Part.2 Dark Design war
Lands to the west
Gordon Freeman had just arrived in this dimension and his suit already picked up Combine activity in this dimension and heard weapons fire echoing not too far away as he went up the hill to get a better look. To his discovery he sees two armies fighting one another of course he sees women in brooms flying in the skies as well and on one side is Combine forces consisting of hunters, Overwatch elite and other forces at their disposal. Along with people with animals whom seem when the animals die they die too.
Talk about strange and other side is what Quinn Mallory described them as another dimensional race bent on conquering other dimensions known as the Kromaggs who are dressed like Nazi's and have their own weapons as their disposal, apparently both sides are being used and don't even know it, what fools they are. Of course Gordon arrived too late to do anything about it or warn anybody. Then he heard a growling noise as he sees a polar bear charging him, he has never seen a polar bear that large before.
The armored polar bear lunges up as it's sharp claws are about to strike Gordon as he muttered shields as the polar bears claws broke off as the shield went up and then the one-free-man brought forth one of his weapons an omni-blade as he slashed the armored polar bear in half as it turned to some form of yellow dust. How odd is that and then a couple of those witch people attacked him from the air, as Gordon brought forth another weapon in a form a blaster rifle and shoots them down fairly quickly.
The witches drop like flies, then several men who the Combine are allied with attacked him with pistol weapons and rifles by firing at Gordon as their bullets bounce off of his shields and Gordon sees their animals go on to attack as well, but the one-free-man strikes back as he quickly takes them out by killing the animals and the people. This is becoming out of control as he'll need to fall back to get some answers from someone or at least something.
All of a sudden out of the corner of his eye he sees a young girl watching and one of those creatures is with her, perhaps he can get answers from her as Gordon walked towards her as the creature is in a defensive position as Gordon brought forth the omni-tool and glared down at the creature who looks to be backing away and he walked past the creature as the girl tried to get away, but Gordon grabs her, but she tried to fight back, but is held down.
"Look kid," said Gordon "I need some answers now,"
"Leave Lyra alone," said the creature
"Back off creature," said Gordon "I won't hurt her,"
"What do you want Magisterium scum," asked Lyra
"I don't know what that is kid," said Gordon "But we're going to talk somewhere else, this is a dangerous place"
He ties her up and puts her on his shoulder as she is screaming for help, her daemon was too scared to help as it had seen what the armored man had done, Gordon activated his suits portal technology in which he had it set to a dimension he had been to before. Up in the sky Serafina Pekkala spotted an armored man taking Lyra away into a magic portal as she flies in full speed towards them; however both Gordon and Lyra vanish into the portal as she is swallowed into the portal as well. Both daemons look dumbfounded at this.
"Kaisa what do we do about this," asked Pantalaimon
We tell Asriel about this," said Kaisa
They both head off to go to Lord Asriel base
Magisterium capitol
Walking in the palace is a Magisterium general as the first chancellor is there with a Combine advisor in which he bows respectfully along with his daemon, other generals are there as well.
"Your report general," said the First chancellor
"The enemy is in retreat for now," said the general
"Very good, is there anything else," said the Chancellor
"Yes my lord," said the general "Despite the enemy having allies of their own, our troops spotted the person the advisor is looking for,"
"So Gordon Freeman is here," said the Advisor "It matters not what he does, it is already to late, but to play it smart it would be wise to triple the guard on the spire,"
"Agreed," said the Chancellor "General I want you to send an elite team of assassins to kill this Gordon Freeman and we will take his technology for ourselves,"
"Yes my lord," bowed the general
After that the Chancellor stands up as the Combine advisor is hovering along side as they look out the window to see the dark spire almost done being built and will go online soon, very soon.
Lord Asriel's main base
Lord Asriel is discussing tactics with the others as his allies the Kromaggs provided forces however he doesn't fully trust them and suspects they maybe up to something, but all of them had to retreat for a moment due to an overwhelming force the Magisterium has, but they took losses as well and then he spotted two daemons Pantalaimon and Kaisa had just come in, but where is his daughter Lyra and an ally known as Serafina Pekkala at.
"Yes what is it," asked Asriel
"Lyra and Serafina are gone," said Pan
"What," startled Asriel
"An armored man took them away through a magic portal," said Kaisa "We don't know where, I fear the Magisterium has them now,"
"Damn it," said Asriel "Fine, if they want to play dirty and so will we as well, prepare the forces to attack several Magisterium bases, I'll chat with our allies."
Gordon Freeman's dimension
White Forest base
The portal opened up as Gordon Freeman carrying Lyra on his back have come to his dimension, as the others noticed Gordon bringing a young girl here, she is kicking and screaming as D0G, Barney and Alyx are wondering why did Gordon bring her here.
"Let me go," said Lyra "And where are we,"
"We are in my dimension and we're going to talk," said Gordon "I will let you go, but I need answers,"
"By kidnapping me," said Lyra "And where is my daemon, also what do you mean your dimension,"
"It's a long story kid," said Gordon
"D0G like long story," said D0G
Gordon Freeman's dimension
Ravenholm
Serafina Pekkala wakes up on a cold and deserted street of a place she has never been to before, in the background she can hear growling voices in the dark and then she sees them headcrab zombies walking slowly towards, she draws out her weapon and prepares to strike, however weapon shots are heard as these headcrab zombies are shot to pieces by a man standing behind them.
"You there," said Gregori "I'd welcome you to the congregation, but we must move quickly before the demons come in great number,"
"Who are you and where am I," asked Pekkala
"No time for questions sister of the congregation or the devils monsters will strike you down" said Gregori "Hurry we must go to the church,"
"Lead the way," nodded Pekkala
Back at the other dimension
The combine forces allied with the Magisterium are waging war against Asriel's army along with his allies the Kromaggs in which both forces are unaware they are being used.
