Hi everyone, so yes, we are reaching a point that I wanted to do for a while. Finally, Hisoka and Magneto have meet and here is the chapter for it.
So here is something that I haven't done. I usually like to express my opiniosn in certain Marvel shows in the author notes of this story because well…Marvel. I haven't done a post for the Disney+ shows, so is time to correct that. Here is my opinions on this shows.
WandaVision. Is excellent, kind drags on the beginning but once the balls rolls is nonstop entertainment. That's what I wanted for the MCU, something fresh and new. Not the same style repeated over and over again ever since The Avengers. I loved this show, it made me care more about the Scarlet Witch and the Vision more, Agatha might have become my favorite MCU villain, because she isn't a social commentary, a rip off of Loki or a stick in the mud. Overall excellent show.
The falcon and the Winter Soldier. Well, I am thinking ok so far of this. My problem is with the villain, which I don't care a rat ass. Is again one of those stick in the muds/social commentary ones. She survived the blimp, and she thinks the world was better when Thanos wiped out half of humanity, and to make her message clear she kills people and committee several acts of terrorism and is still with the whole ´´I am not the bad guy, they are´´. Please just take her out. I like the side plot with Falcon Family, the winter soldier rehab, Baron Zeno finally looks cool and not some sad guy that try to be the villain. Also, the new captain America, yes, I know what they are trying to do with him, and I didn't like it. Mostly because Sam and Bucky should at least give him a chance but no they are like ´´you are not Steve, so you are not cap´´. Also, you can make a drink game in this show over the number of times they say ´´Steve´´. Overall, not enjoying as much as Wandavision.
Loki…I don't know how is going to be. Is either Disney or Marvel trying to make Loki a good guy, I don't know how is going to do. Let's hope and see if its good.
Let's start this long awaited chapter.
Hisoka saw the three figures looking at him curiously. The trio was bursting with powers and he wanted to know more about them.
''Where am I?'' Asked Hisoka.
''You are in the Brotherhood of Mutants hideout my friend.'' Said Magneto.
''And your name is?'' Asked Hisoka.
''My name is Erik Magnus, but you can call me Magneto. On my side are Mystique and Sabretooth.'' Said the master of magnetism presetting his fellow mutants.
''Hi.'' Said Mystique.
''Grr.'' Said Sabretooth snarling.
''Who are you?'' Asked Magneto
Hisoka knew that man from the internet and the news. Apparently he was a super terrorist or something, but he didn't care for that…he wanted to battle him.
''My name is Hisoka Morrow.''
''You are Japanese?" Asked Mystique.
''Yes, I come from the land of the rising sun.'' Said Hisoka. He did some research on where he was and everyone just kept saying he looked Japanese, so he looked to know what hell this Japan thing was.
''You came all the way from Japan to Bayville?'' Asked Sabretooth.
''Yes, I did.'' Said Hisoka
''But why?" Asked Mystique. She didn't trust that man.
''Because I was bored with the place I was.'' Said Hisoka with a laughing tone.
Magneto didn't buy that. There was something that this man was hiding.
''Tell me what your real purpose in America is.' Said him all serious.
''I came here to do the thing that I love the most.'' Said Hisoka.
''what is it?'' Asked Sabretooth
''Fight the strongest opponent.'' Said Hisoka all serious.
The three mutants didn't know what to say out of this. He went all the way from Japan to America only to fight.
''What?'' Asked Mystique.
''I love to fight. Is all that I ever desire, however once I grew bored of my land I travel all around the world looking for stronger opponents. This is how I got here.'' Said Hisoka.
The mutants didn't know what to say. This was a strange world, but there was something that this was hidden that they were not seeing.
''I get that. When it comes to prove your strength, you go all over the world. Fighting those that can stand you, until there is only one standing…. this is the real feeling of pure combat.'' Said Sabretooth.
''Really Creed. I get you because of the animal side. I don't know about the clown.'' Said Mystique.
