After a few hours of sailing the crew would be to the next world, which would be the First Bioshock Game.
They would have seen the plane crash and helped Jack. They would be in the Lighthouse and Luffy would pulled down the leaver to let them to Raputre. At first, they think its fishman island, but the recording of Atlas inform them about what Rapture truly is. Soon they see the people around and they have a good deal in fighting them.
The pipes mission would be a piece of cake for Franky, he would have them done in just a few seconds.
While there the Straw Hats and Jack discover the Plasmid. While at first they are a little bit horrified, each Straw Hat decided to take one while Jack takes the Electro Bolt. Luffy would get the Sonic Boom, Zoro would get the Cyclone Trap, Nami would use the Enrage, Usopp would use the Security Bullseye, Sanji would get the Incinerate, Chopper would get Telekinesis ,Robin would use the Target Dummy, Franky would get the Hypnotize Big Daddy and Brook would get the Winter Blast. They would train a little bit and then be very good, they are not fan of injecting themselves with that stuff every few hours.
About the Big Daddy and the little Sisters. Each of the crew beats one Big Daddy each, and when they get the little sister they make sure they are cured and that they are safe. They are just wondering what is Ryan plan for all this.
While going on, they talk with Atlas and only Usopp and Robin finds suspicious.
They keep learning the secrets and mystery from this world. Sensing that there is still something that they don't know happening. They see the garden and the Lazuras Vector. They discover Langford and try to help her but its too late and they failed to rescue her. They scream that to Atlas and he said that it was Ryan doing.
After fixing the emergency escape they are ready to fight Ryan. However, they are stopped by the artist Sander Cohen. They see what the artist has done to his victim and Sanji vows to break him do what he did to poor women. Sander ask the group to beat his students and place their defeated corpse photograph as part of his new project. They do that and Sanji kicks Sander to a pulp.
Now they go to Ryan office, they are at first shocked of Atlas request to kill Ryan and they discover the ´´Would you Kindly?´´ room. They are shocked but Usopp and Robin wonder even more what is going on.
They discover about the soldiers kids and the trigger word. That's when the gears start to work and they discover that they were all being used by Atlas, they try to stop but it was too late and Jack kills Ryan. The Straw Hat see the corpse of the crazy man who created a city of his dream and let it burn.
Soon they see that they need to take down Atlas who refers himself as Frank Fontaine, the man that was one of the main reason for why Rapture has fallen to hell. Now with everything under the risk, the crew decides to go to Fontaine and make his life a living hell.
They get a tonic to help Jack and themselves to survive due to effect of the place and they are now ready to face Fontaine. They see the lab where the Big Daddy and little sister where creates and they destroy the place much to Fontaine amusement. Later when they see all the little sister that they save they tell them that in order to gain access to Fontaine office one of them needs to become a big daddy. Jack offers to do it because he feels he was the one that did the most damage.
Once all the parts are found and the suit up is completed, they are ready to see Fontaine.
They hear Jack backstory, and they vow to break Fontaine even more. Once they see the man he becomes a monster and they all fight him. Luffy and Jack do the most damage and the straw Hats managed to give an attack.
Once he is defeated the little sister make him disappear. They offer Jack and the Straw Hats the city and they all refused it, soon Franky managed to fix a submarine and they all leave Rapture to burn.
Jack gives his farewell with the Straw Hats as he vows to become a good father to his new daughters. The crew goes off from this world seeing that they completed another successful mission.
