Hello! Hello! Hello my readers, back again for another chapter. I had no idea what to do for this chapter, so I just thought something out. Well, time for the next chapter of Total Drama: Running Time!

And sorry for the delay, my area was hit by a typhoon.

We then see the Running Men sitting in the lounge. They decided to eat some fries.

"Well, that was thrilling." Kitty smiled at the progress of the game.

"Except for the fact that you were electrocuted and crashed down." Heather pointed out that Kitty was electrocuted.

"Yeah, sorry." Mike apologised for the shock.

"You don't need to, it's part of the game." Kitty smiles.

"Still, I saw you taking a lot of damage." Shawn points out the injuries.

"Yeah, the infirmary said I was out cold for 3 hours because of that ordeal." Kitty frowns in remembering the injuries.

"Ouch, that must've been some battle." Owen stated in thinking the fight was chaotic.

"Don't worry, I kinda expected it to happen at some point." Kitty states.

"But, that begs a question. Can we actually be killed in this game?" Heather asked. "This reminds me a lot of Chris."

"Well, seeing as there is an infirmary with robots who know exactly what they're doing, and the fact that all of us don't want the blood of another on our hand, I'd say no." MacArthur points out the fact.

"But, maybe there's more to this game than we think." Carrie points out.

"Yeah, I think so." Owen agrees.

"I think that's a thing to think of in the morning. We've all had a long day, let's just get some rest." Shawn points out.

"I agree, this game is pretty tiresome." Duncan yawned.

"You guys go on ahead, I'll stay here for a while." Kitty said.

"Well, whatever you say." Duncan lets her.

They went to their rooms.

Kitty then sighed. She walks outside and looks at Tree City from above.

"I don't know what happened to Emma, but I know it has something to do with this game." Kitty said to herself. "I'll find answers."

Kitty then inserts her Spirit into her watch.

-Spirit of the Wind-

Kitty jumps off the dorm's platform and flies to Tree City.

We then see the laboratory group preparing for the trip. But for some reason, Scarlett was missing.

"Hey, guys. Where's Scarlett?" Sky asked in noticing that she's missing.

"Oh, don't tell me she has rigged this place to blow up." Noah snarked.

"Why would she do that? There are radioactive substances in here. Scarlett wouldn't do something this reckless." Sky points out the radioactive substance.

"I just feel like we're walking into a trap." Noah sighed.

The door to the laboratory opens to reveal Scarlett. She was holding some sort of device.

"What are you guys talking about?" Scarlett asked in overhearing.

"I have a bad feeling about you." Noah said.

"Calm down. I was out so that I could give the hotel group something so that whenever there is a broadcast, they'd watch it." Scarlett explained what she was doing.

"Do we also have a device?" Zoey asked if they also have a device.

"It's already in my hands." Scarlett showed the device on her hands.

"So, how are we supposed to get there?" Eva asked. "I just want to get this over with."

"Well then, follow me." Scarlett signalled them to follow her.

Back in Tree City, we see Kitty flying on top of the large building overlooking the arena.

"Okay, let's see if I can find anything important." Kitty states, determined.

Kitty jumps on the balcony and walks into the building.

We then see Kitty walking down a hallway. There were statues of what she presumed were competitors from previous games. The statues consists of war veterans, astronauts, professional wrestlers, and even Alcatraz prisoners.

"Hmm, not much signs of anything, better go deeper." Kitty concludes thar she needs to dig more.

Suddenly, she sees a group of robots flying down the hallway. Their colors were flamingo pink instead of white as the other robots.

"Oh no!" Kitty exclaimed.

Kitty frantically looks around and hides behind a statue before the robots see her.

The robots pass her, continuing on with where they're going.

"I might find something if I follow them." Kitty thinks she should follow them.

Kitty then sneaks behind them, trying to follow them.

It was night when we see Scarlett's group walking into a room. They see a metal platform in the middle.

"What is this?" Scott asked.

"Remember the Spirit of Portals?" Scarlett asked Scott if he remembers a certain Spirit.

"Yeah, you won it after the Bingo game, right?" Scott asked.

"Well, I decided to integrate it in this machine." Scarlett then tapped on the platform.

Suddenly, a red portal appeared.

"I took a couple trips here before." Scarlett points out. "I might have forgotten some important documents."

They all walk through the portal. They were met with the sight of the ocean as they stepped onto a platform attached to the pillar holding up Tree City.

"Whoa!" Everyone except Scarlett and Scott exclaimed.

On the platform were a bunch of desks, and a computer, covered by tarps.

"How did you build this?" Noah asked.

"Just know that it took me 2 months to build." Scarlett points out.

"Well then, why are we at the bottom of this thing?" Eva asked.

"I don't want to be easily detected." Scarlett answered.

"Okay." Zoey said.

"What now?" Sky asked.

"We wait until the next game. That way, we can stay undetected." Scarlett said. "Let's go back to the laboratory after we set up."

"Okay! Whoo!" Izzy yelled, excited.

They then began to clean up the area.

We go back to see Kitty sneaking behind the robots as they move.

"Where are they even going?" Kitty asked herself.

The robots reach a left turn. As Kitty turns to look, she sees a metal gate.

"I better send a recon drone." Kitty said to herself.

Kitty taps her watch and a tiny robot resembling a mosquito appears.

"Into the gate." Kitty whispers.

The recon mosquito follows the robots into the gate. The gates close.

"I'll check on it tomorrow." Kitty grins. "Now I need to get out of here."

Kitty then runs down the hall.

We then see the group on the platform. They had just finished cleaning.

"So, now that that's done, what is it about the red crystal?" Sky asked about the crystal.

