The Reunion

Chapter 2: A Greater Boyfriend

The best thing about Noah being Kurt's boyfriend so far was waking up to breakfast in bed every day, and seeing him come in wearing only an apron every time. Now, if Burt and Carole were there, he would wear sweat-pants and make breakfast for everybody.

One time Noah fixed bacon and turkey bacon for Burt before telling Burt, "Don't worry, Mr. H. I cooked both in the same pan. So, the turkey bacon was cooked in a little bit of bacon fat."

As Kurt glares at Noah, Burt says, "ha, Puck, I never thought I would ever say this about you. But you are a greater boyfriend than Blaine was to Kurt."

By now, Quinn has moved in, and as she is eating her breakfast she says, "Mr. H. I doubt you would have said that, if they became boyfriends the last time I was pregnant, and I can tell you are dying to tell me something. So, say it already."

Burt chuckles as he says, "Why should I, Quinn? I know you already said it after you found out you were pregnant with Puck's baby again."

Then Carole says, "That's enough you two and Rachel dated Puck too or did you two forget that."

This made Noah laugh and say, "Yeah but she wanted Finn as much as Kurt did, Mrs. H." Then he looked over at Quinn and said, "At least I got to remember what happened this time and wasn't drunk. Look, Quinn, I know you didn't want to be in Beth's life after you gave her up. But I would like it if you were in Lucy and Little Burt's lives." Then he looked at the others and said, "Yes, we're having twins. I was going to tell you tonight after supper, but I couldn't wait." Then Quinn gets up and stumbles to the floor before looking at Burt with a scared look on her face.

An hour later, Quinn is in I.C.U. and Burt comes to see her holding the book she had been reading. Then he says, "Let me guess, Elizabeth's baby book from the second pregnancy was in the box we gave to Puck after Finn died."

Quinn couldn't speak and nodded her head yes. Before they hear Noah say, "This is my boyfriend and he wants to see our baby mama! We're not leaving until we see Miss Fabray! That is my babies and I'm not going anywhere!"

Then Burt winks at Quinn before leaving and starts yelling, "Do you know who I am, son? This is my son and his boyfriend. If you don't let them see Miss Fabray, I will call his commander General Michael Young who donates money to this hospital every year!"

As soon as Burt comes back with Noah and Kurt. Quinn shakes her head and looks at Kurt before saying, "Didn't see, until now. So alike, aren't they?"

Kurt laughs as he says, "Puck will be worse, Quinn."

Then Quinn looks between Kurt and Burt before asking Burt, "This happened, your Beth? Found book, before pregnant. Didn't read, until now. Not scared, just mad."

Before Burt can say a word, Kurt says to Burt and Noah, "Can you leave us alone?"

They just nod and Kurt lowers the rail before lying down beside Quinn as he says, "I still miss Blaine and Liza Marie, Quinn. I love Puck, I do, and I want you to live too for Lucy and Little Burt."

Then Quinn says, "Blaine, heart. Like Mama. Love both, Nono, Blaine. Love Mrs. H? Love Mama? God, Lucy. Dating, hell!"

Then Kurt laughs and says, "Carole and I will keep them in line, Quinn. But I'm kind of looking forward to that. As long as she doesn't do the same thing you did."

Quinn punches Kurt in the arm and says, "Hey, now! Come on! Low blow!" Then she started to giggle and say, "Lil Burt, like Nono. Too many girlfriends!"

Then Kurt says, "Come on Quinn, you read my Mama's diary, and you know dad was the same way!"

Soon Carole comes in as Quinn says, "Yeah, now, greater boyfriends. For Carole, for you. Still same, just better. Know Nono, gay now. But soul, never changed. Saw change, after Finn. But Nono, still Nono." Then Quinn puts Kurt's hand on her belly and says, "Feel that? Baby kick!"

