Clarke Griffin, young, innocent, learns what true betrayal is, when she and her father are accused of a crime they didn't commit, and Clarke watches her father die and Clarke is thrown into a prison to die. She intends to take revenge on those who brought about her imprisonment and her father's death. But her innocence must die first.

Very slow burn. Mystery and horror Clarke's father is dead. She believes that it was by murder. However, she decides to stay somewhere far from where her mother can't find her, and decides to find out what she can there. She finds an old family home in the forest. And as far as she can tell, she's safe there. But she's not as alone there as she thinks she is.

Sequel to "When the impossible happens." Clarke's romantic partner soulmates learn about what she did. And they do not react well. But not for the reasons Clarke thinks they react badly.

What is to be done when the impossible happens? When someone poses a possible danger to their loved ones? The answer is easy to guess. That person has to do what they must, to protect those they love.

The vampires present Clarke Griffin with a choice. And Clarke takes it, finding her new home life...not as unappealing as she thought originally.

Sequel to the other vampire fics. Clarke Griffin tries to figure out a way of escaping her captors, while her captors plot. Or, Clarke acts like a brat out of spite and the vampires grin and bear it.

Sequel to my other vampire stories. Clarke sets out some rules for the vampires, if she wants to feel safer, while being held captive by the vampires. There is no sex in this, but there are warnings and an M rating, to be safe, for possible later dubious consent and for mentions of sex in this.

The vampires try to get Clarke to settle in to her new home and living situation. But Clarke is planning to escape. What is more, the vampires are making it clearer and clearer what they are hoping she'll be to them, eventually, and Clarke has ever intention of escaping.

Sequel to the other vampire fics. The vampires explain everything to Clarke. Unfortunately, Clarke has serious problems with this arrangement. But the vampires are desperate and point out something that's a terrible fact. That Clarke's permission for them to keep her captive, amongst other things, isn't needed.

Sequel to the other three vampire stories. The vampires try to help Clarke get fed and clean. Difficult to deal with, when the person they're trying to keep safe is distrusting of them the whole time.
