2 Weeks ago before being imprisonments of Zoro and accomplice...
The Island sea breeze shakes the trees and everyone in town is saying good morning to each other and such as a certain little girl One with brown hair wearing a striped dress with shamrock green and Blue exit the pub...
Mother: Rika where are you going?
Rika: I'm going down to the beach and see if I can collect some more Sea shells they looked so very pretty!
Mother: *Chuckles* Alright but make sure your home before dark.
Rika: I will.
As she runs out her mother looks back at her daughter one last time and gets back to work on feeding customers.
Rika P.O.V...
As she walks to the beach humming to herself she then noticed a man in a water he had a cowboy hat on and noticed he had a red shirt but she soon realized it was a blood that dried up as she goes and runs to town to get help.
Mother P.O.V...
As everyone was enjoying their meal and she had been busty with everyone orders and drinks as she smiles to herself.
Mother: (Business sure is booming today! If we keep this up we'll be good for a few months...)
That is until her train of Thoughts were interrupted when someone rushed into the door. It was her little girl.
Risk: EVERYONE, THERE WAS A BLOODY PERSON DOWN BY THE BEACH!!!
Everyone: EEEHHH!!
as everyone there went out of their way to help this stranger as they ran and were able to find him it was hard to tell if he was still alive but they took him to a doctor to see if he was dead or not.
Doctor P.O.V...
As the doctor was sleeping soundly while leaning on his chair he was a old man somewhere around 70 years old, he had a doctor uniform and his hat had a cross on it and he wore long black pants and wore sandals. He was dreaming about women loving how viral and spry for his age as one of the girls was about to kiss him on the lips when... the door opens with a Big Bang and immediately ending the dream.
Villager 1: DOCTOR THERE IS AN EMERGENCY!!
Doctor: What?! What happened who is it?!
Villager 2: We don't know but he might die if you don't help him!
Doctor: Hmm? Show him in!
They brought him in and put him on the hospital bed and when the doctor saw him, he was out cold as he was taking his bloody shirt off but when he took his shirt off he had scars all over his body but they were all wounds that were all healed, as he studied his face and gave a estimate on how old he is and he is 21 years old, his hair color was Cardinal light red and then he studied his attire he had a black Stetson Hat and a bloody white shirt with holes and he had Blue Jeans and wears Black boots, but the most interesting thing was his guns he had two guns but they weren't your normal one shot pistols. (A/N: they Were 1864 civil war union Colt pistols) They had at least 6 bullets in each he was about to take a better look at them when his hand shot up.
Doctor: AAAAAHHHH!!!
?: D-Don't...
Doctor: Huh?
?: D-Don't take... M-My Guns...
Doctor: But your bleeding! Why didn't you go to a doctor!
?: It's not my blood...
Doctor: Huh? Who are you?
?: My name's Winchester Arthur.
Doctor: Arthur Winchester Huh? What an unusual name?
Arthur Winchester: Yeah I've been told that multiple times that my name is unusual.
Doctor: So tell me what brings you here in the town? And where did you get all of those wounds.
Arthur Winchester: I had a scuffle with some Pirates with the black cat pirate crew 3 years ago when I was the youngest Lieutenant in the Navy...
Flashback 3 years ago...
He was on the navy ship and he was a Lieutenant in the Navy and he had a sword in his hands and two of his pistols on his side.
BANG* *BANG*
Arthur(3 years ago): Come on men we have Captain Kuro in our sights blast them to their watery graves!
Navy Crew: *CHEERS*
Arthur Winchester: as we were getting close after chasing him we had him dead to rights but then Captain kuro showed up on a boat.
As it shows his cape and his have Ten swords that looked like cat claws as all the crew was killed blood everywhere and guns. The last one was Arthur as he points his gun at kuro while leaning on the edge of the boat as he was cut by three slash marks on his arm and bleeding as he gets a good look at kuro back with his Bloody blades, as he fires but kuro disappeared and then reappeared on front of him and slashed him
Authur Winchester: At first we thought he was surrendering himself so the crew would leave him behind while running away... We were wrong. He killed all of my crew and left me to die in the ocean.
