Ravenholm: Gordon Freeman's dimension
The place known as Ravenholm stands in utter silence except for the growls of head crab and poison head crab zombies, traps are scattered all around as over a million people used to live her until the Combine bombarded this place with its head crab missiles. Thunder crashed in the night as it echoed everywhere. A portal opened up in the middle of Ravenholm as Gordon Freeman along with Delta Squad step out of the portal as it closes behind them.
"So what is this place," asked Fenix
"Ravenholm," said Gordon "There were over a million people here, now there is just one and you'll get to meet him,"
"Man this shit is creeping me out," said Cole
"Don't be a pussy Cole," said Baird "Keep it together,"
"Yeah you got to get your game on," said Dom
"There is something about this place, I just don't know," said Shroud
"Death is all around," said Tai "I see a pile of bones over here,"
"After the 7th hour war," said Gordon "The Combine gathered the worlds children and slaughtered them all, a few barely survived,"
This brought angry stares to Delta Squad as they are imagining what had transpired in their minds.
"Cowards," said Tai "No honor in killing the innocent,"
"Ah, Brother Gordon you brought more members of the congregation," said a voice who stepped out of the shadows
"So your still alive Gregori," said Gordon "Wally told me you nursed him back to health,"
"The demons cannot kill me," said Gregori "I have god on my side and my faith is my best weapon, are these brothers and sisters members of the light,"
"In a way yes," said Gordon
"Are you crazy," said Baird
"I am sound of mind my brother of the congregation," said Gregori
"You are a fine warrior in a never-ending battle, how honorable of you," said Tai
"What is your story," said Fenix
"Ah a curious mind," said Gregori "The voice of god has always been on my side before the demons came and oh yes I remember the demons, the spawn of the demons. They rained down like the end of the world upon the people as they are what is left of the devils army, they are gone now thanks to Brother Gordon and the army of light," he continued to speak "What are your names,"
"This is Marcus Fenix, Cole Train, Barid, Tai, Shroud and Dom," said Gordon
"Then welcome Brother Marcus, Brother Cole, Brother Baird, Brother Tai, Sister Shroud and Brother Dom to the congregation, my god serve you well in the coming battles against the devils minions," said Gregori "Brother Wally is not here, but he would be happy to know as well."
After spending some time in Ravenholm all of went outside of the place and looked around some more as they can see the destroyed Citadel looming in the background and off in the distance, also Gordon showed them City 17 in which delta squad noted that a war zone happened here that looks far worse in what they have encountered and proof of what transpired. Of course along the way Gordon along with delta squad battled some head crab zombies and a Ant Lion king. The sun is slowly setting over the horizon; Gordon had opened up a portal back to their dimension.
"I believe you now," said Fenix "If you ever need help, Delta squad is ready to go,"
"What about your superiors," said Gordon
To hell with them man," said Cole, "Your cool in my book."
A great warrior," said Tai "I envy you,"
After they said their goodbyes, the portal closed as Gordon is left standing there as he walks away as well.
