thanks for your reviews
We sat down at the table and had breakfast. When we were finished, the tailor knocked on the door and handed Caius a dress that looked like a reflection of Caius's robes in terms of color choice. The dress had a skirt that reached to the floor and was wide. The cleavage was very generous which really embarrassed me as my enormously large breasts seemed to pop out of my cleavage when I tried it on.
Caius looked at me in admiration as I presented myself to him. I almost tripped over the sleeves, which dragged across the floor. When the tailor saw this, he approached me and asked me to stretch my arms out straight. The tailor knelt down beside me and trimmed and sewed the sleeves down to a length where they couldn't drag across the floor.
"But now, you can venture out among the people.", Caius said, laughing.
"I don't really know..." I said embarrassed.
"What about the wedding dress?" Caius asked the tailor.
"Oh, it will be ready by tomorrow," the tailor said, grinning at me.
"Wedding dress?! Wait a minute, I thought that was settled?!" I said angrily. The tailor withdrew discreetly and left us alone in the room.
"Oh... you misunderstand," said Caius.
"Oh yes?!"
"Yes. The day after tomorrow there will be a festival honoring the founding of our empire. On this occasion I will present you to the people. And for this we must be dressed appropriately.", Caius explained.
I had almost had a heart attack that I thought he wanted to marry me on the spot, before the agreed month was up. But that was obviously not the case. I didn't know Caius, but I seemed too valuable to him to scare me off. After all, it was about the future of this world.
"Tell me... where is this oracle anyway?" I asked Caius.
"Oh, in a labyrinth of caves beneath the center of this world. Our realm, that of the beastmen and the elves reside around this center. However... Getting there is insanely dangerous. Even for me," he explained.
"I'm sure there will be a way." I said and walked over to the bed. Lost in thought, I let my gaze wander over my things and finally picked up the console. It wouldn't be of much use to me here if the battery died. There was no such thing as electricity here. The same applied to my cell phone.
"What is it?" Caius asked.
"This world really is so different from mine. There were so many perks there that we don't have here," I explained.
"For example?"
"Electricity. It's a source of energy for us. It's what powers certain devices, such as these that are used for entertainment. Without electricity, they're useless," I said, lowering the console back onto the bed.
Caius grabbed my shoulders and spun me around, "You won't need that here. I can entertain you. Now that you're properly dressed, I'll show you something of our realm."
He grabbed my hand and rushed me out of the room. We walked through the great hall where I landed here last night and then a few more hallways until we were in front of a gigantic gate. This opened up to reveal the realm of Tildant, populated mostly by giants. But I could also spot an elf here and there or a humaniod animal, which somehow reminded me of the mascots from some amusement parks. Only these were real and alive. I had to admit that I liked this world, even if I felt more like a dwarf among all the giants here. However, Caius towered even over his peers by a few inches. Caius led me through the streets by the hand and didn't let me go. Then I would get lost too quickly. That would be fatal between all the giants here.
In the evening Caius took me back to the castle, my feet were already hurting because it was damn hard to keep up with Caius as he also took bigger steps than me. Realizing that I was too exhausted to go any further, he picked me up in his strong arms and carried me back to the castle. Once here, he set me down on the bed and then got a bowl of water. Then he carefully took off my shoes, which I really wanted to get out of the tight ballerina. My feet seemed to be swollen, which Caius noticed and started massaging my feet.
"Hey, wouldn't it be better to wash my feet first?" I gasped.
"First you have to relax, otherwise a footbath won't help much.", Caius said and continued massaging. I don't know how he did it without breaking every bone in my body. He did it with just the right amount of pressure and I let out a blissful sigh. Caius rose and then bent over me.
"Rebecca..." he said tenderly and then looked deep into my eyes.
"Caius..." I said absentmindedly. His face slowly drew closer to mine and I felt an incredibly strong attraction emanating from him. I couldn't pull away from him as he pressed his lips to mine. It felt like he was trying to suck me up again and I couldn't breathe. I turned my head away from him with all my strength and gasped.
