DAY #3 UPDATE

Welcome to the Day #3 Update.

• Since a few people have had questions about it, I feel a need to clarify something; your Pokémon does not require the type they represent to be their primary type. If I were to put such a restriction, then a good number of Pokémon just wouldn't be an option, especially in the case of something like the Flying Type, and to a lesser extent the Ghost and Ice types.

INTRODUCING:

Cranidos

Representing: The Rock Type.
Gender: Male.
Hometown: Accumula Town, Unova.

"Cranidos lives by three words in his life; destroy, build, destroy! And he's only very good at 2/3 of those. A living battering ram, Cranidos comes from a family of demolition experts, only instead of using bombs like COWARDS do, they use the thing they're most proud of; their heads! Tearing down buildings is their specialty, followed closely by rebuilding them far better than before...If only so they can hopefully destroy it again later. As a result, Cranidos is something of an expert on the topic, though as a consequence it's left him a bit high and dry in terms of conversation. Actually, that's an understatement; a feral Slowpoke has higher chances of having a meaningful conversation than him. He's just too grumpy and blunt to bother making the effort of talking to people; it's so bad it makes you wonder how he has any friends, even if it is just the one. He doesn't really let it get him down though; he's much too prideful to let that happen. So instead, he just focuses on what he knows best; breaking things into smaller things and those into even smaller things! And now that he's going into Total Drama, who knows what he'll get a chance to destroy?!"

INTRODUCING:

Gabite

Representing: The Ground Type.
Gender: Female.
Hometown: Celestic Town, Sinnoh.

"Ventriloquism is a strange concept when you really think about it; the acting of throwing your voice to give off the impression you're a second person. For some people, it's a second form of entertainment, a neat little stand-up gimmick to keep you entertained. In Gabite's case though...It's basically the only way she's able to maintain any sense of control over her life. Gabite is a sweet, if easily overwhelmed girl, who just so happens to have all the subtlety of a hand grenade. She tends to massively overthink just about everything, and even she doesn't, it's likely she'll panic in the process and just make a fool out of herself. Even the simplest situations escalate far beyond anyone's control in her company, and no matter how badly she tries to learn from these mistakes, she usually just defaults to isolating herself from others and judging herself silently. You'd wonder why she'd sign up for this show then...Well, technically she didn't. Her hand puppet, Fred, did, thinking it'd be fun, and since she goes everywhere with him, she's just sorta getting dragged along for the ride, whether she wants to or not."

Drapion

Representing: The Poison Type.
Gender: Male.
Hometown: Malie City, Alola.

"Some people are born with high expectations saddled upon them...In Drapion's case, it's the opposite. The son of a pair of oblivious hippies who spend too much time on the road to bother paying him much mind, Drapion's lived a largely lethargic, uneventful life. Ask him what his version of a good day is, and he'd say it involves sleeping through most of it, then getting rewarded for such; in his own words, if he could make a million dollars doing nothing, he'd consider that a perfect life. For all his laziness, however, he's certainly not incapable of incredible things; he's a certifiable genius, after all, boasting an IQ of 180 and excellent problem-solving skills. Under the right tutorship and circumstances, he'd probably have quite the advanced scientific career ahead of him...You know, if he cared. Speaking of caring, he definitely doesn't care about you; in fact, he'd probably sooner throw himself off a cliff than willingly engage in a conversation longer than two minutes. He's a bit of a jerk like that. Makes you wonder why he'd even bother signing up for this sorta show, but then again, it's not like he'd ever give you the answer to that."
