Same as before...I want to give the community a chance to contribute. This is, after all, a community event. So, I'll actually open the doors to this as well. Same form as before, only now, you're competing against each other for two positions.

The only differences to keep in mind are that now, they'll be in their 30s instead of 20s, and that they SHOULD have some job relating to the entertainment industry. Otherwise, the world is your oyster.
