "So I'm pretty sure Chris is paying you next to nothing, but he could at least try to see a dentist to do something about your breath."

Psycho - Ugh

"You wanna play this game before you kill me?" Garry asked him, to which he nodded yes. "Cool, any starter of preference?" he nodded no. "Alright, before you start I gotta say, Charmander is kinda overkill, it's more overpowered than good." The psycho removed the hook to show a scrappy stump. Garry pursed his lips. "In that case lose the chainsaw. Or on the other hand. The psycho had enough of Garry's criticism and raised his chainsaw.

At that same moment, the campers and co-hosts arrived. "Garry!" They all said in unison. "That's the real escaped psycho killer with a chainsaw and a hook!"

"Wait, what?" Garry asked with wide eyes. The psycho moved towards him and he used his gameboy to club him across the head, knocking off the mask.

"Ow!" The psycho said in a high pitched voice. "That was totally uncalled for! Man, I am so outta here," He said as he left the building. "I was treated way better in prison." Everyone watched him leave and Caleb fainted shortly after.

XXXXX

The camera flashed to the elimination ceremony where the campers waited for Chris's announcement. "Since today wasn't a normal challenge," He said, "the elimination won't be either. I'm basing it on your performance in this challenge. First marshmallow goes to Garry, for ending up beating an actual psycho," Garry claimed his prize.

"Next one goes to Brenda for winning the challenge."

"Now for the losers: Christian, you're safe for coming up with the plan. Even if no one followed it."

"Lamar, you made it to a relatively safe spot and then left, really stupid. But someone made an even bigger mistake, so you're safe."

"Nick, what you did was messed up, but you're safe,"

"Now for the three biggest offenders: Ramona, going off alone into the woods was bad, and you were the first person slashed. But, you're safe."

"Which brings us to Caleb and Molly, both of you made some pretty big blunders. "Who will go home? Will it be Molly, who tried to shower even knowing that this was a challenge? Or will it be Caleb, who made it to safety and went back for a lost companion.

The camera zoomed in on their nervous faces. "Tonight's loser is….not…..Molly. Sorry Caleb, you will be missed.

XXXXXXXXXX

The Camera cut to Caleb being driven away on the boat of losers. It panned to the left to show the psycho in the woods whispering, "Total Total Total Drama Drama Drama Drama Island Island Island…Total Total Total Drama Drama Drama Island Is- Oh man, that really hurt. I think I have a concussion. Are my eyes focusing?

Author's Note - So Caleb's gone, i'm very happy with the way i handled his character arc this season, one of my faves probably. Caleb was created to be a sort of fake tough guy who developed this persona due to his time in Juvie, I hope I pulled it off.
