Howdy partner! I am back again, with a new chapter in the same day, and this one will be the twist of the fic! And boy, this twist is very knife twisting! What will happen to the Running Men? Aztec 13: Oh, they'll be crushed… emotionally. Just wait.

We see the laboratory group panicking. It turns out that the information they saw was less than unpleasant.

"Oh gosh, this is bad!" Sky exclaimed.

"I can't believe that's what happened to the missing!" Zoey exclaimed. "But what if the others find out?!"

"I should contact them beforehand. The Running Man? I guess they should experience it in person." Scarlett states.

"What do you mean?! That they're gonna know the truth without being prepared?!" Noah asked.

"Well, we have no way of contacting them. And Sanders can't call while Kitty is in the match." Scarlett states.

"You know, the uncaring tone in your voice is not helping." Sanders states.

"Yeah, I know." Scarlett said.

We see Shawn appearing in the stadium. He readies his grappling hook.

"The third batch of contestants have arrived! Shawn and DV6!" The robot announces.

"Okay, hopefully the next one is doable." Shawn was hoping he could take on the next opponent.

He then sees DV8 jumping into the R Point into battle.

"Okay, they need my help." Shawn states.

Shawn then grapples up to the R Point with ease. When he reaches there, he sees Duncan dealing with DV7 and Heather dealing with DV8.

"Took you long enough!" Duncan yelled out.

"Come on and help us!" Heather yelled out.

"On it!" Shawn exclaimed.

Suddenly, a small white ball flies out of nowhere. It then makes its way towards Shawn.

"Oh shoot!" Shawn exclaimed when he saw this.

Shawn immediately jumps out of the way before the ball hits him. When the ball hits the floor, it explodes into red smoke.

"What the?!" Duncan exclaimed in seeing this.

"What was that?!" Heather exclaimed.

"If I were to guess, DV6 has arrived." Shawn states that another opponent has joined the fray.

DV6 jumps up and lands on the R Point. Shawn sees this opponent's build. A short male with a skinny build. They were wearing a black sling bag filled to the brim with red smoke bombs.

"Okay, this guy has bombs. But let's see if they can handle ice." Shawn states.

Shawn then takes out his Spirit and inserts it into his watch.

-Spirit of Ice-

Shawn manifests ice javelins and throws them at DV6. They dodge the javelins and takes out another bomb. They throw another bomb at Shawn.

"Is that going to be your only attack?" Shawn taunted.

Shawn jumps out of the way before the bomb explodes. But Heather, still in a fight with DV8, goes through the red smoke cloud.

"Ugh, what is in this smoke?" Heather exclaimed.

But then, Heather senses a familiar feeling from the smoke.

"Guys, I think I sense the energy of the red…" Heather was stating something when…

Heather then passes out, possibly by something in the smoke.

"What the?! Heather!" Duncan yelled out when he saw this.

DV8 walks up to Heather's unconscious body and steals her shield. The massive hand returns and pulls Heather.

"We have a first out! Heather out!" The robot announced.

We see the Running Men watching this in the waiting room.

"Hmm, so we've gotta be careful not to inhale too much of that red gas." MacArthur thinks.

"Okay, this is starting to get hard. We're outnumbered." Kitty states.

"5 minutes have elapsed! 5 minutes have elapsed!" The robot announced.

"You're up, Mike." Kitty says.

Mike then leaves the room on the platform.

We see Mike jumping up platforms to get to the R Point.

"The fourth batch of contestants have arrived! Mike and DV5!" The robot announces.

Mike jumps onto the R Point to see Duncan and Shawn jumping off it as DV8, DV7 and DV6 chased after them.

"Guys! Wait up!" Mike yelled out to them, willing to help.

Suddenly, a karambit flies by Mike's face.

"Whoa!" Mike exclaimed.

He turns to see DV5 and their body figure. The body frame of a young female. They were holding a karambit, which might be the pair of the one thrown at him.

"Okay, I can do this." Mike said with determination.

Mike then takes out a Spirit and inserts it into his watch.

-Spirit of Cloning-

Mike summons three clones of himself. All of them take on a fighting stance.

"Come at me… or us…" Mike said.

