DISCONTINUED WILL BE REBOOTED In the next installment of The Land Before Time Series, Littlefoot and the gang must face their most dangerous and exciting adventure yet when the Great Valley is in danger from the mysterious Fire Breathers. They meet new freinds,reuinite with old ones and must unite the Valley together to save it from total destruction.

9. Chapter 9

CHAPTER 9: OLD FRIENDS RETURN

Back in the Great Valley much work was needing to be done,the damage caused by the earthquake and the eruption was unlike anything that had happened before and needed to be dealt with quickly. Thundering Falls was pouring much less water due to rocks that had blocked a good portion of the top,many nests for fliers including Petrie's were destroyed and needing rebuilding,trees were blocking many paths and food was scarce to boot. Many of the dinosaurs were helping in some kind of way such as Cera, Tria and Topps moving the rocks over at Thundering falls, the longnecks moving the fallen trees and gathering what little food they could find for them and their friends.

The young dinosaurs were left pretty tired to say the least after all the work they had been helping with and had decided to take a break over by small stream. Spike had let out an exhausted yawn as he rolled over on his back in drowsiness before Cera angrily stomped with her paw "What a mess everything is in! I've spent the entire day pushing rocks,I don't even get to break them." to which Littlefoot groggily added "Even with Grandpa and Grandma's help,pushin all those trees left me feeling pooped."

"Me have to carry sticks to new nest over and over. Not very fun." moaned Petrie as he quickly flew back and forth to drive his point home before Ducky sighed in boredom "More like very boring,very very boring." to which the rest of the gang added in agreement "Very very boring indeed." before Chomper stated "I wish we could have a little more help than this." Almost immediately after Chomper told the others his wish,Littlefoot would then be sprayed by a sudden gush of water as he quickly questioned in confusion "Hey! What was that?" before a familiar voice called out from the stream "Hey Littlefoot!"

Immediately Littlefoot and the others perked up in excitement as they turned their heads to the stream to see Mo happily jumping around in the water to which they all greeted their friend in unison "Mo!" before Littlefoot asked out of curiosity "What are you doing here?"

"Me see valley in trouble,so I come to see friends." explained the fish with a wide smile on his face to which Ruby happily replied "Well you couldn't have come at a better time Mo." before Cera added angrily "Yeah the entire valley was hit with an earthshake and it nearly destroyed everything!"

"Well it could have been worse,the smoking mountain could have been right here in the valley." retorted Littlefoot in an attempt to lighten the situation before another familiar voice called out from above "Hello everyone!" to which the gang of seven including Mo looked up to see Guido up in the sky with a small stack of sticks on his back.

"Guido!" happily greeted Petrie as he flew up towards the blue flier before asking "What you doing up here?" to which Guido answered while he and Petrie came down to the ground "Well you see I was just flying around when I saw that everything was in a bit of a mess,so I came down to help out. Actually I was just on my way to help out with your nest." which explained the sticks he was carrying.

"I'm glad you two are here,we could really use the help." said Chomper with a new sense of relief as Guido and Mo smiled in support before Littlefoot proceeded to introduce the two of them to eachother,and they quickly grew to like one another,perhaps the rebuilding of the Great Valley wouldn't be as grueling as they thought it was.
