Chapter: 193
Part One: The Resident Freeman
AN: This will take place during the events of Resident Evil Zero
Ecliptic Express
An 18 year old girl just chased a wanted fugitive into a train. Once the doors closed the train starts up and takes off towards it's intended destination which the train rolls on the train tracks. The young girl is a member of a special forces of police officers of S.T.A.R.S bravo team.
A rookie with medical experience. Her name is Rebecca Chambers. Having gone with her team to investigate a series of murders and was separated from her team she came across a wanted fugitive named Billy Cohen. Now on board a train which she sees the emblem of Umbrella.
She wondered what had happened here, it's a horrific scene blood everywhere, damage all around and a foul smell. She calmed her nerves and turned on her flashlight, while her gun is in her holster. She knew she is young and inexperienced. However she will capture Billy Cohen and find out what happened here.
At another car of the train a portal opened up and stepping out of the portal as it vanished behind him is Gordon Freeman. Hmm! He is on board a moving train this does take him back to the time he was on board one that brought him on the path to eventually liberate his dimension.
Gordon took notice to the damage, along with blood stains fresh ones all over the place and few dead bodies. What did this? He had no idea. He noticed emblem of a red umbrella on the wall. He was about to scan for any Combine activity, only for a dead body to rise up in a zombie state.
The body groans like a zombie which reminded Gordon of a headcrab zombie. Only for the creature to charge at Gordon. Using his Omni tool blade to slice it in half which splits into two. What remains was a black slug slithering on the floor. He stomped on it with his boot.
Gordon then scanned the area for anything out of the ordinary. Which his suits scanner picked up a form of virus. Not airborne, but something different and his scanner two life signs one in front of him and one behind him. Gunfire echoed behind him with the same groans of those zombies. He quicky decided to help out.
Rebecca Chambers is shooting at the undead, the undead that is only supposed to be in movies and television. How can the dead come to life? She kept on shooting, but is running low on ammo. Debris are blocking the way to the next car. Suddenly out of nowhere, the debris were blasted away and the zombies were ripped apart by the same debris.
Their body parts are everywhere and not even moving. Rebecca then blinked as a man walking towards her with a strange weapon in hand. She knew she is out of ammo, maybe she can bluff her way out. Does this man work for Umbrella and is a survivor.
"You okay, kid." Said Gordon
"Freeze, Raccoon police." Said Chambers "Identify yourself."
"Your out of ammo kid." said Gordon "You can call me Gordon and what kind of ridiculous name like Raccoon police."
"It's...uh," she blinked at him "Name of the police in Raccoon city and do you work for Umbrella."
"Seriously," snorted Gordon "Who was your city founder Davey Crockett" he laughed at first and then grew serious "Don't know them kid."
"Your weird," said Chambers "Names Rebecca, not kid and how did you get on board." She asked?
"The method in how I got here is beyond your understanding." He speaks mysteriously
"Okay...do you know what happened to these people." Said Rebecca
"Some form of virus, not airborne." Said Gordon "Slugs infected with the virus."
"I see," said Chambers "My team was sent to investigate a series of murders and we got separated. Only then I spotted Billy Cohen the criminal getting on board the train."
"That must be him up ahead." Said Gordon "You need a weapon, I have one for you."
Gordon used his suits weapons file program to bring forth a weapon for her. Which she watched the weapon to appear right before her eyes. It looked pretty advanced and Gordon tossed the weapon to her. She was expecting it to be heavy, but it's very light. It's an M15 carbine rifle with five thousand rounds.
"Thank you." Said Chambers "Are you armed."
"I have plenty more of weapons." said Gordon "Let's go."
"Agreed." Said Chambers "Can I have a suit like yours."
"It's one of a kind " said Gordon.
Billy Cohen is not having a good day, in fact he is having a bad day. He thought he was going to prison. Only to be caught up with something he does not understand and he was chased by a young girl who works for Raccoon police. He thought he was safe, nope that's not the case
What happened to the people on board the train? Crazy shit considering he killed a couple of zombies with an ax by cutting off their heads. It's a bloody mess and found a gun to shoot at some more. A couple more zombies drop like flies, but the doors to the next car opened and more zombies are coming.
Damn this sucks. Suddenly two people appeared behind him and started to shoot at the zombies with a barrage of gunfire. Taking down the zombies very quickly. One of them is that damn girl and the other looked like some nerd in military gear.
"Looks like you got me." Said Cohen
"Until we get out of here." Said Chambers "We need to work together."
"Sure thing kid," said Cohen "What about your boyfriend."
"I'm just passing through." Said Gordon "Those zombies are infected with a virus, not airborne."
"So what's your deal mystery man." Asked Cohen? "You look military type to me, you've seen action."
"More than you will never be able to understand." Spoke Gordon "Call me Gordon. Best to move."
Elsewhere
Watching from the monitors are two people which they are safe. The two people are curious about the mysterious man in armor. The man did a file search on the man only to discover he doesn't exist and using technology he has no idea of what it is.
Albert Wesker knew one thing about this man as he watched at the monitors, where hidden cameras are placed. His eyes show much experience in a scientific way. Who is this mysterious Gordon and how did he get on board. He and his ally decided to let's this play out for the time being.
