Part.4 Gears of Freeman

Planet Sera: Outskirts of Chumbawamba

Moments ago

Finally Delta squad came upon the outskirts of Chumbawamba in which they marked their position and then all of a sudden they are startled by a voice from behind them.

"Oh great more brain-dead COG's," said Gordon "Stay out of my way or you'll end up like your COG buddies who attacked me from before,"

"Really," said Cole "Nothing stops the Cole train,"

Augustus Cole charges at Gordon Freeman like a tackler in Football however he bounces off of Gordon's shields in which it sends him tumbling backwards into a pile of trash.

"Hoe train," said Gordon "Never heard of it, anybody else what to do something stupid,"

Planet Sera: Outskirts of Chumbawamba

Moments later

"Look we're not your enemy," said Shroud

"Could have fooled me," said Gordon

"You got a problem," said Fenix

Fenix and Gordon are almost nose to nose as none of them blinked until Fenix backed off in knowing this guy looks tough and Cole got out of the trash smelling even worse than before.

"Hey I got an idea let's all work together," said Baird

"That idea is stupid," said Dom

"A warrior must know his or her allies are," said Tai "I feel you have seen much action,"

"I have and here is the deal, you go do what you want to do and I will do what I want to do," said Gordon

"We need intelligence on what we are dealing with," said Shroud

"Heh, only if you had intelligence," said Gordon "No I will do this myself,"

"Maybe we can use the hammer of dawn on that spire, boom no creepier ass shit," said Cole

"Bad move," said Gordon "If you do that boom, no more planet. That right there is a Combine Suppression spire, once activated it acts as a portal storm and then you are in serious trouble considering a small amount of Combine forces are here."

"Fine we'll do it your way," said Fenix "After this I want proof of what is going on,"

"You'll get it," said Gordon "Keep them busy while I sneak into the Spire,"

"With what," said Baird

"Your new toys," said Gordon

He pointed to the pile behind them full of unknown and strange weapons, Delta Squad looked very pleased and wondered where this Gordon Freeman got it and then they got what they needed. Gordon sneaks away as Delta Squad goes to keep these Combine forces busy.

Inside Chumbawamba

"Gordon what are we dealing with here," said Fenix

"Those are head crab zombies" said Gordon over the comm. "Nasty creatures; they were once people and not any more,"

"Zombies you got to be fucking kidding me," said Baird "What about those armored guys and those weird silver bots,"

"Overwatch elite and hunters," said Gordon over the comm. "Just keep them busy,"

"Hey Gordon what does this gun do," said Cole

"It's called the BMF thunder strike," said Gordon

"I wonder why they call it BMF," said Dom

"It means Bad mother fucker," said Gordon "Long story, another time,"

"All right Gears let's pour it on," said Fenix "I wish we had air support just about now,"

"Sergeant Fenix we are approaching your position," said a voice over the comm. "Air support and reinforcements are on the way,"

"About damn time," yelled Fenix "We're getting hammered here,"

They kept on shooting as ground troops start coming their way and air support has come as well to help.

Inside the Spire

Gordon Freeman infiltrated the Combine spire in which he had a lot of resistance in coming here, but most of their forces are outside in battling those COG's brave, but a bunch of jar heads anyway. He came upon the dark matter reactor as it is active and Gordon sabotaged the dark matter reactor as he knew what he is doing. So he bailed out of their quickly and went to help those COG'S.

Chumbawamba

Despite reinforcements and air support along with the weaponry that Gordon gave delta squad, there are casualties and then they heard a rumble as the Spire is being lifted up in the air and into a large hole from out of no where, then it gets sucked inside and explodes. Debris rained down from the skies and the remaining Combine forces are taken down for good.

"Looks like we won" said Cole

"Yeah," said Fenix "So what now, I still want to see proof"

"Guess this shit isn't enough," said Baird

"I will show you my dimension," said Gordon "In real proof of what the Combine have done,"

"How," asked Dom

Gordon activated a portal as it is there and swirling also

"Guess that answers that question," said Fenix
