Harry ran down the road with Dudley chasing him and laughing. "I'm going to get you, Potter," he laughed. Harry knew that he could outrun him, but it still scared him when he "played this game" "Potter!' he called again when Harry ran down an alleyway. He didn't stop even when he saw Dudley run the other way. Harry knew that he would find him anyway. He always does. Harry was going so fast that he didn't see the man appear in front of him. Harry let out a gasp when he fell to the ground. He however didn't cry for he wasn't not supposed to. Then again who would care if he cried anyway, Harry looked up and gasped when he saw a man that looked like him, even though its dark. He quickly got to his feet and brushed himself off. The man had the same hair as him. The hair that his uncle and aunt tried to get rid of.

"Are you alright?" the man asked with worry in his voice. He was worried about him. That never happens. Harry nodded and started to walk away from the man however he heard the man sigh. "Wait. Let's get out of this alleyway," the man said following Harry however when they got out of the alleyway Harry felt someone grab him. Harry let out a cry.

"Let me go!" he called as he tried to break free from Dudley who was laughing.

"I win," he said shaking Harry before dropping him to the ground. Harry landed with a thud and raped his arms around his knees. "I'll see you at my home Potter. Oh, and Dad will not be happy when I tell him you disrupted class again," Dudley called before he ran off laughing. Harry let out a small cry. However, he didn't look behind him when he heard footsteps.

"Are you ok?" he heard the voice of the man said. Harry didn't respond as he rocked on his legs. "My name is James," he said however when Harry turned around the man gasped making Harry flinch. "Harry?" the man-James questioned with tears in his eyes. Harry however didn't say anything. How did this man know his name? Dudley never uses his name and who would care enough to call him by his first name. "It's me, your father," James said as he tried to hug his son, but Harry flinched.

"I have a father? Uncle Vernon said you died in a car crash," Harry said confused. He stood up a brushed himself off.

"Yes, Harry. I'm right here and I didn't die," James said as he tried again to hug his son. Harry flinched again and backed up.

"Are you sure?" Harry asked. "Or are you a ghost?" Harry asked looking around. The sun was going to set for a few hours. He had to go back to that home that didn't feel like one. Maybe this man who says his father can take him away from there. Harry let out a breath and meet his father's eyes. They weren't his eyes, but he had his face and hair. There was a small smile on his face. Harry took a deep breath when he felt tears in his eyes. "Dad?" Harry asked in a small whisper. James smiled and nodded.

"Yes, Harry it's me," James said walking closer to his son. Harry flinched when his father pulled him into his arms. However, he didn't hug back. Someone was hugging him. This never happens. Even though it felt nice to be hugged. Harry relaxed and hugged his father back.

Harry knew that his uncle and aunt would not be happy if he came home late and with someone adult, they didn't believe. Harry watched as the two argued. Harry sat in the living room with his hands over his ears and his things packed. Harry hatted yelling however he had a small smile on his face. His uncle was the one who was getting yelled at and not him. Harry waited a few minutes after the yelling stopped before he removed his hands. He then looked up to see his father with a bight smile on his face.

"Come on Harry let's go home," James said waving some paper around. Harry saw anger behind his eyes but he hid it well. Harry smiled and nodded slowly before they walked to the fount door.
