Aftermath by design
Upon the battlefield it self it is a titanic struggle between the controlled Godzilla and the controlled Gamera, which the ground forces of the Combine and the ground forces of the Kromaggs are in an epic battle for control of this dimension, the word had gone out that Lord Asriel had his forces on the retreat in knowing they are just being used, however everyone is unaware of what is Gordon Freeman is doing.
Magesterium Capitol
Dark Spire
Time and Time again Gordon has gone up against these dark spires as they're no different than the ones he has seen, he can see on the view screen that Godzilla is battling Gamera he had seen the old monster movies before, also they have never been together in a fight until now and now it seems it is the case. He is at the controls of the spire and what he is doing; simple he is using it as a weapon. Gordon pressed the final button and headed out quickly.
Back at the battlefield
That struggle is still going on between the monsters and the two opposing forces until they felt strange as if gravity is pulling them towards something then there is a slight pull in a way Godzilla, Gamera, the combine forces and the Kromagg forces are being pulled away by a powerful gravity pull, even the combine advisor in the capitol is being pulled away and towards what opened up is a portal.
Above the capitol
The portal had opened up as all of the forces that don't belong in this dimension are pulled inside and are inside, then the dark spire is being pulled inside as well and then an explosion occurred inside the portal obliterating everything inside and the portal had closed afterwards. The first chancellor watched in horror as his allies were leaving and got sucked inside a portal, how could this be how did it happen as this maybe a defeat the magesterium will go on and endure like always. All the while the G-man watched and smiled in the background then simply vanishing without a trace.
Elsewhere
Gordon Freeman had finished his tale in telling Lord Asrel's allies in which the adventurer understood portals and portal technology is dangerous, also learning all about the Kromaggs as he knew he could not even trust them at all and then they watch as Gordon Freeman simply vanished in his own portal. After that Asriel is making his own plans without outside help to take down the Magesterium, considering what has transpired this is a very harsh lesson to be learned.