The karambit behind him flies just past his neck as it returns to DV5's hand.

"Whoa! Talk about cutting it close!" Mike exclaimed when he realised what had happened.

Mike and the clones began to charge at DV5.

We then see Duncan facing off DV8 and DV7 as Shawn and DV6 take their fight elsewhere.

"Okay, you guys are tough!" Duncan exclaimed.

Duncan then takes out a Spirit and inserts it into his watch.

-Spirit of the Hand-

Duncan takes a deep breath. His hands then covered themselves in energy hands. The energy mimics began growing.

"You are in for it now!" Duncan grinned.

Duncan then places his hands forward and the energy mimics shot forward. The hands fly at high speeds and hit DV8. DV7 on the other hand, dodges the giant hand.

"Well then, time for some more." Duncan grinned with determination.

Duncan begins shooting out energy fists.

We then see Carrie walking into the arena, seeing that it was her time to enter.

"The fifth batch of contestants have arrived! Carrie and DV4!" The robot announces.

"Okay, Kitty said I need to scout out at this point when there are multiple enemies. I can detect the enemies strengths and weaknesses." Carrie was assessing the information given to her. "I think she said I need to find a vantage point first."

Suddenly, DV4 appears out of nowhere, charging at her. The body frame is of a tall healthy male. They were holding a pair of energy pistols.

"Oh, looks like someone's up." Carrie said.

Carrie takes out her Spirit and inserts it into her watch.

-Spirit of Clairvoyance-

DV4 began firing at Carrie. She holds out her hands and blocks every one of them.

"Okay, now to see the information on this guy." Carrie said with determination.

The holographic monocle appears on Carrie's right eye. But as she scans her opponent, her expression turns from determination to shock.

"W-wha-at?" Carrie asked shakily.

DV4 gives a roundhouse kick at Carrie, knocking her to the ground.

"D-d-ev…?" Carrie shakily says.

DV4 then steals Carrie's shield. The massive hand pulls Carrie into the portal.

"Carrie out! Carrie out!" The female voice announced.

Duncan was nearby when he saw this while he was fighting DV7.

"What was that?!" Duncan was confused by what just happened.

DV4 then looked at him.

"Ah crap!" Duncan exclaimed.

We see Heather in a white room. This is the elimination chamber, where people eliminated from the match go and watch the rest of the match from a holographic screen. Heather woke up minutes ago and saw Carrie's elimination.

"Okay, that was pathetic." Heather remarked.

A black portal appears behind her and spits out Carrie. She seems to be breathing heavily, sort of panicking.

"What was that?! You were out on the arena for less than a minute and you're immediately eliminated?!" Heather was berating Carrie for a poor performance.

Carrie then began hyperventilating and sobbing on the floor.

"Okay, you can stop crying now, you are out of the arena." Heather cooled down a bit.

"N-no, that's not it." Carrie was shakily explaining.

"Then what?" Heather raised an eyebrow at this remark.

"It's D-devin, he's one o-of the DV8." Carrie explains some more.

We then see MacArthur running into the arena.

"The sixth batch of contestants have arrived! MacArthur and DV3!" The robot announced.

MacArthur then comes across DV3 running towards her. The body frame is of a very tall and strong female. They were holding a spear.

"Come at me bub!" MacArthur yelled

The two then charge at each other, ready for battle.

"Wait, what?" Heather was confused.

"I saw i-information with my clairvoyance Spirit. And I saw t-that Devin was one of them…" Carrie was not calming down at all.

"Wait, really?!" Heather asked if she heard it correctly.

"Y-yes." Carrie confirms it.

"Then, the others! The missing! But… why would they attack us?! Why would they play against us?!" Heather has a lot of questions.

"I-i have n-no idea." Carrie was still sobbing.

"Oh no." Heather knows that this is bad.

We then see Owen jumping into the arena and onto platforms.

"The seventh batch of contestants have arrived! Owen and DV2!" The robot announces.

"Woohoo!" Owen yelled.

Owen then lands on the R Point. He sees Shawn taking fire from DV8.

"Shawn! I'm coming!" Owen yelled to his friend.

"Not the time! Fight DV2!" Shawn yelled.

