End of Skeletor
Skeletor had just left the shrine of Hordak alone, he didn't need anyone. Not even Evil-lynn the woman is useless to him, in fact all of them are. Recovering from his injuries, he knows where he is going. To the Ice desert in Eternia's sothern polar region.
He had found an ancient text about a hidden army inside a black spire and buried in ice. The journey is long and dangerous, he did not care and nearby is his own personal vehicle, he got in and drove away
Ice desert, Eternia's South Pole several days later.
Took him many, many days and Skeletor kept a low profile, while on the move and he finally arrived at the coordinates of where the ancient text showed him the location of the black spire and the hidden army. Looking around him there is nothing here.
Or is there.
Skeletor would have to use his power to get to this black spire and activate it. So he used his havok staff to fire at the ice about a dozen of times and after that something is happening. He heard cracking sounds under his feet.
Then the ice broke that created a sink hole and Skeletor fell a long way down. He landed hard upon the cold grounds of ice and is temporarily knocked out by the fall. Once he woke up he laughed loudly at what he sees right before his very eyes.
This is it.
The black spire.
Skeletor found a frozen door and used his havok staffs power to melt down the ice upon the door. Once that was done, he simply opened it and headed inside. Now that he is inside he sees technology he had never seen before.
Finding a control room to activate this black spire everything came alive and then he found a display console. The words made no sense until a holographic display of a worm like creature is shown.
"What are you?" Asked Skeletor
"I did not expect the spire to be up and running again." Said the worm "I am an advisor to a great empire."
"Give me the power to rule Eternia and conquer the universe." Said Skeletor
"What's inside the spire is already there." Said the worm "The Eternia conquest was deemed disappointing due to shere luck of the ancient Eternians which was lead by King Grayskull and a earthquake at the spires location."
"I plan to change that." Said Skeletor "Give it to me."
"Your ambitious for a fool." Said the worm "As you wish, you will be our avatar to control."
"No one controls Skeletor." He said
"Oh, but we will." Said the worm
Suddenly the defenses of the black spire knock Skeletor out with a stun beam and mechanical arms grab Skeletors body and put him in a pod. Then his body is struck with needles and outfitted with technology. Then a gas like form engulfs him.
After a brief time the pod is opened and the person once was Skeletor is no more. His body has been transformed and walks toward the worm kneeling to his master.
"How may I serve you master," said Skeletor
"By conquring Eternia," said the worm "Awaken the hibernated forces and take down settlements nearby, it will take time to fully power the spire to open a portal. Hence forth your name is Combinetor, now go."
"As you command master." He said
He wakes up the hibernated forces, which their pods opened up and follow their general away from the black spire.
Elsewhere
Evil Lynn had been secretly watching by using her magic and is horrified at what she witnessed. Skeletor is no more and under their control. She has no choice to ally herself with her enemies to save Eternia and the universe.
She leaves in a hurry to warn He-man and the Masters of the universe including the one called Gordon Freeman.
Eternia Royal palace
Gordon Freeman had spent days on Eternia learning the various history and technology. He is now in man-at-arms workshop, with Prince Adam who almost looks like He-man and a little creature called Orko is hovering around.
Then his suits scanner detected activity.
"My suit has just scanned for combine technology," said Gordon "Coming from the southern polar region."
"The ice desert." Said Man-at-arms "Better go check it out and prepare for the worst."
"The worst is coming," said Evil-lynn "Skeletor activated the spire and has been transformed into a monster, he is a slave. We need to work together or Eternia will be no more."
"Evil-lynn," said Man-at-arms "Why should we trust you."
"Right now this is not up to debate," said Gordon "You want to help, fine it's your choice."
"Once this is over with all bets are off," said Man-at-arms
"Agreed." Said Evil-lynn "Now where is He-man?"
"I will find him," said Adam
He goes off to transform into He-man in secret.