Scott sighed when he heard about the crystal.

"Maybe next time." Scarlett said in trying not to upset Scott.

"So, are we going to get them out of here or not?" Noah asked if they're gonna bust the Running Men out.

"No, not yet, I don't exactly remember the details, but something bad happens when a contestant attempts to escape Tree City before the game ends." Scott warns them of the possible dangers.

"Wait, this place is called Tree City?" Noah questioned the name.

"So, what do we do?" Zoey asked.

"Well, we just try to find some answers and some schematics of Tree City." Scarlett explains her plan. "We could possibly find some answers in a laboratory somewhere.

"So, that's it?" Eva asked.

"Yeah, I think that's it." Scarlett answered.

"I feel like you're not telling us something." Noah asked.

"Why were you chosen for the Running Man last year?" Sky asked the reason for them competing in the Running Man Championship.

"Well, my guess is some sort of theme each year. Last year, our theme was Genius Redheads, and the year before was what I suspect to be North Korean soldiers." Scott explains what he thinks about the selection.

"I didn't know you were studying the statues." Scarlett compliments him.

"I just have a good eye." Scott smiled.

"I am also observant, like that time I saw you were fawning over Linda last year." Scarlett brought up an old friend.

"Hey! I thought no one saw it." Scott sheepishly said.

"Okay, this is getting weird." Noah tried to stop the conversation.

"Yeah, let's move on with it already." Eva said.

"Okay then." Scarlett frowned.

Scarlett then took out a drone with a camera.

"I recreated this drone to look like the ones flying around the stadium. It can hide in plain sight and get the information we need." Scarlett explains.

The drone then flies upwards to Tree City.

We then see Kitty flying on her way back to the dorms.

"Okay, a reconnaissance drone is in the facility, now I just need to go back to the dorms." Kitty said to herself.

Suddenly, something hit her in the face.

"Ow! What is this?" Kitty recovered quickly.

Kitty sees that what hit her was the decoy drone released by Scarlett's group.

Back at Scarlett's group, they were watching a computer monitering the decoy drone.

"What? Kitty?" Noah was confused in seeing Kitty.

"Oh, one of the camera drones. Neat." Kitty said from the moniter.

"She thinks we're one of the drones." Scarlett noted.

"Wait, how is she even reaching the drone?" Eva asked.

Kitty was then leaving the drone going back to the dorms. Scarlett's group then saw her flying from the drone.

"Is she flying?" Sky asked.

"Okay, this is getting way too weird for me." Noah rubbed his eyes in seeing Kitty fly.

"She must have a Spirit." Scott thought.

"Okay, that's some information. We're off to a good start." Zoey smiled.

"Indeed. Let's go back now." Scarlett said

Kitty lands on the platform and walks into the building. Kitty then sees Owen still sitting in the dorms.

"Owen, what are you doing here?" Kitty asked.

Kitty hears snores.

"What the?" Kitty was confused.

Kitty walks up to him and sees him sleeping with fries on his body.

"Well, someone went for a midnight snack." Kitty smiles. "Let's get you inside."

Kitty inserts her Spirit into her watch.

-Spirit of the Wind-

Kitty uses the air to push Owen upwards, making him hover. But a second later, he falls back to the couch

"Okay, this is much harder than I expected." Kitty exclaimed from the difficulty.

Kitty then uses the wind to move Owen above her, so she can focus her energy there.

"Okay, just as long as there are no distractions, I will be fine." Kitty said.

Suddenly, Duncan opened the door to the lounge.

"What's going on here?" Duncan asked after hearing the ruckus.

"Yaaagh!" Kitty was distracted a bit.

The distraction caused Kitty to lose focus, causing Owen to crush her.

"Ooogh!" Kitty yelped from Owen's weight.

"Whoaho! What are you doing?" Duncan asked.

"Ugh, tried to get Owen to his room with my Spirit. Didn't go well." Kitty explained what she was doing.

"Well, let me help you with that." Duncan offered to help. "I already got my Spirit."

"Really? Thanks!" Kitty smiled at the offer.

Duncan inserts his Spirit into his watch.

-Spirit of Strength-

Duncan picks up Owen and puts him in his shoulders

"Ugh, thanks." Kitty thanked him.

"No problem, and I get to test out my Spirit, so it's a win-win." Duncan smiled. "I'll get him back to bed, you go back to your room."

"Okay." Kitty smiled.

They walk into the hallway.

"Good night." Duncan said as he walked into Owen's room.

"You too." Kitty said as she walked into her room.

Kitty locks the door behind her. She yawns a bit.

"Oh man, how long was I up?" Kitty said.

Kitty walked to her bed and sat down.

"Better do a mission log." Kitty said to herself.

Kitty's bracelet turned into a disk and was thrown on the floor. It the brought up a holographic keypad.

We then see a group in Lindsay's room. Sanders, Cody and Sierra were in the room. Sanders is in a meeting with the hooded figure.

"So, I have recently detected that Kitty has released a reconnaissance drone into Tree City." The hooded figure. "It's only a matter of time until we found anything about the red crystal."

"That's good. And also about the Spirits?" Sanders asked.

"That is some new information that would intrigue the others. We should get more information about them in the future." The hooded figure said. "You can help with the investigations. I see you working well."

"Okay, over and out!" Sanders logged off.

Sanders then turned to Cody and Sierra.

"So, any news about the others?" Sanders asked.

"Well, not much yet. Mostly just missing reports." Cody answered.

"Okay then. So nothing about the other 8 then that means there might be something to do with Tree City." Sanders said.

"I still don't like the name." Sierra said.

"Yeah, me too." Cody said.