As he fell backwards into the ocean while getting his last look at his men's killer face it was dark but it only distinguished how he used his palm to lift up his glasses. As he gets closer to the ocean and lands down on a broken piece of wood from the ship and moves away from the ship and escaped.
Arther Winchester: I was saved by a piece of my ship as if a god took pity on me but then I saw something impossible...
As Arthur looks at an island that had reappeared out of thin air and and not taking any chances he washed up on shore and began to walk around then finds everything he needs to stem back the infection from the blades kuro used.
Arthur Winchester: I knew that this island didn't make sense it didn't have any food or any signs of people so it was hard for me to move so I addressed each of my wounds myself.
He soon saw a cave and then went inside with a handmade torch and entered without any fear while there were cave markings really old cave markings ignoring the one markings bearing a fruit and but then noticed a pirate flag.
Arthur Winchester: As I made my way inward of the island I discovered a cave and I saw markings but none of them made any sense to me so I ignored them as I made my way towards the center I noticed one thing that made me feel worried... The Pirate flag of the Pirate King Gold Roger
As he made his way through traps and pitfalls he arrived to a wooden door that could be his way out as he runs he noticed a boat that was dry docked but didn't have any supplies expect a treasure chest in the middle of the cabin.
Arthur Winchester: I didn't let that stop me so I pressed on but was soon met with dangerous traps and pitfalls and flying Knives but all of my struggles were worth it when I saw a door and when I entered I saw a ship and I was so happy I got off the island and exited through the back of the island. When I looked to see if anything was in storage but there was nothing so I went to see if there was booze in the Captain quarters but only found one chest.
As he went towards the chest he felt a sense of hunger hit him so he decided to check it there was anything to eat and he found a Red fruit with weird markings on it but didn't pay much attention until he swallowed it.
Arthur Winchester: As I craved for anything to eat I had found some food that didn't look rotten so I ate without a moment notice...That was a mistake.
He was keeled over and almost threw up but didn't but what was more good news was that there was two navy ship's but one was the same ship that Kuro attacked as he made his way over waving a white flag on the Pirate mast.
As he moved up the side of the ship he was soon back on his own ship he immediately was called a coward for leaving the crew behind while others dieding my place.
Arthur Winchester: As I made my way up the ship expecting people to save me. But I was wrong they told me that I fled the battle and only came back when the coast was clear as one of the crew members captured him.
I couldn't believe my eyes when they showed me Captain Kuro the Pirate Captain of the black cats he was short and little round and had glasses...
Arthur Winchester: I didn't believe it was him even when he admitted it himself and even I went to the higher up's to tell them that they got the wrong man but they didn't listen and soon the navy discharged me, said that I was a coward and brought shame to all of the navy.
Soon he packed his bags and left the navy all of his friends on the ship were dead and he was on a personal mission to find captain Kuro and make him pay what he had done to him.
Arthur Winchester: Everyone that was my friend on that ship was under my command was gone before me I needed to know if Kuro was truly dead so I went into bounty hunting and snagged a title along the way for three years"The Dead Eyed Gunslinger"and the first thing I looked into was the black cats and their new Pirate captain Jango.
Just as he had a boat and came onboard the ship and wanted to ask Jango but was hypnotized before he could anything else.
Arthur Winchester: I was ready to attack but what I didn't know was that Jango was a hypnotist and then I was sent to go swimming until I found a island and slept in the water
End Flashback ...
Arthur Winchester: And so here we are.
Doctor: Wow I didn't think you would survive all of that?
Arthur Winchester: Me either? Say old man who saved me?
Doctor: Oh yeah there is a pub near here that's where rika is?
Arthur Winchester: Can you show me?
Doctor: Sure...
A few minutes later...
Arthur made it inside the club he wanted to thank Rika for saving him and wanted to pay her back. As he looked around he noticed a black hood with aharmaki and what really drawn to him was his three swords he made his way to the other side of the bar and waited for his turn to eat as a little girl came by to make orders.
Rika: Hi there mister! Are you feeling better?
Arthur looks down at her and gives a nice smile in order to determine he is happy to be alive.
Arthur Winchester: I am feeling much better thanks to you! Now as to express my feelings towards everyone here... A ROUND OF DRINKS ARE ON ME!
