Eren Yeager was brought in chains from the Hanten Soul Society. He was received by glares and whispers from the Shinigami around them. The members of Doitsu Soul Society were halfway between glaring at Eren and staring down at the ground in shame for agreeing to admit a man like him into a sacred rank like a Soul Reaper. Toshiro kept looking at him in interest as he wondered about all the events that came to past.

Kenpachi, Kurotsuchi and Unohana along with their sub-ordinates were there near the portal from where Rukia and the others were supposed to come from. Kisuke Urahara also arrived to the scene along with Yoruichi Shihoin. While some of them arrived to comfort Rukia and the others, who were burdened with a task as such and some of the eccentric ones like Kisuke and Kurotsuchi were simply curious to see the prisoner who was made a Shinigami, Eren Yeager.

Soon enough, the portal opened and the group stepped out. Rukia looked shaken and furious, more than anyone else in the group. Yoruichi went up and gave Rukia a hug. Soon, they heard the clanging of metal chains from the portal. All of them knew who that was.

As Eren came out from the portal, everyone took a close look at him. Some of them in hatred and disapproval for the deed he did and the judgement that was passed, some of them in interest as to why he was given a position like that of a Shinigami, some of them who looked at how attractive Eren was and some of them who just wanted to see what was going on. Yoruichi and Unohana took a glance at the man. He looked strong from the way he was built, 6 foot tall with long brown hair tied into a bun. But his most highlighted feature were his eyes. They were emerald green, determined, angry, lifeless, like there was nothing he ever cared about. Eyes that would suit a killer like him, devoid of any humanity.

Kisuke looked at him in interest.

"I think we found ourselves a very interesting man, don't you think, Kurotsuchi?"

"I'll agree. You don't often come across souls who are forgiven for genocide, much less made into a Shinigami."

The man sent by Lord Enma to watch over Eren, Yotogi Shiro followed behind him in traditional Shinigami attire. All the Shinigami watched silently as Eren's handcuffs were unlocked, leaving him free. He then rubbed his wrists and ankles.

Rukia went up in front of him and said slowly but with professionalism "Your…academy robes…are in your quarters in the academy. Your training will be for 6 years…and…your training starts tomorrow morning."

Eren gave a light smile on the corner on his lips and said "Understood…Boss."

Rukia's clenched her fists to prevent herself from violently attacking him.

Yotogi then guided Eren Yeager to his quarters.

As he left behind Yotogi, the rest of the Shinigami began conversation.

"It's hard to believe blood-thirsty men like him are admitted as Shinigami these days." Unohana said

"I don't understand…why this Soul Society? Why Rukia?" Soi-Fon said as she looked at him at the distance

"I don't know but we have to stay on our toes. We don't know what he's upto. But again, he's still new to the Soul Society so we can't say that either. So all we can do…is wait. "

"I still can't believe this. Why is a guy like him being given power? A guy who destroyed millions of lives?" Ichigo growled

"I think we'll find out…soon enough. Maybe Lord Enma must need him for something. Possibly that 'power' he used to kill all those people." Ukitake suggested

"But they're stripped off him now aren't they?" Renji asked

"Maybe he still needs him to guide things." Byakuya suggested

"And he's using that as leverage." Rukia growled

"So, what will you do now, Rukia?" Yoruichi asked with her hands folded

"I'll train him. It's not like I have a choice, do I?" She said with a furious look

Yoruichi looked down in thought for a few seconds

"Although…I'll force him to." Rukia continued

"What do you mean?"

"I'll put him through the toughest training regiments, regiments that makes even the most powerful captains scream in mercy. I'll make him regret choosing me as his sensei."

"I can help with that." Yoruichi said with slight smirk