When Quinn was allowed to go back home, Noah was helping her get in bed as she says, "Glad Kurt has you. That day, found you. Heart healed. Still missing. But see, heart better. Cause you, healed Kurt. Loves you so much."

Noah smiles as he says, "Well, Kurt healed me too, Quinn. I thought I would never get past what happened to me and I can't believe I'm about to say this. But Kurt makes me feel happier than I was when I was with you."

Quinn smiles and says, "Good, Nono. Can tell. Quiet girls, louder Kurt. Got sleep, in hospital."

Noah says, "Come on, Quinn, you know I'm not loud with Kurt." Then Quinn gets her phone and plays an audio clip of Noah screaming, "More, harder! Oh, Fuck! God, I love you inside me, Kurt! I love you so much!" Before he heard Burt say, "Damn, at least Blaine was quiet when he was alive. Quinn, are you sure Puck wasn't this loud?!"

Then Quinn is heard saying, "If Puck was this loud with all the girls he was with. Sarah would have told me about it by now." As she hears her voice, she begins to cry and says, "Not fair!" Over and over. Before Kurt came in and laid down beside her as Noah lay on the other side.

When Quinn was closer to her due date, she went back to the hospital, and Rachel came to see her. As Rachel sat beside Quinn, she says, "I can't believe you are just giving away more babies, Quinn!"

Then Burt comes in and says, "Rachel, she is not giving her twins away! Puck, will raise them, she can't raise them on her own! Look at her! Now, get the hell out of here!" Before he turns to Quinn and says, "Puck and Kurt are on their way here. They ran into Tina who was saying the same things Rachel did. I bet we'll hear Puck very soon yelling at her."

Ten minutes later, they heard Noah yelling, "Tina, I'm the father of those babies! Quinn isn't giving them to someone she barely knows! Besides, she is still living with us, she is not walking out on her twins!" Then Rachel and Tina are heard saying, "She might if she could walk!"

Quinn looks at Burt and shakes her head no. Then says, "Nono changed, I changed! Don't matter, not going! Your Beth, wanted stay! Tell them, not going!"

Burt squeezes Quinn's shoulder and says, "Okay, Quinn, but If I have a stroke I'm blaming you." Then he winks at her as he leaves the room.

Before Burt can say a word, Santana says, "Mr. H, I got this! Rachel, Tina, Quinn is not like she was in high school and she is fighting to live! Kurt's mom held on until he was eight. Leaving Mr. H to raise Kurt alone, until he got with Mrs. H, that is my best friend in there and she will live! Now, I don't want to hear one more person say anything about her dying or leaving her kids! Do you think Kurt's mom wanted to die?! Do you think Quinn and Kurt deserve you criticizing them for the choices they made! It's been over a year since Blaine died and all I have heard from you guys! It's still too soon and why would Quinn be happy about this! You guys didn't say anything when Rachel went back to Jesse after Finn died! But you have had plenty to say since Blaine died! Quinn and Kurt don't need this! Puck is my best friend and if he wants to be with Kurt. I am all for it and hope that they are happy! Now, if you want to criticize Quinn and Kurt some more. You better do it somewhere else, not here!"

Then Santana stormed into Quinn's hospital room followed by Burt and Carole. As Noah started yelling at the others, "I love Kurt and Quinn. I may not be in love with Quinn anymore, but I still love her and I don't think she needs this shit! She is the mother of my children and all you guys can do is put her or Kurt down! If you have a problem with me! Tell me to my face! Do you guys think I wanted to get raped?! Do you think I was happy to fall out of love with Quinn?! I was struggling with everything that happened to me for months before I got with Kurt! I was afraid to even let you guys know I was gay and planned to leave that night! Here it is eight months later and all of you have been avoiding me! I love Kurt and I am not that screw up I was in high school! I am not going to fuck this up and Quinn is not like Kurt's mom!" Soon Noah comes in with Kurt who says, "My Tarzan!" Which made Quinn and Santana giggle as Brittany came into the room.