Pub Customers: *CHEERS*
Arthur Winchester: (Thoughts: It's the least I can do you all saved me.)
P.O.V Roronoa Zoro...
As Zoro looks at this man that walked into the bar giving a smile to everyone there and then he noticed his pistols they were different from any other pistols he has seen. While he acts uninterested in him but inside he wants to prove that he is the Strongest Swordsman in the world so his food arrives...
Bar Owner: Her is your food sir.
Roronoa Zoro: Thank you.
P.O.V Arthur Winchester...
Arthur Winchester: Man what a great place to eat Huh! Man I wouldn't mind if I slept here for the whole week!
Rika: Yeah this place is great except for the marines.
Arthur became confused by that statement.
Arthur Winchester: Marines?
Soon after that statement a wild dog started barking through the door and began to growl at everyone and looking to eat the food as everyone panicked and left their tables soon the little girl grabbed a broom and started swatting at the dog.
Rika: No! stop that!
?: Hey, you! You gonna complain about my pet-sama's doin'?!
As Arthur took a look at this kid he noticed that he had a sword, Purple dress shirt, white shoes, pink undershirt, and gold chains.
Arthur Winchester:(That punk! He thinks he can bring a pet that is obviously not taimed. As a matter of fact isn't it a wild animal?!)
Pub owner: Rika! Stop that! We'll get in trouble if we go against him!
As the kid is laughing like he owns everything in this town he is in company of two navy marines that do nothing to stop him.
Arthur Winchester: (Bastard! He uses the marines like his own personal bodyguards he needs a lesson in being humble and I have just the thing for it...)
As Arthur about to attack him, Pet-sama looked at Rika and wanted nothing more then to tear her apart for attacking him just as he jumps and tries to bite her as she screams and awaits her fate someone picks her up and puts her on the bar and someone throws a stool at Pet-Sama.
The pub customers: Huh?
Rika: Huh?
?: W-What?!
As the person who picked her up was Arthur and his face was covered in shadow and the one who threw the stool was Zoro as he had shadow cover his eyes. As everyone there was scared at what they did and covered their mouth and leaned on the walls.
Pub customer 1: Oh crap!
Pub customer 2: Now they done it!
As he saw his Pet-Sama on the ground knocked out he turned his attention to the two lone individuals that stopped his pet.
?: Who the hell are you TWO?!
It takes a second for him but remember a three swords bounty hunter by the name Roronoa Zoro but didn't know the other one. As he carefully makes his way to Zoro who eats his food while Arthur drinks his water.
?: Don't tell me. Are you ... Pirate hunter Zoro?
Roronoa Zoro: and if I am?
?: Why is a Pirate Hunter defying the Navy?!
Roronoa Zoro: shuddup let me eat in peace!
?: You there?!
Arthur Winchester: What? Can't you see I'm busy eating here?
?: How rude you came into here and act like you own the place?! Don't you know who I am?!
Arthur doesn't even look at him to tell he is done he just turns around and goes back to his seat and have a meal that was delivered before Pet-Sama happened.
Arthur Winchester: No should I care?
As everyone there was getting even more scared for the duo Pirate hunter's.
?: MY NAME IS HELMEPPO, MY DAD IS A BIG DEAL IN THIS HERE NAVY BASE! HIS NAME IS CAPTAIN MORGON!
Arthur Winchester: Isn't that a drink's name?
Everyone there stifled softly but failed as there were snorts and humorous smiles that they had to cover up with their hands except Zoro he had a humored smirk while this angered Helmeppo and then he grabbed the plate and smashed it in his face as food came down smirked thinking that he had won, but what happened next is he smiled and grabbed Helmeppo shoulder and immediately threw him outside the doors and the marines as well as he looks down at his guns and had food on them. Soon he had a pissed off face and immediately went after Helmeppo, before he could fight him outside he turned around and bowed down.
Arthur: Everyone! Thank you for the meal! And I am sorry for ruining your door!
