Part.1 Mystery of Third Earth
Thundercats lair: Third Earth
The Thundercats and Gordon Freeman have assembled in the meeting room in which Gordon wondered if there are any clues into what happened to the first and second Earth. All the Thundercats know from the natives that they call it Third Earth.
Even the natives don't know why it's called third Earth, it's a baffling mystery. Gordon pondered on if the Combine had come here in the past first and second Earth. The Thundercats did mention a Mumm-Ra.
"So, who is this Mumm-Ra." Asked Gordon
"He is scary," said Snarf
"He is the ultimate evil," said Lion-O "Who wants the sword of omens, for ultimate power."
"Ah, that thing." Said Gordon "Nice looking sword, I understand so asking Mumm-Ra is out of the question, besides Mumm-Ra who are the older beings here."
"Maybe Mumm-rana" said Tigra "She may have information."
"Mandora the evil chaser," said Lion-O "I know she is human, but from where I do not know."
"Safari-joe," said Cheetara "Could know as he is human."
"What about star charts from the ship you crashed in," said Gordon
"Those we're destroyed when we crashed," said Panthro "Very little is salvageable."
"Contact them," said Gordon
"We will," said Lion-O "All right Thundercats we have a mystery to solve."
All of them nodded in which they do so, Gordon decided to hang out a bit in this place and is told more of the Thundercats adventures by the thunder kittens, the others are contacting the people they know.
Two hours later: Cats lair
The first person who had come is the one they call Safari Joe and he does look human. The Thundercats had mentioned he had hunted them before and so he stands there with a smile on his face.
"So, your Joe," said Gordon
"That's me Safari-joe and I always do it again," said Joe "Now what can I do for you."
"Your human," said Gordon "Are you from Third Earth or somewhere else."
"Uh, somewhere else." Said Joe "Don't remember where."
"Why do they call this Earth the third." Said Gordon
"It just is," said Joe "History is not my strong thing, sorry if I am no help mate.'
"Well your accent tells me your from the United Kingdom." Said Gordon
"What's that planet." He asked
"Earth the original one," said Gordon
"Ah, I wish I could help," said Joe "I just hunt."
"Okay that is fine." Said Gordon
Safari Joe leaves in which a flying woman shows up and from what the Thundercats have told him she is mumm-rana the ever living source of good.
"You look lovely for a mummy," said Gordon "I take it, the Thundercats told you."
"Thank you,' said Rana "I consulted the ancient spirits of good and they do not know the answer as in why it is called Third Earth."
"Odd, considering you call them ancient," said Gordon "They would of known why '
"Afraid not," said Rana "I have lived a long time too, as I have seen much."
'Well any way thanks for the help." Said Gordon
The woman then flies away and then a woman in a flying motorcycle shows up and gets out of the bike.
"Mandora, right." Said Gordon
"Yes, now what do you want I have evil to chase." Said Mandora
"Bossy are we," said Gordon "Do you know why this planet is called Third Earth."
"No," said Mandora
"Where are you from," he asked
"Some colony," said Mandora
"Humans correct," said Gordon
"Yes," said Mandora
"Do you know where they come from?" Asked Gordon
"No," said Mandora
"Well you are completely useless," said Gordon "But I want you to take me somewhere."
"Why and where?" Said Mandora
"Third Earth's moon," said Gordon "I want to know if an ancient object is there, and to scan this star system."
"Very well," said Mandora "Can you survive in space "
"My suit will protect me," said Gordon
"Get on," said Mandora "And no funny business."
So she and Gordon get on the bike to head to Third Earth's moon
Third Earth's moon: Sea of Tranquility
Gordon does a full scan of the star system by way of his suits scanners and will look at the readings soon. With his shields up they landed on the coordinates Gordon gave her and at a certain spot.
Looking around he found no remains of the moon landing in fact there would of been ruins here, but there is not and he even scanned with his suit upon the moon to find nothing. So he motioned her take him back to Third Earth.
Cats lair: Third Earth
Mandora took off in which Gordon decided to check on the readings and the Thundercats waited for some sort of answer. What Gordon found made him frown at first and then sigh as well.
"I discovered that this star system is not the sol system and all the planets nearby are not the same. The moon should of have artifacts from a moon landing," said Gordon "Sure it's the third planet from the sun."
"So it would seem, something did happen in the distant past " said Tigra
"The real answer is what?" Asked Panthro
"It is something we may need to know." Said Lion-O
"Then we start looking for clues," said Gordon
Mumm-Ras pyramid
Mumm-ra had watched this unfold so far and it left him with more questions than answers, he dared not bother to ask the ancient spirits of evil for answers. Third Earth not in the same star system as the Sol system.
Surely he would of noticed this by now and he knew of the moon landing. Going to his back room, he has many objects fro days gone by and used magic to confirm this as well.
It would seem the stars are not in the right position, the planets are not the same. Why didn't he notice this before or perhaps there was a part of history that had been buried from memory. He must find out that answer, for now he will wait to see how this plays out.
