Harry was nervous when he went up to his room to get ready for the day. He was going to go to a new school. How, why, and where? There was nowhere else to go around here. maybe there was and he didn't see it. Harry let out a shaky breath and grabbed his backpack. He then looked at himself in his mirror. He nodded when he saw his scar hidden and walked out of the room. Harry smiled when he saw his dad standing there at the bottom of the stairs. "You ready to go Harry?" James asked. Harry saw that James looked nervous as well. Harry swallowed and nodded.

"Yes but, what if it doesn't work?" Harry asked walking down the stairs. James noticed that Harry was slow, but he didn't say anything.

"It will Harry," James said holding out his hand for Harry to take. Harry took it and soon father and son walked out of the house.

Harry was looking around him once they got to the school. "Dad, I…I don't know about this," Harry said and winched when he heard Dudley laughing behind him. James put his hand on Harry's shoder and took a deep breath.

"Let's just go inside alright. Ignore them," James said even though that never works because he was in Dudley's shoes. James shook his head this was not the time to think about that. James led Harry into the school and to the office. Even though it took them a long time to get there because James didn't know what a muggle school looked like. James knocked on the door to the office. Harry saw the headmaster look up from some paper on his desk and smiled.

"Harry Potter, this is a surprise. Who's this?" The headmaster asked looking at James. James smiled and walked over to him. He held out his hand. The headmaster took it.

"James Potter. I'm Harry's father. I just got him back from his relatives. I was in a coma which is why you have never seen me before," James said shaking the headmaster's hand. Harry hid behind his father. James sighed and released his hand.

"Oh my. I'm so sorry about that. What can I do for you both today? Is this about Harry acting up the other day?" the headmaster asked with James and Harry sitting down. James looked at Harry who tried to hide on his chair. James sighed again.

"No, what did he do?" James said crossing his arms. He didn't believe that his sweet son would get into any trouble however in the back of his mind his teen self was cheering.

"Well first he turned his professor's hair purple and then he ended up on the roof of the school," James smirked at this but only Harry saw it. Harry relaxed and sat up a little.

"Well, I will talk to him about it after school. That is not why I'm here though. Harry is going to be moving schools," James said uncrossing his arms. The headmaster raised an eyebrow.

"Oh," he said running his hand over his large black beard. James nodded with a smile.

"Yes, my friends at this moment are looking for a school closer to our house. This might be Harry's last day here," James said standing up. Harry stayed seated but he didn't move his eyes from his father. The headmaster nodded and smiled.

"Well, then it's sad to see you leave Harry but it's nice to see you again. It's nice to meet you, Mr. Potter," James nodded and looked at Harry who stood up. He then hugged James.

"I'll see you after school pup," James said pulling Harry out of his arms and walking out of the office. Harry did the same thing. Harry didn't know that was going to work. He was glad it did. He wondered why and how he got on the roof. He knew that his dad would tell him if he knew. Harry smiled as he walked to his classroom.

A/N: How was that? I'm again sorry for the wait on this. It's been busy this weekend. However, don't worry I will only work on this story. I really love writing this and I'm happy to say that this will now be a series so I can put in Harry going to Hogwarts with James seeing him off. Thank you again for reading and I will see you next time. -Captain Voxland.