As everyone there was shocked on how quickly his mood changed from happy to pissed off to sad to angry again. As he made it outside Zoro looked out where the door used to be when the sun started to set it was almost dark out and Helmeppo he made a scared look when he saw Arthur's face it like some sort of gaze that made him feel like prey as he made his way to the center of the street with his two guns on either side.
As Helmeppo got scared until he thought of a idea that could work out to his benefit.
Helmeppo: Sure you can kill me but there is no way that my daddy will forgive this town for what happened to me?
As Arthur listened to him and getting angrier by the second he continues to speak. He hated how the navy power always corrupted them and it was hard to keep track on who's good and who's bad in the navy.
Helmeppo: My daddy will kill everyone here for what would happen to me if I die by your hands. But I happen to be a fair man and I can forgive the people and including the little girl transgression on my poor Pet-Sama. So what do you say drop your guns and come with me?
Arthur wanted to shoot him in the knee it would only be a flesh wound but he was right if anything happened to him Morgan could destroy the whole town just to have his revenge on his son. He had heard rumors of Captain Morgan Cruel nature but on the off chance he was right no one would live. So he dropped both his guns and saw how Helmeppo was satisfied with this as he showed him the way to the base he had a sword in his hand thanks to a marine while the other had his guns. As Helmeppo raised his sword and was ready to slash at him from his previous insult someone came threw a rock at Helmeppo head, it was Rika.
Rika: You big jerk you can't do this to him!
Arthur Winchester: Rika Stop!
Helmeppo touched a side of his face and felt a small blood trinkle down his face and got angry that he was about to hit the girl in the face with his sword.
Helmeppo: YOU BRAT LOOK WHAT YOU DID TO MY FACE!
as Arthur couldn't do anything but watch what would happen soon a certain swordsman saved the girls life again as arthur couldn't help but feel relieved that the girl was safe but was happy that Helmeppo sword was flying in the air and landed between his legs as his face was full of terror. As Zoro was ready to attack helmeppo Arthur stopped him.
Arthur Winchester: Stop Zoro if you attack him now the village will suffer!
Zoro was looking at him when he talked when Helmeppo decided to speak to him.
Helmeppo: It's like I said to him if my dad finds out about this, everyone in the pub will be executed for sure!
As everyone that hiding inside every house heard that and realize they couldn't do anything except turn them into the marines to be handed over immediately. As Zoro thought to himself for a bit he decided to drop his sword to the ground as clear sign that he surrendered with Helmeppo happy that they both surrendered and decided on something so sadistic that they would die within a month.
30 Minutes later...
Helmeppo: Now then Gentleman I am a fair man I will let you go if you survive within the month.
As they both are crucified in the yard with Arthur on the left and Zoro on the right as they have scuff marks from Helmeppo punches and forced marines to punch him to see if they were still alive and without food or water.
Roronoa Zoro: I will survive within the month and I will be the strongest!
As Helmeppo left with the marines and it was nighttime and zoro and Arthur didn't talk to each other for 30 Minutes until Arthur said something.
Arthur Winchester: So Zoro right?
Roronoa Zoro: ...
Arthur Winchester: Thanks for saving that girl when I couldn't.
Roronoa Zoro: Don't mention it.
Arthur Winchester: I was wondering about your swords? are you good or are you a spouting hot air?
Roronoa Zoro: I am strong and I haven't been defeated yet.
Arthur Winchester: I'd like to see that for myself someday.
Zoro still looked forward but used his eyes to look left and out of curiosity where did he get those pistols.
Roronoa Zoro: So tell me where did you get those two pistols they don't look like anything I've ever seen?
Arthur looks into the night sky and tells him.
Arthur Winchester: They were a gift from my father before he died it's precious to me that I get them back and be the worlds strongest!
Roronoa Zoro: Oh big Ambition for a small fry but sorry I'm got to be the strongest!
Arthur Winchester: Hey how about this after we serve our time here why don't we eat and then see who's the strongest.
This got Zoro interested.
Roronoa Zoro: Oh? You gotta survive in order to face me!
Arthur Winchester: Huh that's funny I was gonna ask you the same?

Rorona Zoro: *HaHaHa*
Arthur Winchester: *HaHaHa*
Roronoa Zoro: What's your name?