DV2 then jumps onto the R Point. Their build is of a strong and tall male. They were holding what appears to be a rapier.

"Okay then!" Owen yelled out in determination.

Owen then takes out his Spirit and inserts it into her watch.

-Spirit of the Bounce-

Owen then curls up into a ball and rolls towards DV2. They hold up their rapier and block Owen's momentum. Owen bounces away and lands on his feet.

"You know, you kind of remind me of someone." Owen states.

Owen rolls again and this time, knocks DV2 off the R Point. He also bounces on DV8, causing them to fall off.

"Wow, nice job!" Shawn compliments.

"Thanks, now let's keep them off this platform." Owen said.

The two jump off the R Point to accompany their teammates in battle.

We see Kitty walk into the arena, seeing her teammates do everything they can to keep the DV8 away from the R Point.

"The final batch of contestants have arrived! Kitty and DV1!" The robot announced.

"Okay, now that everyone else is keeping the DV8 at bay, I only have one enemy to fight for control of the R Point." Kitty plans her next moves.

Kitty then takes out a Spirit and inserts it into her watch.

-Spirit of the Wind-

Kitty flies up the arena and lands on the R Point.

"Okay. I'm here." Kitty said with determination. "Hey DV1! Come on out here!"

Then DV1 jumps onto the R Point. Their body frame is of a well developed female. They were holding a double bladed sword.

"So, you must be the most powerful member of the DV8." Kitty said.

DV1 then went into a fighting stance.

"Okay, you're not in the mood to talk. I get it. You just want to know who wins." Kitty smiles. "But don't be sure until the very end."

Kitty then flies at DV1 with her katana. They block it, which forces Kitty to kick them midair.

"I know that this is a bad time to say this, but you seem familiar." Kitty states.

DV1 then throws the double bladed sword at Kitty.

"Whoa!" Kitty wasn't expecting this attack.

She dodges it, and the sword returns to DV1 like a boomerang.

"Okay, I think that's enough fun for you." Kitty states that it's time to end it.

Kitty then compresses a lot of energy in her fist.

"I think I can get the hang of this move." Kitty states.

DV1 jumps at Kitty. Kitty then releases the pressure out at them, causing them to fly back. But they dig their double bladed sword onto the floor to stop flying.

Kitty then stops the massive gust, dropping down tired.

"Oh geez! Man that took up a lot of energy." Kitty breathes heavily.

We then see the Game Master watching the match. A robot was next to him, awaiting another order.

"Lift the veil." The Game Master ordered.

"Yes sir." The robot agreed.

Kitty then stood up and looked at DV1.

"Let's do this." Kitty was still ready for more.

DV1's ceramic mask cracks off, and their hood is taken off to reveal…

"Emma…?" Kitty was shocked.

Emma was seen wearing a black mask with glowing red touches that was covered by the ceramic mask. And her eyes glow red.

"E-e-emma!" Kitty runs at her with tears in the making.

Emma then slaps Kitty in the face so hard that she was knocked off the platform.

Kitty, knocked out by the force and shock, landed where the others were fighting. Immediately, the rest of the DV8 stopped fighting.

"What the?" MacArthur was confused.

The DV8 take off their masks and hood to reveal the missing, wearing black metal face masks with glowing red touches and glowing red eyes. Albeit, Gwen's hair is dyed red instead of teal.

"What the?! Courtney?! Gwen?!" Duncan exclaimed.

"Alejandro?!" Owen exclaimed.

"Cameron?!" Mike exclaimed.

"Jasmine?!" Shawn exclaimed.

"Brody?! Devin?!" MacArthur exclaimed.

All of the Running Men are frozen in shock. The DV8 climb up the arena to meet Emma on the R Point.

"Time's up! The winner of the first round of the solo match is… the DV8!" The robot announced.

"Oh no…" Duncan muttered.

We see Heather attempting to comfort a crying Carrie in the elimination chamber.

"This is horrible, very horrible." Heather muttered.

The missing have been found, in the last place you look. The Running Men are disheartened, the missing are confirmed to be under mind control, and the Game Master still at large, the stakes have been raised higher than Mount Everest. Find out what happens next!