''You don't know what is to fight Raven.'' Said Creed all serious looking at the blue haired woman.
Hisoka looked at Sabretooth all the more interested. He remined him of the giant brute Uvogin from the Phantom Troupe, he couldn't imagine the damage and pleasure that would be a fight against him.
''I should add him to my list.'' Thought Hisoka.
''So, what happened to me? I can't remember how I got these cuts.'' Said Hisoka looking at his injuries.
''You got into a fight with Spider man.' Said Mystique remembering seeing the clow in the news.
''Yes, he was on my list of people to fight and I missed him.'' Said Hisoka.
''True, the train hit you and you were looked like a squashed fly.'' Said Mystique.
''So, he isn't dead?'' Asked Hisoka.
''No, he just swing off.'' Said Sabretooth.
''So, by my accounts your plan to fight strong opponents here in the United States, has been a total failure from the starts.'' Mystique with a smirk.
''Yes, if you can't handle a teenager with spider powers. What do you think is going to happen when you face off against a powerful mutants?'' Said Sabretooth laughing at Hisoka
The magician was now pissed beyond believe. His murderous aura was out and if he had the strength, he would decapitate the savage mutant.
''please, let's stop the laugh. We have more important issues to discuss. Such as…Hisoka what is your power?" Asked Magneto.
''My power is called Bungee Gum.' Said Hisoka.
''Bungee gum?'' Asked Magneto confused.
''So, is has something with to do with chewing Gum?" Asked Mystique.
''Yes, my bungee Gum makes me control my aura and make it so powerful that has both the structure of rubber and Gum. It is extremely powerful in combat in both defensive way and in the method of attack.'' Said Hisoka explaining the Bungee Gum property.
''This is incredible. What you can do is beyond something I ever imagined. Think of we can accomplish with this.'' Said Magneto impressed.
''How did you get so good? We saw the footage of the fight.'' Asked Creed.
''I have been using since I was a kid. It took me a while to master it, once I had it figure it out nobody ever stood a chance.'' Said Hisoka a little dark in the other part.
The last sentence made Mystique a little spoked, she didn't like where this was going.
''You are a killer?'' Asked her.
''Sometimes yes and other times I am a savior. It depends on my mood.'' Said Hisoka.
Magneto didn't know what to say. That man was a complete enigma, and his presence gives overall chills on everyone spine.
''This guy is not to be trust. But we might need him.'' Thought Magneto. He wasn't stupid, Hisoka is a dangerous fellow but to fight the racist human race he might be what they were missing.'' Thought Magneto, looking like he was about to make a deal with the devil.
''My dear Hisoka, since you are all recovered, I have a favor to ask of you.'' Said Magneto.
''And what is it?'' Asked him.
''Join me and my quest to make the mutant race the dominant race on the planet. We will show those fools what a true mutant is capable of. Join the Brotherhood!'' Said Magneto all serious.
Hisoka didn't know what to say. He was offered to join many killer societies, but in the end he got bored or wipe everyone out. He only stuck to the Phantom Troupe because of Chrollo, but this guy could give the zero spider a ran for his money.
''Well…I accept your offer.'' Said Hisoka much to the three surprise.
''Really?'' Asked Creed confused.
''Yes, but I will only go if you agree in one condition.'' Said Hisoka pointing at magneto.
'What is it?'' Asked him
''That I can fight you.'' Said Hisoka with a smirk.
Soon Sabretooth and Mystique got all angry and put their killer presences to the test. Sabretooth was ready to tear Hisoka skin off and Mystique had a gun to his head.
'You wanna die!'' Scream Sabertooth.
''I can end you with one bullet.'' Said Mystique all cold.
''You two are cute, but I wanna hear what your boss.'' Said Hisoka. That gave him nostalgic memories when he enter the troupe.
Magneto raises his hand and soon both Mystique and Sabretooth leave Hisoka side, this way he could talk with the magician face to face.