Soon Helmeppo opened his window while wearing Pink Pajamas with Berries signs.
Helmeppo: WILL YOU TWO KEEP IT DOWN I'M TRYING TO GET SOME SLEEP HERE!!
Arthur/Zoro: SHUD'UP!!!
Present time one day until Luffy comes...
As it was scorching hot outside both of them don't have enough energy to stand up as they are winded.
Roronoa Zoro: Oi! Arthur you Alive!
Arthur Winchester: Yeah how long have we been here?
Roronoa Zoro: Nearly two weeks by my count. We have Eleven days left.
Arthur: Ok we just got to hold out for Eleven more days and then we can eat.
?: Did someone say eat?
Helmeppo came by with a portable table and m and a chair as he sits down and shows both of them his food from breakfast making them get even more hungrier.
Helmeppo: I just wanted to show you what you are Missing when you get out of here *Munch*
He started eating in front of them and made sure to savor each bite while drinking wine. Soon both of their stomachs grumbling and wanting to eat his food but couldn't.
Helmeppo: I have to say I'm impressed you both survived this long? Any other normal human would die within the month.
Arthur gave a evil look while zoro gave a neutral look while looking down.
Helmeppo: Well see you later I'm going to my room and relax in the shade I heard it's gonna be hot today so hears your idiot rotten hat.
As he walks over to Arthur and puts his hat on top of the crucifix pole just out of his reach.
As Helmeppo walks away Arthur wanted to have the last word on him.
Arthur Winchester: You know what they say about "those who do onto others do onto themselves" right.
Helmeppo: What nonsense are you talking about?
Arthur Winchester: If you continue down on this path of injustice someone will be there and kick your ass.
Helmeppo: SHUT UP!
As Helmeppo beats him up again zoro calls him out.
Roronoa Zoro: Hey we have eleven more days left! When we get outa here we expect all of our stuff back!
As Helmeppo looks at zoro before punching Arthur in the stomach and making him gag he took his leave as the marines follow him.
Zoro looks at Arthur and wonders if he's ok.
Roronoa Zoro: Hey you alright?
Arthur: *Gasps* Yeah... It still proves I'm alive right?
As they smile that they are still alive but not within ear shot of the two prisoners who where crucifix in the yard.
Inside the Base...
The guard wondered what Helmeppo was thinking.
Marine Bodyguard: Helmeppo sir? I was wondering if you were going to let them go within a month?
As he walks towards his room he stopped by the door and smiles sadistic like before answering.
Helmeppo: No...
Marine Bodyguard: Sir?
Helmeppo: I wasn't going to honor their promise in two days time I'm going to execute them with a Executioner squad.
Marine Bodyguard: But sir you gave them your word?!
Helmeppo didn't like how his bodyguard tone so he grabbed his collar and threatened him.
Helmeppo: Huh? I'm sorry are suggesting that letting these two go and act like nothing happened and what happened to my Pet-Sama do you want me to tell my daddy...
Marine Bodyguard: N-No.
Helmeppo: Then listen and let the men know in two days those two are to be executed for threatening the navy.
As the marine couldn't do anything for them but only to accept this task as he went away to tell the men and feel nothing but guilt for what's about to happen.
Marine Bodyguard:(I can't believe he's not going to honor their agreement... It's going to take the devils luck to get them out of this! But who's crazy enough to defy the Navy?)
One Day Later Luffy P.O.V...
Luffy was looking at the front of the boat while Coby was reading the map and point them in the right direction while Will was keeping track of Luffy while making sure he doesn't eat all the food and steering the boat in the right direction. As Luffy was on lookout he saw the Island that had a big Navy base on it as he lets out a exited gasp.
Monkey D. Luffy: Will, Coby look there's the Island where zoro is being held.
As Coby gives a huge smile knowing that he is one step closer to his dream and Will gives a Cocky smirk knowing that they made it without any problems.

I was making one of the character kinda like make him a main Character as Luffy and the more responsible one and Reliable as kinda co Captain but mostly Luffy will be captain. And for the Polka dot Devil fruit and the Devil Fruit choices, It was sorta test that the Will of all things put out to see if he was the one to help Luffy in his quest for the one piece.