''Why?'' Asked Magneto.
''I told you why. I like to fight strong opponent. These two are also strong, but you…are…something.'' Said Hisoka all excited. Just sensing Magneto power was enough to make him ´´excited´´.
Magneto didn't know what to say. He saw every kind of power lunatic over the years, even when he and Charles were a team, but this man was something else.
''It is true. As the master of magnetism, I possess a vast amount of power. I killed many people just the wave of my hands, if anything I could crush you with a car in a blink of an eye.'' Said Magneto all cold in the last part.
Hisoka was now looking at the mutant in wonder. He only felt like this when he sees people of extreme power, like Chrollo, Chairman Netero and a little on Gon.
''This is perfect. He…is what I need.'' Thought Hisoka excited. Spider man was interested but Magneto was something.
Magneto didn't know if she should continue or not, but after re watching Hisoka fight and the fact that he got hit by a train and is still alive, it means that having a guy like him at his side might be good.
''Alright Hisoka you got yourself a deal. Work for me at least a year and I we will have a duel. And when the time come I wont hesitate to end you.'' Said Magneto all serious on the last part.
The magician looked annoyed at first that he would have to work under this guy for a year until heir duel arrive. Sure, it wasn't what he wanted, but he felt that in this position he could get more chances to fight than what he got with the spiders in the 2 or 3 years since he joined.
''Excellent.'' Said Hisoka.
''Erik...'' Said Mystique worried but before she could talk Magneto continue his talk.
''You are a powerful man Hisoka, I have to admit that. When our duel arrive, I will be prepared, until then I want you to follow one rule. '' Said him.
''What is it?'' Asked Hisoka.
''That you don't kill anyone without my commands. If we are being attack you can dispose of our enemies, but one thing straight…you don't kill mutants.'' Said Magneto super serious on the last part.
Hisoka could even feel the ground shake. That mutant was no joke, this was only making him and more excited. The good thing that is going to be to allying with these people? He could learn how mutants fight and how their powers are compared to nen.
''I promise that I won't kill any mutant. If I fight one, I will merely knock them out.'' Said Hisoka.
''Good.'' Said Magneto.
''Ok, I guess we are done.'' Said Hisoka.
''Raven will show your accommodations. I have matters to deal with.'' Said Magneto leaving.
As soon the man with red helmet leaves, both Sabretooth and Mystique keep glaring at Hisoka, but the magician didn't care.
''It's going to be a pleasure to work with you all.'' Said him excited.
''Try anything and I will chop your head off.'' Said Mystique.
''Oh my dear, do I sense a killer vibe?" Asked Hisoka.
''Try to hit on me. What I can do…you will never find out.'' Said Mystique all serious
''don't worry dear…I already have a person in my heart.'' Said Hisoka thinking on Machi.
''Just get lost.'' Said Sabretooth
''Yes, I don't who she is but I already feel bad for her.'' Said Mystique.
''don't worry, I promise to not to fight you two for now. I will train to fight other superpower beings. I can't wait for the fight.'' Said Hisoka thinking of all the others in his list.
''Yes, that worked so well for you the last time.'' Said Creed.
Hisoka decided to ignore the comment and just get out of the bed.
''I am going to eat something. I am vanished.'' Said him, he then went to look for his shirt.
''before you leave, I have a question.'' Said Mystique.
''What is it?' Asked Hisoka.
''What does the spider tattoo stand for?'' Asked her.
Hisoka forgot to take off the Spider Tattoo of his back again, he find that a bother. Every time a leg comes to see him to talk about the meetings or Chrollo, he needs to have the stupid tattoo.
''Is symbol of a group.'' Said Hisoka saying the true.
''And the four represent what?" Asked Mystique.
Hisoka only laughs at that and hold a finger to his mouth.
''Is confidential.'' Said him with a laugh.
Mystique and Sabretooth are already so annoyed with the magician that they leave him.
Magneto quarters
The master of magnetism was looking at the news about mutant arrest, people praising heroes like the avengers and the fantastic four and more Mutant hate protest. Things never chance, soon both Sabretooth and Mystique arrived.
''He is in the kitchen boss.'' Said Creed.
''Here you go. You also need to eat.'' Said Mystique giving Magneto a sandwich.
''Thanks.'' Said him.
Magneto ate his lunch while his comrades gave their ´´opinions´´ about Hisoka.
''I don't trust him.'' Said Raven.
''Neither do I. Lets kill him tonight.'' Said Sabertooth.
''Patience my fellow brothers, while Hisoka is dangerous he is the missing piece that we need.'' Said Magneto.
''Why Erik? Why that psycho?'' Asked Mystique.
Magneto first finish his sandwich and them explain the shapeshifter his reason.
''Is true, he is dangerous and a murder. Anyone can tell that. But he has the fire for fight, he is not going to be someone to be defeated that easily, he will keep fighting until he is long dead. That's the kind of mutant that I am so eager to find for our cause. We need a man like him for future mission and any powerful treats we might need to face he will be the first one to attack.' Said Magneto with his reasons.
''So, we are just going to let him do what he pleases?" Asked Sabretooth.
''He is powerful, but he is not immortal. I can defeat him in merely an hour and something tells me he doesn't know a lot of the true power of the X Gene. If anything, I can crush him with a pile of metal once he breaks the rules.'' Said Magneto.
''Yes, you are right. He has no chance against you.' Said Sabretooth with a laugh.
''Exactly. I am the superior mutant.'' Said Magneto
''Do you think he will follow your rules?'' Asked Mystique
'Yes, if he wants to fight me those are the conditions.'' Said Magneto.
Mystique was still not sure. Hisoka was still a mysterious figure than not even her was sure to trust. If anything, she would follow him every he goes.
''I don't know, he might try something with his chewing gum thing.'' Said Mystique.
''We will get better security around here. But if anything, you two are aloud to attack him.'' Said Magneto.
''Ok but lets see how he is when facing the boys.'' Said Mystique.
''Deal.'' Said Magneto.
Hisoka was eating some tuna sandwich in the run-down kitchen of the Brotherhood. This place was a dump, but he went to worst places. He didn't care for the style of the place, all he wanted was to fight Magneto.
''I don't know I am going to get to him. Unlike the spiders, those two can be trickier. I don't know how mutants works, so this might be a god time to study.'' Thought him with a smile.
The clow took a sip of orange juice and went to his room. For a while he would like to know everything as possible about mutants. This way it would be more fun when they are fighting.
Later
The deliquents mutants from the Brotherhood arrived (Lance, Fred, Todd and Pietro) were home. Tabitha was shopping at the moment (and even stole their wallets to pay for her clothes) so the boys decided to stay home for the night.
''Oh boy, I am hungry.'' Said Fred.
''You are always hungry.'' Said Lance.
''Me too, but I prefer the delicious fly that are on your bathroom.'' Said Todd with a laugh.
''You guys are gross.'' Said Pietro.
Soon Mystique arrived and like always she was pissed at the boys.
''You are all late.'' Said her.
''Relax Myst, we had a trouble with the principal. We had detention, don't worry.'' Said Lance.
''Yes, we been bad boys.'' Said Pietro.
The blue skin woman only rolls her eyes at that. If this was the best that they could work, then they are screwed.
''Where is Tabitha?" Asked her.
'She went to the mall. Even took our wallets.'' Said Fred.
''We are poor now.'' Said Todd.
''She better not take out the pictures that I have.'' Said Pietro.
''oh come dude. You are still have those Victoria secret lingerie pictures?" Asked Lance with a smile.
''Yes, and something else.'' Said Pietro mumbling the last part.
Mystique decided to let those four idiots argue later.
''Whatever. I got news, we got ourselves…a new member.'' Said her.
The four boys soon find themselves with glee of joy.
''A new member.'' Said Lance interested.
''Oh, I hope she is cute.'' Said Todd.
''You wish.'' Thought Mystique.
''Oh, a newbie, when I get to crush him?" Asked Fred
'Save something for me big guy.'' Said Pietro.
''Hey newbie where are you? Time to meet your veterans.'' Said Lance ready to go all frat boy.
''Hello.'' Said a very chilling voice.
The boys all saw the new face. Hisoka was there with his usual green outfit and doing a very charming pose.
''Nice to meet you all.'' Said Hisoka.
The teenagers' mutants joy was gone and was now pure fear.
''What is that?'' Asked Todd horrified.
''A clow! I hate clows!'' Scream Fred.
Lance didn't know what to say but…the presence of this guy alone, was enough to make him want to wet his bed.
''Wait a minute. You are the new guy?'' Asked Lance in shock.
''Oh…you are correct.'' Said Hisoka with a gleeful smile.
''You hired this nutjob!' Scream Lance to Mystique.
''This was Magneto idea.'' Said her.
''My dad finally became one with the bucket. I am going to scream a lot to his face.'' Said Pietro.
Hisoka made a mental note. So that kid with white hair was magneto son? In that case he need it to stay very close to him.
''His name is Hisoka Morrow. His mutant power is to make is aura as powerful as gum and rubber. That was enough to impress Magneto.'' Said her.
''Stop Mystique, you are embarrassing me.'' Said Hisoka.
The shapeshifter woman didn't like this, she wanted to shoot that bastard in the face but knew it that it wasn't going lead to nowhere. Plus, that guy ability would ricochet at her.
''I don't like him.'' Said Lance in whispers.
''Neither do I, he is a murderous psychopath.'' Said her.
''So we are having this guy living here?!'' Scream Fred.
''Yes, he is sleeping on the worst room. But he doesn't care…he still will get what he wants.'' Said Mystique annoyed. She could put Hisoka to sleep outside and he wouldn't mind that, as long he can fight Magneto, he would anything.
The woman decided to give the last news and soon move on, she wanted to get away from that clown.
''We will have a mission in a few days. Go to the training room, that goes to you too clown!'' Scream her.
''Sure, my dear.'' Said Hisoka.
''don't call me that.'' Said Mystique leaving.
The boys were now left all alone with Hisoka. The magician took some time to analysis the power of them. Todd was the discarded one that didn't interest him, but the others did, especially Pietro.
''So do any of you like to play cards?'' Asked him.
It didn't take a second for the boys to leave the room. Like hell they would like to stay near this psychopath.
''I guess making friends is not going to happen. To bad.'' Thought Hisoka with sarcasms.
Hisoka then started to make his castle of cards like he usually do. He can wait as long as he can, when he finds someone that powerful, he will stick around. But while doing research in mutants, he found another group of superpower mutant around Bayville.
''I hope I can play with those X-men real soon.'' Thought him in wonder how the X-Men are.
So yeah, Hisoka joined the brotherhood. What do you think? Cool or a rehash like he did with the spiders. At least he didn't ´´kill´´ a previous member of the Brotherhood. I still think Omokaege is canon, sure might be fake, but hey it at least something.
Next chapter is a little thing before we focus on Killua for a while. I was re-reading the story and I got a little angry that I didn't explore Gon and the others' reaction to the mutants' powers and how their real bodies are seen as taboo by society. Well, I am going to tackle that in the next one simply tittle ´´The Lost Chapter´´. Also, while this story is mostly based on the X-Men Evolution stuff I will also base in other X-men material. One specific is Ultimate X-Men, I bought a few trades recently and is still pretty. Still, I don't like stuff like the foul mouth dazzler and what they did to Deadpool, but still is going to be a while for those characters to appear or pop out.
